Celal Şengör has claimed that 40,000 species disappear every year and
that 1,000 new species evolve to replacethem. But the idea that new
species evolve is an invalid one.
It is true that new species are discovered every year. There may betwo
explanations of this:
Newly discovered species may be one that already exist but have never
been encounteredbefore. Indeed, the regions where such species are
discovered are arid lands, distant oceans or the sea bed, where no
research has been conducted before. These species that emerge as new
research is performed, are very probably ones that have been around
for years but that no one has come across before.
A second possibility is that these new species have just been created.
Allah's creation out of nothing takes place out of human sight, where
itcannot be seen. (Allah knows the truth.) Allah creates as a
miracle. But unless He wills otherwise, nothing of this kind happens
beforepeople's eyes, in a zoo, for instance.
Two important points need to be clarified here:
This is that if it is to be claimed that the species in question have
evolved, we should also be able to find species inthe course of
evolving, alongside these perfectlydeveloped ones. A thousand new
species a year is a large number, and the signs of this supposed
evolution should be visible. But there is not the slightest evidence
of this. All the life forms discovered arecomplete, perfect and
flawless.
Second, the living things described as new species are usually
variations . Darwinists frequently engage in propaganda and describe
variations as "species." The fact is that the newly discovered life
form carries information of the frog that has been living for 200
million years. This is no new life form. No new information has been
added to the frogs we are already familiar with, and they have not
turned into a new species somehow different from the frog. This
difference is nothing more than that between a white man and a black
man.
The purple-patterned atelopus frog newly discovered in Surinam may
differ in terms of appearance and pattern, but it is simply a variation
of normal frog species. It is not a new species, as has been claimed
in Darwinist publications. In terms of its anatomical structure it is
identical to the frog below, which dates backsome 200 million years.

The invalidity of the claim that man's ancestors lived in caves
Celal Şengör claimed in the program that humanbeings' ancestors were
primitive, cave-dwelling creatures. This is the "stone age" deception
put about for many years in order to be able to impose the idea of
evolution.
All the evidence for perfect civilizations existing tens of thousands
of years ago has been discovered in various archeological excavations.
But timber, of course, does not survive for tens of thousands of
years. It is oxidized by iron and rots. What remains from those times
is generally stone and bone. Lookingat these, Darwinists thenclaim
that odd-looking humanoid types lived primitive lives at a time they
refer to as the "stone age." The fact is though, that even if all
that has come down from that time is stone and bone, the evidence that
a perfect civilizationexisted at that time has still survived. Flute,
needle and many other discoveries from the time of the human race
Darwinists refer to as theNeanderthals all refute these claims. A
flute dating back 60,000 yearshas been shown to produce perfect notes
and half-notes. A needle made out of bone, on the other hand, is
exceedingly straight andhas a hole for thread to be passed through. It
is of course impossible to describe as primitive people who enjoyed
music and had a clothingculture such as to require the services of a
sewing needle. For moredetails, see http://www.thestoneage.org - -

The invalidity of the claim that the idea that whales evolved from bears did not originate with Darwin
Since they are unable to account for a mammal that lives in the sea,
Darwinists are unable to invent a scenario that might account for the
existence of the whale. They merely make do with claiming that a
land-dwelling life form returned to the sea. Darwin claimed that
whales evolved from bears hunting small insects on dry land. But Celal
Şengör rejected this embarrassing claim on Darwin's behalf, saying
that no such thing had ever appearedin any edition of Darwin's book.
But the fact is that in the first, 1865 edition of his The Origin of
Species , Darwin wrote:
"In North America the black bear was seen . . . swimming for hours
with widely open mouth, thus catching, like a whale, insects in the
water. Even in so extreme a case as this, if the supply of insects
were constant, and if better adapted competitors did not already exist
in the country, I can see no difficulty in a race of bears being
rendered, by natural selection, more and more aquatic in their
structure and habits, with larger and larger mouths, till a creature
was produced as monstrous as a whale."( The Origin of Species , 1st
edition, chapter 6, p. 184)
This passage was removed from later editions of the book, buthe
regretted its removal. In one of his letters he said:
"I still maintain that there is no special difficulty in a bear's
mouth being enlarged to any degree useful to its changing habits." (

Women In Traditional Jewish Society
Women in traditional Jewish society were not more fortunate than those
previously described.
In the Old Testament women were described as follows: "I applied mine
heart to know and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of
things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and
madness: And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart
snares and nets, and her hands as bands...
[Ecclesiastes(7:25-26)]
In the Septuagint, it says, "And if a man sells his daughter to be a
maidservant, she shall not go outas the menservants do. If she pleases
not her master, who has betrothed her to himself, then shall he let
her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no
power, seeing he has dealt deceitfully with her. And if he had
betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of
daughters. If he takes him another wife, her food, her raiment, and
her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish. If he does not do these
three unto her, then shall she go out free without money".
[Exodus (21:7-11)]
Thus, if a Jewish woman got married, her guardianship was transferred
from her father to her husband and she became as one of his
possessions such as hishouse, his slave, his maidservant or his money
or wealth. Jewish teachings and laws deprived the girl of her father's
inheritance if the father had other male children. In the Old
Testament, the Septuagint, it says:
"And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, 'If a man dies, and
has no son, then ye shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his
daughters'."
[Numbers (27:8)]
Moreover, Jewish men never sleptin the same bed with a menstruating
woman, or ate with her or drank with her. Jewish men used to isolate
themselves fully from a menstruating woman until she was completely
free from her menses. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Women In Chinese Society
Women in Chinese society occupied a low and degraded status. They were
customarily assigned the most despised and least important jobs and
positions. The male child was looked upon as a "gift" from the gods,
and treated accordingly. As for the female child, she had to endure
multiple hardships, like the binding of her feet in order tocripple
her from running and other customs. A Chinese proverbsays:
"Listen to your wife, but never believe what she says."
