*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

There is every kind of information in the Qur’an

QUR'AN IS REVEALED FROM THE SIGHT OF ALLAH:
That is because Allah has sent down the Book with truth and those who
differ from the Book are entrenched in hostility. (Surat al-Baqara,
176)
He has sent down the Book to you with truth....(Surah Al 'Imran, 3)
Mankind! A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent
down a Clear Light to you. As for those who believe in Allah and
holdfast to Him, He will admitthem into mercy and favor from Him and
will guide them to Him on a straight path. (Surat an-Nisa, 174-175)
And this is a Book which We have revealed as a blessing: so follow it
andbe righteous, that ye may receive mercy. (Surat al- Al-An'am, 155)
Follow what has been sent down to you from your Lord and do not follow
any protectors apart from Him. How little you remember! (Surat
al-A'raf, 3)
Alif Lam Mim Ra. Those are the signs of the Book. And what has been
sent down to you from your Lord is the Truth. But most people have no
belief. (Surat ar-Ra'd, 1)
It is We Who have sent down the Reminder and We Who will preserve it.
(Surat al-Hijr, 9)
We have sent it down with truth and with truth it has come down. We
only sent you to bring good news and to give warning. (Surat al-Isra',
105)
Praise belongs to Allah Who has sent down the Book to His servant and
has put no crookedness in it. (Surat al-Kahf, 1)
In this way We have sentit down as an Arabic Qur'an and We have made
various threats in it so that hopefully they will guard against evil
orit will spur them into remembrance. (Surah Ta Ha, 113)
We have sent down to you a Book containing your Reminder. So will you
not use your intellect? (Surat al-Anbiya', 10)
We have sent down clearsigns to you and the example of those who
passed away before you and an admonition for those who guard
againstevil. (Surat an-Nur, 34)
We have sent down signs making things clear. Allah guides whoever He
wills to a straight path. (Surat an-Nur, 46)
Is it not enough for themthat We have sent down to you the Book which
isrecited to them? There iscertainly a mercy and reminder in that for
people who believe. (Surat al-'Ankabut, 51)
We have sent down the Book to you with the truth so that you can judge
between people according to what Allah has shown to you. But do not be
an advocate for the treacherous. (Surat an- Nisa', 105)
It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most
Merciful. (Surah Ya Sin, 5)
"Am I to desire someone other than Allah as a judge when it is He Who
has sent down the Book to you clarifying everything?" Those We have
given the Book know it has been sent down from your Lord with truth,
so on no account be among the doubters. (Surat al-An'am, 114)
Those who have been given knowledge see that what has been sent down
to you from your Lord is the truth and thatit guides to the Path of
the Almighty, the Praiseworthy. (Surah Saba', 6)
We have conveyed the Word to them so that hopefully they will pay
heed. Those to whom We sent the Book beforethis,- they do believe in
this (revelation). And when it is recited to them, they say: "We
believe therein, for it is the Truth from our Lord: indeed we have
been Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will) from before this. (Surat
al-Qasas, 51-53)
Verily this is a Revelationfrom the Lord of the Worlds. With it came
down the spirit of Faith and Truth- To thy heart and mind, that thou
mayest admonish. In the perspicuous Arabic tongue. Without doubt itis
(announced) in the mystic Books of former peoples. Is it not a Sign to
them that the Learnedof the Children of Israel knew it (as true)? Had
We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs. And had he recited it to them,
they would not have believed in it. (Surat-ash-Shu'ara', 192-199)
That this is indeed a Qur'an Most Honourable,In Book well-guarded.
Which none shall touch but those who are clean:A Revelation from the
Lord of the Worlds. (Surat al-Waqi'a, 77-80)
We have sent you with the Truth, bringing goodnews and giving warning.
Do not ask about the inhabitants of the Blazing Fire. (Surat
al-Baqara, 119)
Such are the Signs of Allah, which We rehearse to thee in Truth; then
in what exposition will they believe after (rejecting) Allah and His
Signs? (Surat al-Jathiyya, 6)
And (it is) so that those who have been given knowledge will know it
is the truth from their Lord and believe in it and their hearts will
be humbled to Him. Allah guides those who believe to a straight path.
(Surat al-Hajj, 54)
THE QURAN IS A LIGHT OF ALLAH, A GUIDE, MERCY AND HEALING
... Today I have perfectedyour religion for you and completed My
blessing upon you and I am pleased with Islam asa religion for you....
(Surat al-Ma'ida, 3)
That is the Book, without any doubt. It contains guidance for those
who guard againstevil. (Surat al-Baqara, 2)
This is a clear explanation for all mankind, and guidance and
admonition for those who guard againstevil. (Surah Al 'Imran, 138)
People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, making clear to
youmuch of the Book that you have kept concealed, and passing over a
lot. A Light has come to you from Allah and a Clear Book. By it, Allah
guides those who follow what pleases Him to the ways of Peace. He will
bring them from thedarkness to the light by His permission, and guide
them to a straight path. (Surat al-Ma'ida, 15-16)
Accordingly We have revealed to you a Spirit by Our command. You had
no idea of what the Book was, nor faith. Nonetheless We have made it a
Light by whichWe guide those of Our servants We will. Truly you are
guiding to a Straight Path. (Surat ash-Shura, 52)
We have brought them aBook elucidating everything with knowledge, as
guidance and a mercy for people who believe. (Surat al-A'raf, 52)
Mankind! Admonition has come to you from your Lord and also healing
for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers.
(Surah Yunus, 57)
Alif Lam Ra. This is a Book We have sent down to you so that you can
bring mankind from the darkness to the light,by the permission of
their Lord, to the Path ofthe Almighty, the Praiseworthy. (Surah
Ibrahim, 1)
On that Day We will raiseup among every community a witness against
them from amongst themselves, and bring you as a witness against them.
We have sent down the Book to you making all things clear and as
guidance and mercy andgood news for the Muslims. (Surat an-Nahl, 89)
We send down in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to the
believers, but it only increases the wrongdoers in loss. (Surat
al-Isra', 82)
Certainly it is guidance and a mercy for the believers. (Aurat an-Naml, 77)
Accordingly We have revealed to you a Spirit by Our command. You had
no idea of what the Book was, nor faith. Nonetheless We have made it a
Light by whichWe guide those of Our servants We will. Truly you are
guiding to a Straight Path. (Surat ash-Shu'ra, 52)
This is guidance. And those who reject the Signs of their Lord will
have a punishment of agonizing pain. (Surat al-Jathiyya, 11)
But it is nothing less than a Reminder to all the worlds. (Surat al-Qalam, 52)
It (the Qur'an) is a reminder for the heedful.. (Surat al-Haqqa, 48)
But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. (Surat al-Haqqa, 51)
Nay, this surely is an admonition: Let any whowill, keep it in
remembrance! (Surat al-Muddaththir, 54-55)
It is nothing but a Reminder to all the worlds. (With profit) to
whoever among you wills to go straight. (Surat at-Takwir, 27-28)
This is clear insight for mankind and guidance and mercy for people
with certainty.. (Surat al-Jathiyya, 20)
There is instruction in their stories for people of intelligence. This
is not a narration which has been invented but confirmation of all
that came before, a clarification of everything, and a guidance and a
mercy for people who believe. (Surah Yusuf, 111)
It is certainly a reminder to you and to your people and you will be
questioned. Ask those We sent before you as Our Messengers: Have We
ever designated any gods to be worshipped besides the All-Merciful?
(Surat az-Zukhruf, 43-44)
It is a Book We have sentdown to you, full of blessing, so let people
ofintelligence ponder its Signs and take heed. (Surah Sad, 29)
If you do not bring thema Sign, they say, 'Why have you not come up
with one?' Say, 'I follow only what has been revealed to me from my
Lord.' This is clear insightfrom your Lord, and guidance and mercy,
for people who believe. (Surat al-A'raf, 203)
We have only sent down the Book to you so that you can make clear to
them the things about which they differ, and asa guidance and a mercy
to people who believe. (Surat an-Nahl, 64)
This Qur'an guides to themost upright Way and gives good news to the
believers who do right actions that they will have a large reward.
(Surat al-Isra', 9)
Even if there was a Qur'an which moved mountains, or split the earth
open or spoke to the dead...! On the contrary! The affair is Allah's
altogether. Do those who believe not know that if Allah had wanted to
He could haveguided all mankind? Those who disbelieve will not cease
to be struck by disaster for what they have done–or a disaster will
happen close to their homes–until Allah's promise is fulfilled. Allah
will not fail to keep His promise. (Surat ar-Ra'd, 31)
THE QUR'AN IS A WARNING AND A REMINDER
We know best what theysay. You are not a dictator over them. So
remind, with the Qur'an, whoever fears My Threat. (Surat al-Qaf, 45)
We have made the Qur'an easy to remember. But is there any rememberer
there? (Surat al-Qamar, 17)
ALLAH HAS GIVEN ALL KINDS OF EXAMPLES IN THE QUR'AN
There is no creature crawling on the earth or flying creature, flying
onits wings, who are not communities just like yourselves–We have not
omitted anything from the Book–then they will be gathered to their
Lord. (Surat al-A'nam, 38)
We have variegated throughout this Qur'an all kinds of examples for
people, but, more than anything else, man is argumentative! (Surat
al-Kahf, 54)
We have made all kinds of examples for people in this Qur'an. If you
bring them a Sign those who disbelieve will say, 'You are just
purveyors of falsehood!' (Surat ar-Rum, 58)
They bring you no similitude but We bring you the truth and the best
of explanations (as against it). (Surat al-Furqan, 33)
We have given all kinds of examples to people inthis Qur'an, so that
hopefully they will pay heed. (Surat az-Zumar, 27)
We have made things clear in this Qur'an so that they might pay heed,
but it only makes them run away the more! (Surat al-Isra', 41)
Those who do not know say, 'If only Allah would speak to us, or some
signcome to us!' just like those before them who said the same as they
say. Their hearts are much the same. We havemade the Signs clear for
people who have certainty. (Surat al-Baqara, 118)
Alif Lam Ra. A Book whose verses are perfectly constructed, and then
demarcated, coming directly from One who is All-Wise, All-Aware....
(Surah Hud, 1)
There is instruction in their stories for people of intelligence. This
is not a narration which has been invented but confirmation of all
that came before, a clarification of everything, and a guidance and a
mercy for people who believe. (Surah Yusuf, 111)
THE QUR'AN IS UNDER THE PROTECTION OF ALLAH, IT CAN'T BE CHANGED
The Words of your Lord are perfect in truthfulness and justice. No one
can change His Words. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. (Enam
Suresi, 115)
When Our Clear Signs arerecited to them, those who do not expect to
meet Us say, 'Bring a Qur'an other than this one or change it.' Say:
'Itis not for me to change it of my own accord. I follow nothing
except what is revealed to me. I fear, were I to disobey my Lord, the
punishmentof a Dreadful Day.' (Surah Yunus, 15)
This Qur'an could never have been devised by any besides Allah.
Ratherit is confirmation of what came before it andan elucidation of
the Book which contains no doubt from the Lord of all the worlds.
(Surah Yunus, 37)
Recite what has been revealed to you of your Lord's Book. No one can
change His Words. You will never find any safe haven apart from Him.
(Surat al-Kahf, 27)
ALLAH HAS SENT DOWN THE QUR'AN TO WARN PEOPLE
Warn by it (the Qur'an) those who fear they will be gathered to their
Lord, having no protector or intercessor apart from Him, so that
hopefully they will guard against evil. (Surat al-An'am, 51)
Say: 'What thing is greatest as a witness?' Say: 'Allah. He is Witness
between me and you. This Qur'an has been revealed to me so that I may
warn you by it, and anyone else it reaches... (Surat al-An'am, 19)
This is a communication to be transmitted to mankind so that they may
be warned by it andso that they will know that He is One God and so
that people of intelligence will pay heed. (Surah Ibrahim, 52)
THE SITUATION OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T BELIEVE IN THE QUR'AN
We have given you the Seven Oft-repeated and the Magnificent Qur'an.
Do not direct your eyes longingly to what We have given certain of
them to enjoy. Do not feel sad concerning them. And take the believers
under your wing. Say: 'I am indeed aclear Warner.' Just as Wesent down
punishment on the dissectors, those who divide the Qur'an into little
pieces (Surat al-Hijr, 87-91)
The Messenger says, 'My Lord, my people treat this Qur'an as
somethingto be ignored.' (Surat al-Furqan, 30)
You will see every nationon its knees, every nation summoned to its
Book: 'Today you will be repaid for what you did.'(Surat al-Jathiyya,
28)
Will they not then ponder the Qur'an or arethere locks upon their
hearts? (Surah Muhammad, 24) - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

