*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Soul Purification, - Sister, You are The Ummah's Hope!

Before the advent of Islam, the state in which women lived was disgraceful; as they led arduous and miserable lives. Women’s rights were unheard of and their duties far exceeded their capacity. A woman's life was spent in distress and agony from the moment of birth until the moment of her death; if she escaped being buried alive as a young girl, she would live in humiliation and contempt for the rest of her life.
In the pre-Islamic era, people used to bury young girls alive, and if she survived somehow, she was considered of no consequence, as if she had no right to live. So, what kind of life could women at that time expect?
Islam came to save women from a humiliating and disgraceful existence. It guided women to all that honors her and provides her with the respect that is due to her -- whether as a beloved young girl, an honored sister, an affectionate wife or a compassionate and respected mother.
Islam greatly honors women, raises their status and elevates them to the position of which they are worthy, as they are the progenitors of men and the educators of future generations.
Due to the importance of the woman’s role in educating future generations and her direct influence in instilling in them the correct Islamic creed, righteous conduct and morals and teaching them various acts of worship, the enemies of Islam exert great efforts to Westernize her and focus on beguiling her through the deceptive glamorous calls that have ensnared the sons and daughters of our Ummah )nation(. Such calls include the so-called movement for "women’s freedom", "women’s rights", and calling for "equality between men and women".
Muslim women should be made aware of and warned against the conspiracies that are being secretly perpetrated against them in order to drag them into the impure swamps of immorality, by continuously tempting them in every possible way to abandon the teachings of their religion that came to safeguard their honor and ensure their happiness in this world and in the Hereafter.
It is truly unfortunate to see that some Muslim women are attracted to these fallacies and lies and even follow them. They have not only adopted such misleading thoughts, they even spread them through various mediums and lead a life of absolute intellectual, social and behavioral subordination to the West. They blindly imitate Western women without thinking. Thus, the following Hadeeth )narration( of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, applies to them:“You will continue to follow the ways of your preceding nations, span by span and Thiraa’ by Thiraa’ )i.e., a measurement equal to sixty-four centimeters( to the extent that even if they entered a hole of a mastigure, you would follow them )i.e. you will continue to follow your preceding nations so consistently in their disagreeable actions(.”The Companions, may Allaah be pleased with them( said, ''O Messenger of Allaah! )Do you mean( the Jews and the Christians?'' He said:''Who else?”
Such women have forgotten that the social, legal, and historical circumstances that faced European woman are totally different from those faced by the Muslim woman. The European woman lived in an unjust society based on human laws rather than divine legislation. Therefore, her rights were exceedingly violated, which made her rebel against her conditions in order to retrieve even a small part of her lost rights.
With regard to the Muslim woman, Islam granted her all her rights more than fourteen centuries ago; hence, she has the right to be proud and hold her head up high by virtue of these rights, which have not been granted to women till this day even in those countries which claim to be "civilized" and "developed".
O Muslim woman!
The enemies of Islam are trying to deceive you and use you as their weapon by alleging that they want to free you, while, by Allaah, their only purpose is to ruin your chastity and honor and undermine your honorable status and happiness under Islam. You have to stop these oppressors and criminals immediately and firmly because your deviation and loss means the breakup of the family bonds that attach its members; scattering them in life’s mazes.
My dear sisters in Faith!
The enemies of Islam are lying in wait for you, and continue to wage war against Hijaab )Islamic covering( -- a continuation of the events in the early history of Muslims when they conspired to remove a Muslim woman’s Hijaab at the time of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, in the market of Banu Qaynuqaa‘.
This war is continuing until today, because the enemies of Islam realize very well that ruining the Muslim woman means ruining the entire Muslim society.
Undoubtedly, some of those people have grown up under the protection of atheism, thus, they pretend to be Muslims, while they are in fact disbelievers. Such people are very keen to remove the Hijaab of the Muslim woman and stain her honor and dignity. Hence, they find that there is no better way than offering them so-called "woman’s freedom" in the guise of "modern Islam".
O daughter of Islam!
Do not listen to those who beautify the life of intermixing between the two sexes and abandonment of the Hijaab in the name of "freedom" and "civilized behavior", so that you are saved from becoming a toy in their hands. Say to them that Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves ]part[ of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allaah Forgiving and Merciful.{]Quran 33:59[
My dear sister!
Contemplate the following verse and its lessons:
Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And when he came to the well of Madyan, he found there a crowd of people watering ]their flocks[, and he found aside from them two women driving back ]their flocks[. He said, "What is your circumstance?" They said, "We do not water until the shepherds dispatch ]their flocks[; and our father is an old man."{]Quran 28:23[
This Verse is part of the story of Moosa )Moses(, may Allaah exalt his mention, before he was sent to his people as a Messenger of Allaah The Almighty. He went to a distant land to escape from the oppression of Pharaoh. When he arrived there, he found a group of people watering their flocks, with two women standing apart from them. He asked them why they were standing aside. They told him that they had come to this place to water their flock, as their father was an old man and could not work. Nevertheless, they did not justify themselves under this compelling necessity to intermix with men; rather, they waited until the men had finished and then watered their flocks.
My dear Muslim sister!
Would you not review your stance, and contemplate on how to define the safe way?
Return to Allaah The Almighty, contemplate the Quran, and imitate the wives of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, as this is the only way to Paradise.
Wake up my sister, before it is too late and before your death and reckoning, when the scale will be set and the Siraat )bridge( will be placed over Hell and the obedient people will be distinguished from those who are disobedient.

