*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

HADEES:->-

It was narrated that 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Amr (may Allaah be pleased with
him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be
uponhim) said:
"Every deed has a period ofenthusiasm, and every period of enthusiasm
is followed by a slackening off. If a person's enthusiasm is for my
Sunnah, then he has succeeded, but whoever chooses something else when
he slackens off is doomed." Narrated by Ibn Hibbaan in his Saheeh
(1/187); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 56.
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him)
that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be uponhim) said:
"Every deed has a period ofenthusiasm, and every period of enthusiasm
is followed by a slackening off. If a person is moderate and avoids
extremes, then you may have hope for him, but if fingers are pointed
at him, then do not count him as anything." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi,
2453; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 57./

'' Dua '' :: - -

In the hadeeth of Umm Salamah (ra) by Shihr who said : 'I said to Umm
Salamah : 'O Mother of the Believers, what is the duaa'which the
Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) would supplicate the most
while in your presence? '
So she said : 'The frequent supplication of his was :
يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِى عَلَى دِينِكَ
"O, Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm on Your religion."
And also reported by Imaam Ahmad , from the hadeeth of 'Aisha
(radhiyaAllaahu anha): 'TheDua' which the Prophet (sallahAllaahu
alayhi wasallam) used to supplicate with a lot…' then she mentioned
it. [Silsilah as-Saheeha of Al-Imaam Al-Albaanee:Volume 5 Number 2091]

''Advise'':-:-Love Overcomes Hatred:

A few years later, when I was working in Fort Worth (in my early
20′s), there was a supervisor who usedto harrass me. He was abusive
toward everyone, but he seemed to have a particular dislike of me. I
don't know why. Well, I had been experimenting with meditation, and
had been reading a few books about spirituality. One day I decided
that I would go about my day trying to seethe soul within each person.
With each person I met, I would look past the exterior appearance,
past the external behaviors, andtry to perceive the soul inside.
It may sound silly or new-agey, but I noticed a difference
immediately. I was able to see things in people that I had not
previously perceived. In particular I saw a lot of fear. As I was
walking toward the cafeteria, I saw the abusive supervisor standing
near the door. I tried to forget everything I had experienced at his
hands, and look to his soul.I can't say exactly what I saw, but as I
approached him, he smiled at me. This was so unexpected and
incongruous, that I didn't know how to react and I continued on my way
without response.
After that day, I noticed a change. That supervisor and I certainly
did not become friends, but he stopped being hostile toward me. I
cannot really explain this, except to speculate that the act of
looking to a person's soul is a form of love, just as listening
deeply, without judgment, is an act of love. We are so unaccustomed
inthis life to people regarding us in a pure way, without judgment,
withoutresponding to our appearance or dress, without resentment for
past mistakes, that when someone does it, it's disarming. It
transforms.
This is the power of love.
I'm not suggesting that all oppression in this world can be overcome
with a look. There is evil in the world. There are times when we must
fight to defend our lives and our families. Certain entities areimmune
to the power of love (the current murderous regime in Syria is not
going to be overthrown with love). Buteven in the context of conflict,
love and faith are powerful. Some Russian soldiers in Chechnya
embraced Islam after beingcaptured by the mujahideen and treated with
kindness. Some soldiers in Egypt who wereordered to fire upon
civilians refused to do so after being embraced or kissed by
protesters.
The Prophet Muhammad (sws) himself was a reluctant warrior who
disliked fighting except as a last resort. He was one of the first
military leaders in history to lay down stringent rules for humane
warfare, prohibiting even the killing of animals or burning of crops.
He was a champion of faith, not fighting. His mission was one of
compassion. The most powerful tools in his arsenal were the Quran and
the testimony of "Laa ilaha il-Allah" (there is no God but Allah).
That is how he changed the world.

''Advise'':-:-

"... When the worshippers see that night has come over them, and they
see that the people of heedlessness have taken their place of rest on
their beds and returned to sleep, they rise up to stand before Allah in
happiness and bliss. They seek out glad-tidings... So they turn
towards the night with their bodies and their facestouch the earth.
The night comes to an end but the sweetness they find in recitation
does not come toan end and their bodies do not tire from prolonged
worship. Then morning comes for both of these two parties, the night
has left them either with a profit or with deceit. Those people (who
slept) wake up after they have tired of sleep and rest, and these
people (who prayed) wake up looking forward to the approach of another
night. How different these two groups are."/
