*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

In the light of the hadiths of our Prophet(saas), what will happen in the Middle East in the end times?

The Middle East is the most important of the regions referred to by
our Prophet (saas) in thecontext of events that will take place in the
end times. Indeed, the majority of the portents described in the
hadiths have happened in the Middle East. In addition, there are a
great many other accounts from our Prophet (saas) regardingthe region.
Looked at in general, the common feature of these accounts is that the
chaos, strife, and major events in the lands of the Middle East will
continue until the appearance of the Mahdi. Throughout history, the
Middle East, which includes such cities as Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem,
Damascus, Baghdad, and Istanbul, has been a region in which the holy
prophets of Allah have lived, one which witnessed the birth of the
three monotheistic religions, and a holy region in which the sacred
sites ofall three religions were built. It is reported in hadiths that
a region that has always played a leading role on the stageof history
will also come to the fore in the end times, when glorious events will
take place.
The Middle East, which includes such countries as present-day Iraq,
Iran,Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, and parts of Turkey, has been
enormously valuable throughout history, bothin terms of its strategic
location and material wealth and also because of its spiritual aspect
andimportance for the threemonotheistic religions.
By the leave of Allah, ourProphet (saas) has described the portents of
the End Times in considerable detail in the hadiths. According tothe
information contained in these, following the chaos and corruption
that will constitute the first stage of the End Times, Almighty Allah
will make one of His servants who bears the illustrious name of the
Mahdi (he who leads to the truth) ameans whereby societiesthat have
turned away from proper moral values and suffered degeneration return
to the true path. The Mahdiwill collect the Islamic world under the
same roof and will be the reason for dominance ofthe values of the
Qur'an all over the world by serving with 'Isa (as) who will return to
the Earth for the second time. By the will of Allah, the time when
these glad tidings will become a reality is close at hand. Believers
are waiting forthose days, which will beone of the most special and
the most glorious periods in the history of the world, with great
joyand excitement.
If events that are currently taking place are carefully analyzed and
evaluated in the light of verses from the Qur'an and the hadiths, it
will be seen that the first stage of the End Times has already begun.
The increasing war and conflict, terror, violence, anarchy and chaos,
killing, torture, and moral degeneration are just a few of the
portents revealed in the hadiths.
At the same time, this state of affairs is an encouragement to all
believers to reflect deeply on the portents of the End Times revealed
in the hadiths and to carry out detailedinvestigations into the
subject.
In this article, we shall be discussing a region that is frequently
mentioned in the hadiths about the End Times and an area that will
come to the fore in amost striking manner in events to take place in
the future, in other words, the MIDDLE EAST.
According to the information in the hadiths, this region known as the
Middle East will witness many events before the coming of Prophet 'Isa
(as) and the appearance of the Mahdi. Indeed, it also appears from the
hadiths that a great many developments will take place in these lands
after the appearance of these two holy individuals. On the otherhand,
the Middle East has always played host to significant events, and is a
special region that has been an important centre for the revealed
religions and is home to a great many prophets. In the hadiths of our
Prophet (saas) there are also indications that, as in the past, the
region will be an important centre in the End Times. (Allah knows the
truth.)
The Middle East Has Beenan Important Centre in Many Regards throughout
the Course of History
The Middle East, which includes such countries as present-day Iraq,
Iran,Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, and parts of Turkey, has been
enormously valuable throughout history, bothin terms of its strategic
location and material wealth and also because of its spiritual aspect
andimportance for the threemonotheistic religions.
For example, the fact that some two-thirds (65.3%) of the world's
oilreserves and a little more than one third (36.1%) of the world's
known natural gas reserves are in the Middle East, is an indication
why the region is so financially important. Because of this
attractiveness, it has witnessed many wars, struggles, and power
games.
When we look at the region's past, another important fact we encounter
is that the area known as the Middle East contains a number of cities
that have always been in the eyes of the world. One ofthe most
striking examples of this is Jerusalem. This city, of such great
spiritual importance, has witnessed a great many wars and has been
ruledby many different administrations. Recently, Jerusalem is onthe
world public agenda. The city, of suchimportance to the three
monotheistic religions, also acquires a whole new significance in this
regard.
Another important example is the city of Constantinople, or Istanbul
as it is known today. This valuable city, which so many states wished
to possess over the course of history, was eventually captured by the
Ottomans. It remained the centre of government for the Ottoman Empire,
which is still talked about todaybecause of the positive effects it
has had on a number of world states, for around 500 years; Istanbul
still maintains its historic mission today, with its geographical and
strategic importance and also its historical and cultural legacy. In
addition, the fact that the caliphate, by which the Ottomans were the
standard-bearers of the Islamic world for centuries, finally ended up
in this city and that the sacred relics, determined as an indication
of where the Mahdi will appear, are also in the city increases its
importance still further. It is also stated in the hadiths of our
Prophet (saas) that Istanbul will witness other great events in theEnd
Times.
Another important centre in the Middle East is that generally
referredto as Sham in the hadiths and is the regionthat includes, by
its etymological meaning, the cities of Mecca and Medina. As we know,
millions of Muslims visit the region every year to fulfill the
obligation of the Hajj and to see the holy lands in which our Prophet
(saas) lived. We may say, in the light of the hadiths, that this
region, the symbol and centre of Islam, will play an important role in
the End Times.
Again considering the Middle East in general terms, the region is one
in which many holy emissaries of the Almighty Allah have livedand
communicated our Lord's commands. Many centers of worship sacred to
Muslims, Jews, and Christians are also tobe found here. In addition,
these sacred spots, in which the holy emissaries preached Allah's
message, also witnessed many miraculous events in the past. As in the
past, this region will be a very important centre in the End Times,
which may bedescribed as the gloriousperiod in world history. (Allah
knows the truth.) Indeed, the eyes of the world today are on the
significant developments taking place in the area. Both the Great
Middle East Project and the region of the Iraq War constantly
represent the world public agenda.
The Prophet Muhammad (saas) was born in Mecca, and the Holy Qur'an was
also revealedto him there. The knowledge of secret matters imparted to
our Prophet (saas) by Allah are some of his greatest miracles, and
some of this information, which has come down to us by way of the
hadiths, concerns events that willtake place in the End Times. Indeed,
when we look at the period we are living in, it is clear that the
events in question have taken place and are still taking place in our
own time.

