Mockery is forbidden in the Qur’an

It's a sin and a depravity according to the Qur'an for a believer to
criticize a person ' s' defects withmockery. Mockery is a
characteristic of those who live in distance from religious moral
values and do not fear Allah as should be. Thesepeople resort to such
methods as caricature etc. When they want to criticize a person or an
event and thus exceed the limits of respect and courtesy by choosing a
language, which is not compatible with the Qur'anic moral values.
Whereas, a Muslim uses amethod of communication while criticizing a
manner which he finds not compatible with the Qur'anic moral values
and the Hadith, thus he expresses the falsity of the manner in
question according to the Qur'an and the Hadith of our Prophet (may
Allah bless him and grant him peace). Especially about the issues
concerning religion and holy values, he uses careful and mindful
tongue as a necessity of his deep love and respect for Allah. Allah
mentions in the Qur'an that ordering good and forbidding evilis an
important sign of believers:
Those who repent, thosewho worship, those whopraise, those who fast,
those who bow, those who prostrate, those who command the right, those
who forbid the wrong , those who preserve the limits of Allah: give
good news to the believers. (Surat at-Tawba, 112)
Throughout the history, prophets and sincere believers were mocked,
and Allah imposed punishments on those who were in depravity against
believers:
Messengers before you were also mocked, but those who jeered were
engulfed by what they mocked . ( Surat al-An'am, 10)
Allah mentioned in the Qur'an that mockery is an indecent morality and
a sin and thus, believers should avoid such depravity. Moreover, Allah
informs believers in a verse in case they encounter an atmosphere
where there's mockery about the religious issues, they should leave or
they would be in the positionof those who do it:
It has been sent down toyou in the Book that when you hear Allah's
Signs being rejected andmocked at by people, you must not sit with
them till they start talking of other things. Ifyou do you are just
the same as them . Allah will gather all the hypocrites and
unbelievers into Hell. (Surat an-Nisa', 140)
Allah informs us the position of those who resort to mockery in some
other verses in the Qur'an.
You who believe! Do nottake as friends any of those given the Book
before you or the unbelievers who make a mockery and a game outof your
believe . Fear [and respect] Allah if youare believers. (Surat
al-Ma'ida, 57)
... lest anyone should say, 'Alas for me for neglecting what Allah was
due, and being one of the scoffers !' (Surat az-Zumar, 56)
When he does learn something of Our Signs, he makes a mockery of them
. Such people will have a humiliating punishment. (Surat al-Jathiyya,
9) - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/ ▓███▓

Atheistic freemasonry -- The antichrist system -- Strives for setting believers at loggerheadsby using the press

Atheistic freemasonry, the system of the antichrist, has gained
dominion over a fractionof the highly effective worldwide press.
Atheistic freemasonry is able to affect the entire world by using the
aforementioned fractionof press, make provocation as it wills, and
direct the world as it wills.
This is the method of theantichrist. It was mentioned in the hadith
that the antichrist woulddeceive people by using instruments of press
andmedia:
When dajjal (the antichrist) emerges, he cries so loud that the people
of both East and West hear him. (Ibn Kathir, an-Nihaiah, 1:96)
The cry of the antichrist, which was mentioned inthe hadith refers to
TV and radio (Allah knows the truth). The antichrist reaches all
humanity via TV and radio, spreads its sly propaganda and deceives
them.
A voice saying, "Dajjal (the antichrist) entered your houses and took
your children as prisoners" will be heard.(Muhyiddin ibn Arabi,
al-Futuhat al-Makkiyya (The Meccan Illuminations), I-XII (Cairo:
1392/1972), 2:168)
The system of the antichrist, that is atheistic freemasonry, strives
for setting sincerebelievers at loggerheadsand raises strife and
defeatism between themby using instruments of press and media. A large
section of Muslims, Christians and Jews around the world have been in
error by getting deceived through the propaganda of atheist
freemasons, thus an artificial opposition is formed between them which
is formed by the antichrist. Some Jews consider Muslims dangerous,
Christians are in an intellectual disunity with the Jews and as a
result of this artificial strife, religious people are put into a
position to attack each other. By such an insidious game, the
antichrist is setting Muslims, Christians and Jews all around the
world at loggerheads and makes them oppresseach other. This system is
preventing them to befriends and act in unity. Members of three
religions are defeated instead of getting stronger by uniting in the
true path. With this method the antichrist tries to deter the devout
people getting more devout, being in unity, following the decrees of
the religion and getting stronger.
And the system of the antichrist found the opportunity to strengthen
by using this strife. Through the clash between devout people and the
spread of the irreligion, the atheistic freemasonry gains strength and
can rule the world.
Bediuzzaman Said Nursi explained this deviant method of the antichrist
as follows deriving from a hadith:
According to a noble Hadith of the Prophet (saas), noxious and awesome
persons like Sufyan and the dajjal (the antichrist) will cometo rule
over the godless at the end of time, and exploiting the greed, discord
and hatred amongst the Muslims and mankind, they will need only a
small force to reduce humanity to anarchy and the vast world of Islam
to slavery.(Twenty-second Letter)
Bediuzzaman informed that the antichrist will enslave the whole
humanity with a small force by benefiting fromthe artificially made
opposition between devout people by the antichrist and it will bring
them strife and oppression. Atheist freemasons bring about the spread
of oppressionand strife by setting the followers of Allah at
loggerheads. Thus, the atheist rule proceeds.
This antichrist system, byAllah's leave, will totally be eliminated
with the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the Prophet Jesus (as). What
believers should do is to pave the way for Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the
Prophet Jesus (as) during the End Times to eradicate the antichrist
system and to defeat thisdevious game. This will be possible with the
sincere Muslims, Christians and Jews being in unity and loving and to
praising the name of Allah altogether.

