said: Indeed, ALLAAH elavates through this Book (Al-Quraan) many
people and degrades others by it.

Note:
Those who act upon the Qur'aan, ALLAAH Subhaana Wa Thaala honors them
with respect and dignity in this life and in the Hereafter, and those
who do not act upon it are humiliated.
