*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

The claim that archaeopteryx is the ancestor of birds is a deception

The fossil bird discovered in Germany in 1860 and given the name
Archaeopteryx harbored certain characteristics unlike those of
today's birds. Darwinists used the teeth in its jaw, claws onits wings
and long tail astools for speculation andthe bird was hastily compared
to reptiles and heralded, in the absence of any scientific foundation,
as a reptile-bird transitional form.
But this claim was a terrible deception.
Soon after Darwinists had mythologized Archaeopteryx as a false
transitional form, the fossil bones were examined in detail, and it
emerged that this life form was not in fact a "primitive bird"
exhibiting an imaginary passage from reptiles to birds, that its
skeleton and feather structure were actually ideally suited to flight,
and that the features compared to those of reptiles were actually to
be found in birds that had lived in the past and even in some that
were still alivetoday. The pro-Darwinistjournal Science openly stated
this fact:
Archaeopteryx probably cannot tell us much about the early origins of
feathers and flight in true protobirds because Archaeopteryx was, in a
modern sense, a bird." 1
Archaeopteryx is a mosaic life form containing characteristics from
different species. Mosaic forms interest scientists with their complex
structures and are described as living things harboring features
belonging to various species. The deception that Darwinists
perpetrated regarding Archaeopteryx stems from the fact the fossil
belongs to a mosaic form. The fact is, however, that like all thelife
forms in existence today, mosaic organismsare complex examples
ofCreation. The French biophysicist Pierre Lecomte du Nouy makes this
admission on the subject:
We are not even authorized to consider the exceptional case of the
Archaeopteryx as a true link. By link, we mean a necessary stage of
transition between classes such as reptiles and birds, or between
smaller groups. An animal displaying characters belonging to two
different groups cannot be treated as a true link as long as the
intermediary stages have not been found, and as long as the mechanisms
of transition remain unknown. 2
Many Darwinist circles have actually made that admission. Two of the
20th century's best known Darwinists, Stephen Jay Gould and Niles
Eldredge, who were responsible for thepunctuated evolution deception,
also agree that Archaeopteryx cannot be regarded as a transitional
form. 3 Jonathan Wells admits the fact that the fossil does not
constitute evidence for evolution and that scientific circleshave
agreed this in the words "The world's mostbeautiful fossil, the
specimen Ernst Mayr called 'the almost perfectlink between reptiles
and birds,' has been quietly shelved, and the search for missing
links continues as though Archaeopteryx had neverbeen found." 4 But
the interesting thing is that although Darwinists scientists have made
that confession, efforts are still made to depict the Archaeopteryx
fossil as a transitional form in Darwinist publications. Jonathan
Wells sets out the position:
Some biology textbooks continue to present Archaeopteryx as the
classic example of missing link. Mader's 1998 Biology calls it "a
transitional link between reptiles and birds," and William Schraer and
Herbert Stolte's 1999 Biology : The Study of Life tells students that
"many scientists believe it represents an evolutionary link between
reptiles and birds. 5
There can be no doubt that this stems from a desire to persist in this
huge fraud. Because Darwinists are unable to abandon their theories in
the absence of any transitional forms, they instead try to produce
false ones. That explains the desperate and fraudulent attempts to
keep Archaeopteryx on the agenda.

Fathwa, - Ruling on Swallowing Blood during Prayer

Question
What is the ruling if one, who has a cut on the inside of his mouth,
swallows blood during prayer ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
Swallowing blood from cuts in the mouth and tongue during prayer does
not invalidate the prayer, if it was done unintentionally. In such
acase, there is no harm in it and the prayer is valid. However, if the
worshipper swallows blood intentionally, the prayer is invalid. If one
swallows a very small amount of blood outside of prayer, there is no
harm in it, whereas it is better to spit it out. If theamount of blood
was significant, he is obliged to spit it out.

Fathwa, - Ruling on the Bleeding that Accompanies Abortion and the Obligation to Make Up Prayer and Fasting because of it

Question
I experienced miscarriagein the first month of pregnancy during
Ramadhaan but I did not realize the reason behindthe bleeding so I
considered it menstruation. Therefore, I abstained from fasting and
offering the prayer for twelve days. Afterwards the doctor informed me
that it was a miscarriage, not menstruation, so how can I make up the
prayer? Can I make up one obligatory prayer with the same one on a
daily basis ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
If the miscarriage occurred before the creation of the fetus, it is
considered as merely blood whose emergence implies no refrainment from
fasting or offering prayer. Therefore, a woman who refrained from
fasting and offeringprayer because of bleeding that accompanied a
miscarriage during the first month of pregnancy is obliged to make up
fasting and prayers. Moreover, anyone who isobliged to make up prayer
must make it up once he remembers or after the absence of
obstructions. She has to make up all the missed prayers at once if
possible. Otherwise she may make them according to her ability, either
with other obligatory prayers or singled out.

Fathwa, - If the Person Praying Behind the Imaam Prostrated when Recitinga Verse of Prostration while the Imaam Does not Prostrate

Question
During the prayer, the Imaam recited a verse of prostration and then
bowed while a group of people prostrated beforehim. Some of them
corrected his mistake so he joined the Imaam. However, some of them
continued to prostrate until the Imaam finished bowing and then they
completed offering the prayer. What is the rulingconcerning these two
groups ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The prayer of those who corrected their mistake and joined the Imaam
is valid as their mistake wasbecause of an acceptable excuse. As for
those who continued to prostrate until the Imaam finished bowing and
then they completed offering the prayer with him, they areof two
types: the first oneis of those who correctedtheir mistake and bowed
after their prostration and then they followed the Imaam and their
prayer is valid. The second type is those who did not bow after the
prostration of the recitation. They have to make up the Rak'ah as long
as they are still offering the prayer or if they have finished it.
However, in case of a long separation, they must re-offer the entire
prayer even if the due time ended because bowing is one of the pillars
of the prayer which neither forgetfulness nor ignorance justifies
abandoning nor does theImaam act on behalf of him regarding it.
