*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Dought & clear, - Ruling on illegitimate children

- -

- -
Can an illegitimate person enter Paradise if he obeys Allaah? Is there any sin on him or not?
An illegitimate child does not bear any sin because of his parents’ having committed the sin of zinaa (unlawful sexual intercourse), because that was not of his doing. They bear their own sin, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meanings):
“… He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned…” [al-Baqarah 2:286]
“… no bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another…” [al-An’aam 6:164]
With regard to his ultimate destiny, the illegitimate person is like anyone else: if he obeys Allaah and does righteous deeds, and dies as a Muslim, then Paradise will be his; if he disobeys Allaah and dies as a kaafir, then he will be one of the people of Hell. If he mixes righteous deeds and bad deeds, and dies as a Muslim, then his fate is up to Allaah: if He wills, He will forgive him, if He wills, He will punish him, and his eventual admission to Paradise will be by the Grace and Mercy of Allaah. As for the hadeeth which says that an illegitimate person will not enter Paradise, this is a fabrication (falsely attributed to the Prophet SAWS (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)). And Allaah knows best.

Dought & clear, - Responsibility Towards the Child of Fornication

- -

- -
AsSalaamu Alaikum.
Before I accepted Islam I committed adultery an conceived a child with a married woman. The woman's husband has been told the truth and is aware that the child is not his, but he still wants to keep the child and his wife. Her husband wants to have nothing to do with me(understandably) and wishes that I keep away from my son who I have rarely seen and he does not know who I am. The child is almost 3 years old and I have been a Muslim for almost 2 years.
What is the Islamic ruling in such a case? Can I consider the child to be mine?
The husband and his wife are both kaffirs.
All Praises are Due to Allah
Islam erases whatever took place before it and after Allah guides you there is no sin on you, regarding something which took place in the past. The rule according to the Shariah (Islamic Laws) is that the child is to the bed and follows the husband, unless he washes his hands of the matter.
The child in not considered to be your son, nor do you have any responsibility for him. So start a married life according to Islam.
May Allah forgive you and increase you in protection.

Question
I would like ask question about marriage, my relative, Al-Hamdulillaah is married 7 month ago from today I'm writing. The wife is most patient person I ever seen she does have her downs but the husband, Subhanallah is worst husband a wife can ever ask for Allaah. He is alcoholic, smoker, does come home some nights, he does not support her financially he beats up her since they got married fight after fight and many serenity between them. Last week he got drunk come home she was sleep he pick a metal bar beat up with her and she break her reps chest and almost die the physically damage he cause to he, he also smashed the house and break everything including frames hanging from that was Quran he abuse emotionally, physically and mentally. He is not good Muslim because he does not pray at all, during Ramadhaan does not fast most of it and he does not pay Sadaqah but still she does not want leave and she has no children, she fears about what might think of her she gets divorced or she might never get married in her head. He does let her work and study. Last when he hit her the police come and they ordered them to go to court if the orders for to be divorce is she divorced Islamicly? I and other friend fear she might mentally damage or her to commit un-thinkable. Please advice her because I told her I was writing you. Please get back to us as soon as possible.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammadis His slave and Messenger.
The behavior of your friend's husband is totally un-Islamic. Islam orders a husband to respect his wife, to bear all the legal expenses of his wife and to be kind and nice with her. See Fatwa 90138.
There are many reasons that justify seeking divorce from this man if he does not want to change himself. Not praying, not fasting, abusing his wife, etc. all are enough reason to seek divorce from him. Allaah Knows best.
