Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger ofAllah (sallallaahu ’alayhi wasallam) said, "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is like the ruined house.''
[At-Tirmidhi].
Commentary: This Hadith means that the heart of that Muslim is devoid of grace of spiritualism and Grace of Allah who does not remember by heart any portion of the Qur'an, in the same way as a deserted house is deprived of inhabitants and Blessings of Allah. What welearn from this is that every Muslim must remember some portion ofthe Qur'an so that he is safe from the admonition mentioned in this Hadith/

*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -*

Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Moles of ABCD
Know Your ABCDEs of MOLES
Most moles on a person's body look similar to one another. A mole or freckle that looks different from the others or that has a diameter larger than a pencil eraser or any characteristics of the ABCDEs of melanoma should be checked by a dermatologist. It could be cancerous. The ABCDEs are important characteristics toconsider when examining your moles or other skin growths, so learn them in the slides to come.
'A' is for Asymmetry
Asymmetry means one halfof a mole does not match the other half. Normal moles are symmetrical. When checking your moles or freckles, draw an imaginary line through the middle and compare the two halves. If they do not look the same on both sides, have it checked by a dermatologist.
'B' is for Border
If the border or edges of the mole are ragged, blurred, or irregular, have itchecked by a dermatologist. Melanoma lesions often have uneven borders.
'C' is for Color
A mole that does not have the same color throughout or that has shades of tan, brown, black, blue, white, or red is suspicious. Normalmoles are usually a single shade of color. A mole of many shades or that has lightened or darkened should be checked by a doctor.
'D' is for Diameter
A mole is suspicious if the diameter is larger than the eraser of a pencil. Benign moles are usually less than 6 millimeters in diameter.
'E' is for Evolving
A mole that is evolving – shrinking, growing larger, changing color, begins to itch or bleed – should be checked. If a portion of the mole appears elevated, or raised from the skin, have it looked at by a doctor. Melanoma lesions often grow in size or change in height rapidly/

Wama kana istighfaruibrah eema li-abeehi illa AAan mawAAidatin waAAadahaiyyahu falamma tabayyana lahu annahu AAaduwwun lillahitabarraa minhu inna ibraheema laawwahun haleemun
ENGLISH Translation – Dr. Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali, Ph.D. & Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan
[9:114] And [Ibrahim's (Abraham)] invoking (of Allah) for his father's forgiveness was only because of a promise he [Ibrahim (Abraham)] had made to him (his father). But when it became clear to him [Ibrahim (Abraham)]that he (his father) is an enemy to Allah, he dissociated himself from him. Verily Ibrahim (Abraham) was Al-Awwah (has fifteen different meanings but the correct one seems to be that he used to invoke Allah with humility, glorify Him and remember Him much), and was forbearing. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi).
ENGLISH TAFSIR - TAFSIR IBN ABBAS
(The prayer of Abraham forthe forgiveness of his father was only because of a promise he had promisedhim) that he would surrender, (but when it hadbecome clear unto him that he (his father) was an enemy to Allah) that he had died an unbeliever (he (Abraham) disowned him) and his religion. (Lo! Abraham was soft of heart)in the face of ignorance, (long-suffering ) compassionate; it is also said that Abraham used to complain about fire even before being thrown in it/
