*- WHAT ISLAM SAYS -* - Islam is a religion of Mercy, Peace and Blessing. Its teachings emphasize kind hear tedness, help, sympathy, forgiveness, sacrifice, love and care.Qur’an, the Shari’ah and the life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) mirrors this attribute, and it should be reflected in the conduct of a Momin.Islam appreciates those who are kind to their fellow being, and dislikes them who are hard hearted, curt, and hypocrite.Recall that historical moment, when Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah as a conqueror. There was before him a multitude of surrendered enemies, former oppressors and persecutors, who had evicted the Muslims from their homes, deprived them of their belongings, humiliated and intimidated Prophet (SAW) hatched schemes for his murder and tortured and killed his companions. But Prophet (SAW) displayed his usual magnanimity, generosity, and kind heartedness by forgiving all of them and declaring general amnesty...Subhanallah. May Allah help us tailor our life according to the teachings of Islam. (Aameen)./-

Dought - clear, - Sacrifices - / The best animals to be sacrificed are camels, then cows, then sheep, then to share in a sacrifice.

What is best for the sacrifice – to slaughter a sheep or to have a
share in a cow?.
Praise be to Allaah.
The best sacrifice is a camel, then a cow, then a sheep, then to have
a share in a cow. This is the view of Abu Haneefah and al-Shaafa'i,
because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said
concerning Jumu'ah: "Whoever comes at the earliest hour, it is as if
hesacrificed a camel. Whoever comes in the second hour, it is as if
hesacrificed a cow. Whoever comes in the third hour, it is as if he
sacrificed a horned ram. Whoever comes in the fourth hour, it is as if
he sacrificed a chicken. Whoever comes in the fifth hour, it is as if
he sacrificed an egg." Narrated by al-Bukhaari,881; Muslim, 850.
It is a sacrifice by means of which one draws closer to Allaah, so the
best (to be offered) is a camel, as in the case of the hadiy
(sacrifice offered by the pilgrim on Hajj).
A sheep is better than sharing in a camel, because the aim of the
sacrifice is to shed blood. A ram is better than a sheep (ewe),
because that is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him) sacrificed andthe meat is better.
End quote from al-Mughni, 13/366
The Standing Committee was asked: Which is better for sacrifice, a ram or a cow?
They replied:
The best sacrifice is a camel, then a cow, then a sheep, then a share
of a camel or cow, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah
be upon him) said concerning Jumu'ah: "Whoever comes at the earliest
hour, it is as if hesacrificed a camel…"
The point here is that there is an order of preference between camels,
cows and sheep in drawing close to Allaah through the sacrifice.
Undoubtedly sacrifice is one of the greatest acts of worship through
which we may draw closer to Allaah. A camel is more valuable and more
useful. This is the view of the three imams – Abu Haneefah,
al-Shaafa'i and Ahmad. Maalik said: The best is a young sheep, then a
cow, then a camel, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah
be upon him) sacrificed two rams, and he (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) did not do anything but that which was best.
The response to that is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) sometimeschose the option that was not the best
option out of kindness to his ummah, because they follow his example.
He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not want to make
thingsdifficult for them. He stated that the best is a camel, then a
cow, then a sheep, as stated above. And Allaah knows best. End quote.
Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa'imah, 11/398.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen said in Ahkaam al-Udhiyah:
The best sacrifice is a camel, then a cow, if oneoffers the whole
animal, then a sheep, then a goat, then one-seventh of a camel, then
one-seventh of a cow.

How to Perform Hajj Ifraad

Ifraad means that the pilgrim declares his intention for Hajj only.
" Labbayk-Allahumma labbayka bi-Hajj!" or " Labbayka Hajjan"
"O Allah! I answer Your call to perform Hajj."
The pilgrim maintains hisIhraam up to the Day of Sacrifice. No animal
sacrifice offering is required from him.
Our goal is to ensure your pilgrimage is one ofprayers, remembrance
and contemplation.- -e-p * - ▓███▓ TRANSLATOR 1:->

How to Perform Hajj Qiran

Qiran means to combine Hajj and 'Umrah. This means that the pilgrim
should declare the intention to perform both Hajj and `Umrah together,
"Labbayk-Allahumma labbayka bi-Hajjin wa-'Umrah!" or
"Labbayka Hajjan wa 'Umratan!"
"O Allah! I answer Your call to perform Hajj and 'Umrah!"
In this kind of Hajj, it is not allowed for the pilgrim to end the
state of Ihraam after Sa'ay. Thepilgrim will not have to perform after
the Ifadah Tawaaf on the 10th of dhil Hijjah the Sa'y because it is
already performed for both Hajj and `Umrah.
The pilgrim is supposed to bring his sacrificial animal with him as
the Prophet (S) did. This mustbe done because the rituals of Hajj and
`Umrahwere joined together.
Our goal is to ensure your pilgrimage is one ofprayers, remembrance
and contemplation.

Fathwa, - Islam did not command detaining a sinful wife ina separate room

Question
Salam alaikum, I have read following hadith: Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 969 -
Requires that a married woman be "put in a separate room and beaten
lightly" if she "actin a sexual manner toward others." According to
the Hadith, this can be for an offenseas petty as merely being alone
with a man to whom she is not related. Kash-shaf of al-Zamkhshari
(Vol. 1, p. 525) - [Muhammad said]"Hang up your scourge where your
wife can see it" Are those hadith sahih?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The wording of the first Hadeeth that we have read in Seerat Ibn
Hishaam does not includedetaining the woman in the house and its
wording is as follows: " ...and they should not commit a clear
immorality. But if they dothat, then Allaah has given you permission
to forsake them in bed and to hit them but not severely... " This
Hadeeth was originally reported in Saheeh Muslim on the authority of
Jaabir in the Farewell Khutbah (Sermon) and it is a sound Hadeeth.
Forsaking means turning one's back to his wife in bed while hitting
refers to light beating. That is not meant to inflict physical pain on
her (the recalcitrant wife), but rather to discipline her ina
psychological manner. Islam actually calls for treating women kindly,
prohibits oppressing them or causing harm and assaulting them. Also,
if you go back to that Hadeeth, you will find that before the words
you have stated the Prophet , said: " Fear Allaah concerning women "
and after that he said, " Thus, treat women kindly. "
There is absolutely no doubt that no religion has given women the
great status that Islam has given them. We have pointed that out in
the Fatwa 81237 , so please refer to it.
As for the second Hadeeth which is the saying of the Prophet : " Hang
your whip wherethe members of your household can see it. "
[At-Tabaraani in Al-Mu'jam], some scholarsdeemed it weak while some
others deemed it Hasan [good]. It means that this will motivate them
(members of the household) to behave properly. Therefore, another
narration of this Hadeeth reads: " Hang your whip where the members of
your household can see it, for that will discipline them. "
It was stated in Faydh Al-Qadeer: " It means that this will motivate
them toact properly and be good-mannered, and thus refrain from
indulging in vice... Ibn Al-Anbaari said: "There is nothing to suggest
that it should be used for beating, because he , did not command
anyone to do that. What he , meant was: do not stop disciplining them.
"
