*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

The Darwinist techniques of clamor and demagoguery

There is not onesingle piece of evidence for Darwinism. For that
reason, for the last 150 years Darwinists have used a different
technique to providing evidence; clamor and demagoguery.
-Darwinists resort toall possible means to cover up the fact that the
theory of evolution is a deception. Academics and scientists
questioning evolution and espousing anti-Darwinian views are hurriedly
removed from their posts and silenced.
-They attempt to portraythe fraud of Darwinism as a highly complex
scientific reality. They tryto deceive people with complicated
formulae and unintelligible terminology. They take advantage of
science and people's respect for it, even though there is nothing
scientific to the theory whatsoever.
-They engage in loud and long demagoguery and resort to
charlatanryinstead of giving scientific responses to people holding
other views. Since they are unable to provide any real scientific
evidence at all, they imagine that they can invalidate the definitive
proofs of Creation by making so-called jokes and usinga mocking,
improper tone. They imagine they will thus be able to deceive people,
even though the evidence is plain for everyone to see.
-They try to prevent people thinking and investigating the true facts.
They imagine that only in this way can theyprevent the fraudulent
nature of Darwinism being exposed. They try to prevent people thinking
by means of demagogic accounts andcomplicated, incomprehensible
articles adorned with grotesque-looking formulae.
-Some foreign pro-Darwinist publications are the bestexample of this.
None of these can ever say, "Yes, there are 100 million fossils that
prove Creation, and we rebut these in any way." They never mention the
amber containing organisms exactly as they were millions of years ago.
They never raise these issues because they know only too well that
they all totally refute Darwinism. They merely resort to plenty of
unintelligible demagoguery of no scientific value.
-They apply pressure to ensure that students holding anti-Darwinist
views are expelled from their schools. For example, in a report on the
subject in the British weeklyTheObserver, Darwinist scientists are
reported to say that "if religion stops their students accepting
evolution, there is no point in them staying at university." This is a
clear statement from themouths of Darwinists regarding the Darwinist
technique of menaces and intimidation.
-One of the demagogic techniques most frequently employed by
Darwinists is the claim that the financing for Harun Yahya's matchless
works that have stunnedthe whole world comes from outside Turkey. A
report that recently appeared inThe Observerclaimed that the
activities in questionwere backed from Saudi Arabia. Yet it is quite
evident that Saudi Arabia attaches no importance to the subject of
evolution and that the state has no anti-evolutionary policy. If the
Saudi Arabian administration really wanted to engage in
anti-evolutionary activity there is no doubtthat it would not do this
in Turkey. That would bemeaningless. The Saudi government has
sufficient money and resources to carry out wide-ranging activities in
its own country. The demagoguery that Darwinists engage in on this
subject is highly illogical and utterly ludicrous.
-It was also suggested inthe same paper that poor schools in Turkey
were grateful for Harun Yahya's books. This is another demagogic
technique. Harun Yahya's books are read right across the world because
they are of scientific value and make the true facts crystal clear. It
is wealthyEuropean countries and America that read these books the
most. People buy and like these booksbecause they tell the truth. But
Darwinists are unable to swallow this.
-Another aspect of the same demagoguery is the claim that Darwinist
scientists are afraid to speak out. In fact these scientists have no
fear atall of speaking to the proponents of Creation. Their fear lies
in having no evidence in favor of Darwinism despite all the millions
of proofs of Creation. There is no reason why they should not take
part in debates of this kind if they did have any scientific evidence
of their own. They are unable to respond to the 100 million fossils
that prove the fact of Creation, and are unable to admit that proteins
cannot form by chance. They know that they will be faced with clear
and incontrovertible scientific facts during the course of any debate.
And they have no answers to them.
-The Council of Europe's attempt to have the teaching of theAtlas of
Creationin schools banned, also described inThe Observer, is one of
Darwinists' best-known so-called intimidatory techniques.They imagine
than banning books will stop people accessing the scientific facts.
The fact is, however, that permitting no alternative view to the
one-sided teaching of Darwinism in schools is adisgrace to Darwinists
themselves. Fascism is still taught as an opposing view in schools of
philosophy that teach communism. Alternative theories to the Big Bang
are still taught regarding the formation of the universe. The
situation in this example is even more terrible, because Creation is a
fact proved by scientific evidence, whereas Darwinism is just
nonsense.
If Darwinists had the evidence to prove their theory, and
if they genuinely believed that their theory was true, then they would
very definitely feel no need to resort to demagoguery, to try to hide
the evidence for Creation, and to attempt to intimidate scientists and
other proponents ofCreation. The main reason for Darwinists' banning
books, mockery, long demagogic accounts andunwillingness to engagein
debates is that Darwinism is terrible nonsense that has deceived the
world for the last 150 years.
But all these measures, clamor and demagoguery have come to an end now
that the existence of 100million fossils supportingCreation has been
made public. People have now seen the daylight. And there is no point
in trying to tell them it is still dark outside. The scientific facts
are in front of everyone's eyes. The Darwinist lie has been unmasked.
From now on, by the will of Allah (God), Darwinists will always be
defeated no matter what demagoguery they resort to.