The fundamental philosophy of Atheistic Freemasonry: Darwinism-1-

Darwinism is the fundamental philosophy behind atheistic freemasonry.
Because, Darwinism is the rotten basis of the system of antichrist
which the atheist freemasons try toestablish in the world. Darwinism
aims at estranging people from Allah, and constitutes thedeviant and
false ideological basis of the cruelty in the world. Therefore
atheistic freemasonry is the primary organization which tries hardest
to impose the theory of evolution on society. The Mason Magazine
[printedin Turkey by the atheist freemasons] explains why they support
evolution theory as follows:
Darwin's evolution theory showed that many events in the nature are
not the work of God. 1 (Allah is beyond that)
Atheist masons try to present the theory of evolution as a solid
scientific theory in orderto sustain and propagate this big lie. Yet
the theory of evolution that is supported by the atheist masons does
not have even one single piece of scientific evidence and has been
completely debunked in the face of 250 million fossils and other
scientific evidences that prove Creation. THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION IS
THE BIGGESTFRAUD AND DECEIT EMERGED IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE IN HISTORY.
Another "masonic magazine" Mimar Sinan describes atheistic
freemasonry's view of Darwinism as follows:
Today the only valid theory, from the most civilized to the
underdeveloped countries, is the theory of Darwin and the ones that
have followed his way. 2
Atheist freemasons try toimpose Darwinism as a scientific theory.
Darwinism is used as a tool to pave the way for the atheist masonic
powers to spread their deviant belief system. Therefore atheist masons
adopt the propagation of this theory as one of their primary duties.
Mason Magazine refers to this "masonic duty" as below:
The greatest humane and masonic duty we all own is to hold on to the
positive science, to spread this belief amongpeople and educate them
with positive science [Darwinism] by adopting the view that this is
the best and only way in evolution. 3
Selami Isindag, a senior atheist mason, describes how atheistic
freemasonry views humans in the light of evolution in his book titled
Masonluktan Esinlenmeler [Inspirations from Freemasonry] as follows:
From the point of view of evolution, human beings are no different
from animals. For the formation of man and his evolution there are no
special forces other than those to which animals are subjected. 4
Atheistic freemasonry, asthe system of antichrist, to achieve its
deviant targets, uses Darwinism which claims that humanbeings are
animals that came into being by chance. Darwinism is putforth,
supported, falsely presented as science andprotected by atheist
freemasons. Still the saidantichrist system continues to protect this
deviant ideology by wayof oppression, imposition, cruelty and fraud.
In order to get a better understanding, it will beto the point to
examine how the atheistic freemasonry, the system of antichrist, had
supported and put forward this deviant ideology during Darwin's time.
Darwin Was Supported by Atheistic Freemasonry
An important example which proves the fact that Darwinism is one of
the biggest deceptions of the atheistic freemasonry is a resolution
carried in a mason meeting. The 33rd degree Supreme Council of Mizraim
Freemasonry at Paris, reveals in its minutes its promotion of
evolution as science, while they themselves scoffed at the theory. The
minutes read as follows:
It is with this object in view [scientific theory ofevolution] that we
are constantly by means of our press, arousing a blind confidence in
these theories . The intellectuals... will puff themselves up with
theirknowledge and without any logical verification of them will put
into effect all the informationavailable from science, which our
agentur specialists have cunningly pieced together for the purposeof
educating their mindsin the direction we want. Do not suppose fora
moment that these statements are empty words: think carefully of the
successes we arranged for Darwinism..." 5
Atheistic freemasonry in the United States has picked up the
resolution of Mizraim before long. New Age magazine in its March 1922
issue stated that the kingdom of atheistic freemasonry will be
established by evolution and the development of man himself.
As seen above, the false scientific image of evolution theory is a
deception set in the 33rddegree atheist Masonic lodges. Atheist masons
openly admit that they will use the scientists and media which are
under their control to present this deception asscientific, which even
they find funny. When atheist freemasons talk about the successes they
arranged for Darwinism, they actually refer to infiltrating a deception
into universities, schools, text books, into most of the mass media as
a scientific truth, squelching the ones whohave anti-Darwinist views,
and hindering anti-Darwinist activities by oppression. These fake
"successes" freemasons accomplish for Darwinism are aggravated
insomuch that today the Anglican Church is forced to apologize to
Darwin, Papa is forced to deliver pro-Darwinist conferences at his own
place, in Vatican. This is how this deviated system, carried in a
lodge by the masonry which is the system of antichrist, is effective.
Huxley
Another important evidence of the relation between freemasonry and
Darwinism is the activities of Thomas Huxley, who was the most
enthusiastic supporter of Darwin in Darwin's time and was called
Darwin's bulldog. Huxley was a member of Royal Society, one of the
most important scientificinstitutions in England and he was a senior
atheist mason like most of the other members of this institution. 6
The Royal Society of London for The Improvement of Natural Knowledge
was founded in 1662. All the members of this institution were masons
without exception. 7
Although he had no personal achievements, Huxley was accepted as
amember by Royal Societywhen he was very young. The reason this
atheist Masonic institution considered him important was his
enthusiasm in supporting Darwin.
Other members of Royal Society also supported Darwin and contributed
to his works both beforeand after publishing his book. This masonic
institution supported him so much that after a while they started
presenting a "Darwin Medal" like Nobel prices to scientists they deem
as successful.
In brief, Darwin who was also an atheist freemason, was not alone. He
was supportedin an "organized" way hence he put forth his theory. This
organized support was coming from a social class and groups that the
freemasons constituted. Marxist theorist Anton Pannekoek, in his book
titled Marxism and Darwinism refers to this important fact and
explains how Darwinism was supported by the bourgeoisie, that is the
European rich capitalist class as follows:
That Marxism owes its importance and positiononly to the role it takes
in the proletarian class struggle, is known to all.. . it is not hard
to see that in reality Darwinismhad to undergo the same experiences as
Marxism. Darwinism is not a mere abstract theory which was adopted by
the scientificworld after discussing and testing it in a mere
objective manner. No, immediately after Darwinism made its appearance,
it had its enthusiastic advocates and passionate opponents. . .
Darwinism, too, played arole in the class-struggle,and it is owing to
this role that it spread so rapidly and had enthusiastic advocates
and/ venomous opponents. 8
This assertion shows why atheist freemasons attach so much importance
to the theory of evolution. Their aim is to impose the idea that human
beings and all the living things have come into existence by chance
and to falsely present the deviated materialist philosophy as if it is
a consistent idea. And according to the atheist freemasons, the theory
of evolution is the only method to deny the existence of a Creator
(Allah is beyond that) and to accept chances asfalse deities. That's
why atheistic freemasonry supports, defends, spreads and protects
thistheory in every condition, even using fraud and cruelty. This is
the reason why this deception is protected persistently, with a
fanatic attitude and whythere is a world dominating Darwinist
dictatorship.