Atheistic Freemasonry, the system of the antichrist, denies Allah and worships Satan

A humanist and atheist masonic organization rooted in the Kabbala was
born in Europe in the 14th century. In contrast to Judaism,
Christianity and Islam, the organization recognized no Lord and God,
Allah, as the sole Creator of the entire universe and mankind.
Instead, it employed various concepts such as the "Great Architect of
the Universe,' which entity, in their view, waspart of the material
universe.
To put it another way, this secretive organization whose roots go far
back into the past but only emerged into the light of day in 14th
century Europe, denied Allah but in fact regarded the material
universe as divine, under the title of the "Great Architect of the
Universe." According to atheistic freemasonry, and as we have already
set out in previous articles, this material universe was a finite
concept based on the theory of evolution, that had supposedly come
into being by chance.
One can see a more forthright description of this heretical belief in
publications that atheist masons produce for their own membership. For
example, in his 1977 book Inspirations from Freemasonry , written to
inform young atheist masons and restricted toa atheist Masonic
readership, Selami Isındag, one of the highest-ranking Turkish atheist
masons, described the atheist masonic belief in the "Great Architect
of the Universe" as follows:
Atheistic freemasonry is not Godless. But the concept of God it adopts
is not the same as that inthe religions . God is a lofty principle in
Atheistic freemasonry . It is the final stage, the peak, of evolution.
As weproceed down the path of science, reason and virtue, critiquing
our own existence and coming to know ourselves, we can close the
distance between us and it. After that, it has no human good or evil
intentions. It has not been personalized. It cannot be regarded as the
ruler of nature and man. It is the Architect ofthe great and lofty
work, union and harmony in the universe. It is the sum of all entities
in the universe. It is a total force, an energy, that pervades all
things. Thenagain, it cannot be regarded as having a beginning... It
is a great mystery. [Surely Allah is beyond that.]
The same reference makes it clear that in speaking of the "Great
Architect of the Universe" they are actually referring to nature, that
they "worship nature:"
There can be no power outside nature that directs us and is
responsible for our thoughts and behavior...Masonic teachings and
principles are in fact scientific and rational realities. That is the
basicprinciple of the ecosism. God is absolute evolution. (Surely
Allah isbeyond that.) One element of that is the force of nature. Thus
theonly absolute reality is the universe itself and the energy
pervading it.
Under the concept of the"Great Architect of the Universe" atheist
masonsare referring to a imaginary material entity. This entity,
referred to in opaque terms in such accounts, appears very clearly
when we look at the highest-level masonic rituals and words. Underthe
concept of the "Great Architect of the Universe," atheist masons
worship and take their orders from just one thing. That force that
directs the atheist masons is SATAN.
Satan Directs AtheisticFreemasonry
Ever since the time of the Prophet Adam (as), satan has tried to
mislead people always by the same deception. This deception, that
denies belief in Allah and suggests that all things came into being by
chance, is Darwinism. Atheistic freemasonry is a satanic organization
that has also been around since the time of the Prophet Adam (as). And
this system of the antichrist uses satan's worst snare to deceive
people. The system of the antichrist, atheistic freemasonry, that
takes nature and blind chance as its god, is a heretical religion that
actually serves satan alone.
Madame Petrovna Blavatsky, the founder ofthe New Age movement and a 32
nd degree mason from the French Grand Orient Lodge, saysthis on the
subject:
... It is satan who is the god of our planet and the only god... [
Surely Allah is beyond that. ] 1
The Masonic writer Eliphas Levi openly statesthat their leader is
Baphomet, in other words, satan. One interesting passage fromEliphas
Levi reads:
… The intellectual Lucifer(satan)… is the Holy Spirit, while the
physical Lucifer is the great agentof universal magnetism. 2
Albert Pike's book Moralsand Dogma is still recommended to members of
the Scottish Rite in the USA, and he is described as the Plato of
atheistic freemasonry byeminent atheist masons. Pike, a 33rd degree
Mason, says in Morals and Dogma:
LUCIFER (satan), the light-bearer!... The Spirit of Darkness...
Petrovna Blavatsky summarizes the concept thus:
Lucifer is divine and terrestrial light, the 'HolyGhost' and 'Satan' ... 3
David Spangler, a mason and leading philosopherof the New Age
movement, sets out his views on the subject as follows:
Lucifer (satan) comes to give us the final gift of wholeness. If we
accept it, then he is free and weare free. That is the Luciferic
initiation. It is one that many people now, and in the days ahead,
will be facing, forit is an initiation into theNew Age. 4
Atheist masons clearly act under satan's controland obey his
commands. The most important symbol in this secretive cult, the
"all-seeing eye,"is depicted as the "eye ofLucifer." 5 This and all
other atheist masonic symbols are designed forthe same purpose. The
upside down star is known as Baphomet (satan in the form of a goat), a
symbol of satan. The inverted pentagram in witchcraft is employed for
one end alone, to call up the power of satan! 6 Therefore, all Masonic
symbols in fact symbolize the belief underlying atheistic freemasonry,
in other words, the worship of satan.
The writer John Daniels makes this comment about the intellectual
father of the Luciferian doctrine that we have already described in
detail, the 33rd degree Mason Albert Pike, and his satanic doctrine:
Albert Pike taught his "Luciferian Doctrine" to many masons. However,
Bismarck and Mazzini were two of his most ardent students who
practiced the Luciferian Doctrine at the highest levels of
Freemasonry. The trio planned to use freemasonry to trigger two World
Wars, after which "the world would be ready to worship Lucifer as God.
(Surely Allah is beyond that.) 7
One of the greatest examples of atheist masons' links with satan is
the British 33rd degree Mason Aleistair Crowley. A satanist, Crowley
was also grand master of the Ordo Templi Orentis (O.T.O.). Crowley's
mother said that her son was the manifestation of the Beast referred
to in the Revelation. Known as "the wickedest man alive," Crowley was
responsible for the barbaric deaths of many people who became involved
with him during the course of masonic rituals. It is alleged that
Crowley sacrificed 150 young men to satan. 8
The following verses by the 33rd degree Mason Crowley clearly reveal
the satanic reality underlying freemasonry:
I bind my blood in satan's hands,
All this that lieth betwixt my hands
To thee, the Beast, and thy control,
I pledge me; body, mind,and soul. 9
I swear to work my Work abhorred,
Careless of all but one reward,
The pleasure of the devilour lord. 10
Atheistic freemasonry's efforts to produce a system of the antichrist
that eliminates belief in Allah and replaces it with satan's commands
was identified and described by Christians of the time. Pope Leo
XIII's famous 1884 encyclical Humanum Genus contained significant
analyses of atheistic freemasonry and its activities. The Pope wrote:
At this period, however, the partisans of evil seems to e combining
together, and to be struggling with united vehemence, led on or
assisted by that strongly organized and widespread association called
the freemasons. No longer making any secret of their purposes, they
are now rising up against God Himself… (Surely Allah is beyond this)
Their (masons) ultimate purpose forces itself intoview – namely the
utter overthrow of that wholereligious and political order of the
world which the Christian teaching has produced, and the substitution
of anew state of things in accordance with their ideas, of which the
foundations and laws shall be drawn from mere naturalism. 11
This fact set out by the Pope has also often beenexpressed by senior
atheist masons: The "Rules of Assembly of theGrand Orient Lodge"
published in 1923 by Turkish atheist freemasons express this heretical
philosophy as follows:
We will no longer regard Allah as the purpose of life. We have created
a purpose. That purpose is mankind, not Allah. [Surely Allah is beyond
that.]
Albeit gradually, a single and universal religion that can fully
satisfy consciousness is taking form...Parallel to this universal
religion, moral values will be founded in line with this world view...
Such a religion will unite human beings and the universe. This is
FREEMASONRY... We are unifying the religion that represents the
meaning of communion. 12
As a requirement of the system of the antichrist, atheist masons never
make their presence felt. They never show their true faces and never
say that they take satan as their god and renounce belief in Allah.
Because ifthey did, they know thatall devout people would come out and
oppose them. For that reason, the antichrist described in the New
Testament and the hadith is a deception that will appear under a
religiousguise, despite denying Allah. The antichrist, the atheistic
freemasonry that currently representshis system, has appearedshowing
that same false appearance and seeks tohide the fact that it is a
religion that worships satan.
In order to achieve this aim, atheist masons are persisting with their
stratagems under various guises. For example, the World Council of
Churches and the National Council of Churches have masonic leaders.
Some of the former editors of Christian Science Monitor magazine are
masons. 13 There are also atheist masons among Muslim theologians. The
atheist masons who infiltrate such institutions seek ways ofachieving
their aims. Their aim is to turn people away from Allah, under a
religious guise, and to turn them into servants of satan, just like
themselves.
It is satan who gives them these tasks. Master atheist masons are
people in direct contact with satan. A Master Mason will receive
instructions directly from satan at assembles of 200 or 300 people
andwill then begin listing the things that satan commanded him.
Satan'scommands generally involve bloodshed. Satanmay even sometimes
show himself to them directly. That is why atheist masons are so
utterly terrified of satan.Atheist masons describe these rituals in
their books and always obey satan's commands and act in the light of
his directives.

