*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Why do Darwinists not give up?

Darwinism is the worst mass deception in the history of the world.
Thisfalse theory, launched with a false use of science, is supported
by not a single piece of scientific evidence. But this deception has
still been disseminated across the world, using false fossils and
intense demagoguery, and has entered school books and is taught as a
compulsory course in universities. Propaganda for this deception has
been carried in the world's best-known scientific journals and other
publications, as if it were an established fact. This is a result of
the systematic activity of theDarwinist dictatorship that has ruled
the world for the last 150 years. The Darwinist dictatorship uses this
technique to wear people down:
A scientist studies for years, works very hard, makes sacrifices and
eventually becomes an expert filled with whole volumes-worth of
knowledge. One subject has been taught for decades in the best
schools, and it is essential he believe in this if he is to become a
"scientist:" Evolution. From an early age he hasseen pictures of
imaginary ape-like ancestors of human beings, looking at pictures of
hoax skulls, he imagined he was descended from those creatures and
believed, on the basis of false fossil images, that living things
descended from one another in stages. He was told that "there is
evidence of evolution"and new pictures were placed before him.
Odd-looking beings about to step from water onto dry land, or astrange
dinosaur about to take off in flight wereput before him as evidence of
this imaginary transition. He never even thought of seeing real
fossils belonging to these fictitious transitional creatures. He never
wondered why Darwinists have never come up with even a single
intermediate formfossil, why there have only ever resorted to hoaxes
or why they keptgenuine fossils hidden away. Because throughout the
course of his education he was indoctrinated with a single idea,
"belief in evolution is obligatory, and all ideas opposed to it must
be rejected."
In time, this person will realize that he should not oppose Darwinism.
He will see that the Darwinist dictatorship holds sway all around him;
later, he will even learn that this rotten Darwinist dictatorship
rules the whole world and enjoys the backing of the states in it. It
will dawn on him that those people choosing to make a stand against
Darwinism have been intimidated or removed from their posts, and that
his teachers have taught him nothing but Darwinism. And he will
realize that even if he has come to believe that Darwinism is a fraud,
it is essential that he neverquestion it. Because if hewants to be a
scientist, he must do what the Darwinist dictatorship says.
Anthony Flew
Francis Collins
When he becomes a scientist and attains expert status, when he
ispraised by scientific circles, constantly keeps his name in the
scientificjournals, is invited to attend conferences, discussion
panels and congresses, is supported by one and all and has made a
really good career, he will also think that some things are very
difficult. He will of course have realized that Darwinism is a deviant
theory, that it is supported by no scientific evidence whatsoever and
is a pagan religion that has been imposed on whole masses of people.
It is impossible for a scientistto fail to comprehend something that
primary school children now have no difficulty in understanding.
Throughout his career he will have been compelled to advocate this
false theory. He will have thought he has no alternative if he wants
to preserve his career in the face of pressure from the Darwinist
dictatorship. He will have talked about evolution for 30 years,
written books about it, given lectures on the subject and held
conferences concerning it, so admitting that it is a fraud will be
very difficult. He thinks that to do so will mean repudiating his
career and that he will be excluded by the Darwinist dictatorship. He
is well aware that it isa huge error to advocateDarwinism, but he will
continue having to espouse a lie under pressure from the Darwinist
dictatorship.
Scientists everywhere in the world are currently in exactly the same
situation. It is impossiblefor scientists not to see the fraudulent
nature evolution, especially now that millions of living fossils have
been displayed, particularly with the Atlas of Creation , now that 100
million fossils unearthed have all repudiated Darwinism and now
thatthe fact that NOT A SINGLE TRANSITIONAL FOSSIL EXISTS has emerged
into the open. If that scientist is a real scientist, unhampered by
prejudice, if he acts inthe light of the scientific evidence, THE
SCIENTIFIC FACTS ARE THERE FOR ALL TO SEE. It is impossible for such a
scientist to believe in Darwinism any longer.
The best thing for any scientist who sees this is to honestly defend
the true facts, RATHER THAN PERSISTING IN MAINTAINING A LIE.
There have been some very high-profile instances of this. Anthony
Flew, for instance, spent years propagandizing atheism, and has
countless books and conferences on the subject to his name. From being
a dyed in thewool adherent of atheism and Darwinism, he began looking
a little more closely at the scientific facts in front ofhim and came
to have faith in our Almighty Lord by seeing that nothing on Earth
comes into being by chance, that everything is created for a purpose
and that everything created is a separate miracle. Francis Collins a
former Darwinist and atheist and director of the Human Genome Project
is another example. Looking honestly, closely and rationally, and
without bias, at the DNA he was investigating was enough for him o
come to believe in Allah.
There is no doubt that Allah protects everyone who sees the truth and
turns onto His path. Eventhe Darwinist dictatorship that seems so
powerful at the moment is under Allah's control. When the time comes –
and the day is not far off – the Darwinist dictatorship will collapse
and cease to exist. All might and power belong to Allah. That is why
level-headedscientists who have seenthe true facts, even if they have
spent years advocating Darwinism, must follow their consciences and
abandon this outdated theory before it is too late. It is a violation
of good conscience to espouse a lie in the knowledge that it is a lie,
and may incur a heavy responsibility. Thetruly virtuous thing is to
abandon one's error andfollow one's conscience by seeing and teaching
the truth. - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/

