Darwinists insistently do not like the imaginary ancestor of humans,
which they fabricated, to be called "APE."
From now on, we will not be calling the fictitious entities within
their own imaginations, which Darwinists claim to be the imaginary
ancestor of humans,"apes." If it is convenientfor them, we will call
them with the names below. If they are not pleased, we can change the
existing names. However, we hope they will approve them: - - ▓███▓

The glad tidings of the coming of the Prophet Jesus (as) - 2
11- THE PROPHET JESUS' (AS) ACTIVITIES ON EARTH
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (February 18 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The essential thing for us is the coming of the Prophet
Jesus (as). His emergence into the open. For instance just when you
were saying this I have looked up for a hadith and I just foundit.
This is a hadith on page 4 of the "Risalat Mashrab al Vardi fi
Mazhabi'l Mahdi" by Ali Ibn Sultan Muhammad alQaari. It says that the
Prophet Jesus (as) will open up a chest and finda thousand books with
seals in it. These are books with the seal of our Prophet (saas). He
will find a thousand books. Not one, but one thousand. It says he will
hearten Islam with thesebooks. The hadith says so. This is a marvelous
thing. This means that he will fully abide by theSunna of our Prophet
(saas) and the Qur'an, and will act in the light of those books. He
will distribute these books. Because one person will not read one
thousand books. He will obviously hand those books out and have people
read them, and will work in that way. But in my view, Allah knows the
truth, the Prophet Jesus (as) will make contact with the leaders of
the world states and world governments and will bring them under his
control. For example, he will include certain important figures from
the world's main armies, certain very important figures of pre eminent
people, in his group. In other words, he may already have come and be
in concealment. So hemight be awaiting for the time of his appearance.
Because he will never reveal himself, and he might be taking the most
extraordinary care. Said Nursi says, "will be very few and small
comparatively to the 'scientific', physical armies"
That means he will have scientific activities and activities related
with armies. He will be active in certain armies. That of course has
to be carried out very silently and by working under deep cover. Of
course what we say is Allah knows the truth.
12- WITH THE COMING OF THE PROPHET JESUS (AS), THE WORLD WILL ENTER AN
AGE OF PEACE, LOVE AND WEALTH
ADNAN OKTAR'S DENMARK TV INTERVIEW (ISTANBUL, October 23,2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: There will be an age of love and beauty. This love will
climb to the highest points, insha'Allah, with the coming of the
Prophet Jesus (as). We will embrace and talk to the Prophet Jesus
(as). He will walk among and talk to the people, and they will be
stunned by this great miracle. When the Prophet Jesus (as) first comes
he will be unaware that he is the Prophet Jesus (as). His disciples
around him willrecognize him through the radiance of faith, with the
eye of faith. That is how we will recognize him too. He will learn the
Qur'an, and the Torah and the Bible. The Prophet Jesus (as) will then
espouse the Qur'an. He will act in the light of the Qur'an, and will
call the entire Christian world to the Qur'an and will work miracles
for them. He will neutralize the antichrist. Everyone will realize
that he is the Prophet Jesus (as) from the miracles he performs, and
he will call the whole world to love, brotherhood, and peace. There
will be nothing but truth left in the world. The whole world will
become a place of festivities. Everyone will be full of love for
everyone else. Wealth and abundance will rise to incredible levels.
There will be suchan abundance of goods that there will be nobody to
give it all to. The accounts say that someone will be given enormous
quantities of goods, but will feel ashamed and wonder whether he is
the greediest in the whole community. He will try togive it back, but
they will not let him. They willsay that they will not take back the
goods they have given out. That is the kind of wealth there will be,
insha'Allah. We are heading for an excellent age, we are heading for
beauties.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (March 3 rd , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Insha'Allah, in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the
Prophet Jesus (as), joy, fervor and love will reach the very highest
levels. Young people willenjoy modern cities and their delights, the
aesthetic and the beauties of gardens; in the streets for example
they will easily be able to stretch up and pick fruit from trees. You
cannot find a single fruittree on the streets now. But why should
there not be a grapevine growing next to every shop, loaded yellow
grapes? My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Wouldn't that be
great? Hanging in great bunches. And apple trees and quince trees.
What is wrong with that? They are concerned what if someone picks them
up. Let children pick them, or poor people, and eat them. What is
wrong with that? How great it is.
ADNAN OKTAR'S TEMPO TV INTERVIEW (March 24 th , 2009
ADNAN OKTAR: But peoplewill also enjoy other information in the time
of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the Prophet Jesus (as). People will have
access to extraordinary information, and it will reach them on an
extraordinary scale. Utterly astonishing things will happen. People
will see if they wait a little, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S AL-QUDS (JERUSALEM) NEWSPAPER INTERVIEW (November 23 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: Jerusalem will eventually belong tothe Muslims, and I say
that on the basis of the hadith of our Prophet (saas). With the
appearance of the Mahdiand the coming of the Prophet Jesus (as) the
whole area will be filled with Muslims. There will be Jews, our
brothers, and Christians there, too,but the spiritual leadership will
rest in the hands of Muslims insha'Allah. And they willlive together
as friends and brothers, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S AMERICANPUBLIC TV INTERVIEW (December 19 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: It is stated in the hadith that there will be great
abundance of goods in that time and that people will enjoy great
economic prosperity. It is stated that goods will be given to people
but that they will be embarrassed and want to hand it back, but that
those goods willnot be accepted back from those people. That is the
age of Hazrat Mahdi (as), in other words. The age of the coming of
Hazrat Mahdi (as). We are heading towards it. Islam will spread and
rule the world, insha'Allah. It will reach perfection with the return
of the Prophet Jesus (as).
ADNAN OKTAR'S DENMARK TV INTERVIEW (ISTANBUL, October 23 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: The Prophet Jesus (as) will return to an immaculate
world. There will be no more Darwinism, fascism, communism nor any
other heretical ideology. The Prophet Jesus (as) will return to an
immaculate world and a single faith and a single system will be
established in the world when he comes. That faith is Islam,
Insha'Allah,Islam will prevail the whole world.
13- AMERICA WILL EMBRACE ISLAM WITH THE COMING OF THE PROPHET JESUS
(AS)TO THE EARTH
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (January 20 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: ...With the Prophet Jesus (as) coming to the Earth,
America will embrace Islam and the beauty and luminosity of Islam will
pervade everywherein America, and America will become Muslim fromtop
to bottom, insha'Allah. Therefore, if being divided is what they
meant, America is already divided into states, but there will not be
such a division in thatsense, but there will be aunity of belief.
Since they will all be Muslims, there will be no separatism or
problem, insha'Allah.
14- WILL THE PROPHETJESUS (AS) MARRY WHEN HE COMES?
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (January 31 st , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Insha'Allah, we will marry the Prophet Jesus (as) off.
The Prophet Jesus (as) will marry but Hazrat Mahdi (as) will not,
there are accounts from our Prophet (saas) to that effect. Our Prophet
says that all the imams will marry, and then asks if they had added
that important part to the accounts, "all of them but Hazrat Mahdi
(as)" he says in the accounts.
15- WILL THE PROPHETJESUS (AS) RECEIVE REVELATION WHEN HE COMES?
ADNAN OKTAR'S INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (March 4 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Of course Jesus (as) will receive revelation. Said Nursi
makes that clear. He sayshe is a prophet who receives revelation and
that he will receive revelation in that period. He is in any case
known to have received revelation. Of course, he will do many things
withrevelation, but he will bepersonally responsible.
16- THE COLLECTIVE IDENTITY ERROR CONCERNING THE PROPHET JESUS (AS)
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KON TV (February 8 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Said Nursi says in the Rays p.463 about The Prophet Jesus
(pbuh), "He, who is in the heavens with his human body" "… It
couldonly be a wondrous person with marvels, who is miraculous and who
is commonly accepted - this is because he is also the prophet of the
Muslims as well- that person is the Prophet Jesus(as)."
"A trusty informer, relying on the promise of the Almighty had
presaged that the person of the Prophet Jesus (as) – so that means
this is not a collective identity, does it not? He refers to the
person of Jesus, in other words, to him personally - who is present
with hishuman body in the world of the heavens – in other words, in
human form, in material form - the person of Jesus (as) will come to
lead the true religious movement, true religion. " Letters p.60. He
says it is certain that he will come.
"It is a sign and an insinuation that the number of the spiritual
community of strugglers who will recognize the Prophet Jesus (as) – He
does not refer to Jesus (as) as a collective identity, they should be
honest about this, look, he makes it perfectly clear- the spiritual
community of strugglers who will recognize Jesus(as) – in other words
thecommunity of spiritual strugglers- through the light of faith,-
through the light of their faith- will be very few and small when
compared tothe schools and military -'scientific' and physical- forces
of the antichrist.." The Rays, the Fifth Ray, Second Station, p. 111.
It is said in the accounts that the Prophet Jesus (as) will come –
see, not a collective personality, but the Prophet Jesus (as) will
come- will subordinate himself to the Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the prayer
- he attaches himself, he abides his imamate- he follows him. This
refers to the - alliance, this union, and to the sovereignty of
theReality of the Qur'an - to the following of the truth of the