Satan's Order Will Definitely Be Torn Down and Vanish
Atheistic freemasonry, the satan-worshiping system of the antichrist,
will always be defeated by the supporters of Allah. At the moment,
thesatan-worship masonic organization appears very powerful, but this
isa deception. The fact that satan controls great states, national
policies and intelligence agencies means nothing. If Allah so chooses,
this rotten system will fall apart in a single week, a single day, or
even a single moment. No matter how powerful the satanic system may
look, it has been createdin such a way as to collapse whenever Allah
so wishes.
One can see this in history. Whole states runby satan-worshiping
atheist masons have collapsed in a moment when Allah has so wished.
Hitler, for example, was a satanist and a freemason. He hadhis state
policies, secret police and other organizations. But since he adopted
satan as his false god and imagined following in satan's pathwould
make him strong, Allah destroyed his state and ruined him. The
communist dictator Lenin appeared to be a powerful figure who ranwhole
states by obeying satan's commands. But he died insane, in a terrible
state. Saddam Hussein was also a mason who acted on satan's orders.
The Iraqi Army in his day was one of the strongest in the world. But
his army vanished in the desert injust one day. Following his display
of strength against the world, Saddam ended his days in a pitiful
condition.
All these phenomena happened in a single day or moment. The supporters
of satan who appeared to be so powerful collapsed the moment Allah
inflicted a scourge upon them. These people were wrong to think that
satan had any power. BECAUSE ALL POWER BELONGS TO ALLAH ALONE.For that
reason, the supporters of Allah will be victorious. And satan's army
has always been defeated by the prophets. Since our Prophet (saas) was
a supporter of Allah, they never vanquished him. The Prophet Moses
(as) opposed Pharaoh, a mason and the greatest power of his day. But
Pharaoh was unable to defeat the Prophet Musa,a supporter of Allah.
Note how Pharaoh, who lived in such splendor, died in such a way as to
be a deterrent to peoples who came after him. In the same way, the
Prophet Solomon(as)overcame all Masonic organizations.
The supporters of Allah never have and never will be defeated.
Everyone who truly lovesAllah and genuinely turns to Him will
definitely overcome the system of the antichrist. The system of the
antichrist that currently rules the world, atheisticfreemasonry in
other words, is in the same position as those who supported satan in
the past. The antichrist appears powerful, but since it is a supporter
of satan it can expect a huge response from our Lord. The Prophet
Jesus (as) and Hazrat Mahdi (as), both supporters of Allah, will
certainly vanquish satan. By Allah's leave, the intellectual system of
theantichrist will collapse and be entirely eradicated.

