╠▓╣♥ ●◄ ►● ●◄ ►● ●◄ ►● ●◄ ►● ♥╠▓╣Celal Şengör has claimed that 40,000 species disappear every year and that 1,000 new species evolve to replacethem. But the idea that new species evolve is an invalid one.
It is true that new species are discovered every year. There may betwo
explanations of this:
Newly discovered species may be one that already exist but have never
been encounteredbefore. Indeed, the regions where such species are
discovered are arid lands, distant oceans or the sea bed, where no
research has been conducted before. These species that emerge as new
research is performed, are very probably ones that have been around for
years but that no one has come across before.
A second possibility is that these new species have just been created.
Allah's creation out of nothing takes place out of human sight, where
itcannot be seen. (Allah knows the truth.) Allah creates as a miracle.
But unless He wills otherwise, nothing of this kind happens
beforepeople's eyes, in a zoo, for instance.
Two important points need to be clarified here:
This is that if it is to be claimed that the species in question have
evolved, we should also be able to find species inthe course of
evolving, alongside these perfectlydeveloped ones. A thousand new
species a year is a large number, and the signs of this supposed
evolution should be visible. But there is not the slightest evidence of
this. All the life forms discovered arecomplete, perfect and flawless.
Second, the living things described as new species are usually
variations . Darwinists frequently engage in propaganda and describe
variations as "species." The fact is that the newly discovered life
form carries information of the frog that has been living for 200
million years. This is no new life form. No new information has been
added to the frogs we are already familiar with, and they have not
turned into a new species somehow different from the frog. This
difference is nothing more than that between a white man and a black
man.
The purple-patterned atelopus frog newly discovered in Surinam may
differ in terms of appearance and pattern, but it is simply a variation
of normal frog species. It is not a new species, as has been claimed in
Darwinist publications. In terms of its anatomical structure it is
identical to the frog below, which dates backsome 200 million years.

Hypocrites are party of satan
Satan has gained mastery over them and made them forget the remembrance
of Allah. Such people are the party of satan. No indeed! It is the party
of satan who are the losers. (Surat Al-Mujadala: 19)
When they meet those who believe, they say, 'We believe.' But then when
they are alone with their demons, they say, 'We are really with you. We
were only mocking.' (Surat Al-Baqara: 14)
HYPOCRITES ACT BY THE IMMORALITY OF SATAN, NOT OF THE COMMANDS OF ALLAH
Do you not see those who claim that they believe in what has beensent
down to you and what was sent down before you, still desiring to turn to
a satanic source for judgement in spite of being ordered to reject it?
Satanwants to misguide them far away. (Surat An-Nisa': 60)
SATAN HAS SURROUNDED THE HYPOCRITES LIKE A SHELL
If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious ,
We appoint for him a satan, to be an intimate companion to him. (Surat
Az-Zukhruf: 36)
SATAN DOES NOT OBEY ALLAH; HYPOCRITES ARE UNWILLING TO OBEY HIS
MESSENGER
When We said to the angels, 'Prostrate yourselves to Adam!' they
prostrated, except for Diabolis. He said 'What! Am I to prostrate to one
You have created out of clay?' (Surat Al-Isra': 61)
SATAN STUPIDLY IMAGINES HIMSELF TO BE VERY SUPERIOR, AND HYPOCRITES
GREATLY ADMIRE THEIR OWN LOW INTELLIGENCE
Satan imagines himself to be superior than everyone and does not approve
anyone. Hypocrites, in their own minds, do not approve the messenger of
Allah and in their own shallowminds, they criticize the decisions and
the practices of the messenger.
He (Allah) said, 'Iblis, what prevented you prostrating to what I
created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance or are you one
of the exalted?' (Diabolis) said: 'I am better than him. You created me
from firebut You created him from clay.' (Surah Sâd: 75-76)
They say, 'Why was this Qur'an not sent down to one of the great men of
the two cities?' (Surat Az-Zukhruf: 31)
They say, 'What is the matter with this Messenger, that he eats food and
walks in the market-place? Why has an angel not been sent down to him so
that it can be a warner along with him? (Surat Al-Furqan: 7)
SATAN ACTS AS IF HE WANTS THE BEST FOR MANKIND; HYPOCRITES CLAIM TO WANT
THE BEST FOR BELIEVERS
Then satan whispered tothem, disclosing to them their private parts that
had been concealed from them. He said, 'YourLord has only forbidden you
this tree lest you become angels or among those who live for ever. ' He
swore to them, 'I am one of those who give you good advice.' (Surat
Al-A'raf: 20-21)
When they are told, 'Do not cause corruption on the earth,' THEY SAY,
'WE ARE ONLY PUTTING THINGSRIGHT.' No indeed! They are the corrupters,
but they are not aware of it. (Surat Al-Baqara: 11-12)
AND THOSE WHO BUILT A MOSQUE TO CAUSE HARM AND FOR UNBELIEF AND TOCAUSE
DISUNION AMONG THE BELIEVERS AND IN PREPARATION FOR ONE WHO WARRED
AGAINST ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER BEFORE; THEY WILL INDEED SWEAR THAT
THEIR INTENTION IS NOTHING BUT GOOD ; But Allah bears witness that they
are truly liars. (SuratAt-Tawba: 107)
SATAN MAKES EMPTY PROMISES TO MAN; HYPOCRITES TELL BELIEVERS THAT "IT IS
WE WHO ARE ON THE TRUE PATH, COME TO US, JOIN US, SO YOU CAN RELAX"
And when the satan made their works fair seeming to them, and said: No
one can overcome you this day, and surely I am your protector: but when
the two parties came in sight of each other he turned upon his heels,
and said: Surely I am clear of you, surely I see what you do not see,
surely I fear Allah; and Allah is severe in requiting (evil). (Surat
Al-Anfal: 48)
(Satan) He makes promises to them and fills them with false hopes. But
what satan promises them is nothing but delusion. (Surat An-Nisa: 120)