Male-female relations in today's society, the concept of marriage. Part II

there is also a very intense love in believers. People are sometimes
unable to fathom the wisdom in this. People who do not experience it
cannot fathom it. These people are experiencing their sixth sense. In
other words, unknown to them a miracle is taking place. Passion is a
miracle. It is a profound delight. Some people impersonate passion
when they talk, saying they love whoever it is very much. But why do
they immediately insult, attack, denigrate and upset the other person
when their material interests conflict? In thatcase it is not passion.
It means they have heard about a passion coming from the revealed
religions. You know subconsciously that it is a good thing.
Unbelievers know it subconsciously, too, but they do not experience
it. The believer knows it subconsciously and, most importantly,
experiences it. Allah makes him experience it.In other words, Allah
creates this special feeling, this special system, in the person. For
example, if you ask abeliever to describe the feeling he cannot do so,
but will experience it as an intense delight. And passion does not
leave a Muslim when they age. But what such people, a young man who
loves a girl, call passion will fly away when she falls ill and
changes appearanceeven a little.
TEMPO TV: Love comes to an end.
ADNAN OKTAR: Love comes to an end. What does that mean? It means the
person has experienced a very poor imitation of real passion, has
longed for passion but does not know whatreal passion is. But if
someone loves with real passion, then even if the beloved's face or
hands are burned he or she will just love that personeven more and
feel an even deeper affection for them. Whereas if oneloves with true
passion, if one's face and hands are on fire, then the beloved will
love one more, with a profound love and affection, because they know
they will see its true face in Paradise and how perfect it will be,
and that they will live together for all time. Passion in false love
maylast 10 years, or 5, or 3 oreven only a few months, but true
passion is forever. Because you love Allah and you love as a
manifestation of Allah, and you know thatAllah will bestow that
manifestation for all eternity, for which reason you bind yourselfto
the person with a deep love and the desireto be with them for
ever, with an unquenchable love. Otherwise, even a child will realize
how false it would be to talk of passion for an entity will know will
die and cease to exist, especially if one believes they came about
through evolution and are actually a kind of ape.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (IZMIR) (14 MARCH 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: In other words a truly devout man and truly devout woman
live together in an intense passion, and their love increases many
times over. I can describe it as exponential, 2,4,8,16... Their love
grows strongly and they are most delighted with oneanother. Their
existence delights them and their hearts open up as soon as they set
eyes on one another. But other people just go to the coffee house or
outside and only want to be rid of the other party. They find peace
when they donot have to see one another. That shows the intense nature
of the problem. That is why Allah says that devout women are for
devout men. And unbelieving men for unbeliever women. People far
removed from the religion of Allah, in otherwords. And that is how
itis in Paradise. Allah says that believer women have eyes for their
husbands alone. He is referring to women bound with true passion.
Allah emphasizes this first of all. Passion. In other words we are
looking at loyalty, devotion and passion. Allah has set thisout as the
source of a tenacious desire. This is a blessing on believers in this
world and in the Hereafter. But the secret is unique to them. Women
who are unaware of this collapse quickly. It's a pity. In other words,
that suffering and trouble is quickly reflected in the bodies of their
beautiful souls. It also causes themto collapse physically. Lack of
love lies at the heart of the way womenfall apart and lose their
beauty so soon. Love is the best food of the soul. The cells and the
whole body recognize love. Theeye cell and the eye become very large
through love. The skin becomes more beautiful and tauter through
love. The voice becomes very lovely and impressive, and the body's
electricitybecomes most lovely. It affects the hair and the skin. But
when love departs, it is as if the body has a cancer, cancer of the
hair, for instance. The eyes become cancerous. The tongue and lips and
everywhere become cancerous. That applies to both men and women. That
is why early collapse leads to such ugliness, harshness and thinness.
But men and women who are believers become much, much more attractive.
Under the influence of faith and love. This is a secret of Allah. But
people are ignorant of it. Most people are unaware of it.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (IZMIR) (14 MARCH 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Real, genuine women are powerfully affected by
intelligence. And an intelligent man will be powerfully affected by
the intelligence in a woman. Allah has created them for one another.
The thing they delight in most is that spiritual joy. In other words,
one will be affected to the second orthird degree by flesh and blood.
But it is the eyes that reveal a woman's soul. Love flows through a
woman's eyes. For someone who is intelligent. Love also flows from an
intelligentman right inside the woman. An enormous mutual flow is set
up. This turns into a joy that powerfully affects the whole body. For
example, an intelligent person, an intelligent woman's voice also has
apowerful effect. It has a powerful impact on the soul. Their speech
also has a powerful impact. Their expressions and words alone have a
hugely powerful impact. But this is a mutual phenomenon, and these
attributes are the same for men and women.
ADNAN OKTAR: And an intelligent woman hates to look with love at a
stupid person. A woman will be disgusted, and she cannot hide it, she
is not strong enough. Women with those lovely eyes, so full of love
and able to look so delightfully, remain rigidand withered up. They
are unable to find any such person. Yet a woman wants to pour allher
love into someone. And she wants to receiveand absorb love in return.
But they can find no such object. They only very rarely find such a
person. But they use their logic here. And that is when they find
themselves in deep trouble. Because they then look for their own
advantage. They find what they are looking for, but find personal
advantage, as well. But instead of doing it for Allah's approval and
loveof Him, expecting no personal advantage, they fall into satan's
snare.
10 – THE IDEAL FEMALECHARACTER AS REVEALED IN THE QUR'AN
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (25 FEBRUARY 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: My answerto the question of what a devout woman should be
like is that she is in love with Allah, meaningthat she has totally
surrendered herself to Him. She has entirely freed herself from
worldly concerns, from greed, discord, envy andjealousy.
For example, a jealous woman's face will be dirtied and dark, in other
words not very nice. A lack of light emanates from her face. In other
words a greedy woman has no internal richness, in other words,Allah
withdraws the majesty from her face. Because what we call woman is
that profound power in her soul, not the flesh and blood. Because
everyone, even horses and donkeys, have two front and rear legs. All
animals have them. There is a deep force in the soul, a power stemming
from moral virtue as a miraclefrom Allah, and that is what we call
woman, and it is that which affects believers. It is that which cannot
be described but which we see as love of Allah.
Think of a woman who says she is jealous, who envies and fights, who
has worldly greed, she says that she can still be beautiful, but let
her go and look in the mirror, she is not really beautiful at all. Her
soul can never be beautiful, she can never find joy and she can never
find passion. She can never find the beauty of being a woman. So the
man will be unaffected by her. Allah bestows coldness on such people's
souls. Whateverthey do, they cannot attain that beauty. They can make
themselves up as much as they like, wear what they like and behave as
they like, but that repulsion and darkness in their souls will still
be upon them. Itis the same with men. Men can pretty themselves up all
they like, wear what they likeand do whatever they want, but even if
they become greater than 2 m in height they will stillhave no impact
on a woman. In other words, so long as a woman sees that stupidity,
that greed, that great distance from Allah and that darkness in the
soul,he will never be able to establish a link with thatpower in her
soul. She is not affected by him in the slightest.
But a believer absorbs like a sponge, like a sponge absorbing the
believer opposite. A believer soaks up love and passion, and that is
what we describe as love between husband and wife. Not as in a limited
company established to achieve small personal gains. That means just
sorrow and suffering. It is mutual. One may take a pretty woman just
to show her off to one's friends. What a degrading thing to do, to
show one's wife off inpublic just to achieve a social success. A woman
may marry a handsome man just to enjoy a success and make her friends
envious and say what a good-looking man she married. In sucha painful
environment, both envy and jealousy arise, there is mutual suffering
and a dimness of soul arises, and one party regards the other party as
a dull, that is one sees the other party as an empty log and feels the
emptiness in the other's soul.
REPORTER: Yes.
ADNAN OKTAR: That emptiness creates a hitherto unknown repulsion. No
matter what they do, they cannot get rid of it. Theythen decide to get
divorced. But there are many times more peoplewho would like to get
divorced but do not. In other words, they have aconstant subconscious
wish to divorce, and the number of people who are unable to make it a
reality is many times greater. For example, and I see this in films,
the man comes home and tries to kiss the woman on the back of her
neck. The woman is repelled and disgusted by that, but does not let
on. Or the woman comesand embraces the man, but the man finds her
repellent, is disgusted to think that such an entity is embracing him.
But if they look at matters with faith and taqwa, as a manifestation
of Allah, then a special power bestowed by Allah entersthe equation,
one we refer to as the sixth sense, relationship between a man and a
woman.
That is why people resort to various means to overcome that coldness.
They go down all kinds of strange paths; they go to magic men to have
spells lifted off them, they take drugs and use special lotions and go
to the doctor for treatment. There are doctors who specialize in this