The status of women in the Chinese society was not much better than
that of the pagan pre-Islamic Arab and the Indian societies.
Women in Greek Society
Among the Greeks, women were degraded to the extent that men claimed
that women were nothing but the epitome of evil. There was no system
to protect women in that society. They weredeprived of the rights to
education; bought and sold like any other commodity; deprived of the
right of inheritance; and considered as minors with no rights to make
any transactions regard to possessions and wealth. Women were
subjected to the will of men throughout their lives. Divorce was an
absolute right of men. The common situation of women in the society
led some Greek thinkers to say:
"Woman's name must be locked up in the house, as it is the case with her body."
Gustave Le Bon , the French thinker, stated about the status of women
in the Greek society in his book "Arab Civilization" :
"Greeks, in general, considered women to be the lowest creatures of
the low. They were useful for nothing other than reproduction and
taking care of the household affairs. If a womangave birth to an
'ugly, retarded orhandicapped' child, the man could take the liberty
to kill the (unwanted or undesirable) child".
Demosthenes , the well-known Greek orator and thinker said:
"We Greek men enjoy the company of prostitutes for sexualpleasure;
'girl-friends' and 'sweet-hearts', to care of our daily needs, and we
marry to get 'legitimate' children".
From this licentious double standard, and depraved morality, we can
see what fortune women had in such a society based on the statement
issued by one of their top rank, well-known thinkers.
Woman in Roman Society
A woman in Roman society was also looked upon as an inferior being
that could not run her ownaffairs. All authority was in the hands of
men who totally dominated all private and public affairs. Men even had
the authority to sentence their wives to death in certain cases when
accused of specific crimes. The authority of man over woman in the
Roman society included the right to sell her, punish her with tortuous
punishments, send her into exile or kill her. The woman in Roman
society had to listen to and obey all commands given by the man. And
they were deprived of the right of inheritance. - - ▓███▓

Women In Indian Society
In Indian society women were treated generally as maids or slaves as
if they had no will or desire of their own. They had to follow their
husbands in all matters. Women were given as payment for loss to a
gambling opponent. To show devotion, they were forced to burn
themselves alive by jumping ontothe funeral pyre of their husbands
after their death. This practice, called "sutti" continued until the
end of the 17th century when this custom was outlawed in spite of the
dismay it caused the Hindu religious leaders. Although outlawed
formally, "sutti" was widely practiced until the end of 19th century
and still continues in some of the remote areas of India.
In certain regions of India, women are offered to the priests as
concubines, or as prostitutes to be exploited. In others, they were
sacrificed to the Hindu godsto please them or seek rain. Some Hindu
laws even declare that: "The predestined patience, the blowing wind or
tornadoes, death, hellfire, poison, snakes and fire are no less evil
than women". It is also stated in Hindu religious books, that"When
Manna [the Hindu god of creation] created women he imposed onto them
the love of bed, seats, decoration [make-up],filthy lust (of all types
and kinds), anger, rebellion against honor and dignity and evil
attitudes, behavior and conduct".
In the teachings of Manna Herma Sistra concerning women, one can read:
"A woman may live without a choice regardless of whether she is a
little girl, a young lady or a mature woman. A young girl is under the
command and choice of her father. A married woman is under the command
and choice of her husband. A widow is under the command and choice of
her male children, and she may never become independent (after the
death of her husband). A widow may never remarry after the death of
her husband, but rather, she must neglect all that she likes in terms
of food, clothes, and makeup until she dies. A woman may not own or
possess anything, as whatever she may gain or acquire shall go
straight and immediately to the ownership of her husband".
Refer to 'Hindu Inter-caste Marriage in India", Chapter 3 [Forms of
Marriage] part 2 [Polyandry], by Haripada Chakraborti.
In some rare cases, a woman hadseveral husbands at the same time. (1)
No doubt this made her as a prostitute in society.

Women in the Pre-Islamic Societies and Civilizations
Women suffered great injustices in the pagan Arab society and were
exposed to diverse kinds of humiliation prior to the mission of the
Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon Him). They were treated like
material property to be disposed of at the whim of the male guardian.
They were not entitled to inherit from their parents or husbands.
Arabs believed inheritance should only be granted to those who had
martial abilities, like being able to ride a horse, fight, gain war
booties and help protect the tribe and clan territory.
Since women in the pagan Arab society did not generally have these
qualities, they were themselves inherited like any moveable commodity
after the death of an indebted husband. If the deceased husband had
adult sons from other marriages, the oldest son amongst them had the
right to add her to his household, just as a son inherits other
chattels of his deceased father. She was unable to leave the house of
her stepson unless she paid a ransom. As a general practice, men had
the freedom toacquire as many wives as they desired with no set
limits. There was no system of law and justice that would forbid a man
from committing any injustice towardshis wives. Women had no right
tochoose, or even consent to being chosen as a partner for
marriage;they were simply given away. Women were forbidden to remarry
if a husband divorced them.
In the pre-Islamic era of Arabia, fathers commonly became extremely
angry and disgraced with the birth of a female child into their
family. Some considered it an evil omen. Allah, the Exalted, describes
the father'sreception of the news about the birth of a daughter:
(When the news of (the birth of) a female is brought to any of them,
his face becomes dark, andhe is filled with inward grief! He hides
himself from the people because of the evil (and shame) of that which
he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonor, or bury her in
the dirt? Certainly, evil is their decision...)