We challenge Dawkins to a discussion before the public

Richard Dawkins, a most ardent supporter of Darwinism, has long
accounted for the perfect creation of the universe in terms of the
theory of evolution, which has lately suffereda global collapse. In
his recent writings and interviews, however, Dawkins has started to
express that "life cannot form by chance." It is an absence of sense
and reason to support evolution on one hand and to state that life
cannot come about by chance on the other. That is due to the fact that
according to the theory of evolution, which Dawkins supports, the
existence of life is based on entirely random coincidences.
Dawkins has realized that he can get nowherewith the scenario of
chance. But, he is now inthe logical impasse as hebasically claims
that"evolution cannot be a result of coincidences, but has occurred by
means of coincidences." What he should realize isthat demagogy no
longer works.
If Dawkins sincerely believes in this theory, we'd like to invite him
toTurkey, or else we could come to UK to have a discussion. Dawkins
should clarify hundreds of questions, only a few of which are listed
below, before the cameras. So we, as well as the public, will be able
to hear what he hasto say. Obviously, it's no good to engage in
unilateral programs. Moreover, with such an attitude Dawkins only
deceives himself. Let us send the first 4 volumes of Atlas of Creation
to Mr.Dawkins, and let him examine the photographs of the fossils
therein which have not changed at all over the hundreds of millions of
years. And let him account for them in evolutionary terms according to
his much-publicized logic—if he can!
1. Archeological researches unearthed over a hundred million
fossils, proving that life forms were created out of nothing . Still,
there is not a single transitional fossil supporting the theory of
evolution. If Dawkins is sincere in his claim, he should bring a
transitional fossil and announce it to the public as "a transitional
form!"
2. The odds against a functional protein emerging randomly is 10
950 to 1—a practical impossibility . ( In mathematics, probabilities
smaller than 1 over 10 50 are accepted as "zero probability." ) If
Dawkinsis honest, he should point at a mass of proteins that formed by
chance or by means of the methods he espouses. Let Dawkins explain us
how he can account for the origin oflife in evolutionary terms, when
even a single protein—the building block of life—cannot form by
chance!
3. Let Dawkins explain us how all colorful, lively,
three-dimensionaland perfectly clear images, shortly life itself, can
form in the pitch dark human brain and who sees this image in the
brain!
4. Let Dawkins explain us in evolutionary terms how conversations,
music and all other sounds form in the sound-isolated brain; who
listens to and enjoys these sounds, who knows their meaning, who
reflects on them consciously andwho answers back these sounds!
Let Dawkins ask the same questions to us, and let us give our answers.
Let us supply our evidence, and let him bring his—if he has any. Then
let the public decide who is right. We want the public to knowon a
larger scale how Darwinism is a false theory and how it is the
greatest deception of the world's history. We are confident that the
days are soon to come when people will laugh, asking themselves "How
could we ever believe this theory?" In near future, people will be
wondering with amazement how they could ever have been taken in by it.
In fact, this is already occurring, at an ever-increasing momentum.
World-wide polls reveal statistical data proving this state of affairs
.
Darwinism, tried to be kept alive by engaging in demagogy and
propaganda, has been refuted in all spheres and it is now widely
recognized that it's no longer possible to defend Darwinism by
demagogy. Dawkins' recent statement along the logic that "evolution
cannot be a result of coincidences, but has occurred by means of
coincidences" is nothing but a laughable misery of reason.
As you can see in the above movie, unable to provide a reasonable
answer, Richard Dawkinspaused a long time when asked to "give an
example of a beneficial mutation."
If he answers (!) our above questions in the same way as he did in
this interview, then our questions will remain unanswered. Therefore,
we expect him to give reasonable, clear answers based on evidence, and
hope he will accept our invitation.

The attempt to equate Islam with evolution is a passive, helpless, defeatist and meaningless one