Darwinism is a false belief destined to bedestroyed in the endtimes

Ever since Allah (God) created the first human being, and throughout
the course of history, He has created the world in the form of a place
where two negative forces fight. There have been messengers and
righteous believers who have preached the true faith of Allah at all
times and in all societies. On the other hand, leading deniers engaged
in propagandizing irreligiousness have waged a ruthless struggle
against the truefaith. This is a law of Allah He revealed in the
Qur'an.
The power of these two negative forces in the End Times will be one of
the most striking phenomena in history. Allah has charged the blessed
Mahdi with bringing the moral values of Islam to prevail over the
whole world in the End Times, which will take place shortly before the
Last Day. The Mahdi, who assumes such an honorable and glorious
responsibility awaited with hope and enthusiasm by the Islamic world
for fourteen centuries, will of course be opposed by a powerful
negative force that will pave the way for the greatness of this task.
That force created by Allah in directopposition to the Mahdi is the
Dajjal (the Antichrist).
In order for the Mahdi to appear, and as part of the test that is the
law of Allah, there must be various instruments to cause a climate of
degeneration to arise in the End Times, and denial and irreligiousness
must spread. These special negative forces created in order for the
Mahdi toappear undertook very special tasks in the 20th and 21st
centuries in order to turn people away from the way of Allah. The main
source ofthese is Darwinism, which represents the basis of all the
intellectual systems of the Dajjal and is the worst deception of the
century.
Darwin is one ofthe greatest representatives of the system of the
Dajjal in the End Times. It was Darwin who spread the greatest
deception of the century across the whole world. The whole world was
made captive by that mass deception. Hundreds of thousands of people,
hundreds of thousands of university professors, hundreds of thousands
of academics were taken in by this fallacy, which intellectually made
the entire world's great countries' universities captive. People who
were unwilling to explain the world in terms of Allah's creation
resorted instead to the theory of evolution -- the hardest thing to
believe but the easiest totalk about. "Initially, there was muddy
water on Earth," they said, and claimed that the raw material for
proteins emerged by chance in that muddy water. They said that all
these then combined together by chance and gave rise to proteins,
which cannot possibly form by chance. Then they said "the proteins
combined together to form the cell, and the cell came to life and
multiplied. Arms andlegs appeared, and then eyes and ears." They then
went on to say, "The eye began to see bychance, and the ear to hear."
They then claimedthat the fingers began topossess the sense of touch
by chance, and thenose began to smell, again by chance, and thetongue
coincidentally began to experience the sense of taste. And they kept
this lie up for years, convincing people of this nonsense in the most
astonishing way.
This is rather like saying: "Let us put all kinds of chemical
substances into a bowl. Then let us watch over it for millions of
years, bequeathing it from onegeneration to the next. Finally, let us
see giraffes, tigers, apricot trees, melons, mynah birds, peacocks,
cats, elephants, cherries and human beings emerge from it!"
That is essentially what Darwinism says. And it has deceived the whole
world by hypnotizing it with this false and facile idea. Hundreds of
thousands of professors, hundreds of thousands of lecturers and
hundreds of thousands of teachers all signed up to this nonsense.
Psychological pressure was put on those who refused to believe it,
along the lines of "Don't tell us you don't believe it!" and they were
intimidated as they wereexpelled from their schools or removed
fromtheir posts. Darwinism literally established a system of terror
across the world.
Actually, the proponents of the Darwinist lie themselves know that
Darwinism is a fallacy, in exactly the same way that the people of the
Prophet Abraham (pbuh) continued worshiping idols despite knowing they
had absolutely no power at all. Almighty Allah describes the position
of that idolatrous people in verses:
He [Abraham] broke them in pieces, except for the biggest one, so that
they would have it to consult! (Surat al-Anbiya', 58)
They said, "Did you do this to our deities, Abraham?" He said, "No,
this one, the biggest of them, did it. Ask them if they are able to
speak!" They consulted among themselves and said, "It is you
yourselves who are wrongdoers." But then they relapsed back into their
unbelief: "You know full well these idols cannot talk."
(Suratal-Anbiya', 62-65)
Darwinists are also in the same position, or even worse
than the logic of the idolaters of the past, since this distorted
mindset even makes idols out of quadrillions times quadrillions of
atoms.
Darwin also produced other dajjals with this perverted
and feeble claim. Darwin is the great shaman priest who raised up such
blood-shedding communist and fascist dictators as Marx, Lenin, Stalin,
Mao, Hitler and Mussolini who made mass killings.
But Darwin emerged with the weakest atheist belief that
a human mind can conceive of. So much so that it depends on an
exceedingly rotten logic that could be demolished by the slightest
puff of wind. This system was speciallycreated for the emergence of
the Mahdi. The reason why it is so wide-ranging is for people to see
how easy it is to fall captive to satan and how easily thesystem of
the Mahdi will tear that other system down. This is a system that the
blessed Mahdi will demolish with a single breath. Indeed, this system
is already collapsing today due to the activities of those preparing
the way for the Mahdi.
Our Prophet (saas) has also stated that the
intellectual system of the Dajjal that deceives the whole world will
be demolished with a singlebreath from the blessed Mahdi:
"... It is impossible for any unbeliever who scents his breath not to
die. The fact that the Dajjal is a liar will radiate out in waves.
Dajjalism will be overthrown and his intellectual system destroyed."
[1]
Our Lord reveals this factin another verse:
Rather We hurl the truth against falsehood and it cuts right through
it andit vanishes clean away! Woe without end for you for what you
portray! (Surat al-Anbiya', 18)
Darwinists never expected to one day be confronted by 100 million
fossils that totally discredit their theory. They never anticipated
scientific proof of the fact that it isimpossible for proteins to form
by chance. They never foresaw the fact that there are no intermediate
forms would eventually come out. They never admitted the slightest
possibility that all the fossils heralded as transitional forms were
actually perfectly formed, extinct organisms, or that the whole world
would learn that the skulls depicted as proof of evolution were false.
Darwinists are currently literally in a state of shock. They never
expected this fallacy they disseminated acrossthe world to be
obliterated so quickly and easily.
This atheist nonsense imposed on vast sections of society, Darwinism
in other words, has indeed come to an end. This lie that deceived the
entire humanity was specially created for the blessed Mahdi to combat,
and has been equally specially eradicated. It is Almighty Allah, the
certain Creator of all things, Who has both created and destroyed
it.He reveals in another verse:
You did not kill them; it was Allah Who killed them; and you did not
throw, when you threw; it was Allah Who threw: so He might test the
believers with this excellent trial from Him. Allah is All-Hearing,
All-Knowing. (Surat al-Anfal, 17)