A historical lie: The Stone Age - I

Did you know that 700,000 years ago, people were sailing the oceans in
very well-constructed ships?
Or have you ever heard that the people described as "primitive
cavemen" possessed an artistic ability and understanding just as
refined as those of modern artists?
Did you know that the Neanderthals, who lived 80,000 years ago and
whom evolutionists portrayed as "ape-men,"made musical instruments,
took pleasure from clothing and accessories, and walked over painfully
hot sands with molded sandals?
In all probability you may never have heard any of these facts. On
thecontrary, you may have been handed the mistaken impression that
these people were half-ape and half-human, unable to stand fully
upright, lacking the ability to speak words and producing only strange
grunting noises. That is because this entire falsehood has been
imposed on people like yourself for the last 150 years.
The motive behind it is to keep alive materialist philosophy, which
denies the existence of aCreator. According to this view, which
distorts any fact that stands in itsway, the universe and matter are
eternal. In other words they had nobeginning, and thus have no
Creator. Then how did life come to be?The supposedly
scientificexplanation is the theoryof evolution.
Because since materialists claim that the universe has no Creator,
they must provide their own explanation for how the life and myriad
species on Earth came into being. The theory of evolution is the
scenario they employed for that purpose. According to this theory, all
the order and life in the universe came about spontaneously and by
chance. Certain inanimate substances in the primeval world combined by
accident togive rise to the first living cell. As a result of millions
of years of similar coincidences, organisms came into existence. And
finally came human beings, as the final stage of this evolutionary
chain.
The early history of mankind—which is alleged to have come into being
as the result of millions of accidental mutations, each more
impossible than the last—has been distorted to fit in with this
scenario. According to the evolutionists' account, which is totally
lacking in any proof, the history of mankind is as follows: In the
same waythat life forms progressed from a primitive organism up toman,
the most highly developed of all, so mankind's history must have
advanced from the most primitive community to the most advanced urban
society. But this assumption is completely devoid of any supporting
evidence. It also represents the history of mankind prepared in line
with the claims of materialist philosophy and the theory of evolution.
Evolutionist scientists—in order to account forthe supposed
evolutionary process that they claim extends from a single cell to
multi-celled organisms, and then from apes to man, —have rewritten the
history of mankind. To that end they have invented imaginary eras such
as "The Cave-Man Age" and "The Stone Age" to describe the lifestyle of
"primitive Man." Evolutionists, supporting the falsehood that human
beings and apes are descended from a common ancestor, have embarked on
a new search in order to prove their claims. They now interpret every
stone, or arrowhead or bowl unearthed during archaeological
excavations in that light.Yet the pictures and dioramas of half-ape,
half-man creatures sitting in a dark cave, dressed in furs, and
lacking the facility of speech are all fictitious. Primitive man never
existed, and there never was a Stone Age. They are nothing more than
deceptive scenarios produced by evolutionists with the help of one
section of the media.
These concepts are all deceptions because recent advances in
science—particularly in the fields of biology, paleontology,
microbiology and genetics—have totally demolished the claims
ofevolution. That the idea that living species evolved and transformed
into "later" versions of each other has been deemed invalid.
In the same way, human beings did not evolve from ape-like creatures.
Human beings have been human since the day they came into existence,
and have possessed a sophisticated culture from that day to this.
Therefore, "the evolution of history" never happened, either.
Civilizations Retreat as Well as Advance
Darwinism maintains that Man—and thus the culture he
possesses—advanced from rudimentary, primitive, tribal stages toward
civilization. However, the archaeological findings show that since the
very first day of human history, there have been periods with
societies that maintained very advanced cultures along with others
whose cultures have been morebackward. Indeed, most of the time, very
