My ex husband has our children. Can you please let me know if i have to pay any any form of childcare maintenace to him.
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, with blessings and peace on the Messenger of Allah

I pray that this finds you well, and in the best of health and spirits. May Allah grant you all good and success in this life and the next.
No, Islamically, all child maintenance is due upon the father and not the mother. [Qudri Basha, al-Ahkam]