Everything we perceive with our five senses is the interpretation of electric signals in our brains

Although some people may realize that images consist of
electricsignals in the brain, theymay also form the impression that
the other senses, touch for instance, are different. They may think
that when they touch or smell something they aremaking direct contact
with real matter. Again, however, they are actually perceiving nothing
more than electric signals in the brain.
When we touch something with our hands, we are not really touching
that object at all. A chemical bond is formed between atoms in a
constant state of motion. But these atoms never actually "touch" one
another. In physical terms, therefore, we have never touched anything
we think we have. As a result of this illusory sense of touch, the
atoms in our hands vibrate and initiate an electrical current. That
current then moves towards the touch center in our brains. It is then
"interpreted" whenit arrives. And this is a great miracle. In the same
way that the visualcenter interprets an incoming current as a yellow
rose, the touch center interprets the signals reaching it as soft, hot
or rough. Similar signals head from our mouths to the taste region in
the brain and form a sensation of flavor, sweetness or sourness. The
signals from the nose reaching the scent detection center in the brain
and set up a perception in the brain regarding the aroma of the object
in question. Sound from the ears reaches the brain in the form of
other electric signals, and we then in some way are convinced that the
person calling our names is our mother. Weenjoy the tunes set up
byelectrical signals forwarded to the brain from the ear, and have no
doubt that the ringtone is actually coming from the phone.
All this is an extraordinary miracle created by Allah.
But the sound we hear does not actually belong to the phone, and
neither doesthe sound of music comefrom our stereos. We experience the
sound of a telephone, the originalof which we can never see, the
original of which we can never hear unless Allah so wills. What we see
is not the yellow flower on the outside. That flower, its image, its
perfume and all its beauty, consists of electric signals reaching our
brains. And we have no evidence whether the image of this flower is
the same as the real flower on the outside. Peter Russell explains
this as follows:
If all that we ever know are the sensory images that appear in our
minds, how can we be sure there is a physical realitybehind our
perceptions? Is it not just an assumption? My answer is: Yes, it is an
assumption; nevertheless, it seems a most plausible one. [i]
There is no doubt that it is impossible for us to know whether the
images, sounds, smells and tastes that form in our brains actually
exist on the outside. On the basis of this, we can be sure of only one
thing; there is a world created especially for us in our brains. And
we can never know whether other people see this world in the same way
we do. We can only see the images, hear the sounds and taste the
flavors of a world created especially for us.We can have no direct
experience of anything else.
That being the case, we need to ask the following question: can
electric signals alone give rise to such a harmonious world?
Of course, not. Itis Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Who creates the
world for us in all its reality, clarity and beauty. Allah bestows
onus a soul from His own spirit. It is the soul created by Allah that
perceives, enjoys and rejoices, and the electric signals are merely an
instrument.

the Mystery of Consciousness", New World Library, 2002, p. 47

Fathwa - A nine-month-pregnant woman may perform Hajjor 'Umrah

Question
Hello To All, Please help me with this: What is the Hukem of doing Haj
or Umra for a 9th month pregnant woman? Best Regards, Rabab
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad,
is His Slave and Messenger.
It is permissible for the pregnant woman to offerHajj and 'Umrah
whether she is in the 9thmonth orany other month of pregnancy. Indeed,
it was proved thatAsmaa' bint 'Umayswent out for Hajj with the
Prophet, when she was pregnant and approaching full term, and she gave
birth at the Meeqaat as stated in the Hadeeth of Jaabirregarding the
description of the Hajj of the Prophet:"…Until he came to Thul
Hulayfah, and Asmaa' bint 'Umays gave birth to Muhammadibn Abi Bakr and
she senta message to the Messenger of Allaah, )asking what she should
do(. He, said: "PerformGhusl )ritual bath( and bandage your private
parts..."
We do not know any disagreement among scholars regarding the
permissibility of the Hajj of the pregnant woman; however, if she
fears harm for herself or if a trustworthy doctor tells her that going
for Hajj may cause harm or pose a risk to her or to her baby because
she is sick or weak or a similar reason, then she should not go for
Hajj that year for Allaah The Almighty says )what means(:
·}Allaah does not charge a soul except ]with that within[ its
capacity.{ ]Quran 2:286[
·}And do not kill yourselves ]or one another[. Indeed, Allaah is to
you ever Merciful.{ ]Quran 4:29[
This is also indicated by the words of the Prophet: "There should be
no harm nor reciprocal harm." ]Ibn Maajah, Ahmad and others[
Allaah Knows best.

Fathwa - Having intention throughout the prayer

Question
Salamualaikum wr wb. Do you have to maintain an intention throughout
prayer? Sometimes wheni pray i forget what i am reciting )i.e if i am
reciting al fatiha or another surah(. Does thatmean I have to repeat
myprayer?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad,
is His Slave and Messenger.
You should know that intention is to resolve to do something.
Intention in prayer is that the worshiper resolves to pray Thuhr or
'Asr for example. That intention should be made along with the
Takbeeratul-Ihraam )first Takbeerah( or a little time before it. It
was stated in Ar-RawdhAl-Murbi': "One can have intention while
reciting Takbeeratul-Ihraam so that the intention can be combined to
the act of worship. One can also have it )intention(
beforeTakbeeratul-Ihraam in a time that is considered by custom as a
little time." ]End quote[
If you come to know that, then intention is not done or renewed inside
the prayer. So, if you have intention and recited Takbeer, then
youhave maintained intention and that is enough.
As for what you have stated that you do not know whether you have
recited Al-Faatihah or theSoorah, then this does not make it necessary
for you to renew intention or to repeat the prayer from the beginning.
But if you have doubt whether or not you recited Al-Faatihah while you
are still in prayer, then recite it and consider that you have not
recited it before. Thatis because Al-Faatihah is a Rukn )pillar of
prayer( and whoever doubts leaving a Rukn of the prayer while he is
still in it, has to do it.Ibn Qudaamahsaid in Al-Mughni: "If one has
doubts about leaving a Rukn of the prayer while he is still in it,
whether he missed it or not? He will be like the one who did not
perform it whether he is leading people in prayer or praying alone
because the basic principle is that it was not performed." ]End quote[
Finally, reciting a Soorah after Al-Faatihah is something
recommendedand thus if one doubts whether or not he did it, then his
doubt has no effect and his prayer is valid.
Allaah Knows best.