Darwinism denies the existence and oneness ofAllah (God) and the
responsibility of all people to our Lord. The foundation of
materialism and the movements that it represents are incompatible with
religious moral values. For that reason-out of their ideological
concerns-, Darwinism's adherents are still making efforts made to
preserve it, even though it has been refuted scientifically.
Darwinists and materialists alike maintain that man, the universe, and
all it contains are all the products of blind chance. They claim that
because they regard human beings as a species of animal, then
relationships between humans should be animalistic in nature. This
perverted view regards selfishness, ruthlessness, conflict andmurder
as perfectly justified according to the survival of the fittest. It
regards such feelings as compassion, love, affection and respect as
obstacles that retard the process of evolution. Under Darwinist
indoctrination, people are brought up to scorn altruism and
compassionate love for others, and to become cruel, aggressive and
self-interested.
Given that many countries are struggling with the social problems
stemming from Darwinism, it is vitally important to be warned against
Darwinist indoctrination and deceptions, in order thatsuch a grave
peril is intellectually neutralized. Yet those who fail to understand
Darwinism and the threats it poses are also unable to comprehend the
importance of the intellectual struggle against it.
Rather than joining in the intellectual struggle against Darwinism,
theseindividuals resort to various means to ignore and avoid it. Some
seek to trivialize this intellectual struggle by saying, "Darwinism is
not actually all that important," and urge others to view it in that
same light. Others seek asupposed "middle path" between the theory of
evolution and Islam, thusseeking to reconcile Darwinism and Islam in
their own private ways. Yet it should be totally out of the question
for any Muslim to seek any intellectual"reconciliation" between
Darwinism and Islam. Moreover, neither the verses of the Qur'an nor
the hadith of our Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace)
contain any account that suggests evolution.
Those Who Imagine Evolution to Be a Scientific Theory and Think, in
Their Own Eyes, That They Can Give It a Muslim Identity Are Mistaken.
Among those who avoid any intellectual struggle against Darwinism, the
common state of mind is a defeatist attitude. Those who imagine that
the theory of evolution is based upon scientific fact assume
themselves to be in an untenable position. They imagine that the
claims made by evolutionists are supported by verified facts and in
the face of science; it is next to impossible to question those
claims. Since they think they are unable to respond, they are ready to
surrender right from the outset.
But the fact is, the misconception that the theory of evolution is
scientific has resulted from intense propaganda on the subject.
Television reports and newspaper and magazine articles constantly
support the impression that evolution is a proven theory, impossible
to deny. They imply that supporting the theory ofevolution means
supporting science, and that rejecting it means opposing logic and the
known facts. Actually, however, scientific facts reveal the exact
opposite of this propaganda. Science refutes the theory of evolution,
rather than confirming it! No unbiased person who supports science can
alsosupport the theory of evolution. The reason why evolution is
maintained on the agenda is not because it's scientific, but because
it serves as the foundation for materialism and atheism. To put it
another way, evolutionary propaganda is carried out for ideological
concerns.
The effect of this intensepropaganda also a lie at the root of the way
some Muslims subconsciously assume that it's impossible to combat
Darwinism. The result of this propaganda is the idea- inaccurate
though it may be-that opposing evolution means opposing science. So as
not to seem backward and unscientific, people make attempts to find
some "middle ground" between Islam and the theory of evolution which,
again, is imagined to be respectably scientific. Yetactually this
represents away of avoiding any intellectual struggle against
Darwinism.
Therefore, there is no reason to avoid an open, clear intellectual
struggle against Darwinism. Those who fear that science has proven
evolution, and that they, too, will be influenced by this
indoctrination and have their own faith and theirworld views shaken
are worrying needlessly. Science points to creation, not to evolution.
Every one of the claims made by Darwinism has been undermined by
hundreds of scientific proofs. Muslims need to neutralize Darwinism
intellectually by making use of these proofs.
Some Muslims exaggerate evolutionarypropaganda carried out for
ideological reasons and via entirely speculative methods. They imagine
that they will never be able to overcome it, and thus adopt a passive
and defeatist stance when they should be joyfully, enthusiastically
waging a mental struggle against Darwinism.
One of the ugliest examples of this passive, defeatist attitude is, as
we pointed out, an attempt to Islamicize Darwinism. To back up this
attitude, such thinkers use pagan beliefs left over from Sumerian
societies and report the words of writers to whom they impute great
scholarship. They try to give the impression that"this is what the
religionsays." Yet these are evidently excuses to avoid engaging in an
intellectual struggle against Darwinism-the ugly result of a passive,
defeatist mindset.
By fearing Darwinism, and imagining that they will be unable to defeat
it in the world of ideas, these people have lost before they even
begin. Yet this form of struggle is exceedingly belittling for any
Muslim who holds a true faith in Allahand who appreciates His infinite
might. It is impossible for a devout Muslim to struggle in a
half-hearted, defeatist manner. There is no question of his
opposingDarwinism with the logicof "We actually maintainthe same exact
thing." The truth that a Muslim believes in is that Allah has created
all things. It is therefore impossible for a Muslim to maintain the
same theories as Darwinists. A Muslim must wage an open, confident
intellectual struggle against Darwinism. A Muslim with a proper fear
of Allah can never espouse the same ideas and ideology as Darwinism.
For those who are unaware of the dangers of Darwinism and have failed
to understand the way it fights belief in Allah, it would be much
better to say nothing at all on the subject, rather than to employ
insincere, erroneous logic. It is a mistake to avoid the intellectual
struggle and to resort to faulty, irrational methods out of fear that
one's strength on a subject is not adequate. Darwinism is a grave
danger that must be opposed in a serious manner and completely
eliminated. In the sight of Allah, it is a grave error and a serious
responsibility to hinder the intellectual struggle against Darwinism
by failing to be aware of this threat.
Those Who Claim There is Evolution in Islam Are Unaware that 100
Million Fossils Refute Evolution
Some Muslims imagine, with the knowledge of the 1940s and 1950s, that
evolution is a theory confirmed by science and attempt, in their own
eyes, to reconcile Islam and evolution with the helpless and peculiar
logic of "Muslims knew about evolution long before Darwin." But
thatlogic is the product of a grave ignorance.
For one thing, the evolution error is not an idea that first emerged
with Darwin. Throughout history, all materialists have maintained that
living things formed spontaneously from stone and earth and thatlife
forms supposedly descended from one another. Evolution is a pagan
belief that dates back thousands of years. The Sumerians and the
ancient Egyptians were both societies that believed in and espoused
evolution. For example, the Egyptians thought that living things
emerged spontaneously from the muddy water of the Nile.It is
meaningless therefore to say, "Evolution was known before Darwin and
Muslims also knew aboutit," as if one has discovered something new.
Muslims, the first Jews, and the early Christians, the Sumeriansand
the Egyptians all knew that evolution wasa perverted idea, of course.
But as is the case today, people of reason and good conscience could
clearly see that evolution was an error and that some people espoused
that error because of their materialist and atheist mindsets.
Second, the idea that lifeforms came into being by descending
gradually from one another is not supported by any scientific finding.
If life forms were descended from one another, as Darwin or
evolutionists who lived in the past claimed, then this shouldbe
clearly visible in the fossil record. The excavations carried out to
date have unearthed more than 100 million fossils. But there is not a
single fossil among themthat shows that one life form turned into
another or that they share a supposed common ancestor. Every one,
without exception, of these 100 million fossils shows that living
things appeared suddenly with all the characteristics they possess and
that they remained unchanged fora hundred million years, in other
words, that evolution never happened. If not a singletransitional form
has ever been discovered despite the earth being dug up all over the
placefor the last 150 years, and if not one person has responded to
the callthat "we will give 10 trillion Turkish lira to anyone
producing an intermediate form fossil," and if even Darwin said that