[16:59]
Women were not even able to practice some of the most natural of
rights. For instance eating certain types of foods was allowed only
for males. Allah, the Exalted, records this in the Glorious Qur'an:
(And they say: What is in the bellies of such cattle (whether milk or
fetus) is for the male alone, and forbidden from our females, however,
if it was born dead, then all have shares therein...)
[6:139]
The hatred of female babies prompted Arabs to bury them alive. Allah,
the Exalted, states in the Glorious Qur'an with reference to the Day
of Requital:
(And when the female buried alive shall be questioned: for what sin
was she killed?)
[81:8-9]
Some fathers used to bury their female children alive if the child was
leprous, lame or with birth defect. Allah (The Almighty) states in the
Glorious Qur'an:
(And kill not your children for fearof poverty. We provide for them
and you. Surely, the killing of them is a great sin.)
[17:31]
The one honor afforded to women during the pre-Islamic era was the
protection of her person, family and tribe, and the revenge against
any who humiliated or dishonored her, but even this was more for male
pride, dignity and tribal honor than a concern for the female gender.
This situation of women in the Arab society led Umar ibn al-Khattab,
the second Caliph of the Muslims (may Allah exalt theirmention) to
say, as reported by Muslim:
"By Allah, we didn't use to think that women had anything until Allah
revealed about them what He revealed in the Qur'an, and distributed to
them what He distributed..."

Fathwa, - • Marriage and Engagement • Women Dancing At Weddings
Question:
What is the ruling of women dancing amongst themselves during a
wedding or other than that? May Allaah reward you.
Answer:
There is no harm in the dancing of women on the ocassion of
marriageand the beating of the duff (a simple drum) along with some
singingof virtuous songs (not containing sinful speech) - because this
is from the announcement of the marriage that has been commanded by
thesharee'ah - However with the condition that this is done in the
company of women only, with voices that are not raised so that they
pass outside of the venue, and with the condition that there is
complete seclusion and screening. Also that the awrah (the areas of
the body that should be concealed) are not revealed whilst dancing,
such as her legs, or her arms or her upper arms -and that which is
shown from these is in accordance with the customs/habits of the
Muslim women in the presense of (other) women. - - ▓███▓

Question:
What is the ruling on wearing a ring known as a Diblah on the right
hand for the suitor and on the left hand for the fiancee, bearing in
mindthat this Diblah is not made of gold?
Answer:
We know of no basis for this deed in the Islamic Law so it is better
to leave it, whether the Diblah is made of silver or anything else;

Racism on the rise in Europe
In the wake of the atrocities in Norway perpetrated by Anders Behring
Breivik, it is still unclear whether he was part of a wider
conspiracy, but alarm bells are now ringing across Europe about the
threat from far-right extremist groups. With no end in sight to the
economic crisis afflicting many nations, the growing fear is that
voters are increasingly attracted to far-right parties, many of whom
have been building support by opposing immigration and stirring up
hatred of Muslims.
In Norway, the right-wing Progress party garnered 23 per cent of the
vote in the last election, making it the second-largest. And a recent
poll found that half of all Norwegians favor restricting immigration.
This did notgo far enough for Breivik, who believed that the forced
deportation of Muslims should be government policy, a radical
political view he formed over time by participating in extreme online
forums where he discussed his beliefs with like-minded individuals
across the world.
The 32-year-old Norwegian made his thoughts clear in a 1,500 page
document he wrotebefore embarking on his killing spree. Shortly before
he detonated his bomb in Oslo and then killed 68 people on Utoeya,
Breivik emailed his document to 1,003 of his far-right contacts,
including extremists in England whom Breivik boasted to have forged
links with in recent years in his opposition to Islam.
He particularly admired the English Defense League for its anti-Islam
stance, and - according to the respected anti-fascist magazine,
Searchlight - posted a message on its website inMarch this year. Using
thepseudonym Sigurd Jorsalfare after a Norwegian king who led a
Crusade in the 12th century, Breivik wrote:"Hello. To you all good
English men and women, just wanted to say that you're a blessing to
all in Europe, in these dark times all of Europe are looking to you in
such [sic] of inspiration, courage and even hope that we might turn
this evil trend with islamisation all across ourcontinent."
United Kingdom
Searchlight said that Breivik had been in contact with both the EDLand
its Norwegian counterpart, the Norwegian Defense League (NDL), a claim
denied by the EDL whose leadership condemned Breivik's crimes.
The EDL has always insisted it is a peaceful protest group which
opposes militant Islam, but since its inception in 2009, violence has
erupted at many EDL demonstrations in Britain.
Stephen Lennon, who was convicted last week (Monday) of leading a
street brawl involving 100 soccer fans in the English city of Luton in
August 2010, is one of thefounders of the EDL and during an interview
withAl Jazeera in 2009, he explained why the groupformed in Luton, the
city where he lives: "For morethan a decade now, there's been tension
in Luton between Muslim youths and whites. We allget on fine - black,
white,Indian, Chinese - everyone does, in fact, apart from some Muslim
youths who've become extremely radicalized since the first Gulf War.
Preachers of hate such as Anjem Choudary have been recruiting for
radical Islamist groups in Luton for years. Our government does
nothing, so we decided we'd start protesting against radical Islam,
andit grew from there," he said.
While the EDL has been largely unsuccessful in gaining public support
- mainly due to the fact that its core consists of football hooligans
- thereis concern that the groupcould be inspiring other unstable
individuals who oppose Islam. The EDL hasbeen pro-active in building
links across the world and claims to have support from - aside
frompeople in Norway - Holland, France, Sweden, USA and Israel, among
others.