wealthycivilizations have existedat the same time as backward ones.
Throughout the course of history, most societiesof the same period had
very different levels of technology and civilization, with very great
sociological and cultural differences—just as is the case today. For
example, though the North American continent is very advanced today in
terms of medicine, science, architecture andtechnology, some
communities in South America are rather backward technologically, with
no links to the outside world. Diseases in many parts of the world are
identified using the most advanced imaging techniques and analysis,
and are treated in very modern hospitals. Yet in other parts of the
world, diseases are thought to develop under the influence of so-called
evil spirits, and attempts to heal the sick involve ceremonies to
banish such spirits. Such societies as the people of the Indus, the
Ancient Egyptians and the Sumerians, who all lived around 3,000 BC,
possessed cultures incomparably richer in all respects than that of
these present-day tribes, and even than that of societies more
advanced. This means that in all periods of history, societies with
highly advanced civilizations have been able to survive together with
more backward ones. A society that existed thousands of years ago may
actually have advanced much further than one in the 20th century. This
demonstrates that there has been no development within an evolutionary
process—inother words, from the primitive to the civilized.
Over the course of history, of course, major advances have been made
in all fields, with great strides and constant development inscience
and technology, thanks to the accumulation of culture and experience.
However, it is neither rational nor scientific to describe these
changes as an "evolutionary" process in the way that evolutionists and
materialists do. Just as there are no differences in physical
characteristics between a modern human and someone who lived thousands
of years ago, so there are no differences in regard to intelligence
and capabilities. The idea that our civilization is more advanced
because 21st century man's brain capacity and intelligenceare more
highly developed is a faulty perspective, resulting from evolutionist
indoctrination. The fact is people in very different regions today may
have different conceptions and cultures. But if a native Australian
may not possess the same knowledge as a scientist from the USA, that
doesn't mean his intelligence or brain haven't developed enough. Many
people born into such societies may even be ignorant ofthe existence
of electricity, but who are still highly intelligent.
Moreover, different needs have arisen during different centuries. Our
standards of fashion are not the same as the Ancient Egyptians', but
that doesn't mean that our culture is more advanced than theirs. While
skyscrapers are symbols of civilization in the 21st century, the
evidence of civilization in the Egyptian period was pyramids and
sphinxes.
What matters is the perspective from which facts are interpreted.
Someone starting with the preconceived idea that the facts support a
so-called evolutionary development will evaluate all the information
he obtains in light of that prejudice. Thus he will try to support his
assertions with imaginary tales. Based on fragments of fossil bone, he
will conjecture a great many details, such as how people living in
that region spent their daily lives, their family structures and their
social relations, in a way adapted to that preconception. He'll
conclude, based on those fragments of bone, that the living people
they belonged towere only semi-upright and grunting, covered inhair
and using crude stone tools—not because that is what scientific
evidence suggests, but because his ideology requires it. Actually, the
facts obtained do not imply such a scenario at all. This illusory
picture comes about through interpretations by a Darwinist mentality.
Many evolutionists seek to prove their claims by producing scenarios,
even in the absence of any supporting evidence. Yet every new finding,
when interpreted in an biased manner, very clearly reveals to them
certain facts, one of which is this: Man has been Man since the day he
came into existence. Such attributes as intelligenceand artistic
ability have been the same in all periods of history. Peoples who
lived in the past were not primitive, half-human; half-animal
creatures, as evolutionists would haveus believe. They were thinking,
speaking human beings, just like us, who produced worksof art and
developed cultural and ethical structures.