his theory would collapse if no transitional fossils were found, in
other words, if there exists nota single, solitary concrete finding,
then it is meaningless to tell fairy tales and invent headlines such
as :our ancestors were microbes," "the forerunner of the bird has been
discovered " or"our ancestors were dates."
Allah Did Not Create the Universe and Life through Evolution
In the Qur'an, Allah has revealed many verses about the creation of
lifeand the universe. Yet these verses contain not the slightest
indication that living things descended from one another, or that
there exists any evolutionary relationship between them. Of course,
had Allah so wished, He couldhave created living things by way of
evolution. Yet there is nosign of this in the Qur'an,and not one verse
supports the idea of species developing gradually by stages, as
evolutionists maintain. Ifsuch a manner of creation had taken place,
we would see detailed accounts of this in verses from the Qur'an. Yet,
on the contrary, it is revealed inthe Qur'an that Allah brought life
and the universe into being in a miraculous way, by commanding them
to"Be!"
The Originator of the heavens and earth. When He decides on something,
He just says to it, "Be!" and it is. (Surat al-Baqara: 117)
If, as is claimed, half-ape,half-human life forms had really lived
before the Prophet Adam (pbuh)- had mutations and natural selection
exerted an effect on the creation of living things-then Allah would
have informed us of this in the Qur'an in a very clear, distinct, and
intelligible way. However, no verse of theQur'an contains any
suchinformation. On the contrary, many verses tell us that man was
created out of nothing, in the finest form:
We created man in the finest mould. (Surat at-Tin: 4)
He created the heavens and the Earth with truth and formed you, giving
you the best of forms… (Surat at-Taghabun : 3)
Those Who Seek to Islamicize Darwinism Cannot Explain the Creation of
the Angels and Djinn
Our Almighty Lord is He Who creates from nothing, from no earlier
model, in a form and at a time of His choosing. When Allah wishes a
thing to exist He commands it to "Be!":
Our Word to a thing when We desire it is just to say to it "Be!" and
it is. (Surat an-Nahl: 40)
Allah is He Who is unsullied by any flaw or deficiency, Who has no
need of anything. Therefore, Allah has no need of any prior cause,
vehicle or stage in order to create. One must not be misled by the
fact that everything in this world depends on specific causes. As the
Creator, Allah is unsulliedby any of these laws of nature.
But those who fail to reflect on these facts properly may fall into
various errors. People who seek to reconcile Darwinism with Islam are
misled by this lack ofreflection. Since they cannot appreciate
Allah'ssublime creative might and the perfection in Hiscreative
artistry, they come up with impossibleinterpretations such as"Islamic
evolution." When asked how the angels and djinn were created, these
people-who maintain that man progressed by way of evolution-will
answer,"Allah created them fromnothing." These people know that Allah
created the angels and djinn, butfail to reason that He created human
beings inthe same way. This is a very grave error. It is astonishing
that they cannot see that our Almighty Lord, Who created the angels
with the command to "Be!", also created man in exactly the same
fashion.
In the Qur'an, Allah tells us that the djinn were created differently
from human beings, out of fire:
He created man from dryearth like baked clay; And He created the
djinnfrom a fusion of fire. (Surat ar-Rahman: 14-15)
As we are told in the Qur'an, the creation of the angels was also very
different to that of human beings. One versetells us this about how
angels were created:
Praise be to Allah, the Bringer into Being of theheavens and Earth, He
who made the angels messengers, with wings-two, three or four. He adds
to creation in any way He wills. Allah has power over all things.
(Surah Fatir: 1)
As you can clearly see from this verse, angels are also very different
from human beings in terms of appearance. It is also revealed in the
Qur'an that both the angels and the djinn were created before Man.
When Allah was about to create the Prophet Adam (pbuh), the first
human being, He commanded the angels and Diabolis, a djinn, to
prostrate themselves before the Prophet Adam (pbuh). One verse reveals
that:
When We said to the angels, "Prostrate yourselves to Adam," they
prostrated with the exception of Diabolis. Hewas one of the djinn
andwantonly deviated from his Lord's command. Do you take him and his
offspring as protectors apart from Me when they are your enemy? How
evil is the exchangethe wrongdoers make! (Surat al-Kahf: 50)
Creation is an easy matter for Allah. Our Lord is He Who creates
without the need for a natural cause. If He created the angels and
djinns in different ways and out of nothing, thenHe also created Man
as a separate entity out of nothing, without the need for any
evolution. The same applies to other life forms such as animals and
plants. Allahcreated these living things out of nothing in a single
moment, without causing them toevolve-in other words, without turning
one species into another.
Muslims Who Defend Evolution Are Unable to Explain How the Prophet
Moses' (pbuh)Staff Turned into a Snake or How a Piece of Mud the
Prophet Jesus (pbuh) Breathed on Turned into a Bird and Flew Away
It is revealed in the Qur'an that when the Prophet Moses (pbuh) cast
his staff onto the ground it turned, by the will of Allah into a
living snake. When the Prophet Moses (pbuh) cast his staff on the
ground a dead piece of wood turned into a living snake, and when he
picked it up again a living snake turned backinto a piece of dead
wood. And when he cast it down again it again came to life. In other
words, an inanimate object comes to life, then dies, and then comes
back to life again.By this miracle, Allah constantly demonstrates His
creation. In verses it is revealed that:
He threw it down and SUDDENLY IT WAS A SLITHERING SNAKE. He said,
'Take hold of it and have no fear. We will return it to its original
form. (Surah Ta Ha, 20:21)
(We said to Moses,) 'Throw down what is in your right hand. It will
swallow up their handiwork. Their handiwork is just a magician's
trick. Magicians do not prosper wherever they go.' (Surah Ta ha, 69)
'Throw down your staff.' Then when he sawit SLITHERING LIKE A SNAKE
he turned and fled and did not turn back again. 'Have no fear, Moses.
In My Presence the Messengershave no fear.' (Surat an-Naml, 10)
At the moment when theProphet Moses (pbuh) cast the staff he was
holding down on the ground, as a blessing from Allah a lifeless piece
of wood turned into a living being that moved very fast and swallowed
up what other people had produced, in other words, a completely living
thing with a digestive system. Allah thus showed people an instance of
how He creates life from nothing. A living thing comes to life, just
by Allah's willing it to do so,by commanding it to "Be!" This miracle
bestowed by Allah on the Prophet Moses (pbuh), demolished the ancient
Egyptians' superstitious belief in evolution at a stroke. The people
around the Prophet Moses (pbuh) immediately realized thetruth,
abandoned their superstitious beliefs and turned to faith in Allah.
The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) also waged a campaign against paganthought,
pagan beliefs and a Judaism that had been corrupted. He told people
what was true and right, but he also first proved Creation. The Qur'an
states that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh)made an object resembling a bird
out of clay, and that when he breathed on it, by the will of Allah,
the bird came to life:
Remember when Allah said, ''Jesus, son of Maryam, remember My blessing
to you and to your mother when I reinforced you with the Purest Spirit
so that you could speak to people in the cradle and when youwere fully
grown; and when I taught you the Book and Wisdom, and the Torah and
the Gospel; and WHEN YOU CREATED A BIRD-SHAPE OUT OF CLAY BY MY
PERMISSION, AND THEN BREATHED INTO IT AND IT BECAME A BIRD BY MY
PERMISSION...(Surat al-Maida, 110)
This bird came to life outof inanimate matter through no natural
cause, by Allah's choosing and through a miracle. The bird is one of
the examples of Allah's sublime creation, with no previous model or
natural cause. It is impossible for those who wish to Islamicize
Darwinism to account for this.
Conclusion: Darwinism Has Collapsed, and Its Death Throes Are to No Avail
Science has revealed the invalidity of evolution. People have been
made aware and seen the truth thanks to the works, documentaries,
conferences and exhibitions setting out the facts. The Sun has risen
again, and even if some people seek, in their own eyes, to hide the
fact using tall tales and propaganda, it is impossible to put the
clock back. People have seen and examined fossils with their own eyes
in restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls, and have witnessed the
fact that evolution never happened. Darwinists can hereafter tell
whatever tales they like, engage in whatever endless propaganda they
please and put as much pressure on as they care, but it will still be
impossible to keep evolution alive. Evolution has collapsed, and
Darwinism is dead. It is now time to bury it. Our advice to
evolutionists is to abandon their pointless efforts, behave in a
rational and logical way and accept that Darwinism is dead, rather
than ignore the scientific data.