The Netherlands
Indeed, the EDL embraced the Dutch far-right politician Geert Wilders,
whom Breivik also cited in his writings. Wilders is virulently
anti-Islam and leads the Party for Freedom, Holland's third-largest
party. He is a controversial figure who antagonized the Muslim world
by calling for a banon the Quran, which he likened to Adolf Hitler's
Mein Kampf. Despite this, Wilders was voted politician of the year in
2007 by the Dutch press, and his Freedom Party went from winning nine
seats in the 2006 electionto 24 in 2010, taking a larger share of the
vote than the Christian Democrats.
Austria
Austria has a Freedom Party (FPO) too, with a similar political
outlook. The party is led by Heinz-Christian Strache, who has been
successful in drumming up support by opposing Islam and immigration.
In 2008, the FPO and Alliance for the Future (BZO) jointly secured
almost one-third of the electorate's vote during the 2008 election.
Campaigning against the"Islamisation" of Austria, the two parties
secured 29 per cent in a result viewed as a horrifying development by
many people across Europe. Both parties ran highly xenophobic
campaigns, particularly the FPO, which pledged to set up a ministry to
deport foreigners and whose leader, Heinz-Christian Strache, mocked
homosexuals and described women in Islamic dress as "female ninjas".
The FPO also wishes to revoke the Verbotsgesetz, an Austrian law
enacted in 1947 that bans the promotion of neo-Nazi ideology.
Strache has been at the centre of controversy, and pictures surfaced
in 2008 showing the FPO leader wearing army fatigues and clutching
what appeared to be a gun in a forest. The images were allegedly taken
at a neo-Nazi training camp in his youth, but Strache denied this and
said they were from a day out paint-balling. He was alsophotographed
apparently giving a three-fingered neo-Nazi salute in a bar, though
hesaid he was only ordering three beers.
The FPO has tried to distance itself from extremism, but the party was
founded by two former SS officers, Anton Reinthaller and Herbert
Schweiger. In 2008, I interviewed Schweiger - who died this past July
- at his home in Austria a few weeks before he wasdue to appear in
court oncharges, for the fifth time, of promoting neo-Nazi ideology.
Described to me as the"Puppet Master" of Austria and Germany's
farright, Schweiger, 85, was remarkably sharp-minded and remained
proud of his Nazi views. He was a lieutenant in the Waffen SS Panzer
Division Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler, an elite unit formed in the 1930s
to act as the Führer's personal bodyguards. After escaping a POW camp
during WWII, Schweiger returned to his homeland, Austria, where he
lived openly from 1947 and became heavily involved in politics.
He was a founding member of three politicalparties in Austria - the
VDU, the FPO, and the banned NDP. During our interview he also
admitted to involvement in terrorism and training a far-right cell
comprising of Burschenschaften (right-wing brotherhoods founded in
universities) who were fighting for the reunification of Austria and
South Tyrol, now part of Italy, in 1961.
"I was an explosives expert in the SS so I trained the
Burschenschaften how tomake bombs. We used the hotel my wife and I
owned as a training camp," he said. Thirty people in Italy were
murdered during a bombing campaign. One man convicted for the
atrocities, Norbert Burger, later formed the now-banned neo-Nazi NDP
party with Schweiger. Schweiger's involvement earned him his first
spell in custody in1962, but he was acquitted.
Schweiger gave support to the FPO, saying that Strache was correct
with his strategy in opposing Islam and immigration. Schweiger said
that despite his age, he still travelled widely both in Austria and
Germany to teach "the fundamentals of Nazism" to underground cells of
neo-Nazis whom, he claimed, had infiltrated mainstream political
parties such as the FPO.
The FPO disputed this, butaccording to Vienna's Documentation Centre
of Austrian Resistance (DOW) - which monitors neo-Nazi activity - the
party has strong links to neo-Nazis through the Burschenschaften, many
of whom are members ofStrache's party.
The Burschenschaften were banned by the Allies after WWII, but
reformed in the 1950s. In 1987, Olympia, one of themost extreme
fraternities, nominated Rudolf Hess for the Nobel Peace Prize. Senior
members of the FPO are Burschenschaften, including Strache and Martin
Graf, who was elected deputy president of the Austrian Parliament
after the election, despite vociferous opposition from concentration
campsurvivors. The FPO's Andreas Molzer is also Burschenschaften and
has met with the British National Party in London.Graf, Strache and
Molzer all strongly denied having links to extremistsand the FPO said
that it only wishes to revoke theVerbotsgesetz because it believes in
upholding freedom of expression.
Wolfgang Purtscheller, a revered author and journalist who has spent
his career exposing Austria's far right at greatrisk to his life, said
that neo-Nazis have learned by the mistakes of their past, and are now
working to build public support within the mainstream parties:
"You had people like Schweiger - the puppet master in the mountains
for half a century - able to form political parties while teaching
people to make bombs, and the Burschenshaften with its history of
terrorism and links to the mainstream parties. These are the
intellectuals who hold the positions of power inAustrian society, in
the police, the judiciary and in parliament. The neo-Nazis have
learned by the mistakes of their past and are now working to build
public support within the mainstream parties. Imagine what could
happen if the FPO gets ridof the Verbotsgesetz."
The FPO continues to do well, and last October theparty's vote surged
whenit took 27 per cent of the vote in Vienna's provincial election.
Later that month, the FPO hosted a two-day conference attended by
far-right factions from across Europe, including representatives of
the Sweden Democrats, Italy's Lega Nord and the Danish People's Party.
Strache has succeeded in making the FPO"respectable", and last week he
sacked a party official who responded to the Norwegian murders by
declaring that the real danger was Islam, not Breivik.