Soul Purification, - Consumption of What is Unlawful Corrupts the Hearts

Consumption of What is Unlawful Corrupts the Hearts and Prevents Supplications from Being Answered
There is clearly a strong relationship between the soundness or corruption of a person’s heart and his food and earnings. A person’s heart becomes corrupt when he earns what is prohibited and dares to eat of it. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said in this regard:“Indeed, what is lawful is evident, and what is unlawful is evident, and between the two are matters which are doubtful and unknown to many people.”Then he, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, followed this with:“Beware! In the body there is ]a piece of[ flesh which, if it is sound, the whole body is sound, and if it is corrupt, the whole body is corrupt. Behold, this ]piece of flesh[ is the heart.”]Al-Bukhaari and Muslim[
The heart is like a king and the limbs are its subjects. They are good when the king is good and corrupt when the king is corrupt.
Al-Munaawi, may Allaah have mercy upon him, stated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, spoke about the heart after illustrating what was lawful and unlawful to indicate that consuming what is lawful lightens and reforms the heart, while doubtful things harden it.
A Warning against Eating the Unlawful
The Islamic Sharee‘ah forbids its followers from consuming what is unlawful, whether it is other people's money or rights, or foods that Allaah The Almighty has declared prohibited. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it ]in bribery[ to the rulers in order that ]they might aid[ you ]to[ consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know ]it is unlawful[.{]Quran 2:188[
Commenting on this verse, ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Abbaas, may Allaah be pleased with him and his father, said, “This is regarding a person who is indebted with something, but there is no evidence to prove that he is. When the creditor claims his right, this person refrains from repaying it, and sues the claimer although he knows that it is not his right and that he is sinful - and thus he consumes what is unlawful.”
Qataadah, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “O son of Aadam, know that the judgment of a judge does not permit you what is unlawful. A judge passes a verdict according to his observation and the testimonies of witnesses, and he is a human and thus liable to make mistakes. Know that anyone who has been favored with an invalid verdict will never have his case finished. Allaah The Almighty will judge between him and the other party on the Day of Resurrection, giving the latter a verdict far better than the former had in this worldly life.”
Unjustly Devouring the Orphans' Property
There are various forms of consuming what is unlawful, the most evil of which is devouring orphans' property unjustly. This is strictly prohibited in the Quran; Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}And test the orphans ]in their abilities[ until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgment, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, ]anticipating[ that they will grow up. And whoever, ]when acting as guardian[, is self-sufficient should refrain ]from taking a fee[; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allaah as Accountant.{]Quran 4:6[
In his commentary on this verse, Shaykh As-Sa‘di, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “The verse prohibits consuming the property of orphans while they are young, when they can neither take it from one nor prevent him from consuming it. One can devour it while they are still young, before they are grown and can take it or prevent him from consuming it. Many guardians who do not fear Allaah and have no mercy upon or love for the children in their custody do this. They find the opportunity, which they seize, and thereby hasten to commit what Allaah The Almighty has prohibited. Therefore, Allaah The Almighty forbids this act specifically.”
Moroever, this verse is followed by severe warning to those who devour the property of orphans unjustly. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze.{]Quran 4:10[
The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, was the most concerned with the well-being of his Ummah )nation( and with warding off evil from it. Therefore, he warned Muslims against consuming the unlawful, including the property of orphans. He, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said:“Avoid the seven destructive sins.”One of which is:“Devouring the property of orphans.”]Al-Bukhaari and Muslim[
Consuming Riba
Another form of prohibition which many people consider trivial and dare to indulge in is the consumption of Riba )interest, usury(. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}But Allaah has permitted trade and has forbidden Riba.{]Quran 2:275[