Qur'an, to abiding them and to their sovereignty " – in other words,
he says that the Prophet Jesus (as) will abide the Qur'an. The Rays,
p.587
"The Prophet Jesus (as) who is present with his human body in the
world of the heavens – look, in bodily form in the world of the
heavens, in human form-and who is alive) – is there any reference to a
collective personality here? No. - and had he truly died and departed
for the furthest corner ofthe hereafter - to clothe him in his body
and sendhim to the world with his body, for such a momentous result is
not far removed from the wisdom of Him the Lord. May be He promised it
because His wisdom required it to be thus, and since He promised it,He
will most certainly send him." Letters, Fifteenth Letter, p.80.
"Yes, the heavenly appearance, the return, of the Prophet Jesus (as)
as certain and definite-look how Said Nursi describes this event-and
in the metaphorical sense, as with other certain facts, he indicates a
miraculous aspect of this." Kastamonu Addendum 80-82
There is no reference to a collective personality here, it is very
clearly described that he will personally be returning.
"The Prophet Muhammad (saas) alluded to this great mystery when he
said: "Prophet Jesus (as) will come, he will be of my community and
will act in accordance with my Shari'a [that is, the essence of
Qur'anic moral values and the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas) ]."
"When Jesus (as) comes, it is not necessary that everyone should know
him to be the true Jesus. His elect and those close to him will
recognize him through the light of belief. It will not be self-evident
so that everyone will recognize him when he first arrives." – it will
be understood subsequently. Letters, p.80.
" In fact, although whenJesus (as) comes he himself will know he is
Jesus, not everyone will know. "notice how thereis no reference to a
collective personality It is known only through vigilance of the light
of faith, not everyone will know. Rays, p.98.
17- THE PROPHET JESUS (AS) AND HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) WILL PERFORM THE
PRAYER TOGETHER
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (March 9 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: You will hear a soulful call to prayer at Hagia Sophia,
insha'Allah. Hazrat Mahdi(as) will take our Prophet's (saas) jacket
from Topkapi Palace and it will be placed upon him. He will strap on
his sword, as a blessing, and will unfurl the Holy Banner,
insha'Allah. He will then come to Hagia Sophia for the prayer. And at
the moment the ProphetJesus(as) will appear, insha'Allah.
The Prophet Jesus(as) will tell Hazrat Mahdi (as)"do not get in line
for the prayer, you will lead the prayer". He will haveto work hard
with Mahdiat that. Hazrat Mahdi (as)will insist saying " Pleaseyour
highness, it is you, it is you who is worthy of this, insha'Allah.
Please you lead". But he will refuse. When Hazrat Mahdi (as) continues
to resist like that, just the same, the Prophet Jesus (as) will push
him from his back. He will draw him ahead by force, by pushing him. In
other words by pushing him. The Prophet Jesus (as) is masha'Allah an
upstanding strong man. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be very strong, too. But
they are brothers after all.
Both are descended from the Prophet Abraham (as) and they resemble
each other very closely. The people will say they resemble one
another, in physical terms too. They will resemble one another
inappearance and in style.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (January 13 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The most distinctive and irrefutable characteristicof
Hazrat Mahdi (as) is the prayer he will perform with the Prophet Jesus
(as). The Prophet Jesus (as) will push him from his back to lead the
daily prayer. Imean he will push him from both his shoulders. Hazrat
Mahdi (as) will say "Please you come ahead". But the Prophet Jesus
(as) will decline, and say " You are the imam and that you are to lead
the prayer." And thus he will lead Hazrat Mahdi (as) forward to lead
the prayer. In this way, he will emphasize the leadership of Hazrat
Mahdi (as). There is a hadith to that effect. That is how we will
clearly realize the presence of Hazrat Mahdi (as).
18- THE QUESTIONING OF THE PROPHET JESUS (AS) IN THE HEREAFTER
ADNAN OKTAR'S INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (January 26 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Everyone will come with their imams, with their leaders.
They will come as whole communities. The Prophet Jesus (as), our
Prophet (saas) and everyone will be held to account in the
hereafter.Allah discloses a passage from the questioning of the
Prophet Jesus in the Qur'an. He will ask him " Was it you who told
them" that is to ask if he was the one who taught them belief in
Allah, Jesus and the Holy Ghost,or polytheism. Allah asks "was it you
who told them this" He will reply, "Surely You are beyond that, my
Lord." He will say that Allah already knows all his thoughts, and that
Allah would know if he had spoken of such a thing. He will say he
never said such a thing. Allah will know, but He will question
thatnevertheless in order to make people repent. Otherwise, of course
Almighty Allah knows the answers, but He will make the Prophet Jesus
(as) formulate those answers as a blessing forhim. And he will answer
Allah in this wise with great awe and respect.
19- THE PROPHET JESUS (AS)' STRUGGLE AGAINST THE ANTICHRIST
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (January 12 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet (saas) says that the antichrist will appear
following a burstof anger. Something that will anger him will happen,
and them he will reveal himself. In other words, he will oppose Hazrat
Mahdi (as). But he is not someone Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be able to
deal with as he will employ hypnotism and marvels. For example, he
will show someone his dead father." Look," he will say "this is your
father". And since people are strongly influenced by their parents,
his father will call him to disbelief for instance. "Follow the
antichrist, my son," he will say. And when his son looks at him he
will see his father, his dead father. He will say, "he brought me
back to life, and you must follow him." They will then believe that he
is the Prophet Jesus. That is in fact how the Christian belief goes.
He will claimdeity- Allah forbid- and it is said that he will
resurrect the dead. And they will see as if he had resurrected the
dead. And he will also claim deity - Allah forbid!- He will say,
"look, this is your mother. Your mother also says that I am divine.
She says that Iam Allah. So you must follow me. And the antichrist
will attract a great mass of followers. Under those circumstances,
there is nothing Hazrat Mahdi (as) can do. The antichrist is not
something that can be defeated intellectually orculturally. He is a
creature, like satan in human form. But at just that point the Prophet
Jesus (as) will return, as a blessing from AlmightyAllah. He will
return to earth. When the Messiah returns he will confront the
antichrist. Probably in the form of a gathering, he will gatherall the
people. The antichrist will put on a spectacle, a kind of show. "Call
on the person known as Jesus," he will say "I will also show him that
I am Allah."- Alllah forbid. He will again try to supposedly bring
someone's dead father back to life. But there and then the Prophet
Jesus (as) will break his hypnotic spell. The man will see that
neither his dead father nor his mother are there. The crowd will be
enraged this time. Our Prophet (saas) says when it is realized that
the so-called Messiah, the antichrist, was lying, the antichrist will
seek to escape in the direction of the Gate of Lud. But the Prophet
Jesus (as) will follow running and catch him. He will catch and
neutralize the antichrist at the Gate of Lud in this wise.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (February 13 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The Gate of Lud is in Israel. It is currently in ruins.
It is said that the Prophet Jesus (as) will pursue theantichrist and
catch up with him there. The Prophet Jesus (as) and Hazrat Mahdi (as)
will catch him together and neutralize the antichrist there. Said
Nursi says, "even a microbe, a cold would kill him in body....But what
really counts is his intellectual system." In other words, he says the
Prophet Jesus (as) will kill that. Because theantichrist cannot be
vanquished intellectually, because heperforms hallucinations. Said
Nursi says "only a prophet with marvels is now needed". And that
prophet is. He says: "the Prophet Jesus (as) who isaccepted by the
majority".
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (February 16 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: ... This is for the atheist Zionists' and Freemasons'
Armageddon plan, this isthe Armageddon plan. The plan of the
antichrist. This is the plan of the system of antichrist to wipe out
Muslims, but it will fail. The Prophet Jesus (as), the true Messiah,
will come. He will combine with Hazrat Mahdi (as) and eliminate this
very sinister Armageddon plan. In fact we see the worst dimension of
Jewish enmity here. This is such a genocide preparation that it is
incomparable, that is incomparably worse than that perpetrated
byHitler among some Christians and that is in fact an immense Jewish
enmity. The reason why some Christians are supporting the Jews at the
moment is that they regard them as powerfulenough to eradicate the
Muslims. But then, this time they will eradicate the Christians. That
is their plan. The 144 thousand is referred to in the corrupted New
Testament. And they have, by misinterpretingthe New Testament, by
expounding these according to their own minds in such a way, drawn
such a conclusion. In other words, they thus arrived at this massacre
plan. That is why this is what the antichrist whom they await will do.
He will first organize the Jews and unleash them against Muslims. Then
after professedly annihilating the Muslims, the antichrist will join
forces with the Christians again and kill everyone apart from 144,000
Jews. However this is a very deep-rooted belief and avery widespread
one. The people are not aware of this genocide I mean of these
preparations for a genocide, people are a bit distant in respect of
knowledge from this giant event. This is an important fact that needs
to be emphasized.Hazrat Mahdi (as) is the person who will prevent this
disaster. When Hazrat Mahdi (as) comes,he will prevent that genocide,
prevent this disgrace and also eliminate the antichrist'sclaim to
divine status. Hewill cast his lies back in his face. But he will do
this together with the Prophet Jesus (as). The Prophet Jesus (as) will
thwart the antichrist's snares. The antichrist will lay on a spectacle
with hypnosis. He will make people think that he had resurrected their
dead parents. As you know, particularly in theEnd Times many parents
will turn their children away from the true path and some of them lead