Fathwa - Mary Magdalene was not mentioned in the Quran

Question
mary magdalene i need wht tell abt qran
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The name of Mary Magdalene was not mentioned in the Quran. However,
some books of Tafseer (interpretation ofthe Quran) have mentioned her
among those who believed in 'Eesa ) Jesus ( . Shaykh Taahir ibn
'Aashoor said in his Tafseer (At-Tahreer wat-Tanweer) regarding the
saying of Allaah The Almighty (which means): { Then the factions
differed [concerning Jesus] from among them. } [Quran 19: 37], " It
means that some of thembelieved in 'Eesa and those are Yahya ibn
Zakariyya , Maryam the mother of 'Eesa , the twelve disciples, and
some women such as Mary Magdalene, and a few others, while the
majority of Jews disbelieved in him. " [End quote]

Fathwa - Your mother's children from Zina are your lawfulsiblings

Question
salam alaikom, i have a question to ask. My parents got divroced andmy
mother has become a non muslim, she has concieved two children by
zinaa and to her she sees it as being normal because she isnt muslim
anymore. Are these children classed as my brothers and do i have
togive them there rights as brothers ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
These two children are considered your brothersfrom your mother's side
as you all have the same mother and they are traced back to her since
the child of Zina (fornication or adultery) is traced back to his
mother and he inherits her and she inherits him as we clarified in
Fataawa 89082 and 85430 , so it is important that you refer to them.
Based on the above, these two children have their right upon you as brothers.
On the other hand, we advise you to do your utmost to save your mother
from Hellfire by bringing her back to the truth and make her repent
from apostasy. First, you should supplicate Allaah for her as
supplication is the weapon of the believer by which he achieves his
needs. Indeed, Allaah urged us to supplicate Him and He promised us to
answer our supplication. Allaah says (what means): { And your Lord
says, Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain
My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible . }[Quran 40:60]
Then, you should seek the help of righteous andpious people and
scholars so that they would clarify to her the seriousness of apostasy
which leads to the wrath of Allaah and losing this world and the
Hereafter, and this is the manifest loss. Allaah says (what means): {
And whoever ofyou reverts from his religion [to disbelief] anddies
while he is a disbeliever -for those, their deeds have become
worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the
companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally. }[Quran
2:217]And Allaah knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Fathwa - The Jathoom attacking humans during their sleep

Question
Assalmu Alaykum, How does the jinn known as Incubus or Jathoom attack
humans during their sleep? Does he take an animal form and chokes the
person (external attack) or does he affect him through hisdreams
(enters the body as a demon possession)? Jazakum Allah khayran
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
The incubus is the nightmare that comes while one is sleeping. Some
contemporary physicians call it "sleep paralysis", and former and
contemporary physicians have spoken about it. They said that it is due
to physical causes in most cases and it might be due to other reasons.
Ibn Seena ) Avicenna ) said in his book Al-Qaanoon (the Law): "
Chapter on Incubus: It is called the suffocator and it can be called
in Arabic Al-Jaathoom, ..... it is a disorder in which a person feels
when he is in the first stage of sleep that a heavy imaginary thing
falls on him, squeezes him and constricts his breathing, so one loses
his ability to speak or move. He almostsuffocates due to the blocking
of the pores of his body, and when it leaves the person, he suddenly
becomes attentive, and it is an introduction to one of the three
illnesses: either epilepsy or stroke, or mania. That is if it was due
to congested mattersand not due to other non-physical reasons... "
[End quote]
It may also be that the Jaathoom is because of the jinn either by
possessing the person or by taking control over him through
imaginations and nightmares. Abu Qataadah said that theProphet said: "
The good dream is from Allaah while the bad dream is from the devil.
So, if any of you has a dream that he fears, he should spit on his
left andseek refuge with Allaah from its evil, for it will not cause
him any harm. " [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]

Ibn An-Nafees: discovererof the minor blood circulation system

He was an extremely learned, multi-talented scientist, and a pioneer
in medicine. Through his researches and discoveries, he managed to
surpass his contemporary scientists and even those who came after him.
He, alone, managed to write the largest medical encyclopedia in
history.
He is the scientist and physician, `Alaa'u Ad-Deen `Ali Ibn Abi
Al-Hazm, known as Ibn An-Nafees.
Birth and Early Years
`Alaa'u Ad-Deen `Ali Ibn Abi Al-Hazm Al-Qurashi was born in Damascus
in 607 A.H. 1210 A.C. He started seeking knowledge in his early years.
He memorized the Glorious Quran, learnt how to read and write, and
studied jurisprudence, Hadeeth, and the Arabic language. Then, he
directed his efforts to the study of medicine and his teacher was
Muhaththab Ad-Deen`Abdur-Raheem `Ali who was known as Ad-Dikhwaar.
This teacher was one of the most famous ophthalmologists. He wasalso
manager of the NooriHospital in Damascus and head of the physicians in
Syria and Egypt. In the NooriHospital, the giant corporation
established by Noor Ad-Deen Mahmood Ibn Zinki, Ibn An-Nafees studied
medicine and his teachers were the two famous physicians Al-Muhaththab
Ad-Dikhwaar and `Imraan Al-Israa`eeli whotaught many of the well-known
physicians ofthat time.
Back then, Damascus was ruled by the Ayyoobid Dynasty who paid a lot
ofattention to science and knowledge. They made Damascus and Cairo, as
well as other cities under their control, great centers of knowledge
which received students and scholars from all overthe world.
After spending a short time studying medicine, Ibn An-Nafees became a
skillful physician whose knowledge and experience was equal to that of
his great teachers, and he became famous everywhere.
In Cairo
In 633 A.H. 1236 A.C., Ibn An-Nafees traveled to Egypt and stayed in
Cairo, the capital of the AyyoobidState. Ibn An-Nafees joined the
NaasiriHospital which was established by SultanAn-Naasir Saladin
Al-Ayyoobi in 577 A.H. 1181 A.C. Ibn An-Nafees worked in the hospital
asa physician, and later as ateacher of medicine. Owing to his
studious nature and excellence in medicine, he became head of the
Hospital and manager of its Medical school. Some years later, he moved
to work as head of the MansooriHospital which was established by
SultanAl-Mansoor Ibn Qalawoonin 680 A.H. 1281. Ibn An-Nafees occupied
several positions until he became the physician of Sultan Ath-Thaahir
Beibers. Ibn An-Nafees was famous throughout the whole country. He
leda life of affluence in Cairo. He built a spacious house and
allocated part of it to be a library whichwas full of reference books
in all fields of knowledge. In this place, Ibn An-Nafees used to meet
the most well-known scientists, princes, high ranking people, and
students in order to study issues related to medicine, jurisprudence,
and language.
Ibn An-Nafees: Discovererof the Minor Blood Circulation System
For several centuries, scientists of medicine from all over the world
were of the opinion that the first scientist to discover blood
circulation was the British doctor, William Harvey, in 1628. Harvey
wrote a book entitled 'Anatomical Essay on the Motion of the Heart and
Blood in Animals' in which he gave an accurate account of the
mechanism of the circulatory system.
This false assumption prevailed until the academic world was surprised
when an Egyptian physician proved that it was Ibn An-Nafees who
discovered the blood circulation. The Egyptian physician, Muhyid-Deen
At-Tataawi, proved this fact in his PhD thesis which he submitted for
Freiberg University, Germany in 1343 A.H. 1924 A.C. At-Tataawi
discovered this outstanding piece of information after he found a
manuscript from Ibn An-Nafees' book 'The Explanation of Anatomy in
Al-Qaanoon Book' in the Berlin Library.
In this book, Ibn An-Nafees, prior to William Harvey, provided a
scientific description of the minor circulatory system. At-Tataawi,
with this discovery, astonishedall his teachers and drew the attention
of many scientists and researchersin the field. In the forefront of
these scientists was the GermanOrientalist Mayer Hoove who worked as a
resident physician in Egypt and spoke Arabic fluently. In 1931, he
published a detailed treatise in which he confirmed the truth of this
astonishing fact. Thus, after seven centuries, Ibn An-Nafees regained
his right once again.
Other contributions to medicine
The discovery of the blood circulation system is one of the unique,
unprecedented contributions of Ibn An-Nafees to medicine. He was also
the first physician to describe the arteries that carry blood to the
heart muscle, although there is a common misconception among medical
historians that a scientist named Stokes was the first to discover
arteries. There is yet another unprecedented discoveryby Ibn An-Nafees
that should not be ignored; he described the tiny capillaries that
allow a constant interchange between the blood and waste products in
the tissues.
Three centuries later, the Italian scientist Riyaldoa Colombo talked
about these capillaries.
His writings
Ibn An-Nafees' fame was not limited to medicine. He was one of the
greatest scholars of his time in the Arabic language, philosophy,
jurisprudence, and Prophetic Hadeeths. He has many books in these
fields such as:
- The Kaamiliyyah Treatise on the Prophetic Biography
- Faadil Ibn Naatiq which is similar to the famous book Hayy Ibn Yaqdhaan
- The Concise Book in the Fundamentals of HadeethScience
- The Way to Eloquence inArabic grammar
In the field of medicine, he had many writings and contributions such as:
- Explanation of Hippocrates Collection
- The Abridged Book on the Experimented Kohl
- The Concise Book on Medicine
- The Explanation of Anatomy in Al-Qaanoon Book (the Canon)
- The Comprehensive Book on the Medical Profession which is the
greatest of Ibn An-Nafees' works and thelargest medical encyclopedia
ever written by one person.
His death
During his last days, Ibn An-Nafees became seriously ill after he
reached eighty years. He stayed in bed for six days. Some physicians
advised him to drink some wine, claiming that he would recover. Ibn
An-Nafees refused to drink even a drop and said: I will not meet
Allaah (i.e. die) witha drop of wine in my stomach . He died on Friday
the 21 st of Thul-Qi'dah 687 A.H., the 17 th of December 1288. Before
his death, he made a will that all his possessions, money, books, and
house should be allocated to the MansooriHospital as an endowment. -

