*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -*
-
Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

HEALTH - ~ Sleeplessness
For lady readers :-> Menopause
Menopause is the transition period in a woman's life when her ovaries
stop producing eggs, her body produces less estrogen and progesterone
, and menstruation becomes lessfrequent, eventually stopping
altogether.
Symptoms
In some women, menstrualflow comes to a sudden halt. More commonly, it
slowly stops over time. During this time, the menstrual periods
generally become either more closely or more widely spaced. This
irregularity may last for 1 -3 years before menstruation finally ends
completely. Before this the cycle length may shorten to as little as
every 3 weeks.
Common symptoms of menopause include:
*. Heart pounding or racing
*. Hot flashes
*. Night sweats
*. Skin flushing
*. Sleeping problems (insomnia)
Other symptoms of menopause may include:
*. Decreased interest in sex, possibly decreased response to sexual stimulation
*. Forgetfulness (in some women)
*. Irregular menstrual periods
*. Mood swings including irritability, depression, and anxiety
*. Urine leakage
*. Vaginal dryness and painful sexual intercourse
*. Vaginal infections
*. Joint aches and pains
*. Irregular heartbeat ( palpitations )

TRUE STATUS OF A WOMEN IN ISLAM
<•> When she is a DAUGHTER,
she opens a door of jannahfor her father
<•> When she is a WIFE, she completes half of the Deen
of her husband
<•> When she is a MOTHER,Jannah lies under her feet"
'If everyone knew the true status of a Muslim women in Islam, even the
men would want to be women"

Miraaj of the Believers On
Shab-e-Me'raj, the gift
presented to Hadhrat
Muhammadﻪﻠﻟ١ﻰﻠﺼ ﻫﻲﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ was prayer. Hadhrat
Muhammadﻪﻠﻟ١ﻰﻠﺼ ﻫﻲﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ was blessed with seeing Allah
on the night of Me'raj and for a
believer, his prayer, is his
Me'raj (means of seeing Allah).
This is the reason why we are
told to concentrate fully during our prayer. 'Worship
Allah as though you
can see him and if you cannot
reach this state, then worship
Him with utmost humility
knowing that Allah indeed is watching you.' (Muslim) It has
been narrated by
Hadhrat Abu
Hurairahﻲﺿﺭﻪﻠﻟ١ ﻪﻨﻋ that the Prophet of
Allahﻪﻠﻟ١ﻯﻞﺼﻬﻴﻠ ﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ said: 'A person is closest to Allah
when he is in the state of
prostrating, and for this reason
you should do dua (pray) for
as long as possible in this
position.' (Mishkaat Shreef, page 84, ba hawala Muslim)
From this we learn that the
night of Me'raj, for the Prophet
of Allah ﻪﻠﻟ١ﻯﻞﺼﻬﻴﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ , is also the night of Ascent and
it
is also a night of Ascent for his
Ummah. Mujadad-e-Islam
Hadhrat
Maulana Shah Ahmad Raza Khanﺓﻢﺣﺮﻬﻠﻟ١ﻪﻴﻠ ﻋ narrates: 'The prophet of
Allahﻪﻠﻟ١ﻯﻞﺼﻬﻴﻠ ﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ didn't receive respect because
of things; instead things gained
their respect due to him.
Things that had no virtue,
Allah has connected them to
the Holy Prophetﻪﻠﻟ١ﻰﻠﺻﻪ ﻴﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ to increase their virtues and
value. The birth of the
Messenger of Allah
ﻪﻠﻟ١ﻰﻠﺼﻬﻴﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ was in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal not
in Ramadan.He passed away
on a Monday not on a Friday
and he was born in his house
not in the Ka'aba. The month
he was born in, the day he was born on and his house has
become blessed and
virtuous.'
Nobody can ever put a value
on the night when the prophet
ﻪﻠﻟ١ﻰﻠﺼﻬﻴﻠﻌﻤﻠﺳﻭ got to meet and see Allah with his
own eyes. Nobody can ever
describe the night in which
Allah showered His Beloved
with numerous blessings.