them to unbelief. Thus the antichrist, who is well aware of this
power, will show peopletheir dead mothers and fathers as hallucination
and make them approve his divinity. May Allah forbid, he will ask "am
I Allah or am I not?" And they will say "You are Allah"- May Allah
forbid- and they will tell their children "Abide this person, he is
Allah." may Allah forbid. Hazrat Messiah will come insha'Allah by
Allah's leave, and the blessed Messiah will thwart that ruse, and he
will put an end to it by working together with Hazrat Mahdi (as).
Because a miracle-working prophet is required to do that says the
Blessed Said Nursi. In other words, it is not something Hazrat Mahdi
(as) can achieve on his own. And the time whenit will take place is
approaching fast. The system of the Mahdi (as) has already begun. And
we will soon see the coming of the Prophet Jesus, insha'Allah.
20- THE PROPHET JESUS' PHYSICAL FEATURES AND CLOTHING
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (March 9 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The Prophet Jesus' hair will be a reddish black. It
willbe parted in the middle. He will have very attractive eyes and a
small nose. He will have light freckles. He will have a child-like
cleanliness, but he will have sharp glances of a prophet. The glances
of prophets are very sharp, that is to say the spiritual strength of
their glances are very high, they are high powered. He will have broad
shoulders and a narrow waist. The Prophet Jesus (as) will beathletic.
He will be of average height, but innocent and clean. He will have
long hair, down to his shoulders. He will have a white complexion, the
ProphetJesus (as) will have a white complexion. The nature of his
hair, the texture of his hair will be unusual, I mean it willbe as if
it was wet, it is seen in some people, I mean that is a kind of hair
seen among the descendants of the Prophet Abraham (as). I mean it will
look like wet even though no water has touched it. Some people know
such hair type. This is how hishair will look like. That ishow it is
described specifically in the hadith. The Prophet (saas) says the
Prophet Jesus' (as) hair is "as if water is dropping down his hair."
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (Istanbul, July 23 rd , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: When he comes, this lovely prophet will be 33 years old.
His hair will be so clean that it will look wet. He will be very very
decent, and rational, theProphet Jesus (as) will bea delightful
person. People will realize that he is a prophet as soon as they look
at him. He will work several miracles. People will see these and
recognize him. And he will complete his life in this world, and his
death willtake place in this world, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S INTERVIEW IN TEMPO TV (March 24 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The Prophet Jesus (as) will bevery agile and athletic. He
will have broad shoulders and a narrow waist and will be
extraordinarily attractive. He will be very, very handsome. People
will not need to ask whether this is the Prophet Jesus (as), as it
will be immediately obvious. Prophets are very distinct from ordinary
people. They have an intense majesty, such that people sometimes
tremble in the face of the strength of his grandeur. For example, that
is the same for our Prophet (saas) as well, he would just look and
people would be hypnotized so to speak. Our Prophet (saas) would
stroke theirmouths with his holy hand and only then they would be able
to speak again. It will be the same with the Prophet Jesus. That is
to say he will be extremely attractive and very agile... But they are
generally very witty, warm and joyful. I mean there is never anything
cold or chilly about them; they are very warm, very loving, very
compassionate and very good natured. But they are very fierce toward
the enemies of Allah. Theantichrist for instance, will flee like a
cur. But the Prophet Jesus (as) will catch him in a moment. He will be
very strong and agile, masha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S AZERBAYCAN STATE NEWS AGENCY INTERVIEW (August 14 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: Prophet Jesus (as) is of course exceptionally
good-looking. He will bered-haired and innocent-looking, like a child.
That is why Allah calls him His lamb; and this is how he is described
in the Torah. Jesus is as clean and gentle as a lamb. He has broad
shoulders and is built like a lion. He is medium to tall in stature,
and everyone will see Prophet Jesus (as) when the time comes
insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON BAŞKENT TV (February 13 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The Prophet Jesus (as) will beexceedingly radiant, very,
very intelligent andpure, and people who see him will see how a man
should be, how a high-quality and loving person should be like. In
other words, he will be avery splendid person. People will be
speechlesswhen they see the Prophet Jesus (as).
ADNAN OKTAR'S DENGE TV INTERVIEW (December 9 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: He left the sphere of time and space2000 years ago, and
now2000 years later will re-enter time and space. He will be wearing
the same clothes and the same shoes, the same buckled shoes with a
thong between the toes.He will be wearing the same plain robe and a
plain skull cap. He will return wearing those same clothes and they
will find him somewhere, insha'Allah.
22- THE COMING OF THE PROPHET JESUS(AS) IS A PORTENT OF DOOMSDAY
ADNAN OKTAR'S INTERVEIW ON EKIN TV (January 26 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The first omen of Doomsday is the appearance of Hazrat
Mahdi (as). If Hazrat Mahdi (as) has appeared, that means that
Doomsday is very close, just a few centuries at most. The coming of
Hazrat Mahdi (as) is the final point. The second great portent is the
return of the Prophet Jesus (as). This is clearly set out in the
Qur'an. It describes the Prophet Jesus (as) as an omen of Doomsday. No
other prophet is called that; only the coming of the Prophet Jesus
(as) referred to as a portent of Doomsday.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (March 10 th , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The coming of the Prophet Jesus (as) is very clearly set
out in the Qur'an. Look, in only one place and regarding only one
prophet does Almighty Allah says, I take shelter in Allah from the
satan, "His coming is a sign of Doomsday." He says this referring to
him alone, and this is from the Qur'an. And Almighty Allah says "I
will make those who believe in you superior to the unbelievers until
Doomsday." This verse is a sign of global dominion. And in addition,
Almighty Allah says "No member of the people of the Book will remain
who does not believe in you." They willall believe. And this is also
world rule. It is clear. These are the clearwords of the Qur'an.
23- THE PROPHET JESUS(AS)' HELP TO HAZRAT MAHDI (AS)
ADNAN OKTAR'S AZERBAIJAN TV INTERVIEW(June 11 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: He will help the Mahdi (as). There is even a verse
indicating that. In the Qur'an Allah says that He made a covenant with
the Prophets. He says He made a covenant with"you" meaning, the
Prophet Muhammad (saas), and "the Prophet Jesus (as), the Prophet Noah
(as), the Prophet Abraham (as)". Allah saysthis is a great promise.
Allah asks "have you taken and agreed on this covenant."
REPORTER: Concerning the Mahdi...
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, this refers to the Mahdi. Because since our Prophet
(saas) also had promised, there must be someone else. There is only
one prophet remaining who can do this now and that is Jesus (as).
Jesus must return. When he comes he must also assist an envoy. That
envoy is the Messenger referred to asthe Messenger Mahdi (as). Said
Nursi also refers to the Messenger Mahdi in his books, and that person
is an envoy.
24- ISLAM WILL RULE THE WORLD WHEN THE PROPHET JESUS(AS) AND HAZRAT
MAHDI (AS) UNIT E
ADNAN OKTAR'S ERZINCAN CAN TV INTERVIEW (Istanbul, July 14 th , 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: It will takeplace in stages. First, the Mahdi will unite
the Islamic world. And when Jesus (as) returns the Christians and Jews
will become Muslims. Thus there will be only one religion left on
earth. In one verse referring to this, Allah says, I take shelter in
Allah from the satan; "before you die, not a single person will be
left who does not believe in you." Everyone will have faith, even
including the Eskimos in the North Pole. The Qur'an states this quite
clearly. It refers to the Prophet Jesus as "a sign of Reckoning." It
refers to the Prophet Jesus as "He...." and says that when he comes
"He is a sign of Reckoning..." His coming is a portent of Doomsday at
the same time. Allah says referringto the Prophet Jesus (as) " I will
make those who believe in the you superior over non-believers right up
until Doomsday." We cansee quite clearly in the hadith and from verses
that he will return.
ADNAN OKTAR: We can clearly see that Islam willrule the world from
verse 55 of Surat an-Nur.This is an explicit verse and there are very
clear explanations. We can seefrom both the hadith and from the verses
that Islam will rule the world. The story of Solomon (as) and Dhu'l
Qarnayn (as) also indicate the global rule of Islam. Thatpart about
Dhu'l Qarnayn describes the global dominion of Islam. These two were
the greatest powers in the world at the time. And so it will be again.
The Qur'an indicates this.If a subject appears in the Qur'an, that
means itwill certainly come about, insha'Allah. Allah puts them in so
that people can adopt them as role models insha'Allah. This is the law
of Allah, the law Allah in the Qur'an insha'Allah.
25- HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) AND THE PROPHETJESUS (AS) WILL BE PHYSICALLY VERY SIMILAR
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (January 31 st , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet (saas) was descended from the Prophet Abraham
(as). Hazrat Mahdi (as) is also descended from the Prophet Abraham
(as). Hazrat Mahdi (as) is a sayyid. The Prophet Jesus (as) is also
descended from the Prophet Abraham (as). That is to say they have the
same ancestry, Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the Prophet Jesus (as). Their
faces will thus be very similar. People will see that when they come.
They will bear a very close physical similarity to one another, the
Mahdi (as) and the Prophet Jesus (as). But the Prophet Jesus will have
red hair, and his small nose will have mild freckles, lightly freckled
and he will be highly attractive, masha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (FEBRUARY 2 nd , 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Hazrat Mahdi (as) will strongly resemble the Prophet
Jesus (as). People will see this when the Prophet Jesus (as) appears.
They will be like brothers, twins. They will resemble one another very
much. - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/