You who believe! do not be like those who are unbelievers and say of
their brothers, when they are going on journeys or military expeditions,
'If they had only been with us, they would not have died or been killed,
' so that Allah can make that anguish for them in their hearts. It is
Allah Who gives life and causes to die. Allah sees what you do. (Surah
Al' Imran: 156)
Say: 'Are we to call on something besides Allah which can neither help
nor harm us, and to turn on our heels after Allah has guided us, like
someone the demons have lured away in the earth, leaving him confused
and stupefied, despite the fact that he has companions calling him to
guidance, saying, "Come with us!"?' Say: 'Allah's guidance, that is true
guidance. We are commanded to submit asMuslims to the Lord of allthe
worlds, (Surat Al-An'am: 71)
SATAN CLAIMS TO BE ONE OF THOSE WHO GIVES ADVICE, WHILE
HYPOCRITESIMAGINE THEY CAN INSTRUCT BELIEVERS BY DISTORTING HADITHS AND
VERSES
Then satan whispered tothem, disclosing to them their private parts that
had been concealed from them. He said, 'YourLord has only forbidden you
this tree lest you become angels or among those who live for ever.' He
swore to them, 'I am one of those who give you good advice.' (Surat
Al-A'raf: 20-21)
SATAN TRIES TO APPROACH PEOPLE FROM ALL SIDES, AND HYPOCTITES TRY TO
LEAD BELIEVERS INTO CORRUPTION FROM ALL DIRECTIONS
He said, 'By Your misguidance of me, I willlie in ambush for them on
your straight path. Then I will come at them, from in front of them and
behind them, from their right and from their left. You will not find
most of them thankful.' (Surat Al-A'raf: 16-17)
SATAN WORKS BY FRIGHTENING PEOPLE, WHILE HYPOCRITES ALSO ATTEMPT TO
SPREAD FEAR AMONG BELIEVERS
It was only satan frightening you throughhis friends. But do not fear
them – fear Me if you are believers. (SurahAl 'Imran :175)
[Believers are] those to whom people said, "The people have gathered
against you, so fear them." But that merely increased their belief and
they said, "Allah is enough for us and the Best of Guardians." (Surah Al
'Imran: 173)
SATAN HAS RENOUNCED OBEDIENCE AND IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNGRATEFUL;
HYPOCRITES POSSESS ALL THESE SAME ATROCIOUS CHARACTERISTICS
Squanderers are brothers to the demons, and satan was ungrateful to his
Lord. (Surat Al-Isra': 27)
SATAN IS UNRESTRAINED AND SLIPPERY; HYPOCRITES ARE ALSO TRECHEROUS AND
SLIPPERY
Among people there is one who argues about Allah without knowledge, and
follows every corrupt, rebellious, and mischievous satan. (Surat Al-Hajj:
3)
SATAN SEEKS TO SET PEOPLE AGAINST ONE ANOTHER; HYPOCRITES ALSO TRY TO
IMPAIR THE BROTHERHOOD AMONG BELIEVERS AND SET THEM AGAINST ONE ANOTHER
Say to My servants that they should only say the best. Satan wants to
stir up trouble between them. Satan is an outright enemy to man. (Surat
Al-Isra':53)
Satan wants to stir up enmity and hatred between you by means of wine
and gambling, and to debar you from remembrance of Allah and from salat.
Will you not then give them up? (Surat Al-Ma'ida: 91)
SATAN DELUDES PEOPLE ABOUT ALLAH; HYPOCRITES ALSO ESTABLISH A CLIMATE OF
CORRUPTION BY THE USE OF ALLAH'S NAME, VERSES AND HADITHS
Mankind! Allah's promiseis true. Do not let the lifeof the world delude
you and do not let the deluder delude you about Allah (By the use of
Allah's name). Satan is your enemy so treat him as an enemy. He summons
his party so they will be among the people of the Searing Blaze. (Surah
Fatir: 5-6)
SATAN WANTS MUSLIMS TO BE WORN DOWN AND DEFEATED AND TO MAKE THEM SLIP;
HYPOCRITES ALSO HOPE AND WAIT FOR THE MUSLIMS TO SUFFER LOSSES
Those of you who turned their backs on the day the two armies clashed –
it was satan who made them slip for what they had done. ButAllah has
pardoned them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat
Al-Imran':155)
They(hyprocrites) will call out to them, 'Were we not with you?'They
will reply, 'Indeed you were. But you made trouble for yourselves and
hung back and and doubted and false hopes deluded you until Allah's
command arrived. The Deluder deluded you about Allah. (Surat Al-Hadid:
14)
SATAN TRIES TO INSTILL DOUBTS IN PEOPLE; HYPOCRITES ALSO SPEAK IN WAYS
THAT STIR UP DOUBTS AND CONDUCE PEOPLE WHO ARE WEAK IN FAITH
I will lead them astray and fill them with false hopes. I will command
them and they will cut off cattle's ears. I will command them and
theywill change Allah's creation.' Anyone who takes satan as his
protector in place of Allah has clearly lost everything. He makes
promises to them and fills them with false hopes. But what satan
promises them is nothing but delusion. (Surat An-Nisa:119-120)
The hypocrites and people with sickness in their hearts said, 'What
Allah and His Messenger promised us was mere delusion.' (Surat Al-Ahzab:
12)
SATAN SHOWS DEVIANT PRACTICES AS ALLURING AND ENTICING; HYPOCRITES ALSO
WANTS AN ATROCIOUS LIFE THAT REFUSES TO RECOGNIZE THE BOUNDS SET BY
ALLAH
.. Satan has made their actions seem good to them and debarred themfrom
the Way so they arenot guided. (Surat An-Naml: 24)
If only they had humbledthemselves when Our violent force came upon
them! However, their hearts were hard and satan made what they were
doing seem attractive to them. (SuratAl-A'nam: 43)
Satan promises you poverty and commands you to avarice. Allah promises
you forgiveness from Him and abundance. Allah is All-Encompassing,
All-Knowing. (Surat Al-Baqara:268)
People who love to see filth being spread about concerning those who
have faith will have a painful punishment bothin this world and the
Hereafter. Allah knows and you do not know. (Surat An-Nur: 19)
SATAN CALLS ON PEOPLE TO WORSHIP FOR SHOW; HYPOCRITES ALSO PERFORM
PRAYERS FOR SHOW AND GIVE IN SMALL AMOUNTS ONLY FOR SHOW
And also for those who spend their wealth to show off to people, not
having faith in Allah and the Last Day. Anyone who has made satan his
comrade, what an evil comrade he is! (Surat An-Nisa': 38)
Nothing prevents what they give from being accepted from them but the
fact that they have rejected Allah and His Messenger, and that theyonly
come to prayers lethargically, and that they only give reluctantly.