Russia
Russia is another nation experiencing an upsurge in racism and
anti-Islamicsentiments. A number of neo-Nazi groups have sprung up in
recent years, the most extreme of which have attacked and killed
foreigners andimmigrants from Chechnya, Tajikstan, and Caucasian
nations that were once part of the USSR.
This past July, Amnesty International reported that racially-motivated
violence remained a serious problem in Russia. The AI report said
that, according to data from the SOVA Centre for Information and
Analysis,37 people died as a resultof hate crimes during 2010. The

and sang a patriotic song, was videotaped and posted online. Following
the case, a group of nationalists announced a coalition with Russia's
third-largest political party, the Liberal Democrat Party, which is
committed to protecting Russian people and their interests.
Breivik, who murdered around 100 people, said he was committed to
protecting Europe from Islam. He claimed that two cells from a network
he was involved with were still active. It remains to be seen if the
32-year-old was a lone wolf, but it would appearthat the far right is
on the march.

Hold That Tongue!
Out of the several ways people harm each other, the harms of the
tongue are the most widespread.Harming others by one's tongue is a
heinous act that can only be committed by evil peopleor those who have
given in to the evil whispers of Satan.
Some of the evils of the tongue that we have been warned against in
the Quran and Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) are as follows:
· Backbiting
It was defined by the Prophet, , as: "Mentioning your brother in his
absence with that which he hates." [Muslim]. It is one of the major
great sins, Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {"O you who
believe! Avoid much suspicion; indeed some suspicions are sins. And
spy not, neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat
the flesh of his dead brother You would hate it (so hate
backbiting)."} [Quran, 49: 12]. It is not only an action performedby
the tongue, but it could be an indication of the eye or any signal or
gesture which indicates mockery without the person noticing.
There are many reasons behind such an evil deed like satisfying one's
hatred towards others, envy, arrogance, heedlessness, and forgetting
that Allah The Almighty is an Ever Watcher over us.
The cure for the evil habit of backbiting is for the perpetrator to
know that he is subject to the wrath of Allaah The Almighty; his
rewards willvanish as a result of backbiting, because it goes to the
one he transgressed against. He should think about his own
shortcomings and faults, and busy himself in reforming them. He should
not do what he would hate others to do against him, and he should
spend his time fruitfully engaged in acts of obedience. He should
regret acts of backbiting that he may have done before and repent to
Allaah The Almighty sincerely.
· Talebearing
This is conveying what people say about one another with the intention
of causing corruption between people; it causes ties between kinship
to break and spreads people's secrets. Allaah The Almighty Says (what
means): {"A slanderer, going about with calumnies."} [Quran, 68:
11].The Prophet, , said: "No talebearer will ever enter into
Paradise".
· Spreading people's secrets
This harms others and it is a form of transgressingagainst people's
rights. The Prophet, , said: "If a man tells something, then starts
looking around (to make sure no one can hear him), his speech will be
a trust (in confidence)." [Abu Daawood].
· False testimony
This is one of the great major sins, as the Prophet, said: "Shall I
tell you about the most grievous kinds of major sins?" It was said,
"Yes, Messenger of Allah." He said: "Associating deities with Allah in
worship, unkind treatment to parents, (he sat erect after he had been
reclining) and false testimony." He kept repeating the last phrase
until the audience wished he would stop". [Al-Bukhaari, Muslim].
· Slandering
Those who do this are cursed in this life and theHereafter, Allaah The
Almighty Says (what means): {"Verily, those who accuse chaste women,
who never even think of anything touching their chastity and are good
believers ـ are cursed in this life andin the Hereafter, and for them
will be a great torment"} [Quran, 24: 23]
· False oaths
Ibn Mas'ood narrated that the Prophet said: "He who swears falsely to
usurp some of his brother's wealth will meet Allaah while He is Angry
with him" then he recited (what means): {"Verily, those who purchase a
small gain at the cost of Allaah's Covenant and their oaths, they shall
have no portion in the Hereafter (Paradise). Neither will Allaah
speaks to them norlook at them on the Day of Resurrection nor will He
purify them, and they shall have a painful torment."} [Quran, 3: 77]
[Al-Bukhaari, Muslim]
The Prophet , also said: "He who knowingly insists upon giving a
falseoath in order to usurp some of his brother's wealth, Allaah will
make Hell his abode and forbid him from entering Paradise." A man
said, 'Even if it was a little thing?' He, , replied: "Even if it was
as little as a Siwaak (wooden tooth brush)" [Muslim]. - - ▓███▓

Congratulations O Close Friend of Allaah!
The Prophet, , said: "Allaah The Exalted Says, 'I will declare war
againsthim who shows hostility to an ally of Mine. The dearest thing
to Me with which My slave comes nearer to Me is what I have enjoined
upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing
voluntary acts of worshipuntil I love him. If I love him I become his
hearingwith which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand
with which he strikes, and his leg with which he walks; and if heasks
(something) of Me, I shall give him, and if he asks for My protection,
I shall protect him.'" [Al-Bukhaari]
Dear brothers and sisters,it is common knowledge that whoever wants to
win the admiration of histeacher should do his homework and study
hard.
However, this student will never be like the onewho prepares and
studies what the teacher will explain in advance and makes related
research and reads additional material to widen his horizons. There is
no doubt that such a person will be closer to his teacher and favored
by him.
This stands true even for the relationship betweenAllaah The Almighty
and His slaves, and for Allaah is the highest attribute.
You will not obtain the satisfaction of Allaah The Almighty unless you
perform your duties first, but if you want to ascendthe stairs of
servitude to Allaah The Almighty and move from being a slave who loves
his Lord to a slave who is loved by his Lord and who is considered His
ally, then you must perform voluntary acts of worshipas much as you
can.
Dear brother, can you imagine your condition ifyou become an ally of
Allaah The Almighty?