They will resemble one another very
much. - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/

Fathwa, - The Junub’s prayer is invalid and it is a sin to deliberately pray in a state of Janaabah
Question
Fifteen years ago, I was on a business trip to a foreign country. I
arrivedon Thursday and spent that night in a hotel with no clean
facilities; almost devoid of bathrooms. And if there were any, one
could not have bathed in them anyway .
I woke up that day to find that I had a wet dream, but could not
perform Ghusl. So, I left the hotel and met my relatives who had asked
me to go with them for Friday prayer. I was embarrassed to tell them
that I had had a wet dream and so, I went with them to the Masjid,
performed ablution, listened to the sermon, and prayed with them. What
should I do about this situation ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
You have committed a grave sin, and your bashfulness and shyness were
inappropriate and drove you to commit what is forbidden. There was
nothing wrong or shameful in telling your relatives or others that you
had a wet dream andthat you were Junub. On the contrary, it was your
responsibility to tell themso as to provide you withthe needed water
to perform due Ghusl and pray; for prayers are invalid without purity.
However, in light of whathappened in the past, you should make up for
itand pray a Thuhr prayer and repent from your sin and seek the
Forgiveness of Allaah The Exalted. Moreover, if you had performed any
other prayers that day before performing Ghusl, then you should make
up for them as well.

Fathwa, - When is Tayammum legitimate for a sick person?
Question
There is a sick woman who has been bedridden for three years. She
cannot perform Wudhoo' (ablution) for each prayer. Is she allowed to
perform Tayammum(dry ablution)? Knowing that she takes a bath every
two weeks with the help of others and this constitutes hardship for
her. Please advise. May Allaah Reward you.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
If the physician did not tell this sick woman that using water is
harmful to her, she is required to perform Wudhoo' if she is able to
perform it always or sometimes. If she is unable to perform Wudhoo' by
herself, a female relative or any other woman should help her perform
Wudhoo'. If she finds no one but a woman who will do this for her in
return for a charge and she is able to pay it, then she is required to
hire that woman. Al-Hattaab a Maaliki scholar, said: " If an amputee
finds someone to help him perform Wudhoo', even in return for a
charge, he is required to do so, just as he is required to buy water
forWudhoo'. If there is no one to help him perform Wudhoo' and he is
able to use water but without rubbing, he has to perform Wudhoo' in
this way. As such, he performswhat he is able to do of the acts of
Wudhoo' and he is pardoned for the others. "
Al-Bujayrimi a Shaafi'ischolar, said: " If one is unable to perform
Wudhoo' because he is an amputee for example, he has to seek someone
to help him perform Wudhoo' even in return for a charge. If he is
unable to do so, he is allowed to perform Tayammum and then pray. "
You mentioned that this woman takes a bath every two weeks, and this
is evidence that using water is not harmful to her. Meanwhile,
Tayammum isnot allowed just because one experiences hardship in
performing Wudhoo' unless using water is harmful and will cause an
illness or the like. If the physician, however, told her that using
water all the time for Wudhoo' is harmful to her, she is allowed to
make Tayammum in this case. If she is unable to do so by herself,
someone else can help her. Allaah Knows best. - - ▓███▓

Fathwa, - The brownish discharge which comes during and immediately after menstruation
Question
I suffer from having a long menstrual period. Before the menstrual
period, a dark brownish discharge comes out continuously for two days.
Then another brownish discharge comes out for two daysafter the
menstrual period. The total of discharge is eleven days: a discharge
for two days before menstruation, the natural menstrual period lasts
for seven days, and then anotherdischarge comes out for two days after
the menstrual period. The Shaykhs provided contradicting views in this
respect. Some say that the discharge before the menstrual period, not
the discharge which comes out after, is considered menstruation.
Others say that the discharge before the menstrual period is not
considered menstruation, although they say that purity is not achieved
unless the brownish discharge completely stops, i.e. after the ninth
day. In both cases, however, I blame myself because Ifeel that I am
wrong and was not correctly directed. Please advise.May Allaah Reward
you.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The issues of menstruation are ramified and complicatedand therefore
scholars past and present provided different relevant opinions and
Fataawa in this regard, each according to the sound opinion from his
point of view. Nevertheless, you should consult a trustworthy
andreligious scholar and then act according to his opinion. You should
not ask more than one scholar about the same issue, for this causes
you confusion and disturbance. Following the opinion of only one
scholar will spare you all this.
As for the question, the brownish discharge which comes out
immediately before and after the menstrual period for four days is
considered menstruation and the relevant rulings are applied. If the
brownish discharge exceeded the maximum period of menstruation which
is fifteen days and she can distinguish the menstrual blood from
others, she can act accordingly. Otherwise, she has to count her usual
menstruation period. Allaah Knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