Zakaatul-Fitr and the 'Eed

Zakaatul-Fitr
Zakaatul-Fitr is an obligatory charity on every Muslim at the end of
the month of Ramadan. Ibn 'Umar said: "The Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi
wa sallam, enjoined the payment of one Sa'a(a volume measure
corresponding approximately to the volume of 5 lb) of dates or one
Sa'a of barley as Zakaat al-Fitron every Muslim, young and old, male
and female, free and slave." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
The purpose of Zakat al-Fitr is to purify the one who has fasted from
any type of indecent act or speech he might have committedwhile
fasting. It also helps the poor and the needy. Ibn 'Abbaas said: "The
Messanger of Allah, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, enjoined Zakaat
al-Fitr on the onewho fasts to shield him from any indecent act or
speech and for the purpose of providing food forthe needy." [Abu
Daawood and Ibn Maajah]
The Amount of Zakaatul-Fitr
As the first hadeeth indicated, the amount of Zakaatul-Fitr is one
Sa'a. Sa'a is a volume measure corresponding approximately to the
volume of 5lb of good wheat. The material ofthe Zakaat can be either
dates, barley, wheat, rice, corn or similar items considered as basic
foods. Abu Sa'eed, may Allaah be pleasdd with him, said: "We usedto
give for Zakaatul-Fitr on behalf of every child, aged person, free man
or slave during the lifetime of the Messanger of Allaah, sallaallahu
alayhi wa sallam, one Sa'a of food, or one Sa'a of dried yogurt, or
one Sa'a of barley, or one Sa'a of dates, or one Sa'a of raisins."
[Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
The Time for Zakaatul-Fitr
Zakaatul-Fitr has to be paid by the end of Ramadhaan. There are two
times to pay Zakaatul-Fitr. Either one or two days before 'Eed as
'Umar used to do, or the day of 'Eed before the 'Eed prayer. Ibn 'Umar
reported that the Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, ordered them
to pay Zakaatul-Fitr before they go out to perform the 'Eed prayer. If
Zakaatul-Fitr is paid after the 'Eed prayer, it will only be
considered as regular charity. The Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi
wasallam, said: "If one pays Zakat al-Fitr before the Salat, it is
considered an accepted Zakat, if he pays it after the Salat, it is
considered an ordinary charity." [Abu Daawood]
Zakaatul-Fitr is to be given to the same eight categories or people as
in the other types of Zakat. Some scholars say that the poor and the
needy are the most deserving ones since the Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi
wa sallam, said that it had "...the purpose of providing food for the
needy."
'Eed al-Fitr
Playing, recreation, and eating onthe day of 'Eed:
These are permissible as log as they stay within the acceptable bounds
of Islam. Anas said: When the Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam,
came to Al-Madeenah, they had two days for amusement. The Prophet,
sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, has exchanged these days for two better
days: the day of breaking the fast and the day of sacrifice.
[An-Nasaa'i and Ibn Hibbaan]
Taking women and children to the prayer area:
The Prophet sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, used to take his wives and
daughters to the two 'Eeds. Umm Atiyah, may Allaah be pleasd with her,
said: "We were ordered to go out with the singleand menstruating women
to the two 'Eeds in order to witness the good and the supplications of
theMuslims. The menstruating women though would stay away from the
prayer area." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
Going to the prayer area:
The Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wasallam, used to go to the prayer
area on foot. Jaaber narrated: "Onthe days of 'Eed, the Prophet,
sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, would go to the prayer area by one route
and come back by another route." [Al-Bukhaari]
Eating before going to the prayer area:
Since 'Eed al-Fitr is the day on which Muslims break their Ramadhaan
fast, it is preferable to eat before going to the 'Eed prayer. It is a
Sunnah of the Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, to eat an odd
number of dates before going to pray Salaat al-'Eed. Anas reported:
"The Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, would not go out on the
day of 'Eed al-Fitr without eating an odd number of dates."
[Al-Bukhaari]
Preparation for 'Eed prayer:
It is preferred to make Ghusl (take a bath), wear one's best clothes
and, for men, to put perfume before going to Salaat al-'Eed. Ibn
Al-Qayyim said:"The Prophet, sallaallahu alayhi wa sallam, used to
wear his best clothes for the 'Eed prayers and he had clothes that he
reserved for the two 'Eeds and Jumu'ah."
Making Takbeer:
Takbeer starts from the night of 'Eed's eve until the Imaam comesout
to start the prayer. Allaah Says (which means): "Allah intends for you
ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to
complete the period and to glorify Allah (i.e., say Takbeer) for that
[to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful."
[Quran; 2: 185] The form of takbeer is related by 'Umar and Ibn
Mas'ood: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La illaha illallaah. Allahu
Akbar. Allahu Akbar wa lillaahil-hamd."
Congratulating each other:
It has been narrated that when the Prophet's companions met each other
on the 'Eed day, they would say to each other:"May Allah accept from
us and from you." [Ahmad]

Virtues of deeds - The virtues of pregnancy.

