Spicy Jalapeño Paneer & Corn Dip Made with Yogurt:
:->
When it comes to finger food, Chip & Dip or Chips and Salsa is a
common favorite. But if you are bored eating or serving the same old
routine stuff, then dress up your ingredients and go the uncommon way
by making this Spicy but Creamy Jalapeño paneer and Corn Dip. Unlike
the other Dip recipes, I substitute Yogurt instead of the Cheese for
the base. The Crumbled Paneer mixed with the fresh corn kernels gives
it a lovely texture that is perfect witha piece or two of chips or
fries. but the star ingredient, of course, is the Jalapeño – it gives
the recipe the kick you need, without making it overly spicy.
I add a hint of dried basil to give it a bit of flavor. You can skip
it, if you want, or replace it with some thing else, like KasuriMethi
or Rosemary . Sending this over to Sara's Corner , who's hosting
Monthly Mingle this time.
Spicy Jalapeno Paneer & Corn Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded or crumbled paneer
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels– thawed
2 jalapeño chillies – diced
1 cup yogurt
a pinch of salt
a pinch of dried basil leaves (optional)
1/4 cup shredded swiss or Monterey jack cheese
Method
Thaw the corn kernels, if using frozen kind; then microwave them in a
bowlof water for about 3 minutes to make them soft. Remove water and
drain the corn kernels.
Mix all the ingredients in the blender with 2 tbsp yogurt. Grind to a
fine paste, then keep adding more yogurt and blend to form a smooth
dip-like consistency.
Check for taste, and add more salt or jalapeños if needed.
Transfer the Spicy Paneer Jalapeño Corn Dip to a serving bowl and
serve with some hot Tortilla chips or any other munchies.
Easy Appetizer Recipe Idea
I used this dip to make some fancy fuss-free appetizers – layer a
coupleTortilla chips, spoon a serving of the Paneer & Corn Dip on the
top, then drizzle a dot or two of Salsa. cover with another layer of
Tortilla chips, topped with some shredded Mexican 4-Cheese blend. Line
a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the stacked Tortilla
chips on the tray. Broil in apreheated oven (250 deg F) for about 3
minutes till the cheese melts. Serve this quick and easy appetizer at
your next entertaining event!

*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -*

Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Health:-/- Corn JalapeƱo Paneer Dip – Quick Appetizer Recipe:
Story - Past Event:-/-This is Who I Am:
I can only come as I am to you, Allah
You're not the only thing inmy heart
But can't I still give it, full of everything as it is, back to you?
You're not the only thing on my mind
But can't I still ask you to help me with my random, sinful thoughts?
I'm not perfect, and You even said You wouldn't want this
You want those who can be forgiven
And I need forgiveness Yousee, because
I sometimes am fine with having more than just You in my life
I sometimes am fine with thinking things I shouldn't
I sometimes am fine with skipping a prayer or two
I sometimes am fine with eating a haraam burger
I sometimes am fine with saying a bad word
This is who I am Allah, a girl who is sometimes fine with sin in my life
But I don't forget You, everywhere I look I see You
And I'm just tired of being told to be someone else, just to come to You
I am who I am Allah, and while I am making my bad choices
I am also hating that people are being hurt
Whether it's by me or someone else
I am hating that people aremistreating one another
Whether in the name of Islam or any other cause
Allah I am who I am, and I am someone who loves goodness
I love fairness and compassion
My favorite thing is to see people come into a blessing of any kind
And find their heart's desire, to see them really find You
So this is who I am Allah, I am a contradiction
I am a lover of Your attributes even while I am rejecting them in my own life
By means of my own actions
I am messed up and hurt and scared, all while hopeful and trusting and
strongI cry that things don't go my way, and I cry at the story of
Muhammad (saws)
I argue for the fun of it, yetsometimes Your words take the fight
right out of me
You are ultimate and real and deep and pricelessly complex
And I am whimsical, moody, emotional, nafsy and greedy
And all I want is to be able to come to You and be who I really am
While You make me who I was always meant to be./

Story - Past Event:-/-Arab Muslim girl started to scan the items ofthe Niqabi sister...
After picking groceries in the supermarket, the Niqabi sister stood in
the line to pay. After few minutes, her turn came up at the checkout
counter.
The checkout girl who was non Hijabi Arab Muslim girl started to scan
the items ofthe Niqabi sister one buy one and then she looked ather
with arrogance and said :"we have in France many problems,… your Niqab
is one of them!!
We, immigrants, are here for trade and not to show our Deen or
history! If you want to practice your Deenand wear Niqab then go back
to your Arab country and do whatever you want!!" The Niqabi sister
stopped putting her grocery in the bag and took off her Niqab…
The checkout girl was in total shock! The Niqabi girl who was blond
with blue eyes told her:"I am a French girl, not an Arab immigrant!
This is my country and THIS IS MY ISLAM!! You born Muslims sold your
Deen and we bought it from you!"
end of story
This is a fact! Many revert Muslims have stronger faith than born
Muslims! SuhanAllah!
Indeed,"Islam began a stranger and, then, it will return as it began.
Then bliss to the strangers!"

News:->Do Islam, Christianity, and Judaism have different Origins?
No. Muslims believe that the original, unchanged message given to
Muhammad, Jesus, Moses and all other prophets came from the One same
God. This common origin explains their similarities inmany beliefs and
values.
"Say: We Believe in God and what has been revealed to us, and what was
revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes,
and what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their
Lord; we do not make any distinction between any of them, and to Him
(God) do we wholly give ourselves." (Qur'an 3:84)
Jews, Christians and Muslims all consider Abraham their Patriarch.
Abraham is mentioned in the Qur'an as one of the great prophets. He
was blessed by God to be the father of many nations. From his second
son, Isaac, descended the tribes of Israel, and through them, Moses
and Jesus; and from his first son, Ishmael, came Muhammad (peace and
blessings of God be upon all of His messengers).
Abraham was commanded by God to rebuild the placeof worship that Adam
first built - the Ka'bah, in Makkah (Mecca). The Ka'bahis a simple
stone structure, erected as a sanctuary for the worship of the One
God. Muslims do not worship the Ka'bah; the cubical building is simply
the unified direction toward which all Muslims face in Prayer to God,
Almighty./