Fathwas, - Solving problems by reciting Soorah Al-Baqarah

Question
Assalam ualaykum Is it true according to Holy Quran and authenticated
Hadiths that reciting soorah Baqarah helps in solving the problems
even bigger than Ohud Mountain?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
We have not come across any specific evidence which states that Soorah
Al-Baqarah [Quran Chapter 2] helps in solving problems even if they
were like the Mountain of Uhud.
However, it was reportedin general that reciting it is a blessing as
the Prophet said: '' Recite Soorah Al-Baqarah as reciting it is a
blessing, and abandoning it is a cause of grief, and the magicians
cannot confront it. " [Muslim] - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Fathwas, - Married couple may live with strangers provided Sharee'ah rules are observed

Question
q1: is it allow for marriage couple in islam to live with someone in
their house, who were not relatives of either couple? q2: who is wali
in marraige? q3: what is the ruling regarding to the ownership of
properties ,such as cash, house any of such kind, and if the wife give
her any of such ,should he take and enjoy even her dawry. thank you
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
, is His Slave and Messenger.
We will answer these questions in the following points:
Firstly, there is nothing wrong if the married couple live in the
house of relatives or strangers, provided that this does not cause any
religious violations like prohibitedmixing of men and women, or
entering upon non-Mahram women while there is no Marhram men, or
womentaking off Hijaab or exposing adornment in the presence of
non-Mahram men and the like.
Secondly, we have previously explained the order of the woman's
guardians in marriage in Fatwa 83338 , so kindly refer to it.
Thirdly, each of the spouses has his/her independent financial
liability and whoever gives up of what he/she has willingly while
he/she is healthy and hasa sound mind, then the other can benefit from
it.This includes the Mahr if the wife waived a part orall of it to her
husband. Allaah The Almighty says (what means): { And give the women
[upon marriage] their [bridal] gifts graciously. But if they give up
willingly to you anything of it, then take it in satisfaction andease.
} [Quran 4:4]
Also, it was narrated that the Prophet , said: " It is not permissible
to take the property of a Muslim except with his consent... " [Ahmad]
For more benefit, kindly refer to Fataawa 162471 and 92134 , which
clarify that the wife has an independent financial liability.

Fathwas, - Hadeeth about offering advice to the ruler

Question
you have mentioned this hadith and i want it reference and
authenticity . the hadith is "Sa'eed ibn Jubayr once asked Ibn 'Abbaas
both, whether or not he was obligated to enjoin the ruler to do what
is good, and forbid him from doing what is evil. Ibn 'Abbaas both,
answered that if he feared he would be killed, he was not obliged to
do so. Ibn Jubayr repeated the same question thrice andevery time Ibn
'Abbaas' answer was the same, but he added that if it was inevitable,
he shouldadvise him privately."
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify
that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad
isHis slave and Messenger.
This Hadeeth was reported by Sa'eed ibn Mansoor in his Sunan andby
Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab Al-Eemaan , and by Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah in
his Musannaf but with the wording: "…..a man said to Ibn 'Abbaas
…...". We have not come across any scholar who either classified it as
Saheeh (sound) or as Dha'eef (weak).
However, many scholars tend to provide it as evidence and this
suggests that it is authentic according to them, or that the wording
that it contains is confirmed in other authentic Ahaadeeth, likethe
one reported by Ibn Abi 'Aasim in his book entitled "As-Sunnah" from
'Iyaadh ibn Ghanm that the Prophet said: ''Whoever wants to give
advice to the Sultan (leader/ruler), he should not do that in public
but he should take him by the hand and go into seclusion with him. If
the ruler accepts his advice, then that is good and thisis what is
required, and ifnot, he (the adviser) has fulfilled his obligation. "