The Virtue of Nurturing Girls - II
Consider, may Allaah have mercy upon you, how Allaah The Almighty
mentions houses in relation to women in three occasions in His Book,
despite thefact that these houses (in most cases) belong to their
guardians. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):
• {And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allaah
and wisdom.} [Quran 33:34]
• {And abide in your houses.} [Quran 33:33]
• {Do not turn them out of their [husbands'] houses.} [Quran 65:1]
So, be eager to bring up your daughters to abide in the home, and
adhere to firmness for it is more beneficial for their religion and
more likely to bring you honor in this world and the Hereafter.
Third: Giving her shelter in a house full of Thikr (mentioning and
remembering Allaah), worship and righteous deeds. It is true that some
women do not come out of their houses, but their houses, at the same
time, are inhabited by the human devils and the jinn, where women do
not veil themselves from the men who are not their Mahrams
(unmarriageable relatives), and their sons and those of the paternal
and maternal uncles and aunts go and come and enter everywhere they
like with neither a cover nor a veil.
The same is true of the driver andthe servant, as if they have foster
relations with them, for they enter upon the women of the house with
no veil. Such a house is not fit to be a refuge, for it is a house in
which honor is violated.
Also, some women do not come out of their houses, but their houses are
filled with corruption-causing devices and channels of singing and
adultery. The girl there thus learns, listens to and sees what is
unlawful, is temptedaway from her religion and straysand gets
corrupted more than if she goes to markets.
Is this a refuge, O slaves of Allaah?
The real refuge lies in a screeningshelter that guards and maintains
your honor: "Whoever has three daughters whom he gives refuge,
provides for and shows mercy to, Paradise is inevitably guaranteed for
him."
That was the refuge; now what isintended by providing for them?
This is explained in the narration of Muslim: "Whoever looks after two
girls until they attain the ageof maturity." An-Nawawi said, "It means
to raise them andprovide them with sustenance." It is further
explained in his (the Prophet's saying: "And dresses them from what he
has."
Yes, O slaves of Allaah! To provide the woman with what she
necessarily needs of food, clothing and sustenance is among the
obligatory duties and one of the greatest acts that bring men closer
to Allaah.
Men should provide women with these things so that they would not need
to come out of the house to work and earn their living. They should
provide them with these necessities so that they would not think about
committing a sin or deviation.
The Prophet said: "To provide for them," and did not say to make them
transgress by giving them what is beyond their needs as many fathers,
may Allaah guide them, do with their daughters. They give their
daughters all that they ask for, and whenever one's daughter has a
desire for a certain thing, they hasten to buy it for her to fulfill
her desire, and whenever they request anything, they hurrywith full
power in response to her command.
This kind of indulgence destroys the girl and would shorten her
marital life. Once such a girl moves to the house of her husband and
is no longer pampered, she rebels against herhusband because she
misses what she was brought up on.
On the other extreme are other men who fall short of fulfilling the
necessities of their women, shouting at them things like,"Why do you
not come out and work like so-and-so who obtains her needs and what is
sufficient for her?" Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And [they
are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly
but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate.} [Quran 25:67]
The third qualification and condition included under being kind (to
girls) lie in his statement: "And shows mercy to them." What is the
real nature of mercy? What is intended by it?
The first thing that occurs to the mind is its apparent and general
meaning; to show mercy to themis to sympathize and show pity for them,
not to beat them, and everything else included in the meaning of
mercy, which are, no doubt, true. However, the real mercy one should
show girls lies in two things:
First: to show mercy to them by earnestly seeking and seriously
working to keep them away fromthe Wretched Settlement that is the
Fire. That is to bring them up on the rituals of Islam, the
establishment of prayers, adherence to Hijaab and the maintenance of
their chastity: {O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your
families froma Fire whose fuel is people and stones.} [Quran 66:6]
The man who shows sympathy towards his daughters, pampers them and is
spiritually and materially kind to them, and, at the same time does
not command them to perform prayers, to observe fast or to adhere to
Hijaab, is in fact a tyrant and plain enemy of them, for he is not
sincere in advising them, and he does not help themand keep them away
from the Fire of Hell.
That is the real mercy, O companyof believers. The Prophet said: "My
parable in relation to that of my Ummah (nation) is like a man who
kindled a fire and when it lit all around him, moths and insects
started falling into the fire. I am there to catch hold of you (in
order to save you) from the fire. But you plunge into it and overpower
my efforts."
This is only one of many forms with which Allaah The Almighty honored
the woman and raised her esteem. Which honor and high esteem are
better than exhorting men to enter Paradise and be gathered in the
company of the Prophet and kept awayfrom the Fire of Hell, if they are
kind to the girls in their care, look after their affairs and take
care of them perfectly?
So, fear Allaah, O slave-girl of Allaah, and be proud of that honor,
and remember that the final statement of the Prophet before he left
this world was: "And I advise you to be kind and good to women."
Thus, he commanded and advised us to be good and kind to you, O woman.
So, be a good helper to your guardians to achieve that great task, and
bear in mind that your honor and glory lie in your adherence to your
religion. And, O men, be good and kind to your girls – your daughters
and sisters, and be aware of the fact that this great reward you have
been told about is qualified by these heavy qualifications, which are
easy for the person on whom Allaah The Almighty makes it easy, and
within the capacity of him who strives his utmost and is eager todo
them.
And Allaah is the guardian of success. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

The Virtue of Nurturing Girls - I
This article in its two parts, Allaah willing, will be about a
righteous good deed, and whoever performs it perfectly, according to
its required conditions, will attain three things:
First : he will be veiled from Hell and never enter it.
Second : on the Day of the Greatest Terror, (i.e. the Day of
Judgment), he will be gathered inthe company of the Prophet .
Third : Paradise will be guaranteed for him, where he will be in the
company of the Prophet .
What an excellent and great reward this is! This great reward, O
believers, requires that certain conditions be fulfilled perfectly.
What is this deed and what are its conditions?
I say, seeking the help of Allaah The Exalted, that it is to take
careof girls, being in charge of them and looking after their affairs
andinterests. That is the position of our religion with the woman whom
it honors, maintains, and guards; it encourages men to enter Paradise
and receive great rewards should they take care of her and guard her.
How great the favors of Allaah The Almighty are on the daughters of
Eve and how sad that some people show ingratitude and deny them!
The Prophet said in an authentic Hadeeth on the authority of the
Mother of the Believers 'Aa'ishah : "Whichever (people) are tried by
any of them (girls), and he treats them kindly, they will screen him
from the fire (of Hell)." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
He further said: "Whoever has three girls and is patient with them and
clothes them from what he has, they will veil him from the fire (of
Hell)."
That is the first reward that you, O slave of Allaah, would receive
for that work, which is to be screened and veiled from the fire of
Hell, and whoever is drawn away from the fire and admitted to Paradise
has indeed attained his desire.
May Allaah make us all among those who attain that reward!
Concerning the second reward, which is to be gathered in the company
of the Prophet it was narrated on the authority of Anas that he said,
"The Messenger of Allaah said: 'Whoever looks after two girls until
they attain the age of maturity, would come on the Dayof Judgment with
me and him being (as close to each other) as these (and he joined his
fingers).'" [Muslim]
As for the third reward, then consider the following texts:
It was narrated on the authority of Jaabir that the Prophet said:
"'Whoever has three daughters whom he gives refuge to, provides for
and shows mercyto, Paradise is certainly guaranteed for him." A man
asked, "And (for) two, O Messenger of Allaah?" He replied: "And also
(for the one who has) two (daughters)." [Ahmad] [Al-Bukhaari in
Al-Adab Al-Mufrad]
It was narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'eed that the Prophet said:
"No one has three or two daughters or sisters, and he fears Allaah
regarding them and is kind to them, except that he will enter
Paradise."
It was narrated on the authority of Anas that he said, "The Messenger
of Allaah said: 'Whoever has two daughters or sisters to whom he is
kind as long as they are with him, he andI will be in Paradise (as
close to each other) as these (and then heput two of his fingers
together).'"
What a great reward this is! And, what an excellent position this is!
However, such great rewards have heavy qualifications and various
objectives that must be realized by great striving and patience.
What are these conditions and restrictions?
All the conditions are included in his (the Prophet's ) saying: "And
he is kind to them."
To be kind to girls in such a way as to befit the Sharee'ah is the
all-inclusive condition and the greatest qualification. The narrations
previously mentioned came to explicate and clarify in detail this
general reference. The Prophet said: "…Whom he gives refuge to,
provides for and shows mercy to."
Al-Haafith said, "All these terms are included under the term "Ihsaan"
(to be kind)."
What is the meaning of giving refuge to them? What is intendedby
providing for them? And, how should we show mercy to them?
Giving refuge has three facets:
First: Giving her refuge with a good righteous mother, to be an
example for her to follow. The first stage of giving refuge to girls
is to keep them with a righteous pious chaste mother tomaintain and
guard them. Have you not heard the advice of the Prophet : "Then,
succeed (by choosing) the religious woman lest you would lose (good)"?
Second: Giving her refuge in her boudoir, inside her house, which is
to teach her to abide in her house and not to come out unless there is
a necessity, an urgent need or an act of worship. In other words: "To
attend the goodness and supplications of Muslims."
That is the significance of the statement of Allaah The Almighty(which
means): {And abide in your houses.} [Quran 33:33]
Allaah The Almighty commands women to abide in their houses, for it is
more suitable to screen them and guard their lives.