In forbidding the consumption of Riba and warning against its consequences, Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}O you who have believed, fear Allaah and give up what remains ]due to you[ of Riba, if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war ]against you[ from Allaah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your capital - ]thus[ you do no wrong, nor are you wronged.{]Quran 2:278-279[
Who Could Bear a War against Allaah The Almighty?
Additionally, Allaah The Almighty explains in the Quran that Riba is ultimately going to be destroyed. Allaah The Almighty Says )what means(:}Allaah destroys Riba and gives increase for charity.{]Quran 2:276[
Moreover the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, counted the consumption of Riba as one of the seven deadly sins.
There are many other forms of consuming what is unlawful, including: theft, bribery, gambling, usurpation, fraud and deception, taking booty before it is distributed, and excessive overcharging or undercharging when selling or buying. We are not going to discuss in detail each of these, however our intention is to warn generally against consuming what is unlawful.
Supplications and the Consumption of the Unlawful
A person’s means of living, whether lawful or unlawful, has a direct impact on whether his supplications are answered. If a person investigates his sources of income for the sake of eating what is lawful, his supplication will be closer to being accepted and more likely to be answered. If the person dares to eat what is unlawful, he thereby causes his supplication not to be answered by Allaah The Almighty.
In this regard the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said,“Indeed, Allaah is Good and He therefore accepts only what is good. Allaah commanded the believers as He commanded the messengers by Saying )what means(:
•“O messengers, eat from the good foods and work righteousness. Indeed, I, of what you do, am Knowing.”]Quran 23:51[
•“O you who have believed, eat from the good things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is ]indeed[ Him that you worship.”]Quran 2:172[
He then made mention of:“a person who travels widely, his hair disheveled and covered with dust. He lifts his hand towards the sky ]and thus makes supplication saying[: “O Lord! O Lord!” But his diet is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, his clothes are ]of[ unlawful ]means[ and his nourishment is unlawful. How could his supplication, then, be accepted?"]Muslim[
Imaam Ibn Katheer, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “Eating from what is lawful is a cause for supplication and other acts of worship to be accepted, and eating from what is unlawful prevents the acceptance of supplication and other acts of worship.”
Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “Eating, drinking, or wearing what is unlawful prevents supplication and other acts of worship from being accepted.”
Consuming what is unlawful does indeed prevent supplication and other acts of worship from being accepted. Ibn ‘Abbaas, may Allaah be pleased with him and his father, said, “Allaah The Almighty does not accept the prayers of a person whose belly contains something unlawful.”
Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “If ]one’s[ nourishment is unlawful, how can ]his[ deeds be acceptable?”
Wahb ibn Al-Ward, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said, “Even if you worship Allaah endlessly, nothing will help you until you scrutinize whether what is in your belly is lawful or not.”
In sum, a Muslim should be sure that this worldly life is not his end, and that he will be reckoned in the Hereafter for any unlawful thing he earns. In the Hereafter, accounts will not consist of money; rather they will consist of good and evil deeds.
Therefore, everyone should fear Allaah and seek lawful sources for his income.
May Allaah The Almighty guide all of us to do so, and keep all Muslims and us away from everything evil and unlawful.

Dought & clear, - Why God Created Mankind.

According to the Quran and/or Islamic traditions, why did God create mankind?
Praise be to Allah
Allah created the jinn (type of spiritual creatures) and mankind to worship Him alone, to obey His commands and heed His prohibitions. Allah says [in the Quran] (interpretation of the meaning):
“And I (Allah) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone).” [51:56]
i.e., to believe in His Oneness and to devote their worship to Him alone, to the exclusion of all others. One of the conditions of worship being correct is belief in His Messenger [Muhammad] (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and following his example, for he is the example to be followed, as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad) you have a good example to follow.” [33:21].