I would like to know the virtues of pregnancy in islam and what is
recommended for a woman to do interms of ibadat during this time? Is
the salah of a pregnant woman more rewarded than a salah of a woman
thats not pregnant.
Praise be to Allaah.
Firstly:
There is no doubt that a woman's pregnancy andgiving birth is
fulfilling an aim of sharee'ah that is dear to Allah, which is
increasing the progeny of the Muslims who proclaim the Oneness of
Allah, the followers of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be
upon him). This is the most important thing onwhich the woman should
focus her intention during her pregnancy.
It was narrated that Ma'qil ibn Yasaar said: A man came to the Prophet
(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: I have found a
woman who is of good lineage and beautiful, but she cannothave
children; should I marry her?
He said: No.
Then he came to him a second time and he told him not to marry her.
Then he came to him a third time and he said: "Marry the one who is
loving and prolific (could bear many children), for I will be proud of
your large numbers before the nations."
Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2050; al-Nasaa'i, 3227; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani.
Because of this aim to which we have referred,if pregnancy is
difficult for the woman and she bears it with patience, there are many
benefits which will come to the mother through it, including the
following:
1.
Psychological preparation for the task of raising the child which is
the most important and most complicated of all tasks, in which they
(the parents) raise the child to have a good attitude and become
religiously committed for the sake of Allah, and they hope that Allah
will decree reward for them because of the actions oftheir righteous
son, so that he will become an ongoing charity for them after they die
and thus they may attain a great deal of reward which no one knows
except Allah.
2.
The difficulties encountered by the pregnant woman, including pain and
sickness, and health, psychological and physical problems in many
cases, will all bringgreat reward that will be recorded for the
pregnant woman, in sha Allah. Allah will reward the Muslim for
everything that befalls him in this world. Even ifa thorn pricks him,
Allah will expiate thereby some of his sins, and the pains of labour
and pregnancy are far greater than that.
3.
Even if we assume that this woman dies in childbirth, she will die asa
martyr. This is indicative of the virtue of her condition. The Prophet
(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "The woman who dies
in pregnancy or childbirth is a martyr." Narrated by AbuDawood, 3111;
classed assaheeh by al-Nawawi in Sharh Muslim, 13/62. Andhe said: the
one who dies in childbirth, i.e., she dies with something (the child)
inside, not separated from her.
Secondly:
As for the acts of worship that the pregnant woman can do, they are
all the acts of worship that the Muslim does by day and by night, such
as praying, fasting (so long as there is no fear of harm), giving
charity, reading Qur'aan, regularly reciting the adhkaar that are
prescribed in sharee'ah, treating people kindly, visiting relatives,
taking stock of oneself, and striving to attain the best attitudes,
actions and words.
Perhaps one of the things that the woman should focus on during this
period is learning about sound methods of raising children,
readingbooks on this topic or listening to useful lectures by scholars
on it,whether that has to do with moral upbringing, health,
psychology, pedagogy, and so on, in preparation for the great mission
with which Allah has entrusted the parents, which is the trust of
raising and caring for the child, so that the parents may embark upon
it with knowledge and insight and achieve the best results, and attain
the pleasure of Allah in this world and inthe Hereafter.
With regard to specific rituals or adhkaar specifically for the woman
during pregnancy, we did not know of any such thing in Islam.
Finally we should point out that there are some hadeeths which
indicatethat the wife's pregnancy will bring a reward like that of one
who fasts and prays at night for the sake of Allah, and that there are
many other rewards for giving birth, breastfeeding and weaning the
child, but they are all false and fabricated hadeeths, so it is not
permissible to narrate them or speak ofthem except by way of warning
people about them. And Allaah knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Virtues of deeds - Will the seven whomAllah will shade with His shade on the Day of Resurrection be brought to account?.

Is that the seven types ofpeople who will be shaded by allah will
theyalso go paradise withut account.
Praise be to Allaah.
It was narrated that 'Imraan ibn Husayn (mayAllah be pleased with him)
said: The Prophet of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)
said: "Seventy thousand of my ummah will enter Paradise without being
brought to account." They said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allah? He
said: "They are the ones who do not ask others toperform ruqyah for
them, or believe in omens, or use cautery, and they put their trust in
their Lord."
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5270) and Muslim (321).
These four categories will not be brought to account and will not be
punished. With regard to other people who are not included in these
categories, they will be brought to account… Then Allah will forgive
them.
It was narrated from Safwaan ibn Muhriz that a man asked Ibn 'Umar:
What did you hear the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah
be upon him) say about an-najwah (the private conversation that Allah
will have with His slaves on the Day of Resurrection)? He said: "One
of you will draw close to his Lord until He will screen him, then He
will say: 'You did such and such,' and he will say: 'Yes'; and He will
say:'You did such and such,' and he will say: 'Yes,' and He will make
him admit [other deeds]. Then He will say 'I concealed them for you in
the world, and I forgive you for them today.'"
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (2261).
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The Muslims
are unanimouslyagreed that the Reckoning will definitelytake place on
the Day of Resurrection. The way the Reckoning will be conducted for
the believer is that Allah will converse privately with him; He will
make him admit his sins until he thinks that he is doomed, then Allah
will say to him: "I concealed it for you in the world and I forgive
you for it today." And He will give him the book of his good deeds.
As for the disbelievers and hypocrites, it will becalled out before
all creatures: "These are theones who lied against their Lord! No
doubt! thecurse of Allah is on the Zalimoon (polytheists, wrong-doers,
oppressors, etc.)." [Hood 11:18]
Agreed upon, from the hadeeth of Ibn 'Umar.
The Reckoning applies toall people except those whom the Prophet
(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said will be exempted. They
are seventy thousand of this ummah, one of whom is 'Ukkaashah ibn
Mihsan. They will enter Paradise without being brought to account and
without any punishment. (Agreed upon.) Ahmad narrated a marfoo' report
from Thawbaan which says that each one of them will have seventy
thousand with him. Ibn Katheer said: It is a saheeh hadeeth, and he
mentioned corroborating evidence for it.
End quote from Sharh Lam'at al-I'tiqaad, 1/38
Shaykh al-Fawzaan (mayAllah preserve him) said: This is a great
bounty, asthe rest of creation will be brought to account; some of
them will have an easy reckoning and some of them will be questioned
in detail.
End quote from I'aanat al-Mustafeed Sharh Kitaab at-Tawheed, 1/87
Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (may Allah preserve him) said: Whatis meant
by making him admit his sins is that He will make him confess tothem.
Some of the believers will be admitted to Paradise without being
brought to account, as mentioned in the saheehhadeeth about the
seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without being brought to
account and without being punished.
The Reckoning will vary; some of it will be a merepresentation, which
is a brief look, and some of it will be questioned in detail. In
as-Saheehayn it is narrated from 'Aa'ishah (may Allah be pleased with
her) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon
him) said: "No one will be brought to account on the Day of
Resurrection except he will be doomed." I said: O Messenger of Allah,
Allah says (interpretationof the meaning): "Then, as for him who will
be given his Record in his right hand, He surely willreceive an easy
reckoning" [al-Inshiqaaq84:8]. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and
peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Rather that isa mere presentation
andno one will be questioned in detail on the Day of Resurrection but
he will be punished."
End quote from Sharh al-'Aqeedah al-Waasitiyyah, 1/113
To sum up: the special privilege that is mentioned in the hadeeth,
"[they] will enter Paradise without being brought to account" is
exclusively for those who are mentioned in the hadeeth; people apart
from them will be brought to account.
And Allah knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Virtues of deeds - Is it permissible to say, “By Allah, I shall certainly discipline you, O nafs”?.