righteous good deed, and whoever performs it perfectly, according to
its required conditions, will attain three things:

Controlling Anger: An Essential Skill for Educators - II
Keep your energy for construction not destruction:
If a person does not control himself in critical situations and
surrenders to the dictates of anger and strong agitation, he will find
himself consuming an enormous quantity of his inner energy, which is
supposed to be exploited in the process of construction, education,
teaching, constructive dialogue, developing the skills of the children
and enjoying a quiet everyday life. This kind of life is full of
worshiping Allaah The Almighty, reciting the Quran, good companionship
inside the family, helping people and even removing harmful objects
from the road.
Come and take the following steps towards anger management:
- Always remind yourself that uncontrollable anger is one of the
features of weakness in the upbringing process, whereas curbing and
managing anger as well as acting fairly with the children while in
this state, represents the apex of the strength and positivity of the
person who assumes the upbringing process and it is a meritorious
quality distinguishing the righteous slaves of Allaah The Almighty. It
was narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said:
"There is no dose that is more rewarded by Allaah The Almighty than a
dose of anger that a slave restrains for His sake." [Ibn Maajah]
[Al-Albaani: Saheeh]
- At the moment of anger when you feel that an ember is burninginside
you, start counting from one to ten before uttering any word and ask
yourself this question, "What should I say nowto make my child benefit
from this situation?"
- Review the situation that sparked your anger because of your child
and rethink the motives behind such acts. For instance, your child
spilled a cup of milk on his clothes during breakfast because he was
trying to be independent and he did notintend to annoy you. Your
agitation in this situation prevents him from trying to do this again
successfully.
- Express what you feel to your child while you are angry and address
him with strong words that take him to a higher level of behavior,
which you were expecting of him. An angry father, for example, may
say,"Son, I was angry about your misbehavior yesterday when you came
home late. I was expecting you to be aware of the proper time when you
should return home which I previously set for you."
- Use the method of neglect and temporary desertion. You might not
talk with your child for long hours or answer his questions with
lengthy speech. Show no concern for him till the blaze of anger dies
down, taking into account the level of strictness in doing so. Surely,
you will realize that this method is very fruitful inguiding the child
compared to the other methods that you might resort to when you are
angry.
- Remember that lowering your voice while talking to children helps
you feel less angry and demonstrates your ability to control yourself
and control them. If the child sees that you have lost control of your
temper, this portrays you as a weak person, and he will imitate your
weakness or take advantage of it.
- You can use written messages to express your refusal of some of your
children's requests or behavior. This is an efficient way that can be
used with all people; like spouses, friends and children. That is
because we think more wisely, analytically, and rationally when we
write than when we improvise decisions, judgments and reprimands.
Also, agitation cannot be conveyed through writing as clearly as
through speaking. By doing so, you will certainly notice that the
intensity of our anger and the anger of ourchildren will decrease.
- Seek the help of Allaah The Almighty in carrying out your decisions
and always remember the advice of the Prophet "Do not get angry." Use
the methods that the Prophet instructed us to do in order to resist
anger, such as making ablution, taking abath, changing one's position
from standing to sitting and from sitting to lying down, and
frequently seeking refuge with Allaah The Almighty from the accursed
Satan.
Finally, whoever is assuming the upbringing process, remember the following:
Successful management of one's agitation and anger is real strength.
The Prophet taught us, saying: "A strong person is not the one who
overpowers others; rather, a strong person is the one who controls
himself at the time of anger." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
It also means caring for others, looking for right solutions to change
the children's unacceptable behavior, and determination to succeed in
your upbringing duty without severingthe strong bonds which connect
you together.
Raging anger remains a negative and destructive force in which the
child's response comes out artificial and temporary because it
occurred due to fear or the desire to assuage anger and its
consequences. It does not change the reality of the child for the
better, but often aggravates it.
Now, start immediately and decide that: "From now on, therewill be no
more violence or angerwith our children – Allaah willing." - -

Controlling Anger: An Essential Skill for Educators - I
A US TV channel presented a series on the views of children onthe way
in which their parents discipline them. The channel hosted some
intelligent children who are able to articulate their views clearly
and strongly every week, and in doing so, they would ask them a set of
questions.
In one of the episodes, a mother listened to her child on the
television expressing his views and notes, and talking about the issue
of disciplining. The mother was greatly astonished when sheheard what
her son had said. Thereason will be shown in this dialogue that took
place betweenthe mother and her son when he returned home.
Mother: Have I ever cut any amount of your daily pocket money as a punishment?
Son: No.
Mother: Have I ever confined you in your room all day?
Son: No.
Mother: Have I ever told you that Iwill stop you from playing because
you are a naughty child?
Son: No.
Mother: So, why did you claim that I had done all these things with
you on television?
Son: I had to say all these things; otherwise, I would have had to say
that you yell at me every day!
Dear readers and people responsible for the upbringing process,
Perhaps this scene is often repeated in many homes – unchecked anger
explodes, resulting in furious outbursts, throwing insults and
name-calling. And who is the target of all these things? It is the
nearest and dearest person to your heart – your child!
Does the responsibility of raising children cause a psychological
crisis for the people who are responsible for it?
In the absence of positive programming of behavior and parenting
attitudes towards the disruptive, inappropriate and unacceptable
behavior of their children, caregivers may resort toactions and
reactions that are associated with anger and tension, and these are
usually negative and destructive. Thus, our Prophet warned us against
acting in the state of anger and ordered us to do things that remove
it and reduce its intensity. That is because at such times, a person
may often act rashly.
What is anger?
Linguistically, anger is the opposite of satisfaction and – according
to Ibn 'Arafah – it is a state in the hearts of human beings which is
praiseworthy sometimes and dispraised at other times. The praiseworthy
type of anger is that which happens to support religion and the truth
in the context of correction and reforming. Beyondthese contexts,
anger becomes dispraised.
What happens when you becomeangry?
Agitation sparks involuntary reactions, which irritate the nerves,
move the emotions, suspend thinking, make one lose his balance and it
increases the heart rate, blood pressure and the flow of blood to the
brain. The organs are disturbed and thisclearly shows on the person's
features – his color changes, he trembles, his limbs shake, he is not
in his normal moderate mood, his appearance becomes ugly, and he
behaves in a mannerthat is beyond his normal boundaries. If the person
does not restrain himself, his tongue will utter foul words and
insults and his hand will stretch out to beat and commit violence.
During angry outbursts, one's heart rate accelerates per minuteto
double the quantity of the blood flow that the heart pumps or that
which runs in the blood vessels with each pulse. This causes high
blood pressure and increases the secretion of adrenaline.
Should we lose our temper whenever our children make a mistake? How
can we bring themup successfully knowing that thisstage is
characterized by making mistakes; since they lack knowledge and
experience in many of their life affairs and are supposed to be living
under their parents' guidance and care? Therefore, whoever is
responsiblefor the upbringing process must learn the art of anger
management, because controlling one's temper has a significant impact
on controlling the behavior of your children. If you keep yourself
calm and manage to get through the difficult situations without
agitating your anger, your communication with your children will be
more effective and your punishment will be more efficient.
Therefore, we invite you to manage your anger, not to cancelit. The
Prophet recommendedus to avoid anger, and at the same time he praised
the one who becomes angry when the rules of Sharee'ah (Islamic
legislation) are violated. He made this prohibition only to warn
against the negative effects of anger and forbade us from negative
anger. It is possible thatman's anger and agitation turn to positive
qualities should he properly manage and control them. We do not mean
to cancel it altogether because angry feelings are the source of power
and interaction, and represent the sign of his concern about his
religion and values. These feelings help man protect his
life,religion, honor and property.
Concerning the upbringing process, if parents and people who assume
the responsibility of raising children do not become angry about the
unacceptable behavior of their children, this will be a sign of the
passivity of the educator and his lack of responsibility. It also
shows his incorrect estimation of the Hereafter-related results of
negligence in raising the children.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {O you who have believed,
protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people
and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they
do not disobey Allaah in what He commands them but do what they are
commanded.} [Quran 66:6] The Prophet said: "Allaah will question every
caretaker concerning those whom He put under his care whether he had
borne the responsibility or neglected it." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]