What will be your condition if Allaah The Almighty pledges to fight
your enemies?
What will be your condition when all your limbs become obedient to
Allaah The Almighty?
What will be your condition when you hearnothing but what
pleasesAllaah The Almighty, see nothing but what pleasesAllaah The
Almighty, and walk to no place but a place that is loved by Allaah The
Almighty?
This is the true companionship of Allaah The Exalted that is granted
to His close friends in this world and the Hereafter.
That is why Allaah The Almighty Says: } …and if he asks (something) of
Me, I shall give him, and if he asks for My protection (refuge), I
shall protect him…}
This strong relationship between you and your Lord makes your
supplication eligible to be answered immediately, just as was the case
with the righteous predecessors including Sa'eed ibn Zayd . Once a
woman falsely accused him of seizing a piece of land belonging to her.
At this, he raised his hands and supplicated Allaah The Almighty
saying, "O Allaah, if she is lying, then blind her and kill her in her
land." Indeed, the woman became blind, and she fell into a well while
she was walking one day in her land and died.
Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqaas was one of the righteouspeople whose supplication
was immediately answered. Once, he heard a man defaming 'Ali so he
supplicated against him. Soon, a furious camel came and kept kicking
that man until he died even before he had left his place.
A man from the Khawaarij used to come to the gatherings of Al-Hasan
Al-Basri to hurt the attendees with his words. When he wentbeyond the
limit of extreme behavior, Al-Hasan supplicated against him saying, "O
Allaah! You know how this man harms us, so protect us from his harm in
any way You choose." On saying so, the man immediately fell dead.
The examples are numerous and we cannotmention all of them here, but
the point is that Allaah The Almighty lovedthose men, as they were His
allies (this is our opinion about them but Allaah The Almighty
aloneknows the truth, and we do not confirm anybody'sgood conduct
before Allaah The Almighty).
Before ending this article, let me remind youof the voluntary prayers
that the Muslim is recommended to perform every day and night to be
included in the aforementioned Hadeeth (narration):
1- Performing twelve Rak'ahs (units of prayer): Scholars call these
Rak'ahs as the stressed Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) prayers. They are
distributed as follows:
- Four Rak'ahs before the Thuhr (afternoon) Prayer and two after it
- Two Rak'ahs after the Maghrib (sunset) Prayer
- Two Rak'ahs after 'Ishaa (night) Prayer
- Two Rak'ahs before the Fajr (morning) Prayer.
If you observe these twelve Rak'ahs , you will have a house in
Paradise by the permission of Allaah The Almighty. The Prophet, ,
said: "Whoever performs twelve Rak'ahs every day will have a house
built for him in Paradise."
2- Adh-Dhuha (mid-morning) Prayer: The Prophet, , said: "When you get
up in the morning, charity is due on every one of your joints. There
is charity in every ascription of glory to Allaah; there is charity in
every declaration of His Greatness; there is charity in every
utteranceof praise of Him; there is charity in every declaration that
He is Theonly true God (worthy of worship); there is charity in
enjoining good; and there is charity in forbidding evil. Offering two
Rak`ahs of Dhuha (Forenoon prayer) is equal to all this (in reward)."
3- Witr Prayer: The Prophet, , said: "Allaah is Witr (single, one) and
loves what is Witr."
He also said: "Make Witr prayer the last of your prayer at night."
These are some voluntaryprayers that can make you a close friend of
Allaah The Almighty if you observe them. So, be keen on doing your
best to observe them as much as you can, because their reward is great
and the best outcome is for the righteous.

Dought & clear, - Ruling on buying and selling shares.
What is the ruling on buying and selling shares? Please note that some
scholars regard shares from all companies as haraam. We hope that you
can explain.
Praise be to Allah.
Shares may be divided, according to the field of activity and work
involved, into three categories:
1.
Shares based on permissible work, such as companies that deal with
transportation, shipping, manufacturingclothing, tools, office
supplies, furniture, medical equipment, real estate, and so on, and
donot engage in any haraam practices or transactions, such as
cheating, or lending or borrowing on the basis of riba; rather they
follow Islamic rulings in all their transactions anddealings.
These types of companies are called "permissible" or "clean"
companies, and it is permissible to buy and sell shares in them.
2.
Shares based on prohibited types of work, such as companiesthat deal
with tourism, hotels that promote and aid in immoral actions,
breweries, riba-based banks, commercial insurance companies, companies
that print and distribute indecent magazines, and so on. It is not
permissible to buy shares or invest in this type of company, and it is
not permissible to advertise them or promote them.
With regard to these two types of companies, there is no confusion
about the ruling and thematter is quite clear.
3.
Companies whose field of work is basically permissible, but they
engage in some haraam practices or transactions, such as transportation
companies – for example– that have interest-bearing accounts in the
bank, or they are financed by means of riba-based loans from banks or
from people in the form of stocks.
These types of companies are called "mixed" companies. The
contemporary scholars differed concerning the ruling on them, but the
most correct view is that it is haraam to buy shares in them, invest
in them or promote them.
That is because the shareholder is a partner in the company based on
the number of shares he holds, so he is a partner to every transaction
into which the company enters, such as riba or other haraam
transactions.
With regard to the prohibition on promoting these companies, that is
because of what that involves of co-operating in sin and
transgression, helping to spread haraam and causing people to fall
into it. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the
meaning):
"Help you one another in Al‑Birr and At‑Taqwa (virtue, righteousness
and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression"
[al-Maa'idah 5:2].
This view was favoured by the majority of contemporary scholars,
including the scholars of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas in
the land of the two Holy Sanctuaries. A statement to that effect was
also issued by the Islamic Fiqh Council belonging to the Organisation
of the Islamic Conference, as well as the Islamic Fiqh Council
belonging to the Muslim World League.