field, asyou know. There are famous doctors who have made their name
init. But these are not problems that can be resolved with doctors,
professors, magic men, putty or special drinks.
These are delights that come with faith, passion, profound intelligence
and love of Allah.
11- IT IS FEAR OF ALLAH, INTELLIGENCE AND FAITH THAT MAKE A WOMAN BEAUTIFUL
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (3 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: It is intelligence that most beautifies a woman. In other
words, an intelligent woman hypnotizes people and possesses an
extraordinary power. If they want a secret, I can tell them the
greatest secret of all; a woman with faith and intelligence and who
fears Allah can hypnotizean intelligent man, in other words an
extraordinary force emerges. That woman possesses a power that cannot
be conceived of or imagined, one that has an intense impact onthe
soul. And she needs to give thanks to Allah for that power that is so
very, very effective. Everything about an intelligent woman is
beautiful. She will have a beautiful physical appearance. Allah will
beautify her body, and her complexion and everything. This is an
absolute law of Allah, something that will definitely come about.
Everyone alive will see it.In the same way, an intelligent woman, a
highly intelligent woman, will be extraordinarily influenced by an
intelligent man. If they want to learn a secret, let me tell them
this; thatman will literally hypnotize them. The woman feels the
spirit and intelligence of an extraordinary power, and the man and
woman thus enter one another's bodies through the eyes and have a
profound impact on one another. This is a miracle of Allah. It is a
feature unique to truly intelligent people. Irreligious people cannot
understand it. If you describe it they will not understand, and they
are in no position to understand the suffering that comes from not
possessing it. But their souls literally burn from the inability to
comprehend this profundity. They cannot understand it, even if you
describe it to them. But there is a special secret from Allah for
believers, and this is a miracle, a miracle that ignorant people
cannot know. Only through thiscan someone be beautiful. But one does
not come to faith in order to be beautiful, one is beautiful because
one believes. A woman who genuinely believes has a huge impact.
Because she never lies. A woman who lies it utterly repulsive. A woman
who is not genuine, who hides behind a mask, is repulsive. I mean she
may be physically very, very attractive, but she will have a purely
physical effect on the soul. The impact is the soul and beauty in that
entity we call woman, and there is a special electricity we refer to
as woman. That only surfaces with profound intelligence, deep
sincerity and honesty. A man and a woman who speak the truth delight
in one another's company. But if both areliars, if both play games, as
I see in films and on the television, then theirfalse love is utterly
degrading and oppressive. The man goes on bended knee before the woman
with flowers in his hand and begs for her hand. That is a total
disgrace. The women will loathe such falsity and people who behave in
such a childishand irrational manner. But she will not let on, orshe
will pretend not to understand what is happening, and she will also
start behaving like alunatic, resulting in a very unpleasant stage
play that hurts everyone involved. And so it goes on.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (IZMIR) (07 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The best example is for the woman to fully adopt the
moral values of the Qur'an as her role model and to behave in the
light of Qur'anic moral values and good conscience. Let me say that a
woman who fully heeds the voice of her conscience is the most glorious
entity in the world. She is an irreplaceable blessing. A woman who
heeds her conscience and who fears Allah is he most delightful and
glorious being in the world. She is its greatest blessing. Women
should try to attain this blessing. And they should look for people
who realize theirworth. That is very important, someone who
appreciates her worth. Because if she cannot find someone who
appreciates her worth, she will be left allalone. And that is a
greatsadness and very difficult. Something requiring great
fortitudeand patience. Because awoman truly wants to beloved. She
wants to be loved deeply and with passion. She wants to beloved
deeply. But many women seek this but fail to find it. They should
belooking in the Qur'an. A man who lives by the moral values of the
Qur'an and seeks Allah's approval most of all, who has taqwa and fear
of Allah, a man who had dedicated his whole life to Allah, is someone
by whom a woman can be loved. But he has to be highly intelligent.
Allah produces a special power in such a man. That fully satisfies the
woman's soul. Otherwise, a woman willbe in a constant state of
suffering. Nothing you do can help. They take women on holiday, to
dinner, make compliments and the like, as in the films, but that just
angers the woman. They bow whenthey kiss a woman and that will disgust
her as if an animal is kissing her. She will be disturbed. But the
women put up with it. They embrace them. What I mean is herhusband,
her halal. She will still be disgusted, even if it is her husband. Then
the man makes a joke, and that infuriates her. He refers to something
irrational andannoys her. He buys her a present and she realizes he is
just trying to win her over, that he is not acting with faith and
reason. That annoys her, too. She is further disgusted because he so
trusts in his money. That annoys her all the more. They fall out.
These things are scourges, not the blessings they imagine. Someone who
imagines he can resolve everything with money disgusts himself even
more than the other party. Love can only have a profound effect in
people if it is based on and stems from passion for and love of Allah.
If someone is loved as a manifestation of Allah, then that delight and
blessing thatso move a person will arise. But otherwise no such thing
happens.
12 – THE LOFTY FAITH OF PHARAOH'S WIFE
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KAÇKAR TV (22 January 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: She was our holy mother who genuinely loved the Prophet
Moses (peace beupon him), in whose time she lived, who met him in the
palace, who sincerely adopted the monotheistic belief he described and
who faced all kinds of risks and dangers to flee withhim across the
desert and share his life. She abandoned Pharaoh's magnificent
palace, pomp, blessings, show and sovereignty. She undertook to live
with the Prophet Moses in thedesert, where the Prophet Moses and the
believers spent 40 years, and she never abandoned him. This is of
course an excellent model for women. Whenpeople decide on marriage and
to look forlove they will seek taqwa and the greatest possible extent
of Allah's approval. Because Pharaoh had his impressive clothes, vast
amounts of food and drink, his magnificent palace and unbelievable
blessings, but he had no taqwa, moral virtue or love. Seeing that,
this splendid woman joined the Prophet Moses, accepting all the
dangers, death and hunger and everything, but still lived with him.
13 – OUR PROPHET'S (SAAS) VIEW OF WOMEN
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KAÇKAR TV (12 FEBRUARY 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet's (saas) wives were very much in love with
him. They loved him very much. They regarded him as a manifestation of
Allah. They married him for Allah's approval. And there were women who
donated themselves to our Prophet (saas), who gave themselves for
Allah.
Our Prophet (saas) says that he was caused to love three things;
beautiful scents, women and performing prayer (namaz), as the
blessingsof this world. Our prophet (saas) was very considerate of his
wives and full of love for them.He regarded them as a manifestation of
Allah, and they saw the manifestations of Allah in our Prophet (saas).
This was a great blessing, and they settled in very well alongside our
Prophet (saas).
But some of his wives, asdescribed in Surat at-Tahrim, made mistakes.
He told them to keep certain matters secret, but they went and told
other people. Then when he questioned his wife about this she asked
who had told him, and he said that Allah, the all-Knowing and
all-Aware had told him. It appears from other verses that certain of
his wives troubled our Prophet (saas) somewhat. There is a warning
where he says, "if you desire the life of this world and its finery,
come and I will give you all you need and release you with kindness.
But ifyou desire Allah and His Messenger and the abode of the
Hereafter, the verse continues. Then there is a warning as to be
patient.
There are strong warnings in Surat at-Tahrim. Some of his wives
misbehaved. But in general terms, Hazrat Aisha was exceedingly
thoughtful toward our Prophet (saas) and lovedhim very. Very much.
Shegot married at a very young age, as you know, but generally speaking
itwas a very great blessing for his wives to be with and serve the
Prophet (saas). They both acquired knowledge and also enjoyed great
bounty.
Our prophet (saas) was someone who knew all about passion. He was
someone who knew all about depth. He was alsoexceptionally handsome. He
had black eyes, as you know. He was well-built with broad shoulders.
His hair was long and parted in the middle. He plaited it from time to
time. He put kohl on his eyes and had a black beard and hair. He had
very few white hairs until right before his death. His hairwas largely
black until the age of 63. That is a great miracle, Masha'Allah. He
smelled very delightful. Our Prophet (saas) always smelled of roses.
There was a mark on his back, on our Prophet's (saas) back, just like
Hazrat Mahdi (as). That will be handed down genetically right up to
Hazrat Mahdi (as). Almighty Allah makes His wisdom, genetics,
instrumental in this. Then in the End Times that seal will appear on
the back of his descendant, Hazrat Mahdi (as), just as with our
Prophet (saas) himself.
Our Prophet (saas) was also very physically strong. He wrestled, and
nobody ever beat him. He beat all his opponents. Masha'Allah. He made
jokes, excellent and wise jokes. He was someone who experienced the
blessingthat is women in the most profound manner.
He was someone who gave women's beauty itsfull due. He fully
understood his wives' beauty and saw in them a manifestation of Allah.
And Allah bestowed many things upon him, Masha'Allah. Some people
wonder why he married so many times. What more could Allah have
bestowed upon our radiant and beloved Prophet (saas)? That wasentirely
correct. If I had had a daughter and been alive in the time of our
Prophet (saas), I would have encouraged her to marry him right away
and been proud and delighted by it. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Fathwa, - Voluntary Prayer: Out Loud at Night and in a Low Tone in the Morning