- fasting, - Fasting lasts until the sun sets and is not assome of the Shi’ah say.
I am asking about the topic of fasting and breaking the fast. I was
speaking to my neighbours who follow the Shi'i madhhab, and they
recited to me a verse of Qur'aan which says that fasting is from the
time of the white thread until night, and itis not until sunset only.
This is what they said to me. I hope that you can advise me, may Allah
reward you with the best of rewards.
Praise be to Allaah.
The time of fasting on which the Muslims are unanimously agreed
andwhich they have followed from the time of the Prophet (blessingsand
peace of Allah be upon him) and his Companions until the present day
is from the break of the true dawn until when the disk of the sun
disappears completely beneath the horizon. This is indicatedby the
Qur'aan and Sunnah and definitive consensus of the Muslims.
Allah says (interpretationof the meaning): "then complete your Sawm
(fast) till the nightfall [al-layl]" [al-Baqarah 2:187]. Al-layl
[translatedhere as nightfall] in the language of the Arabs starts when
the sun sets.
It says in al-Qamoos al-Muheet (1364): al-Layl:from the setting of the
sun until the break of the true dawn or sunrise. End quote.
It says in Lisaan al-'Arab (11/607): al-Layl: comes straight after the
end of al-Nahaar (day), and starts when the sun sets. End quote.
Al-Haafiz Ibn Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said in his
commentary on this verse:
The words of Allah "thencomplete your Sawm (fast) till the nightfall"
imply that breaking the fast at the moment of sunset is a shar'i rule.
End quote.
Tafseer al-Qur'aan al-'Azeem, 1/517
In fact some commentators have pointed out that the use of the
preposition ila (till) in this verse also implies hastening, because
that prepositionindicates reaching the end and achieving the goal.
Al-'Allaamah al-Taahir ibn 'Ashoor (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Ila al-layl (till the nightfall) means until one achieves that goal
and reaches the night, and the preposition ila ischosen to indicate
that one should hasten to break the fast when the sun sets, because
the preposition ila means that the purpose is achieved then, unlike
the preposition hatta (until). What is meant here is to indicate that
the fast is completed when the night begins. End quote.
Al-Tahreer wa'l-Tanweer, 1/181
All of that is supported by what is narrated in al-Saheehayn from
Ameer al-Mu'mineen 'Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allah be pleased with
him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be
upon him) said: "When the night comes from here and the day departs
from here, and the sun sets, then it is time for the fasting person to
break his fast."Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1954) and Muslim (1100).
In this hadeeth the coming of night from the east and the
disappearance of the disk of the sun below the horizon are mentioned
together, which is something that is well known, because darkness
starts from the East as soon as the light of the sun disappears below
the horizon. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The phrase "when night comes from here" meansfrom the east, and what
is meant is when darkness becomes discernible. In this hadeeth he
mentioned three things, because even though they are interconnected in
fact, they may appear not to be connected, and it may be thought that
night is coming from theeast when it has not yet come, because
something is covering the light of the sun; the same is also true of
the departure of day. Hence it is clarified by the words "and the sun
sets", as an indication that it is essential to confirm that night has
come and day has gone, and that these events occur because of the
setting of the sun and not for any other reason.End quote.
Fath al-Baari, 4/196
Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The scholars said: each of these three things implies the other two
and is interconnected with them. Rather he mentioned them together
because a person may be in a valley and the like in such a way that he
cannot see the setting ofthe sun, so he relies on the coming of
darkness and the disappearing of daylight. End quote.
Sharh Muslim, 7/209
Al-Bukhaari (1955) and Muslim (1101) narrated that 'Abd-Allaah ibn Abi
Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We were with the Messenger
of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) on a journey and
he was fasting. When the sun set, he said to one of thepeople: O So
and so, get up and make saweeq forus (mix it with water so that we can
drink it). He said O Messenger of Allah, why not wait till the
evening? He said: Dismount and make saweeq for us. He said: OMessenger
of Allah, why not wait till the evening? He said: Dismount and make
saweeq for us. He said: It is still day. He said: Dismount and
makesaweeq for us. So he dismounted and made saweeq for them, and the
Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) drank it, thenhe
said: When you see that night has come from here, then let the fasting
person break his fast.
Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
This hadeeth indicates that it is mustahabb to hasten to break the
fast and that it is not permissible to refrain from eating and
drinking for any part of the night at all; rather assoon as it is
established that the sun has set, it is permissible to break the fast.
End quote.
Fath al-Baari, 4/197.
Moreover, the fact that there is consensus among the Muslims regarding
breaking the fast and eating as soon as one hears the muezzin give the
call to Maghrib prayer when the sun disappears is evidence that this
is the truth and the one who goes against that is following something
other than the way of the believers and has introduced something into
the religion for which he has no proof or reports from the scholars.
Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Maghrib comes immediately after the sun has set, and this is something
on which there is consensus. Something concerning this was narrated
from the Shi'ah to which no attention should be paidand which has no
basis. End quote.
Sharh Muslim, 5/136
In fact, in many of the books of the Shi'ah it mentions that on which
there is consensus among the Muslims concerning this matter. Some of
them narrated from Ja'far al-Saadiq (may Allah have mercy on him) that
he said: "When the sun sets, it becomes permissible to break the fast
and it becomes obligatory to offer the prayer." End quote.
Al-Baroojardi narrated from the author of al-Da'aa'im that he said: We
narrated from Ahl al-Bayt -- may the blessings of Allah be upon them
all -- that there was consensus concerning that which we learned from
the reports from them, that the onset of night whichmakes it
permissible for the fasting person to break the fast is the
disappearance of the sun beneath the westernhorizon without any
barrier which would prevent seeing it such asa mountain or wall and
the like. When the disk disappears beneath the horizon, then the night
has begun and it is permissible to break the fast. End quote.
Jaami' Ahaadeeth al-Shi'ah, 9/165
To sum up: what are some of the Shi'ah do now, of delaying Maghrib
prayer and the breaking of the fast untilsometime after the sun has
set is contrary to what is indicated by the Holy Qur'aan, the
saheehSunnah of the Prophet and the consensus of theMuslims.
Moreover it is contrary to what they themselves narrated from their Imams!

speaking to my neighbours who follow the Shi'i madhhab, and they
recited to me a verse of Qur'aan which says that fasting is from the
time of the white thread until night, and itis not until sunset only.

- fasting, - He did not fast Ramadan and he thought negatively of Allah, may He be exalted.
Will god ever forgive me? i lost my self and i lost my faith i didn't
fast on the last Ramadan andi hated god during that time i thought
that he was the cause of all my miseries do i still have a chance to
enter Islam again? and will god forgive me or am i doomed?.
Praise be to Allaah.
Firstly:
We ask Allah, may He be exalted, to accept your repentance, forgive
you your sins, open your heart to faith and guidance, and to keep away
from your mind all negative thoughts of your Lord and Creator, for
there is nothing stranger than a person thinking negatively of his
Lord when He has blessed him and bestowed upon him thousands of
blessings, the greatest of which are the blessing of Islam and the
blessing of reason. For He has chosen him from among His creation and
has not made him a disbeliever; He has blessed him by making him a
human who thinks rationally and ponders things, unlike animals and
thosewho are insane. And He has created in his body and soul blessings
of which no one knows thenumber except Allah.
One of Allah's blessings isthat He tests His slave with some
calamities in order to expiate some ofhis bad deeds, or to increase
him in status, orto remind him that he will return to Him and stand
before Him. How often has a person turned away from Allah, then
calamity was the means that caused him to turn back to Allah
andrepent, and ultimately turned out to be a means that led to
happiness and joy.
When a person is certainthat Allah, may He be exalted, is more
mercifulto him than anyone else,he will be content with His decree,
will bear with patience that with which He tests him, and will hope
for relief granted by Him.
Think about the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon you; thiswill
increase your gratitude towards Him and will make you recognise His
bounty. Remember that no calamity befalls you but there is something
good for you in it.
The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "No
exhaustion, sickness, worry, grief, harm or distress befalls a
believer, not even a thorn that pricks him, but Allah will expiate
some of his bad deeds thereby."
Narrated by al-Bukhaari,5642; Muslim, 2573
At-Tirmidhi (2399) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased
with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah
be upon him) said: "Calamities will continueto befall the believing
man or woman affectinghimself or his child or hiswealth, until he will
meet Allah with no sin on him."
At-Tirmidhi (2398) and Ibn Maajah (4023) narrated that Sa'd ibn Abi
Waqqaas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I said: O Messenger of
Allaah, which people are most severely tested? He said: "The Prophets,
then the next best and the next best. A person istested according to
his religious commitment. If he is steadfast in his religious
commitment, he will be tested more severely, and if he is shaky in his
religious commitment, his test willbe according to his commitment.
Trials will continue to afflict a person until they leave him walking
on the earth with no sin on him."
Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.
Secondly:
If a person feels resentment towards Allah, may He be exalted,in his
heart, or is angry with His decree or thinksnegatively of Him – Allah
forbid – then let him renew his Islam and utter the Shahaadatayn (twin
declaration of faith), and let him strive hard and do righteous deeds.
He does not have to make up the fasts that he deliberately omitted,
because that is an act of worship that is connected to a specific
time; if a person deliberately omitted it atthe time it was due, it
would not be accepted from him after that. Moreover, Islam erases what
came before it of sins.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: Whatis
the ruling on the Muslim who for many years did not fast Ramadan, even
though he did some of the otherobligatory duties, and he had no
impediment that was keeping him from fasting? Does he have to make up
the fasts if he repents?
He replied:
The correct view is that he does not have to make up the fasts if he
repents, because in the case of every act of worship that is connected
to a specific time, if a person deliberately delays it without an
excuse, then Allah will not accept it from him.
Based on that, there is no benefit in making it up. But he has to
repent to Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, and do a lot of
righteousdeeds. And whoever repents, Allah will turn to him in mercy.

