*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Fathwa, - Primary problems of humanity - - -- - * visit for more detailed Articles- http://aydnajimudeen.blogspot.com/═◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘◘ - -

Question
In your opinion, what are the primary problems of humanity?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and
peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and
Companions.
Turning away from the Divine Guidance and straight path constitute the
main problem of humanity. Human beings lead a life full of caprices,
lusts and whims and ignore the wisdom behind their creation:, i.e.
they worship other than Allah and forget about Allah's worship, which
is the goal of life.
Allay says;}And I )Allâh( created not the jinns and humans except they
should worship Me )Alone(.{]51:56[
They pay no attention to the teachings of Islam in daily life. So,
they become Muslims in name only, and this causes injustice and
aggression among them. Life will not be orderly and sound unless
people )especially Muslim( adhere to Islam.
Allah says:}.... then whoever follows My Guidance shall neither go
astray, nor fall into distress and misery.][ "But whosoever turns away
from My Reminder )i.e. neither believes in this Qur'ân nor acts on its
orders, etc.( verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall
raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection."{]20:123, 124[
}It is those who believe )in the Oneness of Allâh and worship none but
Him Alone( and confuse not their belief with Zulm )wrong i.e. by
worshipping others besides Allâh(, for them )only( there is security
and they are the guided.][{]6:82[
}"And verily, this )i.e. Allâh's Commandments mentioned in the above
two Verses 151 and 152( is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow
not )other( paths, for they will separate you away from His Path. This
He has ordained for you that you may become Al-Muttaqûn )the pious -
see V.2:2(."{]6:153[
}Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he )or
she( is a true believer )of Islâmic Monotheism( verily, to him We will
give a good life )in this world with respect, contentment and lawful
provision(, and We shall pay them certainly a reward in proportion to
the best of what they used to do )i.e. Paradise in the
Hereafter(.{]16: 97[
Islam is the religion of sound nature and straight disposition and the
true religion, which leads its followers )and others if they follow
it( to happiness Here and Hereafter. It is suitable for all times, all
places and all nations. It gives the best solutions to the chronic
problems of humanity. It is the religion which Allah has chosen and
accepted for Muslims and all His servants.
He says:}....This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed
My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islâm as your religion.
....{]5: 3[

Fathwa, - Committing sins due to not getting married

Question
Assalamu alaikum, I'm a 21 year old male. I obsess over marriage. It is on my mind all the time. It has been on my mind for years. I cannot get it out of my head. Those brothers that don't worry about it too much, I don't know how they do it. I think the problem stems from years of being isolated. My family is with a Muslim group that is not on the Sunnah and is away from the community. For years I wasted my time there, and I had no idea what was going on in the community. The only families my parents know are ones with little kids or with girls that I would never even consider. My obsession with marriage has caused me great hardship. It has taken me to many sins. I used to look at pornography and masturbate a lot, I still do it on occasion. And Allah has blessed me. I have gone to Hajj and I have even proposed to a great girl. I got my parents to allow me to do this and we went to their family. But this marriage will not happen for at least a year, if it is to happen at all. If I do not marry her, I am back to square one. I’m back to my isolated state. I have obsessed over marriage so much that I proposed to her even though I know for the next few years I will not be financially ready. I just know that I can’t stay like this. I hate being this way. I am very rude to my parents because of this. I commit many sins because of this. I just don’t know what to do. I fell this is my only path, and if this does not work out, I don’t know what to do. I fell like I am very unthankful to Allah, even though he has given me so much. What should I do? Jazakallah khair. Wassalamu alaikum.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammadis His slave and Messenger.
Marriage is an instinctive matter and having the charge to marry is very natural. We entrust you to try your best to calm yourself and dispel your worries. This would certainly help you think better and find the ways to overpass all obstacles.
Know that being kind with your parents, in all circumstances, is obligatory upon you. You are not allowed to mistreat them even if they fail to carry out their duties towards you, how would the case when they do not neglect their duties?
Moreover, being kind to them is a form of worship that could be a reason for you to achieve what you hope for. So, you have to do your best to be gentle with them.
Know that the less the expenditure of a marriage is, the more blessed it is. Therefore, try your best to convince your parents and the parents of the girl as well, to facilitate the matters of your marriage and to complete it with the minimum expenses possible. If it happens then praise Allaah, otherwise, you have to fear Allaah, be patient, avoid sins and follow the means that help you maintaining your chastity such as observing fast, increasing good deeds, attending Islamic gatherings and companying pious people who remind you whenever you forget and support you whenever you remember Allaah. Moreover, you must avoid being with bad people.
Finally, we inform you that according to the majority of Muslim scholarsa father is not obliged to financially support the marriage of his son. Allaah Knows best.

Fathwa, - Some girls committing suicide because of stalking

Question
Assalamualaikum, I am from Bangladesh. The number of suicide of girls )victims of stalking( has been increasing in my country.Young boys find it very amusing to tease girls and it has become their habit. They use unseemly and vulgar words towards girls whoever want. I know islam has certain rulings concerning the modest dress of a woman and also the control of gaze of men and women but in a situation like this, what should be the punishment of the stalker according to shariah and what Quran and Hadith say about this and what we )muslims( should do ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammadis His slave and Messenger.
Molesting girls and teasing them in the streets is an act of dissolute and wicked people, and such people must be deterred and punished for such an act. In the past, this act was an act of hypocrites; Allaah Says )what means(: }O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves ]part[ of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused.{]Quran 33:59[.Qataadahsaid )about the cause of the descent of this verse(: “When slave girls )who did not use to cover their faces( used to pass by, the hypocrites would pester them and annoy them, so Allaah forbade the free women from resembling the slave girls so that they would not be molested like them.”
Therefore, whoever is able to prevent those people from continuing their injustice and he does not do so, then he is sinful and vulnerable to danger.Abu Bakrsaid: “I heard the Prophetsaying: “If people saw an unjust man and did not try to stop his injustice, they would be soon gripped by Allaah’s punishment.” ]Abu Daawood and At-Tirmithi[
On the other hand, the girls should be advised to do what would make them avoid any harm from the ignorant people, among which is to observe the Hijaab and stay away from the places of temptation and they should not go out except for a necessity and the like. For more benefit on Hijaab, please refer to Fatwa 83033.
Finally, we warn the Muslims from escaping problems by resorting to suicide, which is a grave major sin, because if one commits suicide, he/she would suffer misery in this life and the Hereafter. Allaah Knows best.

Fathwa, - The solution to unemployment

Question
There is a family whose members have not managed to find work. Please advise.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, is His Slave and Messenger.
These people should:
1. Exert all efforts to find an )Islamically( lawful job.
2. Depend on Allaah the Almighty and put their trust in Him.
3. Ask Allaah the Almighty to help them find a job.
4. Abstain from doing evil acts, as they deprive a person from livelihood.
The Prophet, said that sins deprive a person from livelihood, that Du‘aa’ )supplication( changes fate, and that kind treatment to kinfolks increases one’s lifespan.]Ahmad and Al-Haakim )Saheeh: Authentic([
Allaah Knows best.