Fathwa - In divorce, it is the husband's word that counts

Question
salam wallikum ..a divorce saman a person from court came but i was
not at home stating that your husband has sent it, but when i spoke to
my husband he said that he did not sent it and he dose not want to
divorce me, he said it could be his family, but after that I did not
hear from him now he is saying that his affair withbhabhi should
agreed by me or he will marry someone else...i dont want divorce nor
can i adjust this relation ship what shouls i do.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad,
is His Slave and Messenger.
Sharee'ah )Islamic law( has made divorce in the husband's hand and
thus he is the one who has theright to divorce his wife. If he denies
divorce and there is no proof that he has actually divorced her, then
the husband's word is taken into account. It isnarrated in the
Masaa'il of ImaamAhmad ibn Hanbalfrom his sonSaalih: "I asked him
)ImaamAhmad( about a woman who claimed thather husband divorced her,
but she does not have evidence while her husband denies it. He said,
"The husband's word must be taken …" ]End quote[
We do not understand what you mean by your saying: "I did not hear
from him", if you mean that he has absented himself from you, then we
say it is not permissible for the husband to be away fromhis wife for
more than sixmonths except with her permission. For more benefit,
please refer to Fatwa 84073.
On the other hand, you did not explain to us the reality of his
relationship with the wife of his brother. If it is a prohibited
relationship, then it is incumbent upon you to rebuke him for that and
it is not permissible to keep silentand accept that he commits that
great sin. If he insists on that, then it is more appropriate for you
to ask for divorce even in return for a compensation. There is no good
for you to remain in marriage with a man who has a sinful relationship
with the wife of his brother.
However, if what is meant is that he respects and reveres her for she
isthe wife of his brother without doing with her anything of what
Allaah The Almighty has prohibited or what may lead to that, then
there isnothing wrong with that and you should not rebuke him for
that.
Allaah Knows best.

What would spark the next Fukushima?

The gung-ho nuclear industry is in deep shock. Just as it and its
cheerleader, the International Atomic Energy Agency, were preparing to
mark next month's 25th anniversary of the Chernobylaccident with a
series of self-congratulatory statements about the dawning of a safe
age of clean atomic power, a series ofcatastrophic but entirely
avoidable accidents take place in not one but three reactors in oneof
the richest countries of the world. Fukushima is not a rottingold
power plant in a failed state manned by half-trained kids, but
supposedly one of the safest stations in one of the most
safety-conscious countries with the best engineers and technologists
in the world.
Chernobyl blew up not because the reactor malfunctioned but because an
ill-judged experiment to see how long safety equipment would function
during shutdown went too far. So, too, in Japan, it was not the
nuclear bits of the station that went wrong but the
conventionaltechnology. The pumps did not work because the power
supply went down and the back-up support was not there because no one
had thought what happened was possible.
Even though Japan had been warned many times that possiblythe most
dangerous place in the world to site a nuclear power station was on
its coast, no one had taken into account the double-whammy effect of a
tsunami and an earthquake on conventional technology. It's easyto be
wise after the event, but the inquest will surely show that the
accident was not caused by an unpredictable natural disaster, but by a
series of highly predictable bad calls by human regulators.
The question now is whether the industry can be trusted anywhere. If
this industry were a company, its shareholders would have deserted it
years ago. In justone generation it has killed, wounded or blighted
the lives of many millions of people and laid waste to millions of
square miles of land. In that time it has been subsidized to the tune
of trillions of dollars and it will cost hundreds of billions more to
clean up and store the messes it has caused and the waste it has
created. It has had three catastrophic failures now in 25 years and
dozens more close shaves. Its workings have been marked around the
world by mendacity, cover-ups, secrecy and financial incompetence.
Sadly, the future looks worse. Theworld has a generation of reactors
coming to the end of their days and politicians putting intense
pressure on regulators toextend their use well beyond their design
lives. We are planning to double worldwide electricity supply from
nuclear power in the next 20 years, but we have nowhere near enough
experienced engineers to run the ever-bigger stations. We have private
companies peddling new designs that are said to be safer but which are
still not proven, and we have 10 new countries planning to move into
civil nuclear power in the next five years.
It gets worse. More than 100 of the world's reactors are already sited
in areas of high seismic activity and many of 350 new stations planned
for the highly volatile Pacific rim where earthquakes, tsunamis and
other natural hazards are certain to happen. We still have not
workedout how to store waste and, we now know that we cannot protect
stations from all eventualities.
Next time the disaster may have nothing to do with an earthquake or a
tsunami, but be because of climate change, terrorism, a fatal error in
an anonymous engineering works, proliferation of plutonium or a
deranged plant manager. If therewere no alternatives than employing
nuclear power to lightup a bulb or to reduce carbon emissions then the
industry and governments might be forgiven. But when the stakes are so
high, the scale is so big and there are 100 other safer ways, it seems
sheer folly to go on in this way.