The Trade of Sincere Muslims

There is no doubt that the reward of Allaah The Almighty is better and
more lasting than any worldly benefit. Allaah, the Exalted, Says (what
means): {But what is with Allaah is better and more lasting for those
who have believed and upon their Lord rely.} [Quran 42: 36]
Indeed, one's good deeds are generously rewarded by Allaah The
Almighty; He Says (what means): {And whatever good you put forward for
yourselves – you will find it with Allaah. It is betterand greater in
reward.} [Quran 73:20]
Herein lies the great importance of seeking the reward of Allaah The
Almighty. What exactly do we mean by that?
There are various types and meanings of hoping for the reward of
Allaah The Almighty, including:
Seeking the reward of Allaah The Almighty when carrying out acts of
obedience for His sake
If one recalls the great meaning of hoping for the reward of Allaah
The Almighty while performing acts of obedience, this would ward off
ill thoughts such as indulging in ostentation, seeking reputation and
fame or the praise and attention of people, and other manifestationsof
grave diseases of the heart that render deeds worthless or reduce
their rewards. Such a Muslim has restricted his main concern;
conversely, the Muslim whose sole aim is to attain the satisfaction of
Allaah The Exalted with these deeds and hopes for His reward will be
rewarded generously. The Prophet said: "Whoever fasts Ramadhaan out of
faith and hoping for reward from Allaah The Exalted will have his past
sins forgiven for him."
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet said: "Whoever follows the
funeral procession of a Muslim out of faith and hoping to attain the
reward of Allaah and remains with it till the funeral prayer is
offered and the burial ceremonies are over, will return with a reward
of two Qirats; each of which is like the size of (the Mount) Uhud."
[Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
In addition, the Muslim man is rewarded for providing for his family
(although it is obligatory for the man to provide for his family, he
will be rewarded for it as if he was offering this money for charity,
if his intention is seeking the reward of Allaah The Exalted). The
Prophet said: "When the Muslim spends something on his family seeking
a reward for it from Allaah, it is counted for him as charity."
[Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
Do you see how many rewards one can gain by offering one's acts of
obedience seeking the reward of Allaah The Almighty?
Among the meanings of seeking the reward of Allaah The Almighty is
hoping for His rewardwhen afflicted with calamites and hardship
Allaah The Almighty has praised such pious people who endure calamites
and hardship, seeking the reward of Allaah The Exalted and has
promised them His mercy, guidance and abundant rewards. Allaah The
Exalted Says (what means): {Who, when disaster strikes them,
say,"Indeed we belong to Allaah, andindeed to Him we will return." *
Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy.
And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.} [Quran 2:156-157]
Undeniably, people, whether believers or disbelievers, are afflicted
by many calamites and adversities in this life; yet the believers
endure them hoping forthe reward of Allaah The Almighty. Indeed, both
believers and disbelievers suffer from losing loved ones and
relatives, yet there is a great difference between the believers and
disbelievers in this regard, i.e. thebelievers hope for the reward of
Allaah The Exalted by enduring such misfortunes and hardships
patiently.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And do not weaken in pursuit
of the enemy. If you should be suffering, so are they suffering as you
are suffering, butyou expect from Allaah that which they expect not.
And Allaah is ever Knowing and Wise.} [Quran 3:104]
Regarding the compensation of those who endure calamites and
hardships, hoping for the reward of Allaah The Almighty, the Prophet
said: "Allaah The Exalted does not have a reward other than Paradise
for the believing slave who remains patient for His sake when losing
his dearest person from among the inhabitants of the world."
Furthermore, Umm Salamah said that she heard the Prophet saying:
"There is no Muslim who is stricken with a calamity and says what
Allaah has enjoined, 'Verily to Allaah we belong and to Him we shall
return. O Allaah, reward me for my affliction and compensate mewith
what is better', but Allaah will compensate him with something
better."
Umm Salamah added that when Abu Salamah died, she said, "Who among the
Muslims is better than Abu Salamah, the first household to migrate to
jointhe Prophet ?" When she uttered these very words, Allaah The
Almighty compensated her with marrying the Prophet . [Muslim]
Moreover, our righteous predecessors used to question alltheir deeds
and intentions, renewing their good and sincere intentions and
advising each other to endure calamites in the hope of reward from
Allaah The Almighty.
Al-Faarooq 'Umar ibn Al-Khattaab used to say, "O people, carry out
your righteous deeds seekingthe reward from Allaah The Exalted, for
whoever does so will be rewarded for his good deeds and for his
seeking the reward of Allaah The Exalted."
In addition, when the Banu Al-Haarith ibn 'Aamir wanted to kill
Khubayb ibn 'Adiyy he did not care about his fate at their hands.
Before his death, he said,"Why should I fear death when it will
eventually seize me, and when what I truly fear is to become fuel for
Hell fire? Hence, as long as I die as a believer in the cause of
Allaah, it does not matter to me how it happens."
So, offer your acts of worship andobedience for the sake of Allaah The
Almighty seeking reward from Him, and endure calamities and hardships,
hoping for His reward; indeed, Allaah The Almighty will compensate you
forthat with inner tranquilly, serenity, and strength, Aim high and
multiply your rewards. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Smile to Make Your Children Happy

