Imams Bukhari and Muslim reported that the Messenger sallallahu
`alayhi wa sallam said:
"Three persons of a people before you, were on a journey when they
were overtaken by a storm and therefore theytook shelter in a cave. A
rock slipped down from the mountain and blocked the exit from cave.
One of them said: "The only way for deliverance left is to beseech
Allah in the name of some virtuous deed." Thereupon one of them
supplicated, "O Lord, my parents were very old, I used to offer them
their nightly drink of milk before my children and the other members
of thefamily. One day I went astray far away in search of green trees
and could return only after my parent had gone to sleep. When I had
milked the animals and brought their nightly drink to them, They were
fast asleep, but I did not like to disturb them, nor would give any
part of the milk to my children and other members of the family till
after my parents had their drink. Thus, with the vessel in hand, I
awaited their awakening till the flush of dawn, While the children
cried out of hunger at my feet. When they woke up, they had their
drink. O Lord, if I did this thing seeking only your pleasure, then do
relieve us of the distress wrought upon usby this rock." Thereupon,The
rock moved a little but that not enough to let them pass out.
Then the second man supplicated: "O Lord, I had a cousin whom I loved
her more passionately than any loves a woman. I tried to seduce her
but she would have none of me, till in a season of great hardship due
to famine, she approached me (for help) and I gave her one hundred and
twenty Dinars on condition that she would have sexual intercourse with
me. She agreed, and when we got together and I was just going to have
intercourse with her, she pleaded: 'Fear Allah, and do not break the
seal unlawfully'; whereupon Imoved away from her, despite the fact
that I desired her most passionately; and I let herkeep the money I
had given her. O Lord, if I did this thing seeking only your pleasure,
then do move the distress in which we find ourselves." Again the rock
moved a little but not enough to let them pass out.
Then the third supplicated: "O Lord, I hired some laborers and paid
them their dues, butone of them left leaving behind what was due to
him. I invested it in business and the business prospered greatly."
After a time the laborer came Back and said: 'O servant of Allah, hand
over to me my wages.' I said to him: 'All that you see is yours –
camels, cattle, goats and slaves.' He said: 'Don't play joke with me,
O servant of Allah.' I assured him: 'I am mot joking.' So he took all
of it sparing nothing. O Lord, If I did this seeking only for your
pleasure, do relieve us of our distress."
The rock then moved away, and all the three came out of the cave safeand sound.

Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Story of Three persons blocked in a Cave – Story from Hadith
A Beautiful Hadith
NEVER DELETE A HADITH FROM PROPHET MUHAMMED (P.B.U.H) without reading first..
A Beautiful Hadith
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said:'When a man dies and his
relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man
by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, thatman gets in between
the shroud and the chest of the deceased.
When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and
Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to
separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the
dead man in privacy about his faith. But thehandsome man says, 'He is
my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case.
If you are appointed for interrogation, do yourjob. I cannot leave
himuntil I get him admitted into Paradise '.
Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an,
which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a
low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker,
you will have no grief.'
When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from
Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said:'On the Day of Judgement,
before Allah, no other Intercessor will have agreater status than the
Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.'

Fathwa, - • Marriage and Engagement • How Can I Become Acquainted to the Woman I am Proposing to?
Question:
When I go to propose to a young woman, how may I speak to her, in
order to know her beliefs, her piety, her character and her manners?
And is it permissable for me to sitwith her?
Answer:
It is permissable for the suitor to look at the woman to whom he is
proposing, but without being alone with her, because the Sunnah has
been authentically reported from the Prophet (sallallaahu alahi
wasalam) to that effect. He may ask her and her guardian about what is
important to himregarding matters related to marriage. - - ▓███▓

Fathwa, - • Marriage and Engagement • A Father Forcing His Daughter to marry is Forbidden
Question:
I have a sister from my father and he gave her in marriage to a man
without asking her opinion when she was twenty-one years of age.The
witnesses testified falsely in the marriage contract, saying that she
agreed, and her mother signed the marriage document on her behalf. In
this way, the marriagewas completed, while she still rejected it. What
is the ruling on this contract and the false witness (therein)?
Answer:
If this sister was a virgin and her father forced her to marry this
man, some of the scholars hold that the marriage isvalid. They hold
the viewthat the father may forcehis daughter to marry a man whom she
does not want, if he is suitable.
But the strongest opinion in this matter is that it is not permissible
for the father, or anyoneelse, to force a girl to marry someone she
doesnot want to, even if he issuitable. This is because the Prophet
Sallalaahu alaihi wa sallam said:
"The virgin must not be given in marriage until her permission has
been sought." Al-Bukhari no.5136 and Muslim no. 1419
This is general, so no guardian is excepted from it. In fact, it has
been reported in Sahih Muslim:
"The father must seek the virgin's permission." Muslim no.1421.
So the virgin and the father have been specified. This is specified in
cases of disagreement, and so it must be acted upon. Based upon this,
a man'scompelling his daughter to marry a man whom she does not want
to marry is forbidden.
The Lawgiver (i.e. Allaah)has prohibited it, so He does not want the
(Muslim) community to be involved in it, nor to practice it. And if we
declare it to be valid, it means that we are involved in it, and we
are practicing it, and giving it the status of those contracts which
the Lawgiver has permitted. This is something that cannot be.
Therefore, the strongest opinion is that your father giving his
daughter in marriage to a man whom she does not want, is an unlawful
marriage, and the contract is unlawful. So it must be examined by the
Court.
As for one who supplies false witness, he has committed a major sin,
as confirmed by the Prophet Sallalaahu alaihiwa sallam who said:
"Shall I not inform you of the greatest sins?" At-Tirmidhi no. 2301.
And he mentioned them while he was reclining, then he sat up and said:
"And I warn you against false speech, and I warn you against false
speech.Rather: False testimony." Al-Bukhari no.2654 and Muslim no.87.
- and he continued to repeat it, until we wished that he would besilent.
So these false testifiers must turn to Allaah in repentance and
retract their testimony. Likewisethe mother, since she signed on
behalf of her daughter untruthfully, she has sinned by that, and she
must turn in repentance to Allaah andshe must not do such a thing
again. - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/