A Daa'iyah, Except in One's Own Family - II

Dear caregivers andDaa'iyahs)callers to Islam( – male and female,
Your role is no less important than that of the other.
Together you bring up your child with a good upbringing -- you and not
anyone else.
First: The role of the father when he is aDaa'iyah:
Dear father, your role is extremely important. You are thehead of the
house; and if your participation is missing, the house will collapse.
A house without a father is like a ship without a leader or a captain.
Dear father, I know well that you do not have enough time to even read
my words. But I beg your pardon: the time that you spend at home is
quite important, otherwise, you would be shockedby a smoking, stealing
or lying child. Here are some practical means to help you play your
role:
1- Daily session with your family:
Fix, say, half an hour everyday to sit with your family members, and
it is better if this is scheduledin the morning, in order to give an
opportunity to all the members of the family to gather together.
Dear caregiver, make this session a daily routine for the entire
family. This session should consist of the following:
-Reciting a short portion of the Noble Quran )five minutes(;
-Read a noble PropheticHadeeth)narration( )five minutes(;
-Introducing to your children a good moral, such as altruism, and it
is better if it is related to the subject of the Quranic Verse and the
PropheticHadeeth)ten minutes(;
-Reciting a short song )Nasheed(: )ten minutes(.
-Having breakfast with your family.
2- The weekly session with your family:
This session is similar to the dailyone, except that it is for two hours.
I suggest that it should entail thefollowing items:
- Recite aRubu')one-eighth a uz( of the Noble Quran withTajweed;
- A portion of IslamicFiqh)Islamicjurisprudence(;
- A section of the Prophetic Seerah )biography(;
- Study the best Names of Allaah;
All this should be done in a style simplified for children.
- To hold a competition of one question in which the children compete
to answer throughout the week;
- To have some dessert during the session;
Dear caregiver andDaa'iyah, how many sessions do you hold outside the
house in the way of Allaah The Almighty? So, why do you not indulge in
this familial session, for it is the real sustenance of the house?
3- Buy aMus-haf)copy of the Quran( for your son and aHijaabfor your daughter.
4- Do not forget to get your young child to accompany you whenever you
go to perform prayer in theMasjid.
5- Follow up your children in school, and meet their friends; and, at
least once every two weeks, pay a visit to the school inorder to be
briefed on the affairs of your child.
6- Establish an intimate friendship between you and your child, so
that he takes refuge with you if he faces any worrisome matter,
especially during adolescence.
Second: The role of the mother when she is aDaa'iyah:
Dear mother, you are the nurturing ground of such leaders and
conquerors as Muhammad Al-Faatih and Salaah Ad-Deen )Saladin(.
Your role is too important to be neglected. If the father is absent,
you spend all the day with your children. You are more capable
ofkeeping a closer watch on them. You must have a set of practical
means to help you extend your call to your children at home:
1-The sound of the Noble Quran should never stop in your house.
2-Beware of the TV for it corrupts your children. However, there is no
impediment in watching various Islamic satellitechannels like Al-Majd,
Iqra', Al-Fajr, and so on with your children.
3-It is important to engage inDa'wah, provided that it is not atthe
expense of your home and children. In other words, you should not
neglect any of your husband's rights, nor neglect looking after your
child.
4-It is your duty to prepare your children for the daily and weekly
sessions. You have to encourage and prompt them to be interactive in
it.
5-Teach your young daughter to be modest from her early childhood,
through short stories and beautifulNasheeds.
6-Follow up the children in memorizing the Quran, as you spend more
time with them when they study; do that interactively with all your
strength to make your children memorize the Quran.
7-Your small bookcase in the house motivates your children to read:
fill it with useful books and audio/video cassettes.
Dear caregivers andDaa'iyahs,
You know best the different waysofDa'wah, and you are resourceful
aboutDa'wah-relatedideas, programs and methods; sodo not withhold this
source of benefit from your children.

