*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Soul Purification, - 'Our Hearts are Still Adhering to the Truth'

In his book,Siyar A‘laam An-Nubalaa’)11/238(, Ath-Thahabi, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said that during the ordeal of Imaam Ahmad, may Allaah have mercy upon him, it was said to him,“O Abu ‘Abdullaah! Do you not see that falsehood is being victorious over the truth?”He replied,“No. The victory of falsehood over truth is when the hearts change from guidance to error but our hearts are still adhering to the truth.”
How badly are we in need for this accurate criterion that shows the reality of the victory of falsehood over truth, especially in this age when many hearts have been affected by trials of doubtful issues and desires, we seek refuge with Allaah The Almighty from them.
One of the most serious trials is confusion about the reality of the victory of the truth in one’s heart which may be induced by any cause, since confusion about the criteria of judgment necessarily leads to an unstable methodology. At this point, the person on his way of Allaah The Almighty becomes confused because of the confusion of criteria, as he sometimes links the truth to the greater number of followers; some other times, he links it to power; and sometimes to victory of the people of falsehood or any other thing. None of this brings any benefit to man.
Indeed, the conviction of Imam Ahmad, may Allaah have mercy upon him, in refuting this allegation, that some of his companions mentioned, was not an instant reaction, but it was the result of his profound understanding of the Book of Allaah and theSeerah)biography( of His Messenger, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, along with his scrutiny of the history of the people of the truth in their struggle against falsehood and the people who follow it.
Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:
·}That He should establish the truth and abolish falsehood, even if the criminals disliked it.{]Quran 8:8[
·}And say, "Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed is falsehood, ]by nature[, ever bound to depart."{]Quran 17:81[
·}Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs. And for you is destruction from that which you describe.{]Quran 21:18[
Anyone who contemplates the previous verses and those that are similar can never be shaken regarding the fact that the truth must be victorious and must triumph over falsehood and those who follow it.
Since this is addressed to our dear Muslim sisters, they should bear this fact in mind especially at this time when many women are awed by the glamour of falsehood and have weakened belief in the truth.
This entails that women should recognize the truth by means of its evidence so that it would remain an established belief in the heart and cannot be shaken by temporary changes or temptations.
The concealedFitnah)trial( in this regard is represented in two matters:
The first one is the confusion between truth and falsehood because of the great number of those who call to falsehood and the powerful means that they use to propagate it.
The second one is that many Muslim women have become negligent in seeking the truth and knowing its supporting proof which gives strength to their‘Aqeedah)creed( and faith. Supporting proof is like a weapon that is necessary for the one who is engaged in fighting. If someone goes to war without a weapon, what would happen to him?
Because of this, the evidence that a woman holds to support the correctness of what she is doing will be vulnerable and she will be in a state of emotional defence without being able to show the proofs and make her true argument victorious. She will be criticized by others and will soon receive a fatal blow because of attacks of criticism. When this happens, she will become weak enough to be a recipient which is a disaster as she surrenders and her faith deteriorates )we seek refuge with Allaah The Almighty from this(.
In conclusion, Muslim women nowadays, are badly in need to be armed with knowledge that is coupled with proof, not only to be enlightened and certain regarding religious matters, but also to transfer this knowledge to others before they are swept away by the flood, and before they become confused about the criteria of judging the victory of the truth. To Allaah The Almighty belongs the command before and after. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}He whom Allaah guides is the ]rightly[ guided, but he whom He leaves astray -- never will you find for him a protecting guide.{]Quran 18:17[