Question
I would like to perform a two-Rak'ah voluntary prayer; should it be
performed out loud or in a low tone ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
With regards to voluntaryprayers, the Sunnah of the Prophet , is that
voluntary prayers are performed in a low tone during the day and out
loud at night.
Mujaahid said, " Prayers in the daytime are in a low tone. " Hence,
worshippers should not perform prayers out loud during the daytime
except for the Jumu'ah prayer and the two 'Eid prayers.
Therefore, if you performthis two- Rak'ah voluntary prayer during the
daytime, the Sunnah is to perform it in a low tone. If you perform it
at night, you should perform it out loud.

Fathwa, - Ruling on Performing Prayer in a Place where There Are Images

Question
Is it permissible to perform prayer in a placewhere there are images?
Thank you .
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
With regards to performing prayer in a house where there are images,
it is permissible due to the general wordsof the Prophet , as he said:
" Wherever you maybe at the time of prayer, you may pray, for all of
it (i.e. the earth) is a suitable place for prayer. " [Al-Bukhaari and
Muslim]
However, it is better to perform prayer in a placethat is clean, free
from images and other objectsthat might distract the worshipper from
concentrating in his prayer and observing Khushoo' (i.e. humble
submissiveness).

Fathwa, - Intention of Performing the Prayer on Time or Making up a Missed Prayer

Question
What is the religious ruling on making the intention of making up a
missed prayer and that ofperforming a prayer on time? Is the prayer
considered invalid if the worshipper does not differentiate between
the two intentions while performing the prayer ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
Muslim scholars unanimously agreed that the intention is a condition
for the validity of the prayer. Allaah The Exalted Says (what means):
{ And they were not commanded except to worship Allaah, [being]
sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish
prayer and to give Zakaah. And that is the correct religion. } [Quran
98:5]
The Prophet , said: " Verily, deeds are based on intentions and an
individual is (rewarded) only according to that which he intends. "
[Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
The place of intention is the heart and not the tongue. Uttering the
intention is considered a religious innovation.
The role of intention is todistinguish acts of worship and
differentiate between these various acts as well.Prayers in Islam are
either obligatory or voluntary. Making an intention is a prerequisite
in each obligatory prayer in particular: the worshipper should make an
intention to perform aspecific prayer; Thuhr, 'Asr or the like.
Voluntary prayers are divided into two types:
First: Specified voluntary prayers which are performed on certain
occasions such as Salatul-Kusoof (i.e. eclipse prayer), Istisqaa' or
rain-invoking prayer, Taraaweeh (i.e. voluntaryprayer in Ramadhaan),
Witr and confirmed voluntary prayers. They all require an intention
from the worshipper. For instance, if he intends to perform a
voluntary prayer for the Thuhr or Maghrib prayer.
Second: General voluntary prayers, such as night prayers, which do not
require a specific intention but only the intention of performing
prayer.
However, Muslim scholarsdiffered about making an intention while
performing obligatory prayers. Is it obligatory tomake the intention
to perform an obligatory prayer or not? Should theworshipper make an
intention to perform a prayer on time if he is praying it on time?
Should the worshiper, who is re-offering the obligatory prayer, make
the intention of re-offering the prayer or not?
The preponderant opinion among most Muslim jurists is that it is not
mandatory for the worshipper to do so. The worshipper may settle for
making an intention of performing a specific obligatory prayer. For
example, if the 'Asr prayer is due and the worshipper wants to make up
for the Thuhr prayer, which he had missed, he should make the
intention of performing the Thuhr prayer and he is not obliged to make
the intention of making up for a missed prayer. When he performs the
'Asr prayer in its due time, he should merely make the intention of
performing the 'Asr prayer and not the intention of performing it at
its specific time.

Countering Evil with a Better Deed

Interacting with others inlife is necessary, as a person is surrounded
by neighbors, relatives and colleagues in institutions of study and
workplaces. Due to this dealing with different types of people,it is
natural to be made susceptible to harm from some of them. Suppose that
every such act one is subjected to, is met by anevil one in its like,
in return; regardless of whether this harm is slight or great, or
intentional or not, the communities would turn into a jungle. People
will abandon good traits and live without regulations or rules. To
prevent the Muslim community from this detestable scenario, Allaah The
Almighty commanded His believingslaves to resist evil with something
good, when He Says (what means): {And not equal are the good deed and
the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon
the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he
was a devoted friend.} [Quran 41:34]
Undoubtedly, the ultimate act that is superior to countering evil with
its like, is to pardon and be compassionate, or at the least, to turn
away and avoid further embroiling oneself. Dear brother andsister! By
adopting this noble moral, you are safeguarding your own self-respect
and rationality. Therefore, you have to keep yourself away from the
provocation of foul people in order to be oneof the true servants of
Allaah The Almighty. He describes them Saying (what means):
· {And they who turn away from laghw (anything from falsehood, and
that includes association, other minor sins and all useless speech,
actions and concerns; furthermore, busying oneself with that which
does not concern him is included).} [Quran 23:3]
· {And when they hear ill speech, they turn away from it and say: "For
us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. Peace will be upon you;
we seek not the ignorant."} [Quran 28:55]
· {And when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of]
peace.} [Quran 25:63]
When one treats an abuser in a wholesome manner, he or she would
suppress his or her anger, thereby becomingone of those whom the
Prophet, , referred to when he said: "He who stifles his rage while he
isable to give vent to it, Allaah will summon him in front of all
people on the Day of Resurrection and let him choose from the Hoor
(maidens of Paradise) as he pleases."
Furthermore, one of the greatest benefits of repelling evil with a
better deed is that the enemy who wants to inflict harm and evil,
often converts into a defending supporter anda devoted friend. There
isa wondrous magic in good manners that it can be more influential
than physical force and vengeful will. Thus, antagonism changes intoa
different sentiment, as Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Repel
[evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom
between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted
friend.} [Quran 41:34] That is whyIbn 'Abbaas advised: "Use your
forbearance to ward off the ignorance of those who harm you with [that
trait of theirs]."
We have observed the best of all creatures, Muhammad, , not only
tolerating the maltreatment of the violent, but also overlooking that
and pardoning them. 'Aa'ishah described him, saying: "He does not
counter evil with evil, rather he absolves and forgives." This was
also the example of the righteous people who followed the methodology
of the Prophet, . One of them was insulted by someone once, so he said
to him: "If you are mistaken, I ask Allaah to pardon you;and if you
are correct, I ask Him to forgive me."
Although we are all required to adopt this trait, a person in a
position of power is worthier of doing so more than others. That is
why among the final instructions of the Prophet, , before his death,
was: "Whoever is given authority over something in the Ummah of
Muhammad and has the power to harm or bring benefit to anyone, then he
should reward those who do good and pardon those who commit evil." In
his, , life, a man once came to him complaining about his servant,
saying: "I have a servant who is a wrongdoer and an oppressor. Should
I beat him?" The Prophet, , said: "Forgive him as much as seventy
times per day."
Also, a person whose relatives treat him unjustly is particularly in
need of this quality. He orshe should not meet theirill behavior with
evil in return; rather, he or she has to pardon, forgive and increase
in compassion. It was narrated that a man came to the Prophet, , and
said: "O Messenger ofAllaah, I have some relatives with whom I
maintain ties of kinship and they sever them; I pardon them and they
oppress me; I treat them kindly and they harm me.Should I then treat
them in the same way?" The Messenger of Allaah, , replied: "No, then
you would all be sinners; rather, you should be better and maintain
the ties of kinship and as long as you are in that state, you will
have a protector and supporter appointed from Allaah with you.'"
Repelling vice with a better deed is the remedy that restores damaged
social relations. It reforms what has been corrupted and renews that
which is effaced. With this treatment, the manifestations of goodness
are revived, people race each other invirtuous acts, the gates
ofiniquity are blocked to Satan and evil does not find any means to
spread. Instead, beneficence will prevail and the motives and
consequences of vice willbe eradicated. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Miracles of the Prophets of Islam