A Daa'iyah, Except in One's Own Family - I

This is how he is and it is clear to everyone.
From the rise of dawn to the fall of night, theDaa'iyah)caller to
Islam( is out of his home, ardently fervent for his religion. He is
eager to do anything to serve the religion of Allaah The Almighty. He
wishes he could change the world. This is his main concern.
That is also the main concern of ourDaa'iyahsister: she is as active
as a bee, moving from one lesson to another, from one circleof
teaching Quran to a gathering ofThikr)remembrance(. She always does
what is good.
But let us raise the following question to you, bothDaa'iyahbrother and sister:
What is the share of your childrenin thisDa'wah)call( to Allaah?
Dear caregiver,
It is true that you spend your time, effort and money in the cause of
Allaah The Almighty, andin the way ofDa'wahto Allaah The Almighty, but
where is the share of your child from that vocation? Dear caregiver,
this factis painful. We see the children of those who abide by Islamic
teachings-- Daa'iyahsand scholars )save those upon whom Allaah The
Almighty has mercy( -- smoking, cursing, abusing, insulting, and
uttering obscene words. They neither pray nor memorize the Quran, nor
even attend gatherings of religious knowledge.
How disastrous it is to see children of theDaa'iyahs, the best of
people, in such a state. It is an amazing contradiction between what
we call for and how we and our children live. This contradiction
deprives us of credibility, displeases Allaah The Almighty, and
contradicts our method which we call others to abide by, that is:"Each
of you is a guardian and responsible for those under his care."
}And warn]O Muhammad[ your closest kindred{]Quran 26:214[ is a clear
method for the leader of the Messengers,.
Dear caregiver andDaa'iyah, your ideal, the leader ofDaa'iyahs,
Prophet Muhammad,, startedhis call first with his closest kin, in
response to the command of Allaah The Almighty )that means(:}And warn,
]O Muhammad[, your closest kindred.{]Quran 26:214[ One's relative is
the one dearest to us, then, how do we withhold religious advice from
our dearest ones, especially such advice that is the best gift for
every dear one?
Observing the right of kinship and family relations requires
theDaa'iyahto play a great role within his family, kindred and
children. If he indulges in calling them and neglects guiding them, let
him then reconsider whether he is true to his love for them, and be
cautious of incurring the wrath of Allaah The Almighty Who Says in His
Book )what means(:}O you who have believed, protect yourselves and
your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which
are ]appointed[ angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allaah
in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.{]Quran 66:6[
DearDaa'iyah, your role with your family and children is obligatory on
you, but do not care too much about the outcome, for it is your duty
only to warn, lest you would be raisedas being negligent on the Day of
Judgment.
Dear caregiver andDaa'iyah, put the following verse before you in
which Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And warn, ]O Muhammad[,
your closest kindred{]Quran 26:214[ To obey the command in this verse,
the Prophet,, suffered a great deal, and was driven out of Makkah, the
dearest of homelands to him.
It is narrated that when the following was revealed:}And warn, ]O
Muhammad[, your closest kindred{]Quran 26:214[ the Messenger of
Allaah,, went out, ascended Mount Safa, and shouted:"O Sabaahah! )be
onyour guard("The people said,"Who is that?"Then they gathered around
him, whereupon he said:"Do you see ifI inform you that cavalrymen are
coming up the side of this mountain, will you believe me?"They
said,"We have never known you to be a liar."Then he said:"I am for you
a warner in the face of severe punishment."On that Abu Lahab said,"May
you be ruined! It is only for this that you have gathered us?"On that
AllaahThe Almighty Revealed )what means(:}May the hands of Abu Lahab
be ruined and ruined is he.{]Quran 111:1[
Nooh )Noah(was aDaa'iyahat home
Dear caregiver andDaa'iyah, the story of Noohshows clearly how he was
ardently fervent for his son.
Even at the last moment, and after he realized that he would be among
the ruined, Noohtried his best and spared no effort in attempting to
advise and guide him.
Reflect, dear caregiver, on the Quranic Verse )in which Allaah The
Almighty Says what means(:}And it sailed with them through waves like
mountains, and Noah called to his son who was apart ]from them[, "O my
son, come aboard with us and be not with the disbelievers."{]Quran
11:42[
Dear caregiver, guidance is a lifeboat, so, do not ride it alone, but
take care to save your child just as Noohcared to save his son.
How do you engage in guiding allthe people and yet fail to care about
guiding the closest one to you -- your child who is a part of you and
you are part of him? Howdo you regard your child taking refuge with
evil companions, thinking that salvation and prosperity are with them?
Why do you not do like Nooh:}]But[he said, "I will take refuge on a
mountain to protect me from the water." ]Noah[ said, "There is no
protector today from the decree of Allaah, except for whom He gives
mercy." And the waves came between them, and he was among the
drowned.{]Quran 11:43[
Dear caregiver andDaa'iyah, you have to shoulder your responsibility
towards your child before he goes astray in the oceans of
darkness:}And it was said, "O earth, swallow your water, and O sky,
withhold ]your rain[." And the water subsided, and the matter was
accomplished, and the ship came to rest on the ]mountain of[ Joodiyy.
And it was said, "Away with the wrongdoing people."{]Quran 11:44[
Dear caregiver, you are the disciple of Muhammad, and the grandson of Nooh.
Now, dear caregiver, let us do ourbest to rear our children the way we
should, sparing no time or effort in this respect.

Dought - clear - What are the questions that a person will be asked on the Day of Resurrection? .

Could u please tell us relating the 'Day of judgement' it's
tortures, the questions that wud be asked.
Praise be to Allaah.
It is proven in the Qur'aan and Sunnah thatwhen a person dies, he will
be called to account for every major and minor action he did in this
world, whether it was good or bad. He willbe rewarded for his good
deeds and punished for his bad deeds. The first stage of that
reckoning is in the grave. In the grave the first thing a person will
be asked will be: Who was your Lord? What is your religion? Who is
this man who was sent amongst you? – as was narrated in the hadeeth of
al-Baraa' ibn 'Aazib )may Allaah be pleased with him(, which was
narrated by Abu Dawoodin his Sunan )4753( and classed as saheeh by
al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 2979.
Then on the Day of Resurrection he will be brought to account for
every major and minor action, even though he has already been brought
to account for that in the grave. The first thing for which he will be
brought to account for then will be his prayer.
It was narrated from AbuHurayrah that the Prophet )peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him( said: "The first thing among their deeds for
which the people will be brought to account on the Day of Resurrection
will be prayer. Our Lord will say to His angels, although He knows
best, 'Look at My slave's prayer, is it complete or lacking?' If it is
complete, it will be recorded as complete, but if it is lacking, He
willsay, 'Look and see whether my slave did any voluntary )naafil(
prayers.' If he had done voluntary prayers, He will say, 'Complete the
obligatory prayers of My slave from his voluntary prayers.' Then the
rest ofhis deeds will be examined in a similar manner."
)Narrated by Abu Dawood, 864; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in
Saheeh Abi Dawood, 770(.
On the Day of Resurrection, people willbe asked about other matters,
including the following:
It was narrated from Ibn Mas'ood )may Allaah be pleased with him( that
the Prophet )peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him( said: "The
sonof Adam will not be dismissed from before his Lord on the Day of
Resurrection until he hasbeen questioned about five things: his life
and how he spent it, his youth and how he used it, his wealth and how
he earned it and how hedisposed of it, and how he acted upon what he
acquired of knowledge."
)Narrated by al-Tirmidhi,2422; classed as hasan byal-Albaani in Saheeh
al-Tirmidhi, 1969(
And the nations will be asked on the Day of Resurrection:
"What answer gave you to the Messengers?"
]al-Qasas 28:65 – interpretation of the meaning[
These are some of the things about which people will be asked on the
Day of Resurrection. So the wise person who is keen to save himself
should prepare answers to these questions. We ask Allaah to guide us
to the straight path.
And Allaah knows best.

Dought - clear - The fate of kuffaar who did not hear the message of Islam.