Lines from the diary of a child speaking about his happy childhood,
"My father was always cheerful and his smile never left his face, even
in the most difficult situations. This smile meant a great deal to us
as it revealed how much our father loves us. This smile used to force
us to behave properly and avoid mistakes so as not to anger our father
and miss his smile even fora second.
My father's smile was the source of our psychological balance. It
provided us with warmth, confidence, frankness and courage in the face
of hardships. May Allaah reward him with the best."
Protagonists of the frowning approach:
Some parents and educators adopt the frowning method in dealing with
their children. Hence, they avoid speaking with them cordially or
smiling at them. They believe that there should be strict limits
between parents and their children so thatthey can succeed in their
upbringing.
They think that smiling and cheerfulness with children will spoil
them, while frowning and sullenness represent the discipline and
resolve that are necessary for any successful upbringing.
Unfortunately, we are sorry to tell such people that this is the
approach of the weak, who have not mastered the art ofentering into
the hearts, even thehearts of the closest people to them: their
children!
People with great souls are the only ones who can always be cheerful
with their children, while they control the process of upbringing in
such a way that ensures their children are close enough to learn from
them and obey their orders within a warm family environment.
The wise educator can direct his child through his smile and look,
embrace him compassionately, and treat his mistakes with patience.
This little smile may be of great importance and influence on the
child, especially that he receives itfrom his source of protection
androle model.
Cheerfulness is from the guidanceof the Prophet :
The guidance of the Prophet regarding cheerfulness, is amazing. He was
always cheerful and used to smile at his Companions. Jareer bin
'Abdullaah Al-Bajali said, "Whenever the Prophet saw me after I had
embraced Islam, he would receive me with a smile." [Al-Bukhaari]
This was not confined to Jareer as 'Abdullaah bin Al-Haarith said, "I
have never seen anyone who smiles more than the Prophet ."
[Al-Albaani: Saheeh]
Umm Ad-Dardaa' said, "Abu Ad-Dardaa' used to smile whenever he spoke.
So I told him to stop doing this for fear that people may think that
he was simple minded. However, Abu Ad-Dardaa' said, 'I have never seen
or heard the Prophet speaking without smiling.'" Hence, he used to
smile whenever he spoke in imitation of the Prophet .
The Prophet was very, caring, thoughtful and compassionate towards
children. It was never reported that he frowned at any child
throughout his life; rather, whenever he met them, he would smile at
them even if he was accompanied by his honorable Companions.
In a Hadeeth (narration) on the authority of Jaabir he said,"We were
with the Prophet when we were invited to have food. On our way, we saw
Al-Husayn playing with the boys in the street. The Prophet hurried and
opened his arms. Al-Husayn started running here and there while the
Prophet was laughing with him. The Prophet took him and put one of his
hands on his chin and the other between his head and ears, then, he
embraced and kissed him and said: 'Husayn belongs to me and I belong
to him, may Allaah The Almighty love whoever loves him. Al-Hasan and
Al-Husayn are two of the noblest of men.'" [At-Tabaraani] [Al-Albaani:
Hasan]
The Prophet also taught us that a smile may sustain others, especially
those who are under our care. The Prophet said: "You cannot please all
people with your money, but you could do this through your
cheerfulness and good morals." [Muslim]
Is there any of us who does not need to please his children through
his cheerfulness and good morals? Is there anyone who does not need to
do so today, when he sees that the educator's mission has become one
of the most difficult on earth? The protection of children against
immorality and other social problems have become issues that require a
great deal ofsupplication and great balance in the personality of the
educator, to be able to sustain his children and establish a
successful relationship with them. This relationship serves as gravity
thatalways attracts them to their good origins and strengthens them in
the face of the wild storms of immorality that blow from all
directions.
This is the default principle in dealing with one's children:
Smiling at our children is the default principle as we learned from
the Prophet while frowning should be an educational punishment that
should be used wisely and only when necessary. Certainly, cheerfulness
strengthens the relationship between the educator and the child, while
frowning causes the child to dislike his parent and weakens their
mutual love.
'Umar bin Al-Khattaab said, "One should be like a young boy among his
family, but when he is needed as a man, he should be so." The meaning
is that cheerfulness and good morals as well as joking with one's
family and children is the best way to lead them, provided that this
does not affect the parent's respect.
You may even use what is called (the angry smile) when you punish or
blame your child as a form of silent-yet-effective punishment. The
Prophet taught us how to use the smile even when we are angry. Ka'b
binMaalik narrated his story when he did not participate in the Battle
of Tabook without a valid excuse. He said, "When news reached me that
the Messenger of Allaah was on his way back from Tabook, I was greatly
distressed… I greeted him, he smiled, and there was a tinge of anger
in that. He then said to me: 'Come forward' . I went forward and I sat
in front of him. He said to me: `What kept you back?'" [Al-Bukhaari
andMuslim] Therefore, smile, dear educator!
Cheerfulness and smiling is important to have a calm child:
A sense of humor helps children get rid of the feelings of anger and
embarrassment. It also spreads happiness in the house and warmth in
the heart in addition to providing children with a feeling of safety
that they would miss if their educator was one of those who adhere to
the frowning method.
Good growth:
German psychiatrists' studies proved that laughter from the bottom of
the heart has a deep influence on the child's growth during his early
years. Based on the results of these studies, psychiatrists confirmed
that laughter is as important as food and that the child who laughs
much grows well.
Educational excellence:
Psychiatrists always stress the positive influence of a smile on the
educational process. They saythat fun creates a psychological
environment full of happiness and satisfaction, and this releasesthe
mental abilities to learn easily. That is because joyfulness prepares
the mental abilities to expand and grow contrary to the environment of
sadness and pessimism that gives a despondent impression about life.
Smiling attaches the child to his parents:
If your smile springs from your heart and expresses true love for and
admiration of your child, then it will have a good psychological
impact on the childand provide him with happy memories and strong love
for his parents, particularly if they use eye contact to convey their
true love and appreciation to him.
Dear readers and educators, this shows us that the more a parent is
cheerful, the stronger his relationship with his children willbe, and
vice versa. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Andif you had been
rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from
about you.} [Quran 3:159]
Do not forget to smile at your child when he enters upon you… when you
leave the house…when he leaves the house…when you receive him upon
returning from school…when you enter upon him returning from work…do
notforget to smile when you wake him up and let him see your smile
before anything else.
When you put him to bed, do notforget to smile at him to have thebest
dreams ever. Smile when you ask him about his faults so he can feel
safe and tell you the truth. Finally, smile to immunize your children
against feelings of fear and sadness and to turn yourrelationship with
them into an uninterrupted and wonderful series of successful
communication. In such a case, they will respond to your directions
and long to meet you. They will never think of doing anything that
angers you, because they do not want to loseyour sweet smile for any
reason. - - ▓███▓ Translator:-> http://translate.google.com/m/