I have come up with a campaign called "By Allah, I shall certainly
discipline you, O nafs". This is a campaign that promotes
self-development and jihad an-nafs. I am goingto set up programs for
purifying the soul, softening the heart and reminding one of death,
and I want to post lectures by trustworthy shaykhs.
Is there anything wrong with saying I shall certainly discipline the
nafs that was created by Allah?
Does the fact that this title contains an oath mean that other members
are compelled to join the campaign? Please note that I said that
whoever posts a comment on this topic will be regarded as having
joined us in this campaign.
Praise be to Allah.
There is nothing wrong with a person saying to himself, "I shall
certainly discipline you, O nafs" if he is disciplining himselfin
accordance with the teachings of Islam. Even though Allah created
thenafs, the main purpose for which Allah has prescribed religion is
to discipline the nafs, purify it, and instruct it to do acts of
worship and obedience. To Allah belong the creation and the
commandment.
Imam al-Aajurri (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
If someone were to say: what evidence is there for disciplining the
nafs? The answer is: The Qur'aan, the Sunnah andthe words of the Muslim
scholars. End quote fromAdab an-Nufoos, p. 9
He also said (p. 17):
How bad is the situation of the one who neglects to discipline his
nafs andtrain it on the basis of knowledge; and how good is the
situation of the one who pays attention to disciplining his nafs and
knows whatAllah has enjoined upon him and what He has forbidden to
him, and is patient in going against the whims and desires ofhis nafs,
and seeks the help of Allah the Almighty in doing so. End quote.
And he narrated in his book (p. 13) that ar-Rabee' ibn Anas said,
concerning the verse "Ward off from yourselves and your families a
Fire (Hell)" [at-Tahreem 66:6]: Discipline and train yourselves and
your families to adhere to thecommands of Allah, may He be glorified
and exalted.
And he narrated (p. 14) that Sa'eed ibn Jubayr said: that is: proper
etiquette and manners.
Then he (may Allah have mercy on him) said (p. 15): Do you not see,
may Allah have mercy on you, that your Lord Most Generous is urging you
to discipline yourself and your families. Pay heed to Allah and make
yourselves adhere to that. End quote.
Based on that: there is nothing wrong with the phrase mentioned and
there is nothing wrong with giving the group the title mentioned, even
if this phrase was not narrated in this way from some of the Salaf, so
long as it is Islamicallyacceptable in and of itself and does not
include anything that is not appropriate according to Islam.
If you choose a title that is similar in meaning, such as
"Self-discipline" or "Training the nafs" and so on, that is also good.
Such words were used as book titles by some of the Salaf.
The oath mentioned is not regarded as compelling anyone to join the
group; rather heis a member if he accepts the conditions stipulated in
the group.
And Allah knows best.

Islamic Stories - An Orphan's Eid

It was the day of celebration and a day of rejoicing. There was an air
of festivity in the streets of Madinah. All the people, both young and
old were dressed in their best clothes, especially for this specialday
of Eid.
As it was time for early morning Eid prayers everyone made their way
to an open piece of land on the outskirts of the city. The Prophet
Muhammad (pbuh) arrived and led the prayers. After they had finished
they all greeted each other and everyonewas walking back home. The
children running and playing in excitement, smiling and laughing,
without a carein the world. As the Prophet (pbuh) walked back home, he
suddenly became aware of a little boy (Zuhair Bin Saghir) sitting by
himself on the side of the path. The little boy was crying and looked
very sad. The Prophet (pbuh) bent down and patted him onthe shoulders
and asked 'why are you crying?' 'Please leave me alone' sobbed the
little boy. The boy didn't even see who was talking to him. The
Prophet (pbuh) ran his fingers through the boy's hair and very gently
and kindly asked him again why he was crying. This time the boy said,
'My father was martyred fighting, and now my mother has married again
and my stepfather does not want me to live at home any more. Today is
Eid and everyone is happy. All the children have new clothes and nice
things to eat, but I don't have any clothes except what I am wearing.
I have no food and I don'teven have a place to live.'
The Prophet (pbuh) said to him, 'I know how you feel, I lost both my
mother and father whenI was a little boy.' The boy was surprised to
hear that it was an orphan who was comforting him, and when he looked
up to his great surprise it was the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and he
immediately jumped up to his feet out of love and respect.
The Prophet (pbuh) said to him 'If I were to become your new fatherand
Ayesha you new mother, and Fatima yournew sister, would that make you
feel better?' 'Oh yes, that would be the best thing in the world!' The
boy started smiling. The Prophet took him home and gavehim new clothes
and good food on this beautiful day of Eid. The boy indeed had a
wonderful Eid that day.
We should think of others that are less fortunate than ourselveson
this beautiful day of Eid. Not everyone has such a wonderful day. It
is a day of celebration, but take a moment to stop and think of those
who are less fortunate than ourselves. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Islamic Stories - Simple Acts of Charity

Qasim Rahimahullah narrates: A man passed by Abu Darda (RA) in
Damascus when he was planting a tree and said to Abu Darda (RA): Are
you also doing a (worldly) work, though you are a Sahabi (companion)
of Rasulullah (peace and blessings be upon him)? He said: Don't hasten
to blame me; I heard Rasulullah saying: Never did a man plant a
sapling (a young tree), and then a man, or any other creation of Allah
Glory to Him, ate (or benefited) from it, except that it becomes a
Sadaqah (charity) for theplanter.
Source: Sahih Muslim.
Islam considers the slightest acts of helping others as charity! Even
smiling at others to make them happy is counted as charity. It is due
to our selfishness that mankind suffers. Letus give more and take
less.