(Surat At-Tawba: 54)
SATAN TRIES TO DISTANCE PEOPLE FROM ALLAH'S VERSES; AND HYPOCRITES DO
NOT WANTALLAH TO BE REMEMBERED
If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious,
We appoint for him a satan, to be an intimate companion to him . (Surat
Az-Zukhruf: 36)
The hypocrites think they deceive Allah, but He is deceiving them. When
they get up to pray, they get up lazily, showing off to people, and only
remembering Allah a very little. (Surat An-Nisa': 142)
When Allah is mentionedon His own, the hearts ofthose who do not believe
in the Hereafter shrink back shuddering, but when others apart from Him
are mentioned, they jump for joy. (Surat Az-Zumar: 45)
SATAN INDOCTRINATES EMOTIONALITY IN PEOPLE; HYPOCRITES ALSO ACT
ACCORDING TO TWISTED EMOTIONS, AND NOT ACCORDING TO ALLAH'S COMMANDS,
REASON AND GOOD CONSCIENCE
O you who believe! Do not take My enemy and your enemy for friends:
would you offer them love while they deny what has come to you ofthe
truth, driving out theMessenger and yourselves because you believe in
Allah, your Lord? If you go forth struggling hard in My path and seeking
My pleasure, would you manifest love to them? And I know what you
conceal and what you manifest; and whoever of you does this, he indeed
has gone astray from the straight path. (Surat Al-Mumtahana: 1)
SATAN INSPIRES A FEAROF POVERTY; HYPOCRITES ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT
POSSESSIONS AND ARE VERY PARSIMONIOUS. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO SPEND ON
ALLAH'S PATH
Satan promises you poverty and commands you to avarice. Allah promises
you forgiveness from Him and abundance. Allah is All-Encompassing,
All-Knowing. (Surat Al-Baqara: 268)
SATAN DISTRACTS WITH MINOR DETAILS; HYPOCRITS ARE ALSO EXPERTS AT
CREATING STRIFE BY OBSESSION OVER DETAIL
And when Musa said to his people, 'Allah commands you to sacrifice a
cow,' they said, 'What! Are you making a mockery of us?' He said, 'I
seek refuge with Allah from being one of the ignorant!' They said,
'Askyour Lord to make it clear to us what it should be like.' He said,
'He says it should be a cow, not old or virgin, but somewhere between
the two. So do as you have been told.' They said, 'Ask your Lord to make
it clear to us what colour it should be.' He said, 'He says it should be
a red cow, thecolour of sorrel, a pleasure to all who look.' They said,
'Ask your Lord to make it clear to us what it should be like. Cows are
all much the same to us. Then, if Allah wills, we will be guided.' He
said, 'He says it should be a cow not trained to plough or irrigate the
fields – completely sound, without a blemish on it.' They said, 'Now you
have brought the truth'… (Surat Al-Baqara: 67-71)
In these verses, it has been revealed that somepeople from the community
of the Prophet Moses (pbuh) have got into too many details and thus
became almost unable to perform the religious service Allah commanded
them. In thefollowing part of the verse Allah reveals this truth as
follows:
.. So they sacrificed it – but they almost did not do it. (Surat
Al-Baqara: 71)
SATAN TOTALLY SUBVERTS THE TRUTH; HYPOCRITES ALSO PORTRAYRIGHT AS WRONG,
AND WRONG AS RIGHT
Shall I tell you upon whom the demons descend? They descend on every
evil liar. They give them a hearing andmost of them are liars. (Surat
Ash-Shu'ara': 221-223)
SATAN WANTS PEOPLE TO FOLLOW THE SUPERSTITIOUS FAITHS OF THEIR
ANCESTORS, NOT THE TRUE FAITH; HYPOCRITES ALSO ESPOUSEA SUPERSTITIOUS
CONCEPTION OF RELIGION, ONE FULL OF SUBSEQUENT ADDITIONS
When they are told: 'Follow what Allah has sent down,' they say, 'No, we
will follow what we found our fathers doing.' What! Even if satan is
calling them to the punishment of the Blazing Fire? (Surah Luqman: 21)
SATAN BELIEVES HE HAS BEEN TREATED UNJUSTLY; HYPOCRITES ALSO LIE IN
SAYING THE MESSENGERS HAVE NOT TREATED THEM FAIRLY
Is there a sickness in their hearts or do they have misgivings or do
they fear that Allah and His Messenger will be unjust to them? No, it is
simply that they are wrongdoers. (Surat An-Nur: 50)
SATAN CLAIMS TO BE ON THE TRUE PATH; HYOCRITES ALSO MAINTAINTHAT THEY
KNOW WHAT ISBEST
If someone shuts his eyes to the remembrance of the All-Merciful, We
assign him a satan who becomes his bosom friend they debar them from the
path, yet they still think they are guided. (Surat Az-Zukhruf: 36-37)
One group He guided; but another group got the misguidance they
deserved. They took the demons as friends instead of Allah and thought
that they were guided. (Surat An-A'raf: 30)
SATAN IS SLY AND A LIAR; HYPOCRITES ALSO LIE ALL THE TIME
When the affair is decided satan will say, 'Allah made you a promise, a
promise of truth, and I made you a promise but broke my promise. (Surah
Ibrahim:22)
SATAN DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO GIVE THANKS; HYPOCRITES ARE ALSO SPOILT
AND UNGRATEFUL IN THE FACE OF THE BLESSINGS BESTOWED ON THEM BY ALLAH
THROUGH HIS MESSENGERS
He (satan) said, 'By Your misguidance of me, I willlie in ambush for
them on your straight path. Then I will come at them, from in front of
them and behind them, from their right and from their left. You will not
find most of them thankful.' (Surat Al-A'raf: 16-17)
ALTHOUGH SATAN ENCOURAGES DENIAL, HE SAYS HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH
DENIERS; HYPOCRITES ALSO IN FACT HATE THE PEOPLE THEY ADOPT AS FRIENDS
They are like satan whenhe says to a human being, 'Be unbeliever,' and
then when he becomes unbeliever, says, 'I wash my hands ofyou. Truly I
fear Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.' (Surat Al-Hashr: 16)
They will not fight against you all together as a group except in
fortified towns or behind high walls. Their hostility towards each other
is intense. They arefull of bravado in each other's company. You consider
them united but their hearts are scattered wide. That is because they
are people who do not use their intellect. (Surat Al-Hashr: 14)
SATAN SAYS HE BELIEVES IN ALLAH; HYPOCRITES, WHEN THEY APPROACH THE
PROPHET, ALSO SAY THEY RECOGNIZE HIM AS A MESSENGER
They are like satan whenhe says to a human being, 'Be unbeliever,' and
then when he becomes unbeliever, says, 'I wash my hands ofyou. Truly I
fear Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. ' (Surat Al-Hashr: 16)
When the affair is decided satan will say, 'Allah made you a promise, a
promise of truth, and I made you a promise but broke my promise. I had
no authority over you, except that I called you and you responded to me.
Do not, therefore, blame me but blame yourselves. I cannot come to your
aid nor you to mine. I reject the way you associated me with Allah
before.' The wrongdoers will have a painful punishment. (Surah Ibrahim;
22)
When the hypocrites come to you they say, 'We bear witness that you are
indeed the Messenger of Allah.' Allahknows that you are indeed His
Messenger and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are certainly
liars. (Surat Al-Munafiqun: 1)
of Allah. Such people are the party of satan. No indeed! It is the party
of satan who are the losers. (Surat Al-Mujadala: 19)
When they meet those who believe, they say, 'We believe.' But then when

Do you not see those who claim that they believe in what has beensent

Satanwants to misguide them far away. (Surat An-Nisa': 60)

I reject the way you associated me with Allah
before.' The wrongdoers will have a painful punishment. (Surah Ibrahim;
22)
When the hypocrites come to you they say, 'We bear witness that you are
indeed the Messenger of Allah.' Allahknows that you are indeed His
Messenger and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are certainly
liars. (Surat Al-Munafiqun: 1)
Allaah is above His creation and He is in front of the one who prays.
I read a hadeeth which says that Allaah is in front of the worshipper.
What does that mean? Does it contradict the fact that Allaah is above
the heavens?.
Praise be to Allaah.
We have already mentioned in questions no. 992 and 11035 the evidence
that Allaah has risen above His Throne and is exalted above His
creation.
According to the hadeeth narrated by al-Bukhaari (406) and Muslim (547)
from 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Umar, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) sawsome spittle on the wall of the
mosque in the direction of the qiblah, so he scratched it off then
turned to the people and said: "If any one of you is praying, lethim
not spit in front of him, for Allaah is in frontof him when he prays."
There is no contradictionbetween this is the fact that Allaah is high
aboveHis creation.
Shaykh al-Islam [Ibn Taymiyah] said in Majmoo' al-Fataawa, 5/101:
The words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him),
"When any one of you stands to pray, Allaah is in front of him so let
him not spit infront of him," mean what they appear to mean. Allaah is
above the Throne and He is in front of the worshipper. This description
may even apply to created things: when a man looks at the sky and the
sun and the moon, the sky, sun and moon are above him and they are also
in front of him.
He also said (5/672):
It is well known that whoever turns to face the moon and addresses it –
if he were able to address it – is turning to face it even though it is
above him … Similarly when a person stands to pray he is turning to face
his Lord even though He is above him, and he addresses Him onthe basis
of Him being infront of him not to his right or left, and he calls upon
Him on the basis that He is above not below.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen said:
The evidence that Allaah is in front of the worshipper is:
The words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him):
"When any one of you stands to pray, Allaah is in front of him so let
him not spit infront of him."
This being in front is ascribed to Allaah in a manner that befits Him
and does not contradict His exalted state. The two may be reconciled in
two ways:
1 – It is possible to reconcile between them with regard to created
things, such as when thesun is rising, it is in frontof the one who
faces theeast, even though it is in the sky. So if they may be
reconciled with regard to a created thing then it is more apt that they
be reconciled with regard to the Creator.
2 – Even if it were not possible to reconcile them with regard to
created things, that doesnot mean that they cannot be reconciled with
regard to the Creator, because there is nothing like unto Allaah.

Meaning of the hadeeth which says that Allaah created Adam in His Image .