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah ad-Daa'imah, 14/299:
The basic principle is that it is permissible to hold shares in any
company if it does not deal with haraam things such as riba and so on.
But if it does deal with haraam things such as riba, then it is not
permissible to hold shares in it.
Based on that, if any of the shares mentioned are in a company that
deals with riba or haraam things, then it is essential to withdraw
from it and get rid of any profit by giving it to the poor and needy.
End quote.
Shaykh 'Abd al-'Azeez ibn 'Abdullah ibn Baaz, Shaykh 'Abd ar-Razzaaq
'Afeefi, Shaykh 'Abdullahibn Ghadyaan, Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan,
Shaykh 'Abd al-'Azeez Aalash-Shaykh, Shaykh BakrAbu Zayd
It also says (14/299, 300):
Firstly: if it is proven thata company deals in riba, whether taking
or giving, it is haraam to hold shares in it, because that comes under
the heading of helping in sin and transgression. Allah, mayHe be
exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
"Help you one another in Al‑Birr and At‑Taqwa (virtue, righteousness
and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And
fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment"
[al-Maa'idah 5:2].
Secondly: if a person previously acquired shares in a company
thatdeals in riba, then he hasto sell his shares in it andspend the
interest on charitable causes. End quote.
Shaykh 'Abd al-'Azeez ibn 'Abdullah ibn Baaz, Shaykh 'Abd ar-Razzaaq
'Afeefi, Shaykh 'Abdullahibn Ghadyaan, Shaykh 'Abdullah ibn Qa'ood
The Islamic Fiqh Council belonging to the Organisation of the Islamic
Conference issued a statement concerning shares in its seventh
conference, heldin Jeddah, 7-12 Dhu'l-Qa'dah 1412 AH/ 9-14 May 1992
CE, in which it says:
(a)
As the basic principle concerning transactions is that they are
permissible, founding a share-based company that has Islamically
acceptable aims and activities is something that is permissible.
(b)
There is no difference of opinion concerning the prohibition on
holding shares in companies whose basic aims are haraam, such as
dealing in riba, or producing or trading in haraam things.
(c)
The basic principle is that it is haraam to hold shares in companies
thatsometimes deal in haraam things, such as riba and so on, despite
the fact that their basic activities are Islamically acceptable.
End quote from Majallat al-Majma', issue no. 6, vol. 2, p. 1273; issue
no. 7, vol. 1, p. 73; issue no. 9, vol. 2, p. 5.
The Islamic Fiqh Council of the Muslim World League issued a statement
on the same matter in its fourteenth session in 1415 AH/1985 CE, the
text of which is asfollows:
1.
As the basic principle concerning transactions is that they are
permissible, founding a share-based company that has Islamically
acceptable aims and activities is something that is permissible.
2.
There is no difference of opinion concerning the prohibition on
holding shares in companies whose basic aims are haraam, such as
dealing in riba, or manufacturing or trading in haraam things.
3.
It is not permissible for aMuslim to buy shares in companies or banks
if some of their transactions involve dealing in riba, or
manufacturing or trading in haraam things.
4.
If an individual purchased shares not knowing that the company deals
in riba, then he finds out about that, what he must do is get out of
it.
The prohibition in this case is clear because of the general meaning
of the evidence in the Qur'an and Sunnah concerning the prohibition on
riba, and because buying shares in companies that deal with riba when
the purchaser is aware of that means that the purchaser himself is a
partner in dealing in riba, because the share represents part of the
company's capital, and the shareholder has a share in the company's
activities and possessions. So if the company lends any money with
interest, or borrows with interest, the shareholder has a share of
that, because those who deal with lending and borrowing on the basis
of interest are doing that on his behalf and acting as his delegate,
and delegating someone elseto do a haraam action is not permissible.
May Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad andupon
his family and companions. Praise be toAllah the Lord of the Worlds.
End quote.
Dr. Muhammad ibn Sa'ood al-'Usaymi (may Allah preserve him) was asked
about the ruling on investing in mixed shares.
He replied: It is not permissible according tothe majority of
scholars, except investing in "clean" shares, whether one is buying
shares or investing. End quote.
http://www.halal2.com/ftawaDetail.asp?id=1201
With regard to the view that shares in all types ofcompanies are
haraam, this view is incorrect, because there are some companies of
the first type, which are the onesthat adhere to Islamic rulings in
their dealings. But perhaps those who are of this view were motivated
to say that because companies of the first type are very few and most
companiesare of the second and third types.

Jesus, peace be upon him) to have mercy on me, and I promised Him not
to marry if He forgave me. Now that I'm Muslim, Alhamdulillah, I
protect my chastity. I know the importance of marriage and the
protection it offers a sister, and I wishI could get married in the
future to a righteousbrother (insha'Allah) so I could learn from him
and also to be a comfort for him. But I don't know if I'm excused of
not fulfilling my promiseto Allah in this matter or if a woman who
used to be so wicked could aspire to marry a righteous man.
Praise be to Allah.
The best thing we can do is start by focusing onthe last part of your
question in this brief answer. That is where you wonder whether a
woman like you who had committed various kinds of sins and now wants
to marry a righteous man can do so. This is according to what you say.
We say to you that no one on the face of the earth can come betweenyou
and sincere repentance to Allah, mayHe be glorified and exalted, or
prevent the mercy and forgiveness of Allah from reaching you, or
prevent His being pleased with the new direction you are taking.
Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, has told us in His holy Book
of everything that fills our hearts with reassurance and hope, as He
says (interpretation of the meaning):
"Say: O My slaves who have transgressed against themselves (by
committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah,
verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving,Most
Merciful.