Allaah The Almighty supported His Prophets with miracles, which are
extraordinary events thatare usually of the same nature that the
people ofthat particular prophet excelled at. For instance, the people
of Prophet Moosa excelled at magic, so the miracle of Prophet Moosa
was that he threw his staff and it turned to a serpent. Likewise, the
people of Prophet 'Eesa excelled at medicine, so Prophet 'Eesa cured
the blind and the leper, and gave life to thedead by the permission of
Allaah The Almighty. The Arabs excelled at poetry and rhetoric and
therefore Allaah The Almighty sent them the Quran and it was a miracle
that they were not even able to composeone Soorah (Chapter) like it.
Below are some of the miracles of the Prophets, may Allaah exalt their mention:
The miracle of Saalih
Allaah The Almighty sent Prophet Saalih to his people to call them to
worship Allaah The Almighty alone, and not to associate any partners
with Him. They asked himto bring them proof of what he was saying, so
Allaah The Almighty supported him with the miracle of the she-camel.
He made a unique she-camel emerge from between the mountain rocks.
Some of them believed him, but the majority of them disbelieved and
intendedto kill the she-camel. Prophet Saalih warned them saying (what
means): } And to the Thamud [We sent] their brother Salih. He said, "O
my people, worship Allaah; you have no deity other than Him. There has
come to you clear evidence from your Lord. This is the she-camel of
Allaah [sent]to you as a sign. So leave her to eat within Allaah's
land and do not touch her with harm, lest there seize you a painful
punishment. { [Quran 7:73]
The miracle of Ibraaheem(Abraham)
Ibraaheem rejected the practices of his people. They worshippedidols
that could neither harm nor benefit them. One day, he destroyed the
idols without anyone seeing him. When his people came to know that it
was Ibraaheem who had done that, they prepared a huge fire andthrew
him into it. However, the fire did not burn Ibraaheem and did not
affect him at all, as Allaah The Almighty ordered it not to burn him.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): } Theysaid, "Burn him and
support your gods - if you are to act."Allaah Said, "O fire, be
coolness and safety upon Abraham."And they intended for him harm, but
We Made them the greatest losers. { [Quran 21:68-70]
The miracle of Moosa (Moses)
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): } And whatis that in your right
hand,O Moses?"He said, "It is my staff; I lean upon it, and I bring
down leaves for my sheep and I have therein other uses." [Allaah]
said, "Throw it down, O Moses." So he threw it down, and thereupon it
was a snake, moving swiftly. { [Quran 20:17-20] The staff was one of
the miracles given to ProphetMoosa . By that staff, he defeated the
magicians of Pharaoh, extracted water from rock and turned the sea
into land by the permission of Allaah The Almighty so that He would
save the believers and punish the disbelievers.
The miracles of 'Eesa
The miracle of Prophet 'Eesa was that he cured the blind and the
leper, and gave life to thedead by the permission of Allaah The
Almighty. He would design the form of a bird from clay, breathe into
itand it became a bird by the permission of Allaah The Almighty.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): } And [make him] a messenger to
the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you
with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that
which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it
becomes a bird by permission of Allaah. And I cure the blind and the
leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allaah. And I
inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed
in that is a sign for you, if you are believers. { [Quran 3:49]
Another miracle of Prophet 'Eesa was the table that was sent downfrom
heaven with food. His people wanted him toask Allaah The Almighty to
send down a table spread with food so that their faith would increase.
They urged him to supplicate His Lord to do so, and he warned them,
but they insisted, so Allaah The Almighty sent down the table so that
it would be a miracleof Prophet 'Eesa . Allaah The Almighty Says (what
means): } [And remember] when the disciples said, "O Jesus, Son of
Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from
the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allaah, if you should be
believers."Theysaid, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be
reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its
witnesses."Said Jesus, theson of Mary, "O Allaah, our Lord, send down
to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven tobe for us a
festival for thefirst of us and the last of us and a sign from You.
And provide for us, and You are the best of providers. "Allaah
said,"Indeed, I will send it down to you, but whoever disbelieves
afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a
punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the Worlds." {

In the Dark of the Night …

Once, there was a pious Muslim merchant who used to trade cattle. He
would buy cows from Iraq or Iran and sell themin Syria. This trader
was arighteous Muslim: pious, devout and pure hearted;he would pray at
night, fast and give charity frequently.
On one of his trade journeys, as he was shepherding a herd of cows to
sell them, it began to snow heavily. As a result, the road was
blocked, the grass died, and all his cows perished, except for four.
The poor trader took his four cowsand wandered all over the place,
until one evening he reached a small village on the road from Al-Mosul
to Halab. He knocked on the door of one of the houses in this village.
The owner ofthe house answered and the trader told him that he was a
stranger who wanted to spend that night at his house until morning so
he could continue his journey and go to another village.
The generous villager welcomed the trader warmly. He let him andhis
cows in the yard of his house, and offered the trader food and fedhis
cows. In fact, this villager was poor and penniless; all his cows had
died and his lands were ruined due to theheavy rains and snow that had
been falling for a very long time over their village. The villager was
married and the father of one child, and the small family lived in
their two-room house; one room for him and his wife and the other for
their child.
The villager's family gathered around the guest for a nightly chatfrom
which the villager cam to know that the trader was carrying a sum of
money with him. After the villager and his wife had gone to bed, the
guest went to sleep in the child's room. The child slept on his bed in
the right side of the room and the trader's bed was on the left side.
The villager asked his guest if he needed anything else before going
to bed and madesure that he was comfortable. The villager's wife
whispered in her husband's ears, insinuating evil into his mind, "How
long shall we remain poor? This guest is rich and we are in dire need
of his money and cows; we may have food for aday, but would spend days
without any food. What if a famine hit the village and we have neither
food nor money? We have a golden opportunity tonight: this guest is
rich,so let us steal his money and cows so as to maintain our lives
and save our only child's life."
The villager exclaimed, "How could we do that toour guest? How can I
steal his money and cows? Will he let me take his money and cows?" The
wife answered wickedly, "Kill him and throw his body in a hole in the
middle of the valley and no one would know about it."
The villager hesitated, but the wife kept insisting and persuading him
to enforce this evil plan; to convince him and end his hesitation she
said, "This is essential to save us from certain death; indeed, in
times ofextreme necessity, even the forbidden becomes permissible."
Finally, the wife managed to convince her husband of this wicked
Satanic scheme and he made up his mind to kill the traderand steal his
money and cows.
After midnight, in the lastthird of the night when everything was
quiet anddarkness and silence had enveloped the whole village, the
villager took his dagger, sharpened it, and headed towards the room
where his guest and his son were sleeping. His wife accompanied him,
encouraging him to put his evil plan into action. The villager tiptoed
slowly, heading to the left side of the room where the guest was
sleeping. He groped for his sleeping guest until he touched his neck
in this black darkness; the villager unsheathed his dagger and cut the
guest's throat swiftly, justlike he would slaughter agoat.
The villager went back tohis wife, seeking her helpto move the body
and no sooner had they pulled the dead body out of the room, they
realized that they had slaughtered their one and only son! The
villager sobbed and his wife did the same on seeing their son's dead
body between their bloodstained hands; theyboth lost their
consciousness. Hearing the noise, the sleeping guest woke up and so
did the neighbors to find the villager's son murdered (and the
villager and his wife unconscious). The guest and the neighbors
hastened to the unconscious villager and his wife, splashing cold
water over their faces to wake them up. When they woke up, they burst
into tears and asked the neighbors to call the police. The police
arrived at the crime scene and arrested the killers.
What exactly had happened inside the bedroom where the guest and the
villager's son slept that night? In fact, the villager's son went to
the guest's bed on the other side of the room after his parents had
left the room and engaged in conversation with him; it was quite a
long conversation, and the son felt asleep in the middle of it on the
guest's bed. The kind guest did not wish to wake up the child, so he
slept in the child's bed instead. When the villager came inside the
room in the dark of the night, he was sure that his son was sleeping
in his own bed in the other side of the room and the guest was in his
bed. Therefore, he slaughtered the one whowas sleeping in the guest's
bed, not knowingthat he was slaughtering his own son with his
veryhands!
The villager wanted to kill the guest, but Allaah The Exalted willed
his sonto be killed instead. The neighbors buried the villager's son
and his unfortunate parents went to prison for their crime. - -