Dawah in history

From an Islamic perspective, there is absolutely no compulsionon
people to embrace it. People have always entered Islam willingly. The
historical presence of non-Muslim minorities living among Muslims is
evidence of tolerance in Islaam.
Islam spread in the most populated Muslim countries: Indonesia,
Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and within Africa through contact
between the natives and Muslim travellers and merchants, who brought
with them not only goods, but also Islamic values such as straight
dealing, honesty and generosity.
The impact of Muslims upon these communities was tremendous. In
Singapore, near the port where the Arab traders used to land, the
residents say that the natives used to prefer to buy from Muslim
merchants because they expected good treatment and fair prices.
As was the case in most of the areas to which Islam spread, peaceful
and voluntary reversion was far more important than conquest and force
in spreading the faith in Southeast Asia. Almost everywhere in the
islands of the region, trading contacts paved the way for reversion.
Muslim merchants and sailors introduced local peoples to the ideas and
rituals of the new faith and impressed on them how much of the known
world had already been reverted. The first areas to be won to Islam in
the last decades of the 13th century were several small port centres
on the northern coast of Sumatra. From these ports, the religion
spread in the following centuries across the Strait of Malacca to
Malaya.
It is unfair to compare the spreadof Islaam in Asia and Africa with
the spread of Islaam in the West, and blame Muslims for not
effectively promoting their religion in the West. Unlike the modern
western world, the Asians' and Africans' history was free from
hostility and enmity against Muslims, and therefore, their reversion
to Islam was natural and easy.
Could Da'wah Fail?
Allaah will guide, through Da'wah(Islamic propagation), those whoare
worthy and qualified for His Mercy; those who have good hearts and are
sincerely searching for the truth. He will turn away from it those who
do not deserve His mercy; those whochose to divert from His way.
Thisis decreed according to His perfect Wisdom and Knowledge.
The success of Da'wah is guaranteed as a fulfilment of Allaah's
promises; He Says (what means): "… And who is more truthful than
Allaah…" [Quran: 4:87]
1. Allaah promised to make the way for Da'wah easy for Prophet
Muhammad salallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam and his followers alike; He Says
(what means): "And We will ease you toward ease." [Quran: 87:8]
2. Allaah also promised to preserve the Quran, His last guidance to
mankind. It is foreverprotected from any sort of distortion, change,
or modification; He Says (what means): "Indeed, it is We who sent down
the message [i.e., the Quran], and indeed, We will be itsguardian."
[Quran: 15:9]
3. Allaah promised to make Da'wah prevail and reach every place on
earth, so that all mankind will be aware that Islaam is the truth from
their Lord; He Says (what means): "We will show them Our signs in the
horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it
is the truth..." [Quran: 41:53]
4.Prophet Muhammad assured us that Islam is the religion of the future
and will spread all over the world when he said: "Indeed, Islam will
reach every place that the day and night reach. There is no house (in
city or desert) on the Earth except that Islam will enter it." [Ahmad]
Due to all of these reasons, Da'wah can never fail; that is whyProphet
Muhammad expectedhis followers to outnumber the followers of other
prophets; He said: "All of the prophets before me were given
(tangible) miracles, due to which, people believed in them. But the
miracle that has been given to me is indeed a revelation that Allaah
revealed to me [i.e., Quran and Sunnah]. So I hope, on the Day
ofJudgement, my followers will outnumber the followers of other
prophets." [Al-Bukhaari]
In order for Da'wah to be effective, the caller must have sincere
intention and, above all, astrong sense of piety. In order toshare
Islam with people, we must develop strong relationships within our
Ummah (Muslim community) to support these efforts with Da'wah
centresand well-written material. Each of us has a gift from Allaah
and we should not ignore our obligation in fear of rejection or
failure, but join together to contribute our talents and resources to
share the gift of Islaam.

Dought & Clear, - If he dies and leaves behind a father, mother,Christian wife, and brothers and sisters bothfull- and half-siblings, who among them inherits from him?.

I am in the process of writting my last will and Ifound it challenging
due to a little complicated situation, I am explaining here within: I
am married to aChristian woman (she is not muslim but she is a
believer) our marriage was celebrated in the mosque. I have three
fullsisters all married, two half-sisters from my father side and 3
half-brother from my father side and my parents: father and mother. My
parents are divorced since 10 yeras ago, my father doesnt support my
Mom who lives alone in a home I bought for her, I take care of her
living and expense when she needs. I have no regular contact or news
from myhalf-brothers and half-sisters. I kept contact with my father
who remarried several times since. I would like to know what is the
prescribed portions of IRTH (inheritance) that apply for my heirs
should they inherit me after my departure.
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
Your saying that your Christian wife is not a Muslim but she is a
believer is a contradiction in terms and is not correct, because the
one who is a believer is a Muslim. Perhaps you mean that she believes
in the existence of God or that she believes in her religion. This and
similarmatters cannot be described as faith or Islam unless she
believes in the Messenger of AllahMuhammad (blessings and peace of
Allah be upon him) and she believes in all the Messengers of Allah.
The Christians are disbelievers and cannot be described as Muslims,
let alone believers. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of
the meaning):
"Surely, disbelievers are those who said: 'Allah is the third of the
three (in a Trinity)'"
[al-Maa'idah 5:73]
"And (remember) when Allah will say (on the Dayof Resurrection): 'O
'Eesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Did you say unto men: Worship me
and my mother as two gods besides Allah?' He will say: 'Glory be to
You! It was not for me to say what I had no right (to say)'"
[al-Maa'idah 5:116].
In Saheeh Muslim (153) itis narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be
pleased with him) from the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of
Allah be upon him) that he said: "By the One in Whose hand is the soul
of Muhammad, no one among this nation, Jew or Christian, hears of me
then dies not believing in that with which I was sent, but he will be
one of the people of the Fire."
Shaykh al-Islam (Ibn Taymiyah – may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The Jews and Christians are disbelievers in a sense that is clear, and
that is well established and well known in the religion of Islam.
End quote from Majmoo'al-Fataawa, 35/201
Secondly:
Inheritance refers to the living taking charge of the wealth of the
deceased because of tiesof blood or marriage.
The inheritance is not determined until after the death of the one
from whom the wealth is inherited, after which we may see who among
his heirs is entitled to take over his wealth thathe left behind,
according to the shares allocated by Allah.
We cannot at present specify who will inherit from you after you die,
because we do not know who will die first; perhaps you will inherit
from them or perhaps others will inherit from you.
But if we assume that you have left all of these people behind, then
your inheritance goes toyour father and your mother; and your wife and
brothers and sisters, whether they are full- orhalf-siblings, do not
get anything.
With regard to your wife, she does not inherit from you because she is
a non-Muslim; a non-Muslim cannot inherit from a Muslim and a Muslim
cannot inherit from a non-Muslim.
See the answer to question no. 26171
With regard to your brothers and sisters, none of them inherits
because the father is present.
Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
"if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has
a third; if the deceased leftbrothers or (sisters), the mother has a
sixth. (The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of
legacies he may have bequeathed or debts"
[an-Nisa' 4:11].
Ibn Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The third scenario with regard to parents is if parents are present
along with siblings, whether they are from both parents or from
thefather or from the mother. They do not inherit anything if the
father is present, but despite that they changethe share of the mother
from one third to one sixth. So if there are siblings, her share is
changed to one sixth. If there is no heir apart from her and the
father, the father gets the remainder (of the estate).
End quote from Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 2/199
Abu'l-Qaasim al-Khuraqi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The
brother and sister, whether they are full siblings or through the
father only, do not inherit if there is a son or if there is a son's
son (grandson), no matter how far the line of descent extends, or if
there is a father.
Ibn Qudaamah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The scholars are
unanimously agreed on this, praise be to Allah. That was mentioned by
Ibn al-Mundhir and others.
End quote from al-Mughni, 6/163
Based on that, the mother inherits one sixth and all the rest goes to
the father; none of the siblings or the wife inherits anything.
The siblings in this case block others and are blocked. They block the
mother in the sense that they reduce her share from one third to one
sixth, and they are blocked by the presence of the father, because
heis closer to the deceased than them. The Prophet (blessings and
peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Give the shares of inheritance to
those who are entitled to them, and whatever is left goes to the
closest male relative."
Narrated by al-Bukhaari,6732; Muslim, 1615
But you should understand that you have the right to bequeath part of
your wealth to those who willnot inherit from you, up to a limit of
one third of what you leave behind. So if your wife will not inherit
from you because she is Christian, and your siblings will not inherit
from you, because they are blocked, then if you wish you may bequeath
some of your wealth to whomever you want of these people, either to
all of them or some of them, so long as what you bequeath is not more
than one third of the entire estate that you leave behind. And if you
do not make a bequest, there is no sin on you; if you make a bequest
to some of themand not others, there is no sin on you either.
You have to honour yourfather and mother and treat them kindly, and
uphold ties with all of your siblings, males and females, full
siblings and otherwise, because that is what Allah has enjoined upon
you.
And Allah knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Dought & Clear, - Can she masturbate if her husband cannot satisfy her desire?.