Praise be to Allaah.
The one who enters i'tikaaf should not leave his place of i'tikaaf

tend to his needs, such as bringing food and drink if there is no one

Islamic Stories, - The Pious Man and the Shopkeeper
There lived a pious man all by himself, who spentmost of his time in
praying, fasting and praising Allah. Almost all his waking hours were
utilised in meditation and devotions. He was very happy with his
spiritual progress. No wicked thoughts came to his mind and no evil
temptations entered his heart.
One night, he dreamt a rather disturbing dream. He saw that a
shopkeeper in the town was far superior to him in spirituality and
that he must go to him to learn the basics of true spiritual life.
In the morning, the pious man went in search of the shopkeeper. He
found him busy with his customers, selling goods and collecting money
with a cheerful face. He sat there in a corner of the shop and watched
the shopkeeper carefully. No signs of anyspiritual life at all, he
said to himself. His dream could not be true. But then he saw the
shopkeeper disappear topray his Salah. When he returned, he was busy
dealing with money matters again.
The shopkeeper noticed the pious man sitting in the corner and
asked:"As Salamu Alaikum, would you like something, brother?"
"Wa Alaikum As Salam. Oh! No! No!" said the pious man. "I don't wantto
buy anything, but I want to ask you a question." He then related his
dream.
"Well, that is very simple to explain," said the shopkeeper, "but you
will have to do something for me beforeI answer your question."
"I will do anything for you," replied the pious man.
"All right! Take this saucer; there is some mercury in it. Go to the
other end of the street and come back fast within half an hour. If the
mercury falls out of the saucer, you will hear nothing from me. There
you go now."
The pious man took the saucer and started running. The mercury nearly
wobbled out of the saucer. He saved it just in time, and slowed down.
Then he remembered he had to return within half an hour, so he started
walking at a fast pace. Atlong last he returned puffing and
panting."Here is your mercury, safe and sound," he told the
shopkeeper. "Now tell me the true interpretation of my dream."
The shopkeeper looked at the pious man's wearycondition and asked him:
"Well, friend, how many times did you remember Allah while you were
going from this end of the street to the other?"
"Remember Allah!" exclaimed the pious man. "I did not remember Him at
all. I was so worried about the mercury in the saucer."
"But I do remember Him all the time," said the shopkeeper. "When I
amdoing my business, I am also carrying mercury in a saucer. I am
fair, honest and kind to my customers. I never forgetAllah Ta'ala in
my dealings with other men."
"Men whom neither trade nor sale (business) diverts from the
remembrance of Allaah (with heart and tongue) nor from performing
As‑Salaah (Iqaamat‑as‑Salaah) norfrom giving the Zakaah. They fear a
Day when hearts and eyes will be overturned (out of the horror of the

Islamic Stories, - Thirst for Learning
Hadhrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) says:
"After the passing away of the Prophet (peace beupon him), I said to
an Ansari friend of mine: 'The Prophet is not now with us. But a large
number of Sahabah are still among us. Let us go to them and get
knowledge of the Islamic practices.' He said: ' Who is going to
approach you for learning a regulation in the presence of these
eminent Sahabah?' I wasnot discouraged. I kept up my quest for
knowledge and approached every person who was supposed to have heard
something from the Prophet. I managed to gather substantial
information from the Ansar. If on my visit to someone of the Sahabah,
I found him asleep, I spread my shawl at the gate and satwaiting.
Sometimes my face and body would getcovered with dust, but I kept
sitting till they woke and I was able to contact them. Some of them
said: 'Abdullah you are the cousin of the Prophet; you could have sent

to them: 'I must come to you, for I am a student and you are my
teachers.' Some people for whom I had waited said: 'Since when have
you been waiting for us?' I informed them that I had been sitting
there for a pretty long time. They said: 'What a pity! You could have
awakened us from our sleep.' I said: 'I did not like to disturb you
for my own sake.' I thus carried on my pursuits, till there came a
time when people began to flock to me for learning. My Ansari friend
realizedthis at that time and remarked: 'This boy has surely proved
himself more sensible than us.'"

Besides our quest for knowledge to earn a livelihood in this world, we
must as well gain sufficient knowledge of Islam. No matter what age
group we belong to at this moment, we should atleast have that much
Islamic knowledgewith which we can turn our 24 hours life into
worship. Those with knowledge and practice will be exalted in this
world and in the hereafter. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Some of them
said: 'Abdullah you are the cousin of the Prophet; you could have sent
for us. Why did you take the trouble of coming to our places?' I said
to them: 'I must come to you, for I am a student and you are my
teachers.' Some people for whom I had waited said: 'Since when have

Fathwa, - Ruling on Washing Eggs
Question
Why are chicken eggs notwashed before they are cooked ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
There is nothing wrong with washing chicken eggs before cooking them
for hygienic reasons so as to avoid anything that may be unclean, yet
it is not obligatory. The dischargethat covers chicken eggs is clean
according to the majority of scholars, especially from chickens that
were fed on pure fodder; since it is from a pure and eatable animal.
The Maaliki scholar Ibn Farhoon said: " Eggs should be washed
beforebreaking, but if they are not washed there is no harm. " In
fact, eggs should be washed because of the possibilitythat they might
be from hens whose fodder is impure. Jurists label such animals as
"Jallaalah"; i.e.any animal fed on impurities. Held

Fathwa, - Scholars’ opinion on one who cannot wash his ears due to illness
Question
I have a problem: during ablution. I cannot wipe my ears with water
because it causes me constant pain and also I have a severe allergy to
water entering my ears, even if is a small amount. Is there a solution
for my condition ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The majority of Muslim scholars, including Imaams Maalik and Abu
Haneefah , Ash-Shaafi'i and Ahmad ruled that wiping over the
earsduring ablution is a Sunnah and not obligatory.
Hence, there is no blame upon the questioner to give up wiping over
her ears if it is proven to bring harm to her. Allaah The Exalted Says
(what means): { and has not placed upon you in religion any
difficulty. } [Quran 22:78]
The adopted opinion of the Hanbali school of Fiqh in this regard is
that wiping over the ears during ablution is obligatory since the
Prophet , said: " The ears are part of the head. " [Ahmad, Abu
Daawood and At-Tirmithi]
Accordingly, if wiping over your ears would bring harm to you, then
you should perform dry ablution; you should wash all the other
organsof ablution with water and then apply dry ablution to your ears.

Fathwa, - Does drinking camels' milk invalidate Wudhoo’?
Question
Does drinking milk invalidate Wudhoo' (ablution)? It is narrated that
'Abdullaah ibn 'Umar, May Allaah Be Pleased with them, heard the
Messenger of Allaah , saying: "Perform Wudhoo' for eating camel meat
and do notperform Wudhoo' for eating sheep meat; perform Wudhoo' for
drinking camel milk and do not perform Wudhoo' for drinking sheep
milk; Pray in the dwellings of sheep anddo not pray in the resting
places of camels." [Ibn Maajah] What is the degree of authenticity of
this Hadeeth?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
The view that drinking camel milk invalidates Wudhoo' is one of the
two narrations of Ahmad in this respect. Nevertheless, the second
narration is adopted since it accords with the opinion of the majority
of scholars.
As for the Hadeeth mentioned in the question, it is ranked as Dha'eef
(weak) by Al-Albaani in his classification of Sunan At-Tirmithi.