I am asking about the correct understanding ofthe hadeeth, "Adam was
created in the Image of the Most Merciful"?.
Praise be to Allaah.
It was narrated from AbuHurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allaah created Adam in His Image…"
Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6227; Muslim, 2841.
With regard to the hadeeth, "Do not (insult one another) and say 'May
Allaah make your face ugly', because Adamwas created in the Image of the
Most Merciful," this was classed as da'eef (weak) by al-Albaani in
al-Silsilah al-Da'eefah, no. 1176.
Perhaps the questioner is confused by this hadeeth because of the verse
in which Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"There is nothing like Him"
[al-Shoora 42:11]
The scholars answered this problem in two ways: a brief answer anda
detailed answer.
The brief answer is that it is impossible for this hadeeth to contradict
the words of Allaah (interpretation of the meaning):
"There is nothing like Him"
[al-Shoora 42:11]
If we find a way to reconcile between them, all well and good, otherwise
we should say,
" 'We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear Verses) are from our Lord.' And none receive admonition except men of understanding"
[Aal 'Imraan 3:7 – interpretation of the meaning]
We believe that there is nothing like unto Allaah and thus we will be on
the safe side before Allaah. These are the words of Allaah, and these
are the words of His Messenger; both are true and it is impossible for
one of them to belie the other. So we say thatthe verse shows that His
creation cannot resemble Allaah, and the hadeeth affirms that Allaah has
an Image. Both are true and we believe in them; we say that both are
from our Lord, and remain silent thereafter. This is all thatwe can do.
See Sharh al-Waasitiyyahby Ibn 'Uthaymeen.
With regard to the detailed answer:
This hadeeth proves thatAllaah has an Image, andthat Allaah created
Adamin His Image.
But there is nothing in this hadeeth to indicate that the image of Adam
(peace be upon him) resembles the Image of Allaah, rather this meaning
is absolutely false and was not meant by the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him), because Allaah says (interpretation of
the meaning):
"There is nothing like Him"
[al-Shoora 42:11]
The fact that one thing islikened to another does not mean that it is
identical to it in all aspects, rather they are likened to one another
because they share someattributes, but that does not means that every
attribute is identical.
This is indicated by the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him): "The first group to be admitted to Paradise willbe
in the image of the moon on the night whenit is full." Narrated by
al-Bukhaari, 3327; Muslim, 2834.
This hadeeth does not mean that they will enter Paradise in a form that
is exactly like the moon in all regards, otherwise that would mean that
they will enter Paradise with no eyes or mouths, or as rocks.
Rather what the hadeethmeans is that they will be like the moon in
beauty and brightness, with shining faces, and so on.
So if you say: what is theImage that belongs to Allaah and in which Adam
was created? We say that Allaah has a Faceand Eyes and Hands and Feet,
but that does not mean that because of these things He resembles man.
There may be some similarity but that does not mean that these things
are identical, just as the first group of the people of Paradise to
enter Paradise are likened to the moon, but that does not mean that they
resemble the moon. This confirms the belief of Ahlal-Sunnah
wa'l-Jamaa'ah, that none of the attributes ofAllaah can be likened to
the attributes of created beings, and they do not misinterpret the
Divine attributes or deny them, and they do not liken them to the
attributes ofhuman beings.

Names and Attributes of Allah, - Ruling on using the name ‘Abd al-Ilaah.
What is the ruling on using the name 'Abd al-Ilaah? Is this (al-Ilaah=
the God) one of the names and attributes of Allaah? I hope you will give
a detailed answer.
Praise be to Allaah.
Firstly: One of the things that is liked in giving names is to choose a
name that indicates servitude to Allaah i.e., 'Abd [slave] plus one of
the names of Allaah, whether that is 'Abd-Allaah [slave of Allaah] or
the word 'Abd plus any of the beautiful names of Allaah. The most
beloved of such names to Allaah are the names 'Abd-Allaah and 'Abd
al-Rahmaan (slave of the Most Merciful].
Secondly: It is haraam to give such names that indicate servitude to
anyone or anything other than Allaah, such as 'Abd al-Rasool [slave of
the Messenger] or 'Abd al-Nabi (slave of theProphet] and so on. See also
the answer to question no. 7180 .
Thirdly: al-Ilaah in Arabicmeans "the One Who is worshipped" or "the
OneWho deserves to be adored and worshipped". The idols were called
aalihah (gods) because the mushrikeen worshipped them instead of Allaah,
and claimed that they were deserving of that. See Ishtiqaaq Asma' Allaah
by Abu'l-Qaasim al-Zujaaji, p. 30; Lisaan al-'Arab, entry for aliha.
Some scholars said that the word "Allaah" is derived from the word
"al-Ilaah" (the God). This is the view favoured by Ibn al-Qayyim and
other scholars, and the initial alif of the word ilaah was elided.
Fourthly: is al-Ilaah one of the names of Allaah, and is it permissible
to use it in a name signifying servitude to Him, or not?
The name al-Ilaah is included among the beautiful names of Allaah which
are listed insome versions of the hadeeth, "Allaah has ninety-nine
names…", as we see it narrated by al-Bayhaqi in al-Asma' wa'l-Sifaat,
and by al-Haakim. But the list of names in this hadeeth is not the words
of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), according to
the scholars who are well-versed in hadeeth, as was mentioned by Shaykh
al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, Ibn Katheer, Ibn Hajar and other scholars. See
Asma' Allaah al-Husna by 'Abd-Allaah ibn Saalih al-Ghusn, p. 170-173
Because the reports which list the names of Allaah are not reliable,
many scholars have triedto find these names in the Qur'aan and
Sunnah.Among those who included the name al-Ilaah in their lists of the
beautiful names of Allaah are: Ibn Mandah, Ibn Hazm, Ibn Hajar, Ibn
al-Wazeer and Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on them). See op.
cit., 352.