Soul Purification, - Warning against despair of the Mercy of Allaah

One should never despair of the Mercy of Allaah, because despair of the Mercy of Allaah is a grave major sin.
Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:
•}And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except for those astray?{]Quran 15: 56[
•}Indeed, no one despairs of relief from Allaah except the disbelieving people.{]Quran 12:[
In another verse, Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And do not throw ]yourselves[ with your ]own[ hands into destruction.{]Quran 2: 195[
Commenting on the verse, some scholars said that when the slave of Allaah commits a sin and then thinks that his sin will not be forgiven and, therefore, he abandons seeking forgiveness and repentance to Allaah, this is the destruction meant in the verse. We seek refuge in Allaah form that.
In a Qudsi Hadeeth, the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, narrated that Allaah The Almighty Said:“A slave committed a sin and he said, ‘O Allaah, Forgive me my sin.’ Allaah The Almighty Said, ‘My slave committed a sin and came to realize that he has a Lord Who Forgives sins and Calls to account )the sinner( for the sin.’ He then again committed a sin and said, ‘My Lord, Forgive me my sin.’ Allaah The Exalted Said, ‘My slave committed a sin and came to realize that he has a Lord Who Forgives sins and Calls to account for the sin.’ He again committed a sin and said, ‘My Lord, Forgive me for my sin.’ Allaah The Exalted Said, ‘My slave committed a sin and came to realize that he has a Lord Who Forgives sins and Calls to account for the sin. O slave, do what you like. I Have Granted you forgiveness.’”]Muslim[
Here is also the example of that man who used to drink alcohols and was brought to the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. ‘Umar, May Allaah Be Pleased with him, narrated that he said:“During the lifetime of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, there was a man called ‘Abdullaah whose nickname was Himaar )donkey(, and he used to make the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, laugh. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, lashed him because of drinking )alcohols(. One day, he was brought to the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, for the same charge and was lashed. On that, a man among the people said, ‘O Allaah, Curse him ! How frequently he is brought )to the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, for such a charge(!’ The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, ‘Do not curse him, for by Allaah, I know that he loves Allaah and His Messenger.’”]Al-Bukhaari[
The wording of another narration reads: A man said:“‘Why does he do so? May Allaah Fail him.’ The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, ‘Do not support the devil against your brother.’”]Al-Bukhaari[
Hence, a slave should never despair of the Mercy of Allaah The Almighty. Rather, whenever he commits a sin, he should ask for forgiveness and repent to Allaah. None is infallible. Regarding the righteous people who are promised Paradise, Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous.{]Quran 3: 133[
Indicating the characteristics of the righteous people, Allaah Added )what means(:}And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves ]by transgression[, remember Allaah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allaah? - And ]who[ do not persist in what they have done while they know. Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow ]in Paradise[, wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the ]righteous[ workers.{]Quran 3: 135-136[
Even a righteous person may commit a grave major sin or do an immorality. Nevertheless, he immediately gives up the sin and returns to his Lord seeking forgiveness and repentance.
Here is also the example of the Messengers, May Allaah Exalt their mention. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}Indeed, in My presence the messengers do not fear. Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I Am Forgiving and Merciful.{]Quran 27: 10-11[
Moosa )Moses(, May Allaah Exalt his mention, who was directly addressed by Allaah, killed a person and then said as Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so Forgive me,” and He Forgave him. Indeed, He Is The Forgiving, The Merciful.{]Quran 18: 16[
Even those who brought the truth and they who believed in it concerning them Allaah Says )what means(:}That Allaah May Remove from them the worst of what they did and Reward them their due for the best of what they used to do.{]Quran 39: 35[
The verses stand as evidence that they did bad actions.

Dought & clear, - Meaning of laa ilaaha illaAllah Muhammadun rasool ullah.

What is the meaning of the words “laa ilaahah illa allaah muhammadun rasool ullaah”? Bearing witness “laa ilaahah illa allah” and that “muhammadun rasool ullaah” is the first pillar of the five pillars of Islam. And the meaning of “laa ilaahah illa allah” is that nothing worshipped is worthy of worship except Allah—it is simultaneously a denial and affirmation. “laa ilaahah” is denial of all worship other than that of Allah. “illa allaah” is affirmation that all worship is for Allah alone without partners. As for the declaration, “muhammadun rasool ullaa,” its meaning is the assertion of the message of Mohammed(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and to believe in it and to adhere to it by speech, action and faith, and to avoid all that is against it, whether it be sayings, actions, or intentions… In other words, obeying him in what he ordered and believing in what he said and relayed and avoiding what he has forbid and denounced and not worshipping Allah except as he has ordained. wa-sall-allahu wa-sallim ‘ala nabiyyina muhammadin wa-aalihi wa-sahbih. (May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad and upon his families and companions).
