"A little and a little, collected together, becomes a great deal; the
heap in the barn consists of single grains, and drop and drop makes an
inundation." – Arabic proverb
:->
Do what good you can in this life and don't worry that it's too
little, or that it won't change things, or that you do not see
immediate results. Your contribution matters. The ripples spread
outward, even unseen, so that your presence on earth eventually
affects everyoneelse in the world.
Or, if you don't put stock in proverbs, then remember the words of
Allah in Surat Az-Zalzalah:
"Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weightof good, see it! And
anyonewho has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it." (Quran
99:7-8).
Never listen to those who say that it's pointless to try,or that the
good work you are doing is hopeless. The tiniest bit of good you do,
matters. An atom's weight of effort makes a difference! It changes
things, whether you see it or not.

Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Drop and drop makes an inundation:
if a person intends tobe sincere to Allah
"... So if a person intends tobe sincere to Allah so that he may
become a scholar, or pious, or one endowed with wisdom, or one who
discovers hidden realities etc, then such a person does not intend
Allah, rather he has made Allah a means for him to gain that inferior
matter…"
Something deep to think about... May Allah grant sincerity to all of us, ameen.

I changed from worrying to praying
"I changed from worrying to praying; from complaining to problem
solving; from boredom to having good clean fun; from a state of
darkness to one of light; from selfish love to love of self and
others; from independence to interdependence ; from winning or losing
to learning, and growing; from telling to asking; frombeing aggressive
to being assertive; from being reactive to being proactive!"

the relationship between the husband and wife should be based on mutuallove and kindness.
"According to the Qur'an the relationship between the husband and wife
should be based on mutuallove and kindness. Allah says: "And among His
Signsis this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves,
that ye may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and
mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who
reflect." (Ar-Rum: 21)
The Qur'an urges husbands to treat their wives with kindness. [In the
event of a family dispute, the Qur'an exhorts the husband to treat his
wife kindly and not to overlook her positive aspects]. Allah Almighty
says: "Live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take
a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and Allah brings
about through it a great deal of good." (An-Nisa': 19)