Based on that, it is permissible to use the name 'Abd al-Ilah, and there
is nothing wrong with that, in sha Allah. However, it seems that this
name was not known in the past."
We do not find this name among the Sahaabah, based on what we see in
al-Isaabah by Ibn Hajar. We do not find it among the names mentioned in
biographies by various authors, such as Fahaarisal-Siyar by al-Dhahabi,
Tabaqaat al-Shaafa'iyyah by Ibn al-Subki, Wafiyaat by IbnKhalkaan,
al-Tahdheeb by Ibn Hajar, and others. The first usage of this name that
we have come across is 'Abd al-Ilaah ibn 'Ali ibn al-Husayn al-Haashimi,
who was born in 1331 AH and died in 1377, as mentioned by al-Zarkali in
al-A'laam. This is obviously very recent.

A fishy tale: transition from water to land
Evolutionists assume that the sea invertebrates thatappear in the
Cambrian stratum somehow evolved into fish in tens of million years.
However, just as Cambrian invertebrates have no ancestors, there are no
transitional links indicating that an evolution occurred between these
invertebrates and fish. It should be noted that invertebrates and fish
have enormous structuraldifferences. Invertebrateshave hard tissues
outsidetheir bodies, whereas fish are vertebrates that have hard tissues
inside. Such an enormous "evolution" event ought to have been supported
by billions of transitional forms displaying the intervening changes.
Evolutionists have been digging fossil strata for about 140 years
looking for these hypothetical forms, they have found millions of
invertebrate fossils and millions of fishfossils; yet nobody has ever
found even one thatis midway between them.
An evolutionist paleontologist, Gerald T. Todd admits this fact in an
article titled "Evolution of the Lung and the Origin of Bony Fishes" :
"All three subdivisions of the bony fishes first appear in the fossil
record at approximately the same time. They are already widely divergent
morphologically, and they are heavily armored. How did they originate?
What allowed them to diverge so widely? How did they all come to have
heavy armor? And why is there no trace of earlier, intermediate forms?"
The evolutionary scenario goes one step further and argues that fish
evolved from invertebrates, then transformed into amphibians. But this
scenario also lacks evidence. There is not even a single fossil
verifying that a half-fish/half-amphibian creature has ever existed. This
fact is confirmed (albeit reluctantly) by a well-known evolutionist
authority, Robert L. Carroll, who is the authorof Vertebrate
Paleontology and Evolution as: "We have no intermediate fossils between
rhipidistian fish(his favourite 'ancestors' of tetrapods) and early
amphibians." Two evolutionist paleontologists, Colbert and Morales,
comment onthe three basic classes of amphibians – frogs, salamanders,
and caecilians:
"There is no evidence of any Paleozoic amphibian combining the
characteristics that would be expected in a single common ancestor. The
oldest known frogs, salamanders and caecilians are very similarto their
living descendants."
Until about fifty years ago, evolutionists thought that such a creature
indeed existed. This fish, called a Coelacanth, which was estimated to
be 410 million years of age, was put forward as a transitional form with
a primitive lung, a developed brain, a digestive and a circulatory
system ready to function on land and even a primitive walking mechanism.
These anatomical interpretations were accepted as undisputed truth among
scientific circles until the end of the 1930s. The Coelacanthwas
presented as a genuine transitional form that proved the evolutionary
transition from water to land.
However, on December 22, 1938, a very interesting discovery wasmade in
the Indian Ocean . A living member of the Coelacanth family, previously
presented as atransitional from that had become extinct 70 million years
ago, was caught! The discovery of a "living" prototype of Coelacanth
undoubtedly gave evolutionists a severe shock. The evolutionist
paleontologist J. L.B. Smith said that he could not have been more
surprised if he had come across a living dinosaur. In the years to come,
200 Coelacanths were caught many times in different parts of the world.
Living Coelacanths revealed how far the evolutionists could go in making
up their imaginary scenarios. Contrary to claims, Coelacanths had
neither a primitive lung nor a large brain. The organ that evolutionist
researchers proposed as a primitive lung turned out to be nothing but a
lipid pouch. Furthermore, the Coelacanth, which was introduced as "a
reptile candidate getting prepared to pass from sea to land," was in
reality a fish that lived in the depths of oceans and never approached a
distance of less than 180 meters from the surface.
Why Transition From Water to Land is Impossible
Evolutionists claim that one day, a species dwelling in water somehow
stepped onto land and was transformed into a land-dwelling species.
There are a number of obvious facts that render such a transition
impossible:
1. Weight-bearing: Sea-dwelling creatures have no problem in bearing
their own weight in the sea.
However, most land-dwelling creatures consume 40 percent of their energy
just in carrying their bodies around. Creatures making the transition
from water to land would, at the same time, have had to develop
newmuscular and skeletal systems (!) to meet this energy need, and this
could not have come about by chance mutations.
2. Heat Retention: On land, the temperature can change quickly and
fluctuates over a wide range. Land-dwelling creatures possess a physical
mechanism that can withstand such great temperature changes. However, in
the sea, the temperature changes slowly and within a narrower range. A
living organism with a body system regulated according to the
constantsea temperature, would need to acquire a protective system to
ensure minimum harm from the temperature changes on land. It is
preposterous to claim that fish acquired such a system by random
mutations as soon as theystepped onto land.
3. Water: Since it is essential for metabolism, water needs to be used
economically due to its relative scarcity on land. For instance, the
skin has to be able to permit a certain amount of water loss, while
preventing excessive evaporation simultaneously. That is why
land-dwelling creatures experience thirst, something the sea-dwelling
creatures do not do. For this reason, the skin of sea-dwelling animals
is not suitable for a non-aquatic habitat.
