ENGLISH TAFSIR - TAFSIR IBN ABBAS
Allah then mentions the lawfulness of cultivating land and raising cattle, saying: (O mankind) O people of Mecca! (Eat of that which is lawful and wholesome) that is not prohibited by Allah (in the earth) of what is cultivated in lands and of cattle, (and follow not the footsteps of the devil) the embellishments and whisperings of the devil concerning the unlawfulness of the cultivation of land and of raising cattle. (Lo! He is an open enemy for you) whose enmity towards youis quite manifest.

The study by the Scripps Translational Science Institute (STSI) found that the endothelial blood cells from heart attack patients are abnormally large and misshapen, sometimes appearing with multiple nuclei. That could make them reliable indicators of an impending heart attack, according to the study published this week in Science Translational Medicine. “The ability to diagnose an imminent heart attack has long been considered the holy grail of cardiovascular medicine,” said EricTopol, the study’s main investigator and director of STSI. Feeling some distress or waswaas (insinuating whispers from the Shaytaan)?
Just increase in Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) , seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan & focus on worship & other good deeds, until your distress is eased. The One Who relieves distress is Allah, so if anything befalls a personhe MUST turn to Allah, ask Him & call upon Him, whether that has to do with attaining something desired or removing something disliked!

When a pious man approached death, he shouted,
'If only it was new, if only it was far, and if only it wascomplete!'
When asked why, he responded,
'I saw a palace in Jannah in exchange for a robe I gave to the poor, and I prayed that it was new, I saw another palace in Jannah inexchange for me carrying aman to the Masjid, so I prayed it was further, then I saw another palace in Jannah in exchange for me feeding a portion of my meal to the orphan, so I prayed I gave the child a complete meal.'