Dought & Clear, - Sins of the Tongue, - Uttering Words of Kufr (disbelief) Ignorantly.

What is the ruling on one who says "I am a communist" without understanding it?
Praise be to Allah.
Words matter according to the great religion of Allah: by means of a
word a person speaks, Allah may raise him in status, and by means of a
word he speaks he may be doomed to Hell.
Allah says (interpretationof the meaning):
"Not a word does he (or she) utter but there is a watcher by him ready
(to record it)" [50:18]
Al-Bukhaari and Muslim narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger
of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: " A person
may speak a word, not realizing whathe is saying, and he will fall
because of it into theFire further than the distance between the East
and West."
Al-Tirmidhi narrated in areport which he classed as saheeh
(authentic), that Bilaal ibn al-Haarith said: I heard the Messenger of
Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: "One of you may
speak aword that pleases Allah, and not know how far it reaches, but
Allah will decree that He is pleasedwith him until the Day he meets
Him. And one of you may speak a word that angers Allah, and not know
how far it reaches, but Allah will decree that He is angry with him,
until the Day he meets Him."
Al-Nasaai narrated from 'Abd-Allah ibn Buraydah that his father said:
the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)
said: "Whoever says 'I have nothing to do with Islam' and is lying, he
is as he said, and if he is telling the truth, he will never come back
to Islam soundly."
Communism is a kind of atheism that is based on denial of the
existence of God and veneration of the material, which it regards as
the basis of all things. It does not value religion in general, any
religion. Rather they regard religion as people's problems or as they
say, the opium of the people, meaning that it distracts them from their
materialaims which form the basis of their ideology.
Undoubtedly this is one of the most dangerous kinds of kufr in the
modern age, by which many people have been deceived and which has
persecuted many peopleof religious commitmentand faith.
Undoubtedly what is required of everyone who hears of this ideology
and finds out about it is to reject it and to disavow himself of it
and of its people before Allah. Veneration of this ideology, belief
init, promotion of it or love of it and its people cannot coexist with
faithin the heart of anyone.
The one who joins them when he is aware of them and of the misguidance
that they follow is a disbeliever in Allah the Almighty. If the one
who says these words is ignorant of the basis of their ideology orhas
been deceived by their claims with regard to social and economic
matters and their claims to care for the poor, to help them and to
guarantee their rights, then he must be told of the real nature of
this ideology and the dangerit poses to religious commitment and
faith, and that Allah has made His slaves independent, by means of the
laws that He has revealed to them, of the need for any religion, sect
or ideology other than that.
We suggest that any advice given to those who have been deceivedby
this ideology should be given in a kind and gentle manner, debatingin
a good way and explaining the evidence for that from sharee'ah
(Islamic law). The one who engages in that should have sufficient
understanding of this kafir un-Islamic) ideology and be skilled in
debating and arguing, because most of those who are deceived by this
ideology are very capable in argument and debate.
If he is indeed ignorant of this group and its origins, or he is
ignorantof how it conflicts with the faith that is requiredof people,
then he is excused for his ignorance. But if he persists, after things
are explained to him, then he is a kafir (disbeliever)and an apostate.
We ask Allah to protect our faith and to help us avoid fitnah (trial
and tribulation), both apparent and hidden. - - ▓███▓

Dought & Clear, - Sins of the Tongue, - Reviling Someone inSecret.

Is it permissible to revile someone, but in my ownheart and secretly,
in such a way that no one knows that I reviled so and so, such as if I
said to myself, "O so and so, O…, Why did you do such and such to me?"
Am I sinning if I do that?
Praise be to Allah.
Reviling and impugning may be either justifiable or unjustifiable.
Firstly:
If it is justifiable, such as if a Muslim is wronged inan obvious
manner, or isharmed in a way that cannot be denied, then there is
nothing wrong with warding off harm and enmity from oneself by
reviling and impugning, whether that is done secretly or openly,
without transgressing or overstepping the mark, although it is better
not to do that.
Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
"Allah does not like that the evil should be uttered in public except
by him who has been wronged. And Allah is Ever All‑Hearer, All‑Knower"
[4:148].
As-Sa'di (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Here Allah tells us that Hedoes not like evil to be uttered in public,
i.e., He hates that, dislikes it andpunishes for it. That includes all
bad words that may cause hurt and make people sad, such as reviling,
slandering, impugning and so on. Allof that comes under the heading of
forbidden things that Allah hates.
What is implied is that Allah loves good kinds ofspeech such as dhikr
(Hisremembrance) and kind and gentle words.
"except by him who has been wronged" means, it is permissible for him
to pray against the one who has wronged him, and to make a
complaintabout him. He may speakout openly against the one who uttered
evil against him publicly, without telling lies about him and without
going any further in wrongdoing than he did. And he should not
overstep the mark and revile anyone other thanthe one who wronged him.
Yet despite that, forgiving him and not responding in kind is
preferable, as Allah says: "but whoever forgives and makes
reconciliation, his reward is with Allah" [42:40]. End quote. Tayseer
al-Kareem ar-Rahmaan.
Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
"And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for
such there is no way (of blame) against them.
The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and rebel in
the earth without justification; for such there will be a painful
torment" [42:41-42].
It was narrated from AbuHurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that
the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)
said:
"When two people revileone another, the sin of what they say is on the
one who started it, so long as the one who is wronged does not
overstep the mark.". [Muslim]
The best supplication that the one who is wronged may offer concerning
the wrongdoer is that whichwas narrated from the Prophet (blessings
and peace of Allah be upon him) by Jaabir (may Allahbe pleased with
him) who said: The Messengerof Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be
upon him) used to say: "O Allah, correct my hearingand my sight, and
allow me to retain them until I die. Lead me to victory over those who
have done me injustice and allow me to see vengeance." [al-Bukhaari
in al-Adab al-Mufrad]
Al-Khateeb ash-Sharbeeni (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
If one person reviles another, it is permissiblefor the one who was
reviled to revile him back as much as he reviled him, because Allah,
may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): "The
recompense for an evil isan evil like thereof" [42:40]. It is not
permissible for him to revile his father or mother. It was narrated
that when Zaynab reviled 'Aaishah, the Prophet (blessings and peace of
Allah be upon him) said to her – as narrated in Sunan Ibn Maajah and
classed as saheeh (authentic) by al-Albaani: "You should say something
to defendyourself." ['Aaishah said:] So I turned on her, until I saw
that her mouth had become dry, and she did not say anything back to
me. And I saw the Prophet with his face shining. Rather all that is
permitted is reviling which does not involve lying or slander, such as
saying, "O wrongdoer" or "O fool", because hardly anyone is free from
these descriptions. Once a person has stood up to defend himself by
reviling the one who reviled him, then the matter is settled and the
first person is in the clear, but he has the sin of initiating the
exchange and the sin of transgressing the limits set by Allah. End
quote. Mughni al-Muhtaaj.
But it is far better and closer to perfection to forgive, pardon and
overlook, in the hope that Allah will pardon us on the Day of
Resurrection, for the recompense will fit the nature of the deed.
Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
"The recompense for an evil is an evil like thereof; but whoever
forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is with Allah. Verily,
He likes not the Zaalimoon (oppressors, polytheists, and wrongdoers)"
[42:40].
And the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "O
'Uqbah ibn 'Aamir, uphold ties with those who cut you off, give to
those who withhold from you, and forgive those who wrong you." [Ahmad]
It was narrated that 'Aaishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said
that a blanket of hers was stolen, and she started to pray against the
one who had stolen it. The Prophet (blessingsand peace of Allah be
upon him) said: "Do not reduce his burden of sin by making du'aa
(supplicating) against him." [Abu Dawood]
There are also reports from the Taabi'een (successors) that point
tothe superiority of forgiving and overlooking in this world.
Al-Haytham ibn Mu'aawiyah said:
Whoever is wronged and does not retaliate inword or deed, and does not
bear resentment in his heart, that will be hislight among people. End
quote. [al-Bayhawi in Shu'ab al-Eemaan]
Secondly:
If the reviling and impugning is done unlawfully, i.e., as a result of
personal resentment or hatred based on malicious envy (hasad), or
because one dislikes a person's appearance, lineage, conduct or
anything elsethat results in people reviling and insulting others,
this is something that is clearly forbidden and comes under the
heading of slips of the tongue that consume (i.e., wipe out) good
deeds and incur punishment for bad deeds, whether it is done secretly
or openly.
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ood (may Allah be pleased with
him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
"Insulting a Muslim is an evil action and fighting him is kufr
(disbelief/denial)." [al-Bukhaari, Muslim].
It was also narrated from him (may Allah be pleased with him) that the
Prophet said: "The believer is not given to insulting, cursing a
greatdeal, obscene talk or foul speech." [ at-Tirmidhi].
Al-Mubaarakfoori (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
"The believer" means: the perfect believer
"is not given to insulting" i.e., criticizing people
"or cursing a great deal"i.e., cursing excessively, because the
perfect believer can hardly be free from some shortcomings
"obscene talk" i.e., he does not commit obscene actions or utter obscene speech
"or foul speech" al-Qaari said: this refers to the one who has no
shame. End quote. Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi.
Thirdly:
If the reviling or impugning occurs in one's heart or mind, such as a
thought that crosses the mind without one meaning it to or uttering it
out loud– rather it is some passing thought or whispers that may come
to mind about reviling so and so, but he does not pay attention to it
orresolve to do it – then this comes under the heading of passing
thoughts that are forgiven, in sha Allah, because the Prophet
(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has forgiven
my ummah (followers) for what crosses their mindsso long as they do
not act upon it or speak of it." [al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
But there is the fear that if these thoughts become persistent and
settle in the heart, they may come under the heading of deeds of the
heart for which a personwill be brought to account.
Al-Qaasimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
As for the effects of anger on the heart, such as resentment,
maliciousenvy, wishing ill, rejoicing in the misfortunes of another,
begrudging his happiness, resolving to spread his secrets and
transgress his privacy, making fun of him, and other evil actions,
these are the fruits of excessive anger. [from Tahdheeb Maw'izat
al-Mu'mineen]
Al-Ghazaali (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
It should be noted that thinking bad things is haram (impermissible),
just like saying bad things. Just as it is haramfor you to say bad
thingsabout another person, you do not have the right to think bad
thingsabout your brother and think negatively of him. What I mean is
when one forms a solid idea and decides that another person is bad and
evil. As for passing thoughts, they are forgiven. Thinking here refers
to what one focuses on and is inclined towards. End quote. Ihya'
'Uloom ad-Deen and al-Adhkaar by an-Nawawi.