And turn in repentance and in obedience with true Faith (Islamic
Monotheism) to your Lord and submit to Him, (in Islam), before the
torment comes upon you, then you will not behelped.
And follow the best of that which is sent down to you from your Lord
(i.e. this Qur'an, do what it orders you to do and keep away from what
it forbids), before the torment comes on you suddenly while you
perceive not!
Lest a person should say:'Alas, my grief that I was undutiful to Allah
(i.e. I have not done what Allah has ordered me to do), and I was
indeed among those who mocked (at the truth! i.e.La ilaha ill-Allah
(none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), the Quran, and
Muhammad SAW and at the faithful believers, etc.)'
Or (lest) he should say: 'Ifonly Allah had guided me, I should indeed
havebeen among the Muttaqoon (pious and righteous persons).'
Or (lest) he should say when he sees the torment: 'If only I had
another chance (to return to the world) then I should indeed be among
the Muhsinoon (good-doers).'
Yes! Verily, there came toyou My Aayaat (proofs, evidences, verses,
lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and you denied them, and were proud
and were among the disbelievers.
And on the Day of Resurrection you will seethose who lied against
Allah (i.e. attributed to Him sons, partners, etc.) their faces will
be black. Is there not in Hell an abode for the arrogant ones?
And Allah will deliver those who are the Muttaqoon (pious) to their
places of success (Paradise). Evil shall touch them not, nor shallthey
grieve.
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Wakeel (Trustee,
Disposer of affairs, Guardian, etc.) over all things."
[az-Zumar 39:53-62].
And our noble Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has
told us a hadeeth that every Muslim should memoriseand keep in mind so
thathe might live in contentment, turning to his most generous Lord,
may He be glorified. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon
him) said: "Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, said: 'O son of
Adam, so long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I shall
forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of
Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then
to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you and I would not mind. O
son of Adam, were you to come to Me with an earthful of sins earth and
were you thento face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would grant you
forgiveness as great as it."
Narrated by at-Tirmidhi in as-Sunan, (3540. He said: (It is) hasan
ghareeb. It was classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh
at-Tirmidhi.
What we fear most for you is that the Shaytaan may try to remind you
ofyour past sins so that you might end up despairing of the mercy of
Allah, or that he mightmake you go back to that dark past.
Rather what you must do now is turn to your Lord, may He be glorified
and think positively of Him, with great hope of His bountyand blessing
to you. You should put the past behind you and enter the world of
Islam whichencompasses lands and people with mercy and compassion, as
our Lord, may He be glorified and exalted, says (interpretation of the
meaning):
"Allah wishes to make clear (what is lawful andwhat is unlawful) to
you,and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your
repentance, and Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.
Allah wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their
lusts, wish that you (believers) should deviate tremendously away from
the Right Path.
Allah wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and man was created weak."
[an-Nisa' 4:26-28].
You should understand that by becoming Muslimand by leaving behind the
deeds of jaahiliyyah (ignorance) and shirk (associating partners with
Allah), by giving up the sins of the past and repenting to your Lord,
may He be glorified and exalted, you have turnedover a new leaf before
your Lord. Islam (becoming Muslim) erases everything that came before
it; all you have to do is keep that new leaf or new page clean and not
go back tothose sins that have caused you so much grief and that you
now regret.
One of the signs of Allah's mercy to us is thatHe does not accept any
pledge or promise from us that is contrary to His laws. Refraining
from getting married in an attempt to draw closer to Him is not an act
of obedience or worship; rather it is contrary to His laws. The
Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) heard one of the
people say that he had chosen to be celibate and devote himself to
worship, and he had decided not to get married. But the
Prophet(blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "By Allah, I
am the one who fears Allah the mostamong you and the one who the most
aware of Him, but I fast and I do not fast, I pray and I sleep, and I
marry women. Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not of me. Narrated
by al-Bukhaari (5063), Muslim (1401). And it was narrated that Sa'd
ibn Abi Waqqaas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messengerof
Allah (sa) forbade 'Uthmaan ibn Maz'oon be celibate; if he had given
him permission to do that, we would have gotten ourselves castrated.
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5073). Ibn Hajar said: What is meant by
celibacy here is to cut oneself off from marriage and what it brings
of physical pleasure in order to focus on worship. End quote from Fath
al-Baari,9/118
Your refraining from getting married in orderto focus on worshipping
Allah, may He be exalted,is not part of the religion of Islam; rather
it is part of the religion of jaahiliyyah (ignorance), or it is one of
the things that were abrogated of the laws ofprevious nations. If a
person swears an oath or makes a promise to Allah, may He be glorified
and exalted, that he will refrain from getting married as a means of
drawing closerto Him, his oath is invalidand his promise is idle
speech that carries no weight, whether he swore that oath before
becoming Muslim or afterwards. The Prophet (blessings and peace of
Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath to commit an act of
disobedience, that oath does not count." Narrated by Abu Dawood in
as-Sunan (2191); classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.
It was also narrated from 'Aa'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her)
that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
"Whoever makes a vow to do an act of obedience to Allah, let him do
it; whoever makes a vow tocommit a sin Him, let him not do it."
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (6696).
We congratulate you on your becoming Muslim and we congratulate you
for having been guided to the straight path. We hope that you will
have a happy marriage to a righteous man, by Allah's leave. There is
no sin on you if you break the promise that you made to Allah, may He
be exalted, because it is a promise that is blameworthy in and of
itself, so you do not have to fulfil it; the expiation for that is
feeding ten poor persons, giving each onea meal based on the people's
staple food, or giving the equivalent value in cash. - - ▓███▓