4. Kidneys: Sea-dwelling organisms discharge waste materials, especially
ammonia, by means of their aquatic environment. On land, water has to be
used economically. This is why these living beings have a complex
excretory system comprising the kidneys and other organs. Thanks to the
kidneys, ammonia is stored by being converted into urea and the minimum
amount of water is used during its excretion. In addition, new systems
are needed to support the kidney's functioning. In short, for the
passage of organismsfrom water to land to have occurred, living things
without a kidney would have had to develop a kidney system all at once.
5. Respiratory system: Fish "breathe" by taking in oxygen dissolved in
water that they pass through their gills. They cannot live for more
thana few minutes out of water. In order to surviveon land, they would
haveto acquire a perfect lung system all of a sudden.
It is most certainly impossible that all these dramatic physiological
changes could have happened in the same organism at the same time, and
all by chance.

The Concise Presentation of the Fiqh of the Sunnahand the Noble Quran
There is no doubt that there is a considerable shortage in the books of
Fiqh in the English language. The need is so big, almost any time an
additional book found itsway to the market, it became an immediate
success.
This should not, however,be construed to mean that Fiqh is an easy
subject to write about. On the contrary, the books of Fiqh are not all
equal. A few can quickly distinguish themselves especially if they were
to be small and brief in their presentation of the issues discussed in
addition to being based on Daleel (evidence) fromthe Quran and the
Sunnah and not on mere statements of what a specific Math-hab (School of
Jurisprudence) or scholar says about the topics included. And the book
at hand, in this review, is one such book.
This is not a statement against following the well-known four Mathaahib
(plural of Math-hab ) –by necessity; the overwhelming majority of
Muslims must follow one of them. Any Muslim who is not a scholar capable
of making Ijtihad must follow a Math-hab –in fact even when we don't
know it, anytime we consult a book, seeking an answer or a Fatwa, or ask
a scholar for it, our Math-hab becomes that of whoever gives us the
answer or the Fatwa. What is a major shortcoming of most Mathaahib books
–especially the late ones—is that they have eliminated the mention of
the Daleel which made them mere statements of rulings—thus taking
Ittiba' or `following' out of context and making it pure imitation of
others as well as missing the chance of educating theirfollowers.
Throughout this book, the Concise Presentation of the Fiqh of the Sunnah
and the Noble Quran, a Muslim can learn most of the topics of Ibadah
(acts of worship) as well as many of most needed issues of Mu'amalat
(dealings) in our times with great ease and confidence. " ...albeit
small in comparison with the larger works, " this book, as described by
theforwarder, " has combined together two books. " What he meant was
that the extensive use of Hadeeth, by the author, as evidence for the
issues discussed, made the book look like a book of Hadeeth combined
with a book of Fiqh . This is a great display of the statements and
actions of the Prophet Muhammad thus the " ...combination of these two
is a great blessing. "
Since this book was originally written in Arabic, it is important to
mention that its translation is professional and faithful to the subject
which should make it easy to read and facilitate the learning of Fiqh
from it. Also, this edition containshelpful tools that should further
facilitate understanding and learning, and an easy to follow Glossary
with Arabic to English translation, a transliteration chart and a
Symbols directory.
One good advantage of this book is that it draws from Saheeh or
authenticnarrations, which allows the reader to grasp basic aspects of
Fiqh but not get overwhelmed with lengthy details that typically arise
from relying on disputed narrations. Over all, I was very impressed by
the book and I pray that everyone who reads it feels the same and learns
a lot from it. In reading the final words of the author I felt a great
deal of satisfaction because his statement at the last section in the
book dealt with emancipation. He did so hoping to get emancipated from
Hellfire and receive the mercy of the All-Compassionate, Most-Merciful
God, Allah—may He be praisedand glorified.

Optional aspects of ablution
'Sunnah' (optional) Acts of Ablution:
The following acts are not obligatory, yet, once done, are rewarded for
since they constitute the way the Prophet used to perform ablution:
Reciting 'Bismillah' (saying: 'Bismillahir-rahmaanir-raheem', which
means: 'In the name of Allaah, the Most Merciful, the Most
Compassionate).
Washing the hands, threetimes, up to the wrists.
Brushing the teeth with atooth-stick (Miswak).
Rinsing the mouth, thrice.
Sniffing water into the nostrils, thrice.
Combing the beard with the fingers (this is called Takhleel in Arabic).
Passing the fingers of both hands against each other, and also passing
them through the toes (the Takhleel of the fingers and toes).
Washing each limb, threetimes.
Wiping the whole head with wet hands once
Wiping the two ears (inside and outside).
Performing the Wudhoo' in the proper order (as stated above).
Washing each part, one after the other, without pause, to ensure that no
part dries up before the next step.
Humraan, the freed slave of 'Uthmaan bin 'Affaan narrated that 'Uthmaan
once asked for a tumbler of water in order to perform ablution; when it
was brought to him, he poured water from it over his hands and washed
them thrice, and then put his right hand inthe water container and
rinsed his mouth and washed his nose by putting water in it and then
blowing it out. Then, he washed his face thrice and then his forearms up
to the elbows thrice; then, he passed his wet hands over his head and
then washed each foot thrice. After that, 'Uthmaan said: "I saw the
Prophet performing ablution like this of mine, and he then said: " If
anyone performs ablution like that of mine and offers a two-Rak'ah
(units) prayer during which he does not think of anything else (not
related to the present prayer) then his past sins will be forgiven." "
Actions that require ablution as aprerequisite:
There are three actions that require ablution as aprerequisite in order
for them to be accepted Islamically. These are:
1- Any type of prayer (Salaah)
This involves only obligatory, voluntary, or funeral prayers. This is
based on Allaah's statement (which means):
"O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your
faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipeover your heads and wash
your feet to the ankles." [Quran 5:6]
Also, the Messenger of Allaah said,
"Allaah does not accept a prayer from a person who is not in a state of
purity. Nor does He accept charity from misappropriated booty." [Muslim]
2- Circumambulating the Ka'bah
Ibn 'Abbaas reported that the Messenger of Allaah said,
"Circumambulation is a type of prayer, but Allaahhas permitted speaking
during it. Whoever speaks during it should only speak good."