Dought & Clear, - Sins of the Tongue, - Sinning Intentionally and Intending to Repent.

I was just wondering if someone says he will drink and do zina
(fornicate) and do haram (unlawful stuff) stuff and then he will
repent, will his repentance be accepted?
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
This questioner – may Allah guide him – does not realise that he has
already disobeyed Allah, may He be exalted, by saying this even if he
hasnot committed the sins that he stated clearly he would commit.
(a)
It was narrated from AbuHurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that
the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah,
may He be glorified and exalted, will forgive my ummah (followers) for
whatever crosses their minds so long as they donot act upon it or
speak of it." [al-Bukhaari, Muslim].
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said:
(The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) has told us
that Allah forgives whatever crosses a person's mind so long as he
does not speak of it. So a distinction is made between thoughts that
cross the mind and words that are spoken. And he told us that he will
not be blamed for a passing thought unless he speaks of it. What is
meant is unless his tongue utters it, according to scholarly
consensus.
End quote from Majmoo'al-Fataawa.
(b)
It was narrated from AbuKabshah al-Anmaari that he heard the Messenger
of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: People of
this world are of four types: a man to whom Allah gives wealth and
knowledge, so he fears his Lord concerning it, upholds ties of kinship
with it and realizes that something is due to Allah for that. This man
will attain the highest status. (The second is) a man to whom Allah
givesknowledge but He does not give him wealth, buthe is sincere in
intentionand says: If I had wealth,I would have done what (the first
man) did. He will be judged accordingto his intention and their reward
will be the same. (The third one is) a man to whom Allah gives wealth
but does not give knowledge, so he squanders his wealth without
knowledge and does not fear Allah concerning it or uphold ties of
kinship with it, and he does not realize that something is due to
Allah for that. His will be the lowest status. (Then there is) a man
to whom Allah gave neither wealth nor knowledge, but he says: If I had
wealth I would do what (the third man) did. He will be judged
accordingto his intention, and their burden of sin will be the same.
[Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah]
This questioner also has to pay attention to the fact that he may not
be able to repent because of being overwhelmed by his whims and
desires, his regarding sinas permissible and his persisting in it. He
may not be able to do that because his time has come and his soul is
taken. Let him listen to the words of Allah, may He be glorified and
exalted (interpretation of the meaning):
"And We shall turn their hearts and their eyes away (from guidance),
as they refused to believe therein for the first time, and We shall
leave them in their trespass to wander blindly" [6:110].
Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
This is part of greater understanding: that a man fears that his sins
may cause him misfortune at the time ofdeath and keep him from a good
end. Imam Ahmad narrated from Abu'd-Darda that when he was dying, he
would lose consciousness then he would come to and recite: "And We
shall turn their hearts and their eyes away (from guidance), as they
refused to believe therein for the first time, and We shall leave them
in their trespass to wander blindly" [6:110].
Because of that, the early generation feared sins, lest they kept them
from a good end.
End quote from al-Jawaab al-Kaafi by Ibnal-Qayyim.
Secondly:
This questioner has to ask his Lord for forgiveness and repent to Him
for having said this and having resolved to commit sin and persistin
it. Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, has enjoined
repentanceupon His slaves. He says (interpretation of the meaning):
"O you who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance! It may be
that your Lord will remit from you your sins, and admit you into
Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise)" [66:8].
Allah, may He be exalted, has told us that He accepts repentance
fromHis slaves and that He will pardon them; indeed He will turn their
bad deeds into good deeds. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"And He it is Who acceptsrepentance from His slaves, and forgives
sins, and He knows what you do" [42:25]
"Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do
righteous deeds; for those, Allah will change their sins into good
deeds, and Allah is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful" [25:70].
Sincere repentance, according to the scholars, is that which fulfils
the following conditions:
(a) Sincerity in repentance
(b) Giving up the sin
(c) Regretting the sin
(d) Resolving not to go back to the sin
(e) Repenting in time, for Allah does not acceptrepentance when the
death rattle sounds before the soul is taken, or after the sun rises
from its place of setting
(f) Restoring people's rights if the sin had to do with the rights
of other people
We give our brother the glad tidings that if he has not done what he
intended and spoke of, and he refrained from that out of fear of Allah
and respect for His sacred limits, then Allah, may He be exalted, will
record one good deed inhis record, instead of thebad deed that he was
thinking of doing.
It was narrated from AbuHurayrah that the Messenger of Allah
(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah says: 'If My
slave thinks of doing a bad deed then do not write it down for him
unless he does it, then if he does it write it down as one bad deed.
And if he refrains from it for My sake, write down one good deed for
him. If he wants to do a good deedthen he does not do it, write it
down as one good deed and if he does it, write it down tenfold up to
seven hundred fold." [al-Bukhaari, Muslim].

Islamic Stories - Bahirah, the Monk Recognizes the Seal of Prophethood

When the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) was twelve years old,
he went with his uncle Abu Talib on a business journey to Syria. When
they reached Busra (which was a part of Syria, in the vicinity of
Howran under the Roman domain) they met a monk called Bahira (his real
name was Georges), who showed great kindness, and entertained them
lavishly. He had never been in the habit of receiving or entertaining
them before. He readily enough recognized the Prophet (Peace be upon
him) and said while taking his hand: "This is the master of all
humans. Allah will send him with a Message which will be a mercy to
all beings." Abu Talib asked: "How do you know that?" He replied:"When
you appeared from the direction of 'Aqabah, all stones and trees
prostrated themselves, which they never do except for a Prophet. I can
recognize him also by the seal of Prophethood which is below his
shoulder, like an apple. We have got tolearn this from our books."
