*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

How 2 manage yourself, - * Body Language: In state of Interest

**

Reading body language: In state of interest
You can use body language to know whether someone is interested in you or not.
The state ofbeing interested in someoneorbeing interested in some topicis one of the major states in body language so before knowing the gestures and body postures associated with that state you first need to be introduced to some concepts like, private distance, orientation and eye contact
Body language concepts, being interested in someone or something
*.Private distance and interestHave you ever noticed the space you leave between you and the other person you are talking to? Have you ever noticed how this space differs from one person to another? Around each one of us is a circle called your private distance. People usually don't allow others to step into this private distance unless they like them, are comfortable with them or at least interested in them. That's why some people become irritated in elevators as others keep stepping into their private distance by force.
*.Orientation and being interested in someone:Generally when a person is enjoying the company of another person and doesn’t want to leave he will be oriented in such a way that his shoulders will be parallel to the shoulders of the other person. This means that he will face him with his whole body. People who talk to you without facing you properly may be wanting to leave either because they are not interested to talk to you or either because they are late.
*.Eye contact and interest:Eye contact shows interest and respect. When i use the term eye contact i am actually referring to positive eye contact (finding that the other person is maintaining eye contact for 70 or 80% of the time).
How to use body language to know if someone is interested in you?
Now after you knew about these body language concepts you can use them all together to know if someone is interested in you.
If you found that someone is leaving a small private distance between you and him, is properly oriented and establishing good eye contact then this means that he is interested in the conversation.
On the other hand if that person left a bigger distance, was not oriented properly and lacked positive eye contact then he may not be interested in you or he may just be in a hurry.
In addition to all the negative signs if that person also took the body language defensive positionthen put in mind that there is a great possibility that he is not interested in the conversation.
Another useful use of the state of interest postures is that you can easily use them to differentiate between close friends and people who just met each other. People who know each other well will certainly leave a small private distance between them while others will do the opposite.
Body language and attractiveness
Any change to your body language even if it was a slight one can change the impression people form of you. In my book, How to make someone fall in love with youi explained how you can change the impression people form of you and appear more attractive by just making few modifications to your body language such as keeping your back straight and using the body language confidence postures.

How 2 manage yourself, - * How can you tell if someone likes you by their eyes

**

How can you tell if someone likes you by their eyes
We have all heard that the eyes are the windows to the soul but can they really tell us whether someone likes us or not?
The answer to this question is yes but before i can tell you how to read eye signals i must first make you aware of the fact that knowing whether someone likes you or not requires the presence of many other signs and not just the few ones related to the eyes.
Don't assume that someone likes you just because you saw few of the following signs but instead put in mind that there is a possibility that he likes you then use the other signs to make sure of your answers. (see How to know if someone likes me)
Attraction and the Eyes
Here are few signs that can reveal whether someone likes you or not:
*.1)Shinning Eyes:It was found that the eyes of the person who likes you will shine in your presence. The eyes of that person will become more moist and so they will reflect more light thus appearing shinny. Next time you find someone's eyes shinning in your presence start to dig for more clues (see also Attraction signals)
*.2) Raised eyebrows:According to body language a person will raise his eyebrows the moment he sees something or someone he likes. This micro gesture can tell you how this person felt when he saw you ( Learn body language now)
*.3) Prolonged Gaze:It was found that people gaze more at the eyes of the people they like. While normal people would look in your eye for sometime then shift their gaze away each few seconds a person who likes you will keep looking into your eyes for longer periods of time (see also Eye contact in body language)
*.4) Uneven Eye contact distribution:If a person likes you then he will look at you more often. In other words, if you were in a group then the person who likes you will give you the lion's share of eye contact while looking less at the other people around. In my book How to make someone fall in love with youi said that prolonged gaze can actually lead to attraction. When you look at someone's eyes for longer periods of time hormones that are responsible for attraction get released automatically in your bodies.
*.5) Looking at you after saying anything funny:The person who likes you will want to see you laughing that's why he will give you a quick look after he says anything funny just to make sure that you are laughing or that his joke appealed to you (see also Jokes psychology)
*.6) Pupil dilation:The pupil of the person who likes you will dilate in your presence. In other words you will notice that the pupil of that person is becoming wider in your presence. People's Pupils dilate when they look at anything they like (see also How to understand body language better)
*.7) Looking away when you catch him looking at you:Just as the person who likes you will want to look at you all the time he will also want to look away as soon as you catch him looking at you. This happens because that person will want to show you that he is not that interested in you in order to protect his Ego
More signs of attraction
The person who likes you will try to keep you in his line of sight even if he was standing away. In other words this person will stand parallel to you even if he was standing at a distance.
Here is one of the tests i always used to use to make sure whether someone likes me or not: I used to wait until a girl is facing me then after i make sure she is not moving i change my location so that i am out of her line of sight.
If that girl moved around to make her body parallel to mine then i make sure that she wanted to keep me in her line of sight on purpose.

Marriage Contract, - * Should he still do the marriage contract when the girl’s father has died and her mother is still in mourning?

**

Is it permissible for me to do the marriage contract (without celebrations) with a girl when her family is still grieving the loss of the head of the family, i.e., her mother’s mourning period has not yet ended (the date of the wedding will be only three months since the father’s death). The marriage was agreed upon and was planned before her father died. Should I delay it? Please note that I am away from my homeland and it is difficult for me to organize the wedding at a later date because of my work situation.
-
Praise be to Allaah.
It is permissible to do the marriage contract with this girl even if her mother is still in the ‘iddah period following her husband’s death, because there is no shar’i reason to prevent that, and it is not essential for the marriage contract to be done that there be a celebration or party. It is sufficient for the wali (guardian) and two witnesses to be present. But you must pay attention to the feelings of the girls and her family. If this will not upset them or it will detract from their joy, then praise be to Allaah. Otherwise, you should delay the marriage contract until their grief at what has befallen them has abated, and the mother is able to wear her adornment at her daughter’s wedding if she wants to do that. It is well known that during the ‘iddah following her husband’s death, a woman is not allowed to wear jewellery and adorn herself or wear perfume.
To sum up: There is no impediment in terms of shar’i rulings to doing the marriage contract in such circumstances, if the girl and her family agree to that, and it will not cause them any harm or upset them.
And Allaah knows best.