Thank u for ur answer, but unfortunately it did not answer my
question. The thing is, that we have tried every possibleway there is
to satisfy me, we have talked alot about it, we read a whole lot about
it, but still havent been successful. Now my husband has said that
hewants me to masturbate after we have had intercourse, so that i
alsoget satisfied, because he is not able to do so in any which way.
But my question to u is: Am I allowed to masturbate after we have had
intercourse if my husband cannot satisfy me with any method at all? I
have my husbands permission. The only thing I need to know, is that if
it is allowed in Islam to do soif the husband is not able to satisfy
his wife atall?
I hope you will be able to help me, as this has started to effect our
marriage life.
Hello
I have been married for 3 years now and love myhusband very much. our
problem is that my husband cannot satisfy me sexually at all, not with
hand or anything else. We have tried all methods but it just doesnt
work. This has become a big issue in our marriage, and makes me wants
to masturbate as i dont get satisfied at all. My question to you is:
is it allowed for me to masturbate in order to satisfy myself to stay
happy in my marriage if nothing else is working?
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
The basic principle is that masturbation is haraam. Please see the
answer to question no. 329
That is only permitted if a person fears that he may end up committing
zina; no doubt the prohibition on zina is more emphatic, and it is
more abhorrent and reprehensible. Hence it is permissible to commit
the lesser of two evils so as to ward off the greater.
Ar-Ruhaybaani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a person, man or
woman, masturbates with no need to do so, that action is haraam and he
should be given a disciplinary punishment for it, because it is a sin.
But if he does it because he fears falling into zina or homosexuality,
or because he fears physical harm, then there is no punishment.
End quote from MataalibOoli an-Nuha Sharh Ghaayat al-Muntaha, 6/226
Al-Mirdaawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
We learn two things from this:
1. That masturbation isnot permissible except incases of necessity
2. The ruling for women on that matter isthe same as the ruling
for men, if a woman fears falling into zina.
This is the correct view, as stated in al-Furoo'.
End quote from al-Insaaf, 10/252
Secondly:
What the husband must do is give his wife her rights to kind
treatment. One of the most important matters to which he must pay
attention in that regard is keeping her chaste so that she will not
look at other men, and giving her her rights in matters of intimacy as
much as possible, even if that means using aphrodisiacs and paying
attention to nutrition.
If the husband reaches climax quickly, before his wife is satisfied,
thenhe has to try hard to stimulate her first, even if that is with
his hand or body, and not start to have intercourse until she is ready
for that, andthen she can reach climax through intercourse.
If the question is about masturbation with the hand, what difference
is there between the husband's hand or her own hand? Why can't hedo
that for her, and why should she do that herself?
What we think is that the husband should do that, and it is better if
it is before he has intercourse with her, then if she needs anything
else, he can stimulate her again afterhaving intercourse, so that her
needs will be met.
There is nothing wrong with him consulting a specialist doctor, if he
is suffering from any kind of problem.
And Allah knows best. - - ▓███▓ Translator:->

Islamic Stories, - Don't abandon this jewel

'Umar (RA) became unconscious after he was stabbed, and according to
Al Miswar bin Makhramah, it was said: "Nothing would wake him up
except the call to prayer, if he is stillalive." They said to him,"The
prayer has finished,O Chief of the Faithful!" He woke up and said,"The
prayer, by Allah! Verily, there is no share in Islam for whoever
abandons the prayer." He performed the prayerwhile his wound was
bleeding. [Sifat as Safwah 2/131, As Siyar 5/220]
After ar-Rabi` bin Khaytham became partially paralyzed, he used to go
to the mosque helped by two men. He was told: "O AbuYazid! You have
been given permission to prayat home." He said, "You have said the
truth, but Iheard the caller hearld, 'Hayya `ala al-Falah (Come to
success)', and I thought that whoever hears this call should answer it
even by crawling." [Hilyat al Awliya 2/113]

Ibne Umar (RA) used to buy sugar (made from dates) and distribute it