[At-Tirmithi and others]
3- Touching a copy of the Quran
Abu Bakr Ibn Muhammad related from his father on the authority ofhis
grandfather that the Prophet sent a letter to the people of Yemen, which
stated:
"No one is to touch the Quran except one who is purified."

Is it permissible for her to get an invoice for medication from a pharmacy from which she did not get this medicine?.
Dought & clear, - I work in a government department and our medical
costs are covered by this department; we have to bring an invoice for
the cost of medical consultations from any doctor as well as invoices
from any pharmacy showing the price of medicine, and the department
will cover the cost of these invoices.
My questions are:
Sometimes the doctor who treats me prescribes medicine for me, some of
which can be found in the pharmacy and some of itcannot, so we buy it
from him, but he does not write me an invoice showing the price of
these medicines.
Is it permissible for me to get an invoice from any pharmacy to show
the price of this medicine, but showing the name of some other
medicine that is in the prescription? On one occasion I went to the
doctor and my sister waswith me, and she had some problems, so she
asked the doctor and he wrote a prescription for her. But when I asked
him whether I should pay for this consultation,he refused. Is it
permissible for her to submit it to the department in which myfather
works, because children get half of their medical costs covered bythe
department in whichthe father works?
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
The employee should approach his work with an attitude of
trustworthiness, dignity and honesty, and should avoid haraam
earnings, lying, cheating and deceiving.
He should do the work required of him in a proper manner, without
cheating in his earnings or doing anything that will lead to regret in
the Hereafter.
See the answer to question no. 4651 .
Secondly:
Saying that the medicinementioned is not available in pharmacies is a
dubious statement, because the basic principle is that medicine is
more available in pharmacies than in doctors' clinics; the doctor may
have free samples that he getsfrom (pharmaceutical) companies and the
like.
Whatever the case, it seems to us, and we know from experience, that
if you had looked more, especially in larger pharmacies, you would
certainly have found the medicine that you were looking for or you
would have found a suitable alternative to it. It does not seem to us
that there is any concession concerning what you are asking about,
especially as it is not a case of necessity. So it is not permissible
tohasten to tell lies or resort to deceit and tricks when there is no
case of necessity and no pressure to do so.
Even if we assume that there is no alternative for this medicine, and
that it is only available from this doctor (which cannot be the case),
either the doctor should sell it with an invoice, or you can talk to
your superiors at work so thatthey can find out the facts about the
matter.
Thirdly:
If children have half of their medical costs covered, as you say,
thenit is not permissible for them to submit papers showing anything
but the true facts. If on this occasion you did not payany of the
costs for this consultation, then you do not have the right to ask the
administration atwork for anything.
If you did pay for it, thenyou have the right to askfor what you are
allowed to, according to the conditions stipulatedby your father's
work, but that is on condition that the papers you submit are truthful
and are not made up.

the father's side who are more distantly related than them, such as a
nephew (brother's son) or paternal uncle.
End quote from Tafseer as-Sa'di, 1/170
And Allah knows best.
The best helper at the face of tyranny
A student had spent thirty years acquiring knowledge. His teacher said
to him: "Let me ask you a question. If you know the answer, I shall
give you your diploma. The question I am going to put to you is not
about the Quran or Traditions, yet it is not unconnected with these. If
you have understood just a little of what you have learned, if your
studies have been at all fruitful, you will be able to answer. But not
if youhave learned without understanding."
The teacher then asked his student this question:"How many days'
journey is your home country from here?"
"It takes three months," the student replied.
"If Allah wills, you will receive your diploma and make that long journey."
"Yes, if Allah has so destined."
"On your way, will you pass nomad encampments with flocks of sheep,
and will they have sheepdogs to guard the flocks?"
"Of course! I will pass all of these on the way."
"Well then, suppose you were to be set upon suddenly by five or six
ofthose sheepdogs as you were passing by on yourway home. What would
you do? If you have understood your lessons,if you have got
anythingfrom the blessed Quran and Traditions and if history has
taught you anything, then you will answer the questions correctly,
pass this examination, receive your diploma, go back home and become a
preacher whose sermonswill benefit the people in this world and the
Hereafter."
The student gave this reply: "My respected teacher! If I encounter
savage dogs along the way I shall fight them offwith the staff I
carry."
"It is no easy matter to contend with half a dozen savage dogs. You
may beat off three, but the other three will bite you meanwhile. That
is no answer."
"I shall drive them off with stones."
"That is not possible either."
"Then I shall use a gun."
"In that case you will notescape the owner of the dog. Sheepdogs are
veryvaluable."
The student had failed the exam; He had not been able to give the
right answer to the question. "My son," said his teacher, "you have
learned a lot, but you have not understood. Think things over for a
while, then come back to me." After reflecting for some days, the
student approached the teacher again. "Have youfound the answer to my
question?" The teacher asked him. "No sir," he said. "I then
explained:"My son, if you should run into such a situation,do not try
to fight the dogs! Leave them alone and call the shepherds atonce. The
shepherd will tell the dogs not to attack you. You should understand
that tyrants are Allah's savage dogs. In the life ahead of you, in
your own country, you may at any time encounter such tyrants. If you
try and fight them, they will bite you and tear you apart. If you
killthem, their master will call you to account and you will be
condemned. The best course is to appeal to Allah; the dogs' true
Owner. Only by His grace can you hope to be delivered from such
tyrants. What a fine helper is He!"