Someone has asked me this question )she is about to
become a muslimah(. Her statement: 'A lot of others will never meet a
Muslim in person. Will they be held responsible for their ignorance?
What exactly does this mean: "After the revelation of the Quran who
ever receives this message & does not abide by it is a non-believer"?
i. Who is considered to have received the message?
ii. Isn't it possible for people to have not received the message even
though the Quran is in existence?'
Praise be to Allaah.
It is part of the justice of Allaah that He does not punish any people
until He has first sent a warning to them and unless there is evidence
against them. Allaah does not treat anybody unfairly. Allaah says
)interpretation of the meaning(: "… And We never punish until We have
sent a Messenger )to give warning(." ]al-Israa' 17:15[.
In his tafseer )commentary( on this aayah, Ibn Katheer )may Allaah
have mercy on him( said: "These words, '…And We never punish until We
have sent a Messenger )to give warning(' tell us of the justice of
Allaah, may He be exalted, and that He does not punish anyone until
after He has established evidence against him by sending aMessenger to
him. This islike the aayat )interpretation of the meaning(: '… Every
time a group is cast therein ]into Hell[, its keeper will ask, "Did no
warner come to you?" They will say, "Yes indeed; a warner did come to
us, but we belied him and said: 'Allaah never sent down anything )of
revelation(, you are only in great error.'"' ]al-Mulk67:8[ and: 'And
those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups, till, when
they reach it, the gates thereof will be opened )suddenly like a
prison at the arrival of its prisoners(. And its keepers will say,
"Did not the Messengers come to you from yourselves, - reciting to you
the Verses of your Lord, and warning you of the Meeting of this Day of
yours?" They will say: "Yes, but the Word of torment has been
justified against the disbelievers!"' ]al-Zumar 39:71[…"
A person who has never heard of Islam or the Prophet SAWS )peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him(, and who has never heard the message
in its correct and true form, will not be punished by Allaah if he
dies in a state of kufr )disbelief(. If it were asked what his fate
will be, the answer will be that Allaah will test him on the Day of
Resurrection: if he obeys, he will enter Paradise and if he disobeys
he will enter Hell. The evidence )daleel( for this is the hadeeth of
al-Aswad ibn Saree', who reported that the Prophet of Allaah SAWS
)peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him( said: "There are four )who
will protest( to Allaah on the Day of Resurrection: the deaf man who
never heard anything, the insane man, the very old man, and the man
who died during the fatrah )the interval between the time of 'Eesaa
)Jesus, upon whom be peace( and the time of Muhammad SAWS )peaceand
blessings of Allaah be upon him((. The deaf man will say, 'O Lord,
Islam came but I never heard anything.' The insane man will say, 'O
Lord, Islam came but the children ran after me and threw stones at
me.'The very old man will say, 'O Lord, Islam came but I did not
understand anything.' The man who died during the fatrah will say, 'O
Lord, no Messenger from You came to me.' He will accept their promises
of obedience, then word will be sent to them to enter the Fire. By the
One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, if they enter it, it will
be cool and safe for them."
According to another report, he said: "Whoever enters it, it will be
cool and safe for him, and whoever does not enter it will be dragged
to it." )The hadeeth was reported by Imaam Ahmad and Ibn Hibbaan, and
deemed saheeh by al-Albaani, Saheeh al-Jaami', 881(.
Everyone who hears the message of Islam in a sound and correct form
)and rejects it(, will have evidence aginst him. Whoever dies without
having heard the message, or having heard it in a distorted form, then
his case is in the hands of Allaah. Allaah knows best about His
creation, and He will never treat anyone unfairly. And Allaah is
All-Seer of His slaves.

Dought - clear - Three questions in the grave.