Those who assert thatthey are Muslims but do not practice the real tenets of Islam are the bigots

Prophet Muhammad (saas) was a very modern, joyful person ofbroad
horizons who supported the arts and sciences.
Those who assert that they are Muslims but do not practice the real
tenets of Islam are the bigots who are in the dark about the true
spirit of Islam and who do not experience it!
Do not try to understand Islam by looking at the bigots . Learn Islam
fromthose true Muslims who live by Islam in compliance with the
spirit of the Qur'an.
A bigot is stark and sulky.
A Muslim is joyful, open and full of life!
A bigot hates women, children and animals.
A Muslim likes everything that is beautiful. He appreciatesa woman's
value, watches over the children and loves animals, plants and all
living beings!
A bigot does not understand the arts, anddislikes arts and aesthetics.
A Muslim likes the arts and has a very strong sense of aesthetics!
A bigot is against science.
A Muslim attaches great importance to science and contributes to
scientific progress!
A bigot can not speak graciously, he is aggressive.
A Muslim speaks the best of words, he is compassionate!
Both the life and spirit ofa bigot is dark.
A Muslim is full of life, he radiates light to his surroundings!
A bigot tends to fight. Heis full of hate and rage.
A Muslim wants peace, love and friendship to reign!
A bigot is hostile towards Christians and Jews.
A Muslim approaches Christians and Jews withcompassion.
He attaches importance to them and shows themrespect!
A bigot does not like music, and takes no pleasure from music.
A Muslim loves music as ablessing created by Allah!
A bigot is unkempt and filthy!
A Muslim is very pure and brilliant!
A bigot lives in nasty, dark places.
A Muslim loves the best quality and the most beautiful of everything!
A bigot devastates wherever he enters. He defiles and reduces the
quality of life overall.
A Muslim brings quality of life to wherever he enters. He takes
pleasurein beautifying the world!
A bigot does not know how to think; he acts in compliance with the
dogmas he has learned by heart.
A Muslim takes great pleasure from deep thinking. He acts by using his
wisdom and his conscience!
A bigot can not tolerate different thoughts.
A Muslim wants people of every school thought to express their opinion
as they wish!
A bigot finds the energy to live by constantly inventing new enemies.
A Muslim makes an effortto befriend anyone who seems to harbor the
most negative opinion.
A bigot does not show courtesy.
A Muslim is excellent in his manners and social conduct!
A bigot has an inferioritycomplex!
A Muslim has an extremely confident personality due to his trust in Allah!
And the most important of all;
A bigot can not appreciate Allah's might as is due. He does not know
the love of Allah, he does not abide by theQur'an and only follows his
idols.
A Muslim is in love with Allah. He lives for Allah, he is fully
attached to the Qur'an and he only seeks to earn Allah's good
pleasure!

::The Virtues of Jumu'ah Prayer::

Jumu'ah prayer has a particular virtue and great qualities through the
barakah (blessing) of this great day.
Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said•►"Jumu'ah prayer is
singled out from among all the other obligatory prayers for having
particular characteristics that are not found in other prayers,
including the fact that it is offered in congregation, has a minimum
number of worshippers required in order for it to be valid, the
iqaamah is a condition of its being valid, one must not be travelling
in order for it to be obligatory, and the recitation is done out loud.
There is an emphasis on its importance the like of which is not
mentioned for other prayers except 'Asr prayer. In the four Sunans it
is narrated in the hadeeth of Abu'l-Ja'd ad-Dumari – who was a
Companion – that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah
be upon him) said•► "Whoever misses three Jumu'ahs out of
heedlessness, Allah will place a seal on his heart."
(Zaad al-Ma'aad, 1/384-385)
The Prophet's Sunnah also singles out Jumu'ah prayer by encouraging
believers to do ghusl for it and to wear perfume (for men only). It is
also strongly encouraged to come early for the prayerand there is a
great deal of reward for walking to the prayer. Concerning these
special characteristics , Sa'eed ibn Mansoor narrated from Na'eem ibn
'Abdullah al-Mujammir that 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased
with him) issued instructions that the mosque of Madinah be perfumed
with incense every Friday at midday, as was narrated by Ibn al-Qayyim
in Zaad al-Ma'aad, 1/370.