Can you please tell me what are the trials of the grave that we ask
allah )saw( to save us from.
Praise be to Allaah.
Firstly:
When the son of Adam dies and his soul departsand he is placed in his
grave, then he is in the first stage of the Hereafter, because the
grave is the first of the stages of the Hereafter.
It was narrated that Haani' the freed slave of 'Uthmaan ibn 'Affaan
said: when 'Uthman ibn 'Affaan stood by a grave he would weep until
his beard became wet. It was said to him, "You remember Paradise and
Hell and you do not weep, but you weep because of this?" He said, "The
Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him( said:
'The grave is the first of the stages of the Hereafter; whoever is
saved from it, whatever comes afterwards will be easier for him, but
if he is not saved from it, what comes afterwards will beworse for
him.'" And the Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him( said: "I have never seen any scene but the grave is more
frightening thanit." )Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2308; Ibn Maajah, 4567;
classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami', 1684(.
Secondly:
The two angels who are charged with questioning come to himand ask him
what he used to believe in in this world, who was his Lord, what was
his religion and who was his Prophet. If he gives a good answer, that
is good, but if he does not answer them they inflict a severe and
painful beating on him.
If he was one of the righteous, angels with white faces come to
him,but if he was one of the evildoers, angels with dark faces come to
him. This is the fitnah or tribulation that he suffers.
It was narrated from 'Aa'ishah that the Prophet )peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him( used to say, 'Allaahumma inni a'oodhu bika min
al-kasali wa'l-haram wa'l-maghram wa'l-ma'tham. Allaahumma inni
a'oodhu bika min 'adhaab al-naar wa fitnat il-naar, wa fitnat
il-qabri, wa 'adhaab il-qabri, wa sharri fitnat il-ghina wa sharri
fitnat il-faqair wa min sharri fitnat il-maseeh il-Dajjaal. Allaahumma
I seek refuge with You from laziness and old
age, and from debts and sins; from the torment ofthe Fire and from the
tribulation of the Fire, and from the tribulation of the grave and the
torment of the grave, and from the evil of the tribulation of wealth,
and from the evil of the tribulation of poverty, and from the evil of
the tribulation of the Dajjaal)Antichrist(. O Allah! Wash away my sins
with the water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart from sin as a
whitegarment is cleansed from filth, and put a great distance between
me and my sins, as great as the distance You have made between the
East and the West(."
)Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6014(.
Ibn Hajar said:
The phrase "from the tribulation of the grave" means the questioning
of the two angels.
Fath al-Baari, 11/177.
And al-Mubaarakfoori said:
"The tribulation of the grave" means confusion when answering the two angels.
Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi, 9/328
Thirdly:
With regard to the questions that the angels will ask in the grave,
this is explained clearly in the following hadeeth:
It was narrated that al-Bara' )may Allaah be pleased with him( said:
We went out with the Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him( for the funeral of a man from among the Ansaar. We
came to the grave and when )the deceased( was placed in the lahd, the
Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him( sat
down andwe sat around him, as if there were birds on our heads )i.e.,
quiet and still(. In his hand he had a stick with which he was
scratching the ground. Then he raised his head and said, "Seek refuge
with Allaah from the torment of the grave", two or three times. Then
he said, "When the believing slave is about to depart this world and
enter the Hereafter, there come down to him from heaven angels with
white faces like the sun, and they sit around him as far as the eye
can see. They bring with them shrouds from Paradise and perfumes from
Paradise. Then the Angelof Death comes and sits by his head, and he
says,'O good soul, come forth to forgiveness from Allaah and His
pleasure.' Then it comes out easily like a drop of water from the the
mouth of a waterskin. When he seizes it, they do not leave it in his
hand for an instant before they take it and put it in that shroud with
that perfume, and there comes from it a fragrance like the finest musk
on the face of the earth. Then they ascend and they do not pass by any
group of angels but they say, 'Who is this good soul?' and they
say,'It is So and so the son ofSo and so, calling him bythe best names
by whichhe was known in this world, until they reach the lowest
heaven. They ask for it to be opened to them and it is opened, and )the
soul( is welcomed and accompanied to the nextheaven by those who are
closest to Allaah, until they reach the seventh heaven. Then Allaah
says: 'Record the book of My slave in 'Illiyoon in the seventh heaven,
and return him to the earth, for from it I created them, to it I will
return them and from it Iwill bring them forth once again.' So his
soul is returned to his body and there come to him two angels who make
him sit up and they say to him, 'Who is your Lord?' He says, 'Allaah.'
They say, 'What is your religion?' He says, 'My religion is Islam.'
They say, 'Who is this man who was sent among you?' He says, 'He is
the Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him(.'
They say, 'What did you do?' He says, 'I read the Book of Allaah and I
believed in it.' Then a voice calls out from heaven, 'My slave has
spoken the truth, so prepare for him a bed from Paradise and clothehim
from Paradise, and open for him a gate to Paradise.' Then there comes
to him some of itsfragrance, and his grave is made wide, as far as he
can see. Then there comes to him a man with a handsome face and
handsome clothes, and a good fragrance, who says, 'Receive the glad
tidings that will bring you joy this day.' He says, 'Who are you? Your
face is a face whichbrings glad tidings.' He says, 'I am your
righteous deeds.' He says, 'O Lord, hasten the Hour so that I may
returnto my family and my wealth.' But when the disbelieving slave is
about to depart this world and enter the Hereafter, there come down to
him from heaven angels with black faces, bringing sackcloth, and they
sit around him as far as the eye can see. Then the Angel of Death
comes and sits by his head, and he says, 'O evil soul, come forth to
the wrath of Allaah and His anger.' Then his soul disperses inside his
body, then comes out cutting the veins and nerves, like a skewer
passing through wet wool. When he seizes it, they do not leave it in
his hand for an instant before they take it and put it in that
sackcloth, and there comes from it a stench like the foulest stench of
a dead body on the face of the earth. Then they ascend and they do not
pass by any group of angels but they say, 'Who is this evil soul?' and
they say, 'It is So andso the son of So and so, calling him by the
worst names by which he was known in this world, until they reach the
lowest heaven. They ask for it to be opened to them and it is not
opened." Then the Messenger of Allaah )peace and blessings of Allaah
be upon him( recited )interpretation of the meaning(:
"for them the gates of heaven will not be opened, and they will not
enter Paradise until the camel goes through the eye of the needle"
]al-A'raaf 7:40[
He said: "Then Allaah says, 'Record the book ofMy slave in Sijjeen in
the lowest earth, and return him to the earth, for from it I created
them, toit I will return them and from it I will bring them forth once
again.' So his soul is cast down." Then the Messenger of Allaah
)peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him( recited the verse
)interpretation of the meaning(:
"and whoever assigns partners to Allaah, it is asif he had fallen from
the sky, and the birds had snatched him, or the wind had thrown him
toa far off place"
]al-Hajj 22:31[
He said: "Then his soul is returned to his body, and there come to him
two angels who make him sit up and they say to him, 'Who is your
Lord?' He says, 'Oh, oh, I don't know.' They say, 'What is your
religion?' He says, 'Oh, oh, I don't know.' Then a voice callsout from
heaven, 'Prepare for him a bed from Hell and clothe him from Hell, and
open for him a gate to Hell.' Then there comes to him someof its heat
and hot winds, and his grave is constricted and compresses him until
his ribs interlock. Then there comes to him a man with an ugly face
and ugly clothes, and a foul stench, who says, 'Receive the bad news,
this is the day that you were promised.' He says, 'Who are you? Your
face is a face which forebodes evil.' He says, 'I am your evil deeds.'
Hesays, 'O Lord, do not let the Hour come, do not let the Hour come.'"
Narrated by Abu Dawood, 4753; Ahmad, 18063 – this version was narrated
by him. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami', 1676.
The correct view is that the two angels will only question the
deceased inhis grave about matters of Tawheed )monotheism( and
'aqeedah )belief(. This is quite clear.
And Allaah knows best.
